In this paper, some dominant aeroacoustic characteristics of fans used in appliances are reviewed. The numerical attempts to analyze tile aeroacoustic noise of fans are briefly reviewed for various fans. Axial fans for refrigerator, cross flow fans fer air-conditioner, sirocco fans and turbo fans are anal: zed. The unsteady flow field, which is essential data for aeroacoustic analysis, is calculated by commercial CFD code. Acoustic pressure is calculated by Ffowcs Williams and Hawkings equation and Lowson's equation. During the analysis, dominant noise sources are identified.

Purpose: The purpose of this research was to examine the effect of the sensoryscape (sport fans' stadium experiences via the five senses) on connectedness and elation that sport fans have about their teams. Research design, data, and methodology: To achieve this purpose, structural equation modeling was conducted with a total of 417 KBO baseball fans. Results: The results of the research are as follows. First, stadium experiences via sport fans' sight, sound, and touch had positive effects on connectedness that consists of passion, nostalgia, supportive, and connected. Second, stadium experiences via sport fans' sight, sound, and taste had positive effects on elation that consists of happy, excited, pleased, proud, optimistic, and entertained. Conclusions: This research provides the first empirical evidence of the effects of sport fans' sensory experiences on emotions associated with sport teams. In order to maximize connectedness and elation that sport fans have about their teams, sport marketers need to develop specific sensory strategies that affect stadium experiences. Further implications were discussed.

This paper shows how the environmental parameters(temperature, humidity) in the greenhouse are influenced by air movement produced by air circulation fans. When the fans were used, they could make indoor temperature and humidity homogenious, but there was no significant difference in the location and number of fans. When the fans were not used during the night time, there was no significant difference in the temperature and humidity, but the standard deviation was reduced by using the fans.

K-POP 중국 진출의 현지 적합성과 지속가능한 성장 문제에 전략적으로 대응할 필요성이 증대되고 시점이다. 본 연구는 중국 K-POP 팬덤의 형성요인에 있어서 중요도와 만족도의 우선순위를 밝히기 위하여 IPA 분석을 수행하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 조사대상 중 절반이 넘는 팬들(65%)이 한류에 대해 긍정적으로 평가했고, 이 중 49.5%는 좋아하는 아이돌에 대해 경제적 소비를 겸하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, K-POP 팬덤형성의 중요도와 만족도에서 가장 높은 요소는 음악의 선율이었고, 공연효과 면에서는 안무가 높은 형성요인으로 나타났다. 스타일 면에서는 외모를 최우선으로 꼽았고, 화제성에서는 방송출연 여부가 1순위로 나타났다. 셋째, K-POP 팬덤 형성요인의 중요도-만족도에 대한 IPA 격자도 분석을 실시한 결과, K-POP 팬덤 형성에 있어 음악요인은 '음악장르'와 '선율', '노래수준', '감정표현'이 유지강화 항목으로, '가사'는 점진개선 항목으로 분석되었다. 안무요인은 '군무'와 '표현력', '공연효과(라이브)'가 유지강화 항목으로, '기교성'과 '백댄서'는 점진개선 항목으로 분석되었다. 스타일요인의 중요도는 '외모', '메이크업', '의상', '헤어' 순으로 나타났고, 만족도는 '외모', '메이크업', '헤어', '조형 포인트', '의상' 순으로 나타났다. 화제성 요인의 중요도는 '방송출연', '팬클럽 및 커뮤니티 활동', 'SNS 영향', '음악 외 재능활동', 'OST 등 참여' 순으로 나타났고, 만족도는 '팬클럽 및 커뮤니티 활동', '음악 외 재능활동', 'SNS 영향', '방송출연', 'OST 등 참여' 순으로 나타났다. 본 연구성과는 향후 K-POP의 중국시장 진출과 현지적합성, 중국 K-POP 팬덤 형성 요인의 변화를 분석해 가는데 기초자료로서 의미가 있다.

There are practicality, ornamentality and symbolic in a folding fan among Western accessories, and that is a little tool to enhance the overall harmony of a dress. The purpose of this study was to examine Western folding fans in an effort to shed light on the history, culture, fashion and life of different ages in which folding fans had been used. It's specifically meant to look into the mentality of people who had used folding fans. The meaning and function of folding fans were investigated, and their diverse types and characteristics were analyzed. As a result, it's found that in the West, a folding fan was one of major accessories that had an inseparable relation to popular clothes in each age and were necessary for a perfect coordination. Folding fans had been used as ornaments for Western noble women since the 16th century. After a certain period of time passed by, the 18th century became the heyday of folding fans. At that time, folding fans were one of aesthetic art works that even served as a means of mental exchange.

