The Effect of Pr Additive on Magnetostriction of Amorphous Fe-B Alloy (Pr 첨가가 Fe-B 비정질합금의 자왜에 미치는 영향)

  • In order to invetigate the effect of Pr additive on the magnetostriction of amorphous Fe-B alloys, amorphous $Fe_{86-x}B_{14}Pr_{x}(2{\leq}x{\leq}8\;at.%)$ alloys were prepared by a rapid solidification process. As the Pr content increased in the as-prepared amorphous $Fe_{84}B_{14}Pr_{2}$ alloy annealed at $300^{\circ}C$ for 2 hr increased to 70 ppm. Ac power loss and permeability$(f=50\;kHz,\;B_{m}=0.1\;T)$ of the annealed amorphous $Fe_{84}B_{14}Pr_{2}$ alloy were 15 W/kg and $5.5{\times}10^{3}$, respectively.

  • 리튬이온 2차전지의 대체 양극 후보 물질인 $LiFePO_4$를 합성하기 위하여 출발원료로 $Li_2CO_3$, $Fe_2O_3$, $NH_4H_2PO_4$를 사용하여 볼밀 방법으로 혼합 분쇄한 후 열처리를 실시하였다. 합성 시에 3가 Fe를 2가로 환원시키기 위하여 $C_{12}H_{22}O_{11}$(흑설탕)을 출발원료와 함께 5 ~ 12 wt%로 나눠서 첨가하였다. 합성 후 XRD로 결정구조의 양질성을 확인하였고. FE-SEM으로 나노미터 크기의 구형 입자를 관찰하였다. XRF를 이용하여 3 ~ 10 wt%의 탄소 잔량을 확인하였다. 전기화학적 특성을 충 방전시험기로 평가한 결과, 8wt%의 탄소원을 첨가한 $LiFePO_4$에서 가장 좋은 수명 특성을 얻었고, 최대 145 mAh/g의 방전용량을 얻었다.

  • Fenton's Reagent is applied to directly dissolve the cation-exchange resin, IRN-77. The characteristics of the experimental procedure is to dry the resin first and $FeSO_4$ solution is completely absorbed into the resin, and then $H_2O_2$ is introduced later for an effective reaction between the reagents within the resin. An a characteristic of the dissolution, the lag time is needed for about 1 hour until the main reaction is occurred, which was more affected with the less concentration of $FeSO_4$ and the less initial dose of $H_2O_2$. The dose of $H_2O_2$ was equally divided into the early stage and the later stage after the initial reaction to provide an effective and safe reaction condition. The optimum conditions is appeared that the concentration of $FeSO_4$ is 0.9M and the dose of 15% $H_2O_2$ solution is 6-7 volume for the dissolution of unit weight of IRN-77. The effect of the heating on the lag time was checked and the time could be reduced within 5 minutes at $50^{\circ}C$, which is a relatively low temperature. The large amount of the resin, 5g and 10g, was also completely decomposed by increasing the dose of $H_2O_2$ to 9-10 volume ratio.

  • The influence of casting cooling rate during the preparation of ingots on the grain size distribution and the magnetizing ability of $\textrm{Nd}_{16}\textrm{Fe}_{72}\textrm{V}_{4}\textrm{B}_{8}$ sintered magnets were investigated. Sintered magnets prepared from copper mold which allow a higher cooling rate, show a smaller grain size distribution and god magnetizing ability. The effects of adding bride forming elements, such as Cr, Mn, Nb, and W on the magnetic properties of Nd-Fe-B sintered magnets were also investigated. Both Cr and W addition increase coercivity and the resultant $\textrm{Nd}_{16}\textrm{Fe}_{72}\textrm{Cr}_{4}\textrm{B}_{9}$ alloy exhibits a similar magnetizing ability in comparison with $\textrm{Nd}_{16}\textrm{Fe}_{72}\textrm{V}_{4}\textrm{B}_{8}$ alloy.

  • A study on the heating behavior and adhesion property of structural epoxy adhesive through induction heating have been conducted. An adhesive for induction heating was manufactured through mixing with nano and micro sized Fe3O4. From the results, it was observed that induction heating is less affected by adherend (GFRP) thickness than oven heating. The heating rate of Fe3O4 embedded epoxy adhesive using induction heating much higher than that of oven curing process and it is more appreciable when the contents of Fe3O4 increased. Furthermore, adhesion strength increased with increase of Fe3O4 particle contents.

