The awareness of ecological friendliness has been emerging in the recent years, and the application to housing is quite notable. The purpose of this study is to evaluate environment-friendly planning factor in Environment-friendly Housing Certification. For this purpose, this study has analyzed 5 multi-family housing in Environment-friendly Housing Certification. The findings of this study are as follows: The application of environment-friendly planning factor in interior space are limited. Most of plans are located in south. The variability of floor plan is not applied but the built-in storage is well-applied. Environment-friendly finishing material and the garden-style balconies was applied in a passive way. This analysis showed current status of planning factor of unit apartment in Environment-friendly Housing Certification and proved basic information for future direction.

A design of Ice Cream Shop is an intended creation activity to increase the sales and profits by planning the space creativity and effectively. Accordingly, it should give the aesthetic and psychological satisfaction by making the space formative as a visual space expressed by a unique identity with a functional convenience. The design of Ice Cream Shop should reflect the changing demands and patterns of a consumption life as a result. Therefore a design plan is required to predict the living and culture. The design process can be divided into a basic planning, basic design and implementation design in large. The details are as follows. When a designer is assigned to the design from a client, he should start his work from surveying the site and arrangement, After arrangement, he sets up basic guidlines, which are called as a basic planning.

The aims of this article are to examine the basic law, contents and concept of counselling work for healthy family and provide the jobs and competency of healthy family supporter for counselling work. The research objects are 48 healthy family supporters for counselling work inclusive of full-time and part-time position. They are analyzed through the survey using questionnaire made by ministry of women and family and headquarter of healthy family support centers. The process of research consists of two parts. One is to suggest their jobs and requirements, the other is to offer their core competency and area for improvement. First, the jobs of healthy family supporters for counselling work are planning, performance and valuation consist of 29 items. A publicity activity of them is the work strengthened strategically. The requirements for the performance of their duties are having a master's degree, career for 3years, and a certificate of qualification of family counselor, healthy family supporters and social worker. Second, their competencies are understanding of the characteristic and life cycle of family, family law, education of family life, ability of documentation, data analysis, sensitivity of the change of family, society and environment, ability of solving the problem, attitude of the dignity of man, positiveness and so on.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the meaning and the function of the shared space in the existing multi-family housing through analyzing the reality and resident's requirement for it, and additionally to develop the research project to investigate its activation strategy. The method of this study was through analyzing the related literature and the existing study. The followings were found out from this study concerning the shared space: 1) Both the supplier and resident of multi-family housing started to recognize the importance of its role with relation to the quality of the home environment. 2) In residents' requirements for it, there was its common elements, and selective differences according to the size of housing, life cycle, and whether housewife has a job or not etc. 3) In order to activate the shared space, we need to search abut using behavior for that, its flexibility of housing regulations, and to develop an effective management program. Finally this study emphasized on the necessity of planning focused on the shared space for the community design in multi-family housing.

The purpose of this research is to discribe the stress in housing of a three generation family. Data were collected through a questionnaire survey form 467 housewives living in a three generation family households. Major finding were as follow: The female elderly was the most popular type. Married children tended to live together with the forced feeling of responsibility rather than with a volunteering attitude. Many good points steming from three generations living together. however, were recognized by the housewives. This will provide suport to reevaluationg the value of the elderly in this industrial society. The felt stress and expressed various undesirable behavioral adjustments and constraints in relation to the stress. Several planning concepts including privacy, storage space, and soundproof were suggested to enchance the quality of residential environment for the family.

The purpose of this study was to empirically verify the influence of sociodemographic and psychologicl variables on time management strategy and time management strategy on home management behavior and family life satisfaction of employed wives, and to provide the information of enhancing the level of family welfare. The monthly income of employed wives was high, as the level of education and time conflict are high, their use of time management strategy is high. The wives who show the high scores on time planning strategy have the effective home management behavior. Also, the score on division of household works strategy of employed wives was high, their satisfaction score on their family lives was high.

This study examines managerial aspects of the institutional household(IH) whose importances become crucial in modern society. To analyze idiosyncratic managerial characteristics of the IH, the study delves into three aspects of IH in comparison with other organizations such as family, public organizations, for-profit organizations. The comparison is done in the reference of $\circled1$ conceptual elements, $\circled2$ general managerial settings, and $\circled3$ practical managerial processes including planning, organizational, personnel and human resources development, and finacial management. The analysis shows us that the IH possesses both common and unique characteristics and needs to develop its generic managerial theories.

This study was conducted to provide useful information to enable planned repair and cost planning during the operation and maintenance phase of aged multi-family housing. For this purpose, The concept of probabilistic maintenance cost analysis considering the risk factors of the aged multi-family housing is presented in the following six steps. 1. Risk factor investigation and analysis 2. Classification and deriving of maintenance cost 3. Investigation and deriving cost maintenance cost of old apartment house 4. Analysis of expert questionnaire 5. Analysis of Monte -Carlo simulation 6. Probabilistic maintenance cost Deriving the result. This study has limitations that need to be verified by applying actual data.

This study focuses on the leisure activities of young, single-person households. Data collection involved selecting and interviewing eight cases. The results are as follows: 1. The leisure activities of young, single people are divided between weekdays and weekends. 2. Important factors affecting these leisure activities are time, money, and cognition. 3. Respondents maintain their work-life balance by focusing on weekdays and weekends, they work and study intensively on weekdays and spend their time and money on leisure and rest on weekends. 4. Young people want a chance to meet and share their experiences with others. This point must be central to planning the Healthy Family Support Center program.

This research suggests critical and specific decisive variables that affect general service quality of the products in family restaurants, considering features of services in which consumption and production happens simultaneous by collecting the raw data through point of sales. It also analyses the factors and helps to offer them practical strategies by providing managers of the restaurants and marketers with empirical viewpoints based on the research. Generally, family restaurants need their own physical environment and are required to encourage customers to revisit themselves by maintaining pleasant environment as well as, considering space for customers and for employees' working routes and effective maintenance of the facilities. The result of the study also tells that even if the unimportant factors did not affect much on the restaurants, management over these factors can be a differentiated strategy for competitive advantage over the other businesses.