In order to improve thermal comfort in the Rotunda, which is high and wide visiting space of the new national museum of Korea, eight ventilating fans were installed near the ceiling of Rotunda. It has been analyzed thermal comfort of Rotunda with/without ventilating fans by numerical simulation. To evaluate thermal comfort of the Rotunda, well-known indices, PMV and PPD were introduced. The results of present investigation show that temperature distribution of the case with fans is closer to target temperature than the case with-out fans at the breathing zone. In the case without fans, thermal stratification with 16$^{\circ}C$ of temperature difference occurs along the height of the Rotunda which makes the thermal environment worse and the PPD values reach up to 50% in the 6th floor connection passage. In the case with fans, however, the vertical temperature difference were reduced to 9$^{\circ}C$ and the PPD values were lower below 20%. Consequently, the ventilating fans adopted on this study are effectively used for improving the thermal comfort in large space structure with thermal stratification.

Purpose: This study aims to empirically analyze fans' responses to the types of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities implemented by the citizens professional football club and seek strategic measures for the continuous growth of the club and the formation of long-term relationships with fans. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between regional attachment and expansion of fans according to the type of CSR activities of the club, and to examine influencing relationships among the types of CSR activities, regional attachment, and expansion of fans. Research design, data, and methodology: To achieve the purpose of the study, the survey was conducted on 150 home spectators of Seongnam Football Club, and the analysis of the data was conducted using SPSS Window Version 21.0. Correlation analysis, simple regression analysis, and multiple regression analysis were conducted to analyze the relationship between regional attachment and expansion of fans according to the types of CSR activities performed by the Seongnam Citizens Football Club. Results: As a result of the analysis, it was found that CSR activities had a statistically significant effect on regional attachment. In addition, CSR activities were found to have a statistically significant effect on expansion of fans. Finally, it was found that regional attachment had a statistically significant effect on the expansion of fans. Conclusions: Based on these results, CSR activities of the professional football club are considered an opportunity to build regional attachment. In addition, it is thought that the expansion of fans can be achieved through CSR activities.

Despite the enormous success in Japan of Korean popular culture, including TV dramas and K-pop, over the past few decades, anti-Korean sentiment in the country has become increasingly visible and intense. In this article, we examine how young Japanese female fans of Korean popular culture engage with the Korean Wave discourse while also engaging with―or, rather, disengaging from―anti-Korean movements and hate speech. Whereas previous scholarship on the Korean Wave has emphasized the power of active fans' agency, this paper investigates how the fans who passionately and self-reflexively consume Korean popular culture understand and react to the growing anti-Korean sentiment in Japan. Through in-depth interviews with 15 of these fans in their 20s and 30s, we show how they have navigated the discursive space between appreciation for Korean culture and anti-Koreanism in Japan.

This research outlines the motivations behind the fan-lead marketing and promotional endeavours undertaken by musical group BTS's fan community, also known as ARMY. In highlighting the reciprocity in intimacy between the group and their fans, I argue that ARMY's desire to elevate BTS is embedded within structures of affect, despite the financial nature of the benefits the group and their company may reap. These fan-lead initiatives represent efforts towards a common goal, where success, whether it comes in the form of money or not, is a gift of gratitude and a show of mutual understanding from fans to BTS. Based on data from 22 interviews with fans, this research explores the motivations behind fan-lead marketing by looking at the affective properties of music consumption, the parasocial relationship, fan community dynamics, and the purchase of intimacy. Within these contexts, the promotion surrounding BTS's music, as organized by the fans, mimics profit-oriented behaviours but is ultimately a gesture towards the exchange of intimacy between fans and artist.

The fans installed in standard Hanwoo loose barns (room size : 10 m (width) $\times$ 5 m (length)) are frequently used to reduce Hanwoo's heat stress during hot weather and to dry the wet floor. However, the most effective method of installing fans has not been suggested yet. Therefore, this study was carried out to evaluate two methods of installing fans under the ceiling of Hanwoo loose barn by using CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) code, FLUENT and to recommend the optimum fan installing method. The fan installation options were fan tilting angles of $45^{\circ}$ and $0^{\circ}$ (horizontal). The fans of 1 m diameter were installed at 3 m above floor. A velocity scale on 10 cm and 110 cm above floor and air flow pattern were used as the parameters to evaluate the fan installing methods. The fans tilted at $45^{\circ}$ angle produced higher wind at 10 cm and 110 cm above floor and more uniform air flow pattern, compared with the fans installed horizontally. Based on these results, fans tilted at $45^{\circ}$ angle may help to reduce Hanwoo's heat stress and will dry the floor better than fans installed horizontally. Therefore, it is suggested that the fans of 1 m diameter in a standard Hanwoo loose barn should be installed at a $45^{\circ}$ tilt angle and 3 m above floor with spacing of 5 m at the center of a room column.