  • In this study, microstructure and mechanical properties and electrical conductivities of in situ Cu-Fe-Xi(Xi=Ag, Cr or Co) alloy wires obtained by cold drawing combined with intermediate heat treatments have investigated. During cold working the primary and secondary dendrite arms are aligned along the drawing direction and elongated into filaments after deformation processing. The addition of Ag was found to be more effective in reducing the microstructural scale at the given draw ratio than that of Co or Cr throughout the drawing processing. The ultimate tensile strength and the conductivity of the Cu-Fe based composites containing Ag were higher than those of Cu-Fe composites containing Co or Cr. The good mechanical and electrical properties of Cu-Fe-Ag wires may be associated with the more uniform distribution of the finer filaments in the wires containing silver. The strength of Cu-Fe-Xi composites is dependent on the spacing of the Fe filaments in accord with a Hall-Petch relationship. The fracture surfaces of all the specimens showed ductile-type fracture and iron filaments occasionally observed on the fracture surfaces.

The Contribution of OH radical and the Effect of Adding Oxidants on the Sonolytic Degradation of 1,4-Dioxane (초음파를 이용한 1,4-Dioxane의 처리에서 OH 라디칼의 기여와 산화제 첨가의 효과)

  • This research investigates the effects of adding oxidants such as $Fe^0$, $Fe^{2+}$, and ${S_2O_8}^{2-}$ in the sonolysis of 1,4-D. Results indicate that the degradation could be divided into two steps (initiation and acceleration) kinetically. The initial portion agreed with zero-order expression, while the second portion could be fitted with pseudo first-order expression. In the presence of ${HCO_3}^-$, as a radical scavenger, the degradations of 1,4-D and TOC were suppressed, indicating that OH radical is an important factor in the sonolysis. The overall degradation efficiency of 79.0% in the sonolysis was achieved within 200 minutes. While $Fe^0$, $Fe^{2+}$, and ${S_2O_8}^{2-}$ were individually combined with sonication, the degradation efficiency of 1,4-D increased 18.6%, 19.1%, and 16.5% after 200 min, respectively. The addition of oxidants not only changed the kinetic model from zero to pseudo first order at initiation step, but also increased the rate constants in the acceleration step. The addition of oxidants in the sonolysis of 1,4-D also improved the mineralization of 1,4-D, however, the effect of adding oxidants on the rate increase was similar regardless of the oxidants.

