중년여성의 우울 관련변인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the relevant Variables of Middle-aged Women's Depression)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyse the factor of the Variables that contributed to the depression of middle-aged women. The subjects were 751 Middle-aged women whose age was from 41 to 60. The instruments used in the study were the assessment of depression, the assessment of climacteric symptoms, the assessment of marital satisfaction, the assessment of marital stability, the assessment of ego identity and the questionnaire of demographic variables. The data were analysed by using descriptive statistics, ANOVA, Duncan, pearson correlation, hierarchical multiple regression. The findings were as follows; (1) According to the job, the level of education, the state of marriage, the subjective level of health, the subjective level of economy, household income, present problem, the level of family-of-original relationship, the age of last child, religion and spouse's occupation there were differences of depression; (2) In the result of the analysis of relationships of depression, the depression was correlated with Climacteric Symptoms positively and with Marital Satisfaction, Marital Stability, and Ego Identity negatively; (3) Predictors of depression of the Middle-aged women ordered climacteric physical, climacteric psychological, marital satisfaction, marital stability, identity moratorium, goal oriented, identity diffusion, initiative. Based on these results, the recommendations for the future research in this area were discussed.

유연근무제와 근로자의 일·생활균형 - 코로나19 이후 재택근로 확산의 영향을 중심으로 (The Relationship Between Flexible Work Arrangements and Work-Life Balance - With a Focus on Working From Home During the COVID-19 Pandemic)

  • 본 연구에서는 한국노동패널 23차 부가조사 자료를 이용하여 유연근무제와 근로자의 일·생활균형의 관계에 대해 코로나 19 이후 재택근로 확산의 영향을 중심으로 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 재택근무제는 근로자의 행복도 및 가족관계 만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 여성의 경우 직무만족도와 조직몰입도, 일자리 안정성과 관련한 직무 만족도에도 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 또한, 재택근무자와 비재택근무자의 코로나19를 전후로 한 시간활용 변화를 수면시간, 자기계발시간, 자녀돌봄, 가사노동, 운동, 친교모임 등 다양한 측면에서 살펴보았는데, 가장 큰 특징은 재택근무자가 비재택근무자에 비해 코로나19 이후 가사노동 시간과 자녀돌봄 시간이 더욱 크게 증가하였다는 점이며 이러한 경향은 여성에게서 더욱 크게 나타났다. 본 연구의 분석 결과는 재택근무제의 효과가 자녀돌봄과 일을 병행해야 하는 근로자들에게는 그 효과가 반감될 수 있으며, 그 영향은 여성에게 더 클 수 있음을 시사한다. 따라서 자녀돌봄 등으로 인해 일·생활갈등 상황에 놓인 재택근로자들이 업무생산성을 유지하고 일·생활균형을 실현할 수 있도록 사회적 지원을 강화할 필요가 있으며, 유연근무제도가 전통적 성역할을 강화하는 매개체가 되지 않도록 적극적인 정책적 노력이 필요할 것이다.

간호대학생의 취업 스트레스에 미치는 융합적 영향요인 (Convergence Analysis of the Factors Influencing Job-Seeking Stress in Nursing Students)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생의 취업 스트레스에 영향을 미치는 융합적인 요인들을 파악하기 위하여 시도하였다. 서술적 조사연구로 자료수집 기간은 2016년 9월 10일부터 10월 30일까지 실시되었다. 연구 대상은 4년제 간호대학에 재학 중인 간호대 학생 246명이였으며 구조화된 질문지를 배부한 후 회수하였다. 측정 도구는 전공만족도, 진로 결정 효능감, 자아존중감, 자아 탄력성, 취업 스트레스에 관한 문항으로 구성되었다. 전공만족도, 진로 결정 효능감, 자아존중감, 자아 탄력성, 취업 스트레스 정도는 기술통계로 분석하였고 제 변수들 간의 상관관계는 Pearson correlation coefficients, 취업 스트레스에 영향을 미치는 요인은 다중 선형 회귀분석(Multiple linear regression)을 적용하였다. 취업 스트레스는 전공만족도, 진로 결정 효능감, 자아존중감, 자아 탄력성과 유의한 부적 상관성이 있는 것으로 나타났다(r=-.237, r=-.218, r=-.491, r=-.229, 학년(${\beta}=.498$), 자아존중감(${\beta}=-.456$), 학업 성취도(${\beta}=.233$), 임상 실습경험(${\beta}=.166$), 경제 수준(${\beta}=.118$) 순으로 유의미한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타나 취업 스트레스의 46.1%를 설명하였다. 본 연구 결과를 토대로 간호대 학생들의 취업 스트레스 관리 프로그램 개발에 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

