스토리텔링 마케팅을 위한 농가 브랜드 개발 사례 (A Case Study on the Development of Farm Branding for Value-added Agricultural Products)

  • The role of branding has been to differentiate products, but brands have been increasingly applied to organizational image too. The brand image holds a key position by the marketing system in this era. The main purpose of this research is to analyze the case for the development of farm brand. A in-depth interview was conducted to analyze the case for development of farm brand in connection with agricultural products and their business operation. The farms used various stories in the process of develop brand including farm history, cultivation process, product, management, relationship with consumers. The study present the findings divide into brand naming, image, positioning. The farms built trust by consumer relationship with the farm brand. The results of the study provide insights for agricultural marketers who intend to design brand stories that align with their produce.

  • 계란의 판매전략에는 $\ulcorner$제품개발$\lrcorner$$\ulcorner$판로개척$\lrcorner$ 의 두 가지 길이 있으며 이러한 전략적 대응이 필연적으로 성공하고 있다고는 할 수 없다. 판매 노력에 관한 평가는 앞으로 경영진단의 과제가 될 것이며 어느 것을 선택하느냐에 따라서 경영별 유리성은 격차가 더욱더 커질 것이다. 최근 시장개방화와 만성적인 생산과잉에 의한 수익성의 악화로 농가부채 증가 등 채란 양계 경영에 많은 어려움을 겪고 있는 실정이다. 한편 이러한 가운데서도 저 난가의 대응책으로 고부가가치, 상품차별화에 의한 신제품 개발, 판로개척 등 수익성 확보로 맞서고 있는 경영을 볼 수 있다. 앞에서 말한바와 같이 경영구조를 비교 분석한 것을 종합해보면 저 난가 구조하에서 살아남을 수 있는 길은 생산비절감도 중요한 비중을 차지하겠지만 무엇보다도 가격에 대하여 어떻게 대응할 것인가라는 전제하에 도매보다는 소매의 비율을 높인다든지 제품개발(상품차별화)을 통한 고 부가가치의 방향으로 나아가야 할 것이다.

  • Urban landscape represents a city's internal identity as well as external form. Therefore, urban landscape and image planning has to involve marketing strategies to deliver the economic growth and regional revitalization through recreating the environmental and cultural value of the city. This study intends to develop practical city image management programs as city marketing tools which consider opinions of local authorities, related experts, and residents. To achieve this purpose conjoint analysis was applied on three components which symbolically reflects features of assets and resources in Anseong. This study can be summarized as follows: 1. The first consideration for Lake Geumgwang is to develop farm experience Programs on waterside fields. 2. The rot consideration for Bauduki Festival is to make efforts for public relations(PR) to be able to merchandise festival-related goods and develop unique products. 3. The first consideration for Anseong Grapes is to build leisure-oriented theme parks for local farm products. This study is meaningful to develop the efficient and quantitative management method of city image for marketing. The integrated approach to the management programs to reflect opinions of local policies, experts and citizens is expected to become a useful foundation in studying city images and marketing.

한우 브랜드의 포지셔닝 분석 (Positioning Analysis for Branding in Hanwoo)

  • 본 연구는 한우 브랜드에 대한 자산 가치를 제고하기 위해서 소비자들의 마음속에 차별화된 이미지를 포지션 시킬 수 있는 브랜드 포지셔닝 전략을 개발 하고자 하였다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해서 먼저 소비자의 인구통계학적인 특성을 바탕으로 ward 군집분석을 실시하여 시장을 3개로 분류하였다. A시장은 고학력, 고소득의 청장년층, B시장은 고학력 고소득의 중장년 계층, C시장은 저소득의 중 장년 소득계층으로 구분 되었다. 둘째 쇠고기 소비자들이 쇠고기 브랜드에 대해 느끼는 제품의 기능적, 정서적, 자아 표현적 편익 등의 지각 자료를 바탕으로 소비자의 포지셔닝 맵을 분석하였다(MDS). 그리고 브랜드 별 포지셔닝 맵과 속성벡터 맵을 연계하여 각 브랜드의 상대적인 위치와 세분시장의 경쟁구조를 분석하고 브랜드별 포지셔닝 전략을 도출하였다. 사례분석 결과 횡성한우는 3개 시장 전체에서 경쟁력을 가지고 있으나 A시장에서 고품격의 명품 가격 이미지, 품질 및 브랜드 이미지에서 소비자의 높은 평가를 받고 있어 A시장을 목표시장으로 선정하였으며, 향후 경영개선을 위해서는 안전성과 신뢰성에 대한 소비자의 인식 제고 활동이 필요 한 것으로 분석 되었다.

  • The current rural conditions are undergoing the change from the past production-intensive structure to an integral and complex one of producing, processing, selling, touring and lodging owing to the changes of life-style, consumption trend and social environments. The rural area is developing into a community of rural tourism villages to grow into one management system along with the assistance of the government's various supporting projects. Through this, the rural designing has got to play a significant role as one of the factors of the enhancement of competitiveness and the increase of income. Therefore, those previous studies on the variety and possibility of rural development are being employed for the researches which are to develop techniques of branding, marketing and packaging. In particular, the researches for VI (Village Identity), BI (Brand Identity) and designs of landscaping, packaging of agricultural specialties and display stores, which definitely shows that the importance of rural designing, is being paid a lot more attention to. Thus, this study has verified the site commercialization and its effect by developing some practical designing with the focus of package design at rural tourism villages. The Okgye Village in Yoncheon was selected for study subject based on the result of status investigation. This study has analyzed such problems as lack of village identity, non-description of items and their indispensible marks which were seen their designs of village and packaging. The colors of major items and the village image being substituted into the image scale of IRI color were estimated so that the appropriate colors might be selected, along with which the shapes of major items were decided to be motif for the village symbol and design to be created. The designs of such major items as grains, greens and sauces were created with the consideration of the easiness of loading, the continuity of using and the aesthetics. For grains, those outer boxes which are possible for set-packaging and small-sized packaging have been developed. For greens were developed the boxes with the structure of the permeability for the persisten't quality as well as the possibility for packaging small amount. In case of sauces, those outer-boxes equipped with fixing tray were made with the transport-convenience taken into consideration. The sticker-label designs for all those three were also developed which stand for the village identity and are conveniently used in each farm family. When this development was applied at the sites, it was found that the satisfaction and reliability of consumers as well as the satisfaction of farmers were raised along with the increase by more than 30% after the improvement.