Fe첨가에 따른 지르코늄의 재결정 현상

  • Fe량을 0 - 0.4 wt.%까지 변화시켜 Zr-Fe 이원계 합금을 진공아크용해로 제조한 후 1050 $^{\circ}C$에서 30분 균질화 처리 및 700 $^{\circ}C$에서의 열간압연, 그리고 2회의 걸친 냉간압연 및 열처리를 통하여 판재로 제조되었다. 중간 열처리 시 열처리 온도 및 시간을 조절하여 최종 냉간가공에 앞서 각 시편의 결정립 크기 및 경도 값이 같도록 조절하였다. 최종 냉간가공 시 냉간가공량을 60%로 동일하게 조절하였고, 최종열처리 시 열처리 온도 및 시간을 300-750 $^{\circ}C$, 5-3000분으로 각각 변화시켰다. 재결정 정도는 미세조직 관찰 및 경도 측정으로 평가되었으며, 석출물의 구조, 분포 및 형상 등도 TEM으로 분석되었다. 0.1 wt.% 정도까지의 Fe 첨가는 Fe를 첨가하지 않은 순수지르코늄에 비하여 지르코늄입자의 빠른 성장을 야기해, 조대한 재결정 지르코늄 입자들이 나타났다. 그러나 Fe 첨가량이 0.1wt.%이상 첨가되면, Zr$_3$Fe 석출물에 의한 입자성장 억제효과로 지르코늄 입자의 크기는 오히려 작아졌다. 결론적으로, Fe의 첨가는 지르코늄의 확산을 가속시켰다는 것을 보여준다. 한편, 750 $^{\circ}C$에서 열처리 시 이차 재결정현상으로 지르코늄 입자가 비정상적으로 매우 커졌으며, 동시에 annealing twining 현상이 관찰되었다. 이러한 annealing twining 현상은, 입자성장속도가 임계치 이상으로 갑자기 커진, Zr$_3$Fe 석출물이 거의 없는 합금에서만 나타났다. 이 결과를 토대로 annealing twining 현상은 입자의 빠른 이동이 필요 조건이라는 결론을 도출하였다. .Ar-4vol.%H$_2$ 분위기보다 H$_2$분위기에서 소결했을 때 밀도가 더 높았다. 그러나, 결정립은 $UO_2$$UO_2$-Li$_2$O의 경우, 수소분위기에서 소결했을 때, (U,Ce)O$_2$와 (U,Ce)O$_2$-Li$_2$O에서는 Ar-4vol.%H$_2$분위기에서 소결했을 때 더욱 성장하였다.설명해 줄 수 있다. 넷째, 불규칙적이며 종잡기 힘들고 단편적인 것으로만 보이던 중간언어도 일정한 체계 속에서 변화한다는 사실을 알 수 있다. 다섯째, 종전의 오류 분석에서는 지나치게 모국어의 영향만 강조하고 다른 요인들에 대해서는 다분히 추상적인 언급으로 끝났지만 이 분석을 통 해서 배경어, 목표어, 특히 중간규칙의 역할이 괄목할 만한 것임을 가시적으로 관찰할 수 있 다. 이와 같은 오류분석 방법은 학습자의 모국어 및 관련 외국어의 음운규칙만 알면 어느 학습대상 외국어에라도 적용할 수 있는 보편성을 지니는 것으로 사료된다.없다. 그렇다면 겹의문사를 [-wh]의리를 지 닌 의문사의 병렬로 분석할 수 없다. 예를 들어 누구누구를 [주구-이-ν가] [누구누구-이- ν가]로부터 생성되었다고 볼 수 없다. 그러므로 [-wh] 겹의문사는 복수 의미를 지닐 수 없 다. 그러면 단수 의미는 어떻게 생성되는가\ulcorner 본 논문에서는 표면적 형태에도 불구하고 [-wh]의미의 겹의문사는 병렬적 관계의 합성어가 아니라 내부구조를 지니지 않은 단순한 단어(minimal $X^{0}$ elements)로 가정한다. 즉, [+wh] 의미의 겹의문사는 동일한 구성요 소를 지닌 병렬적 합성어

Effects of Supplemental Phosphorus and Iron in the Fish Meal Diets on Growth in Juvenile Rockfish (Sebastes schlegeli) (단백질원이 어분인 조피볼락 치어 사료에 인(P)과 철(Fe)의 보충 효과)

  • In order to investigate the effects of phosphorus and iron levels in the diets containing fish meal as only protein source on the growth, feed conversion, body composition and blood characteristics of juvenile Korean rockfish, either graded monobasic potassium phosphate (MPP) of 1% (MPP-1), 2% (MPP-2), 3% (MPP-3) and 4% (MPP-4), or Fe-citrate (FC) of 0.022% (FC-1), 0.044% (FC-2), 0.066% (FC-3) and 0.088% (FC-4) was added to fish meal-based diet (MMP-0 or FC-0), respectively. Duplicate groups of 40 fish weighing 7g were fed the diets for 21 weeks. Weight gain, feed efficiency and nutrient retention of fish fed diets with different MPP levels were not significantly different (P>0.05). Lipid content of whole body decreased with an increase in dietary MMP (P<0.05). No significant differences were found in the Ht, Hb, total protein, or total glucose in serum among diets containing different MMP levels (P>0.05). Weight gain of fish fed the FC-0, FC-1 adn FC-3 diets was significantly higher than that of FC-4 diet (P>0.05), whereas feed efficiency, nutrient retention, hematological values (Ht, Hb, total protein, and total glucose), and whole body composition were not affected by dietary FC levels (P>0.05). The present results revealed that phosphate or iron supplementation to the diet containing 65% fish meal for juvenile Koran rockfish was not necessary.