한방병원 입원환자 및 보호자의 의료서비스 만족도 (A Study of the Satisfaction of Medical Service of Patients and Family in an Oriental Hospital)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to describe and analyze about the satisfaction of medical service of patients and family in an Oriental hospital. Methods: Design was the descriptive survey study. Sample was 50 patients and guardians in K Oriental hospital, and convenient sampling was used. Measure was the satisfaction tool of medical service developed by Kang(2004). Data were collected from March 2005 to July 2005, and analyzed using SPSS PC+12 program. Findings: Thirty-two(64.0%) of all subjects were female and 18(36.9%) subjects were male. Score of medical service in Oriental hospital was mean 3.70. Scores in categories of the satisfaction were ranked for medical treatment(4.12), administration service (3.58), and environment and facilities service(3.41) in order. Expectancy for quality, quality after use, general satisfaction, and sufficiency after use in Oriental hospital were 7.34, 7.56, and 7.20, and they were above the average. There were significant differences in education and "I will recommend this oriental hospital to other patients" in differences of medical service by general characteristics and characteristics related to job. Conclusions: On the findings, we suggest that the team for oriental medical service should endeavor for development of professionals and techniques in oriental medical treatment. Simultaneously, institutional administrative resources are persistently needed for supporting of oriental medical team.

노인자원봉사자의 봉사활동 헌신과 생활만족에 관한 연구 - 활동이론을 중심으로 - (An Empirical Study of Elderly Volunteering Commitment and Their Life Satisfaction Based on Activity Theory)

  • 활동이론은 노년기 역할상실 혹은 감소에 따른 대체적 역할로서 새로운 사회활동에 참여하게 되어 노년기의 생활만족감을 증진시킬 수 있다는 이론이다. 본 연구는 이와 같은 활동이론을 기초로 노인의 자원봉사활동이 노년기 역할감소에 따른 대체적 역할로서 노인의 생활만족감에 영양을 미치는지를 분석하고자 했다. 연구대상은 서울시내 23개 자원봉사센터를 통해 활동하고 있는 55세 이상 노인자원봉사자 192명이다. 활동이론은 직업유무, 가구형태, 봉사활동 성취내용으로 조작좌하였으며, 분석결과, 직업유무는 활동빈도와 활동시간에, 봉사활동 성취내용 중 사회적 성취는 지속기간에만 영향을 미쳤으며, 가구형태는 어떠한 영향도 미치지 못했다. 또한 지속기간이나 활동빈도, 활동시간 등 자원봉사에 대한 헌신은 노인의 생활만족도에 어떠한 영향도 미치지 못했다. 오히려 노인의 자원봉사활동 참여는 활동이론 변수 이외에 봉사활동에 대한 보상, 건강상태, 교육수준, 성별에 의해 설명될 수 있었으며, 노인자원봉사자의 생활만족도에는 동거가족형태나 경제수준이 중요한 영향을 미치고 있었다. 이와 같은 분석결과는 활동이론만으로 우리나라 노인의 자원봉사활동을 전적으로 설명할 수 없음을 의미한다. 또한 노인들에게 있어 자원봉사활동은 시간의 투입보다는 봉사활동을 통한 성취감과 이들 활동에 대한 지지 혹은 관심 등의 질적인 측면이 더 중요할 수 있음을 시사한다고 하겠다. 본 연구는 우리나라 노인 자원봉사 분야에 있어 활동이론을 기초로 한 최초의 실증연구라는 점에서 중요한 의의를 갖고 있다고 할 수 있다.

구성원의 지각된 행복감과 혁신행동 간의 관계 (The Relationship between Perceived Occupational Well-Being and Innovative Behavior in the Workplace)

  • 주요 경영관련 저널에서는 매년 '일하고 싶은 회사(100 best companies to work for)'를 발표해 오고 있다. 여기에 선정된 회사들은 높은 기업성과 뿐만 아니라 다양한 형태의 복지프로그램 제공과 구성원들의 높은 직무만족, 조직몰입, 일-가정 균형 인식, 및 긍정적 정서를 높일 수 있는 프로그램을 제공하는 특징을 갖고 있다. 이는 조직 구성원들은 이러한 프로그램을 통해 직무만족, 조직몰입, 일-가정 균형에서 오는 안정감과 행복감을 느끼며, 이는 삶에 대한 전반적 만족 및 긍정적 정서로 나타나기 때문이다. 최근 기업들은 조직 구성원들의 심리적 안정과 긍정적 사고가 개인 및 조직의 성과를 향상시킨다는 믿음으로 많은 노력을 해오고 있다. 본 연구에서는 구성원이 지각하는 행복감과 혁신행동 간의 관계에서 일-가정 촉진의 조절효과를 검증하였다. 이를 위해 IT, 서비스, 제조업 등 총 11 개 기업의 직원들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 실증 분석하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 직장 행복감이 혁신행동에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 직장 행복감과 혁신행동 간의 관계에 있어 일-가정 촉진 및 가정-일 촉진의 조절효과가 통계적으로 유의한 결과가 나타났다. 결론 부분에 이 연구의 시사점과 한계점, 그리고 향후 연구 방향을 제시하였다.

도시주부의 주관적 가정경제기여감에 대한 체계적 분석 (A Systematic approach on the Urban Housewive경s subjective perception of the Family Economy Contribution)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the hypothesijed a causal model of sujective perception of contribution to the family economy utilijing system theory. The major findings of this study were as follows. 1) The mean score of respondent’s personal subsystems were 3.62 out of 5. And the family solidarity was affected by the following variables in order : housewives’ age, income, type of occupation, degree of resourcefulness recognition, job satisfaction, control orientation, and information utilization. 2) The mean score of managerial subsystems were 3.68 out of 5. And The financial management of housewives was affected by the following variables. in order: housewives’ type of occupation, degree of resourcefulness recognition, control orientation, information utilization. 3) The mean score of housewives’subjective perception of Economic Contribution to the Family was 3.36 out of 5. The sujective perception of contribution to the family economy of the employed housewives were greater than unemployed housewives. 4) It was found that managerial subsystems had mostly effected on sujective perception of economic contribution to the family.

여성의 인적자원 관리행동: 컨택센터 여성상담사의 직무성과와 이직의도 - 대구지역 이동통신 고객센터 여성상담사를 중심으로 - (Human Resource Management Behavior of Women: The Determinants of Job Performance and Turnover Intention of Female Advisors in Contact Center - Focused on Mobile Communication Contact Center in DaeGu -)

  • This research was carried out to investigate the determinants of job performance and turnover intention of female advisors in mobile communication contact centers located in Daegu. The independent variables are individual characteristics, work duty related variables, working environments and the leadership of the middle managers. The factor analysis and the hierarchical regression analysis were implemented to the subjects of 282 advisors which gathered from 7/14/2008 to 7/23/2008. The results are as follow. First, the older advisors were, the higher job performance was. The higher educational background presented more turnover intention, and married advisors had higher job performance than unmarried ones. Second, the longer employment period showed higher job performance. Third, As advisors were more satisfied with promotion and welfare policy, and with coworkers, higher job performance was presented. As advisors had lower satisfaction with policy and authority, they showed higher turnover intention. Fourth, the leadership of middle managers positively had a influence on job performance and turnover intention. As the middle managers motivated and encouraged advisors well, the advisors showed higher job performance. If the middle managers showed lower charisma leadership, the advisors was intended to turnover more. Fifth, the most influential factor of advisors' job performance and turnover intention was working environments.

장기적으로 활동한 아이돌보미의 가족 레질리언스 분석: 월시(Walsh)의 관점을 중심으로 (Analysis on Family Resilience of Long-term Childcare Givers: Focused on a Walsh Viewpoint)

  • Childcare related studies have focused on the characteristics of care work, policy aspects, user family satisfaction, and job satisfaction of childcare helpers. But there have been few studies on family system characteristics that support childcare givers. Thus, this study conducted on the topic, "How to characterize the family resilience of long-term childcare givers?" The subjects belong to a healthy family support center in U. City, who belong to a group with an income in the top 20 % of about 20 persons working for more than 3 years. In an interview, qualitative questions were used Walsh's family resilience. The results are as follows. First, they had economic hardship, but their family would stand together and build up a family's power based on the couple's faith. They had a family role model based on their parents' family that included inherited maternity qualities from their mother. Second, the flexibility of the family organization changed to autonomous or co-role type and the connectivity. Especially, they appear as a family's leader. Third, their family communication was active, shared-care, responsible and passionate with family affection and understanding. The conclusions results are as follows. Participants were high school graduates as well as had work experience. They were characterized by positive family energy, a family belief system, family-based resources, flexibility, connectivity, open family communication and expression skills. Therefore, it can be suggested that it is necessary to check the family's resilience during an interview for the reliable, long-term supply of human resources for childcare activities.

여성농업인의 농작업 스트레스와 대처방법에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Stress and Coping with Farm Work of Rural Women)

  • The objectives of this study were to understand the working stress of rural women and their coping strategies, and to provide basic data related with rural welfare policy. The data were obtained through 318 samples of rural women under sixty years old who work full-time at their farms with their husbands. The questionnaire employed Likert-type scale with four-point, and then the data were analyzed by statistical methods of frequency, percentage, mean score, analysis of variance, t-test and Duncan test through SAS program. The significance level was p < .05. The results of this study are as follows ; 1) The average stress level of rural women was over 2.9 points out of 4. 2) The stress level showed meaningful correlation with such variables as age, education, perception on economic status, and recognition by their husbands and other family members. The rural women who are over forty years old, below high school, disregarded from their family members were marked high stress level. 3) The level of rural women's stress coping strategies was quite as low as 1.95 out of 4. 4) The level of coping strategies showed meaningful correlation with such socio-demographic variables as age, perception on economic status and job satisfaction level. Those who aged over 40, perceives low economic staus, lives together with husbands'parents, and shows “average” job satisfaction scored significantly lower coping strategy levels. 5) The level of stress didn't indicate significant relation with the type of coping strategy.
