시설아동과 원가족 상호작용 프로그램 평가 연구 (A Study Evaluating a Program for the Interaction between Children in Institutional Care and their Original Families)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 시설아동과 원가족(연고자) 상호작용 역량강화 프로그램의 과정과 성과평가를 통해 아동양육시설에 적합한 프로그램을 제언하는 것이다. 서울과 청주에 위치한 두 시설에서 프로그램을 실시하고 참여자인 시설아동과 부모, 실무자를 대상으로 과정평가와 성과평가를 수행하였다. 우선, 과정평가에 나타난 문제점은 원가족(연고자)참여자 모집과 유지였다. 만족도를 살펴보니, 함께 거주하지 않는 가족의 특성상 다양한 체험을 공유하거나 소소한 일상을 공유하는 프로그램의 만족도가 높았고, 관계증진에도 긍정적임을 알 수 있었다. 성과평가를 살펴보면, 두 시설 모두 부모의 가족관계 변화정도가 사전보다 사후에 향상되었음을 알 수 있다. 질적평가를 통해 단순히 일회성 활동 프로그램보다 캠프나 일상 생활에서 함께 하지 못했던 활동을 가족이 함께 하는 프로그램에서 긍정적인 평가가 나타났다.

Direct Share: Photo Management System Based on Round-robin Concept-driven User Preference Feedback

  • As the size of camera modules is decreasing and as the computing performance of portable devices is improving, taking photos has become a part of daily life. However, existing photo management programs and products that manage such photos still require extensive user effort to facilitate the sharing and browsing of images. It is especially difficult for novice users to manage and share photos. In this paper, we develop a round-robin concept-driven user preference feedback mechanism for achieving direct photo sharing, instant display, and easy management using optimized user controls and user preference-driven classification. Compared with commercial photo management systems, our proposed solution provides new features: optimized user controls, direct sharing and instant display, and user preference feedback driven classification. These new features boost the round-robin concept-driven user preference feedback. This paper proposes a photo finder that automatically searches for photos in storage spaces or cameras. The proposed photo finder relies on user preference feedback to share photos by leveraging user preferences, and the round-robin connection transmits photos to the family's digital photo frame or web album by arbiter. The proposed method saves time and spares users the effort required for photo management. Moreover, this method does not merely direct photo sharing and simple photo management, but it also increases the satisfaction level of users viewing the photos.

가족의례가 가족건강성에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Family Rituals on Family Strengths)

  • 본 연구는 가족의례의 종류에 따른 주요활동과 갈등요인들을 확인하고, 가족의례가 가족건강성에 미치는 영향을 살펴봄으로써 가족건강성을 높일 수 있는 실천적 함의를 제공하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 성인남녀 216명에게 설문조사하였고, 결과를 확인하기 위해 빈도분석, MANOVA, 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 가족식사의례의 주요활동은 '집에서 직접요리'가 가장 많았고, 갈등요인은 '일이 너무 바빠서'가 가장 많았다. 가족주말여가의례의 주요활동은 '근교나들이', 갈등요인은 '가족공동의 시간을 갖기 어려워서'가 제일 많았다. 가족생일의례의 주요활동은 '케익 준비하기', 갈등요인은 '내 생일을 가족이 잊어버려서'가 제일 많았다. 결혼기념일의례의 주요활동은 여성의 경우 '외식하기', 남성의 경우 '꽃이나 선물주기', 갈등요인은 여성의 경우 '배우자가 결혼기념일을 잊어버려서', 남성의 경우 '내가 원하는 축하방식이 아니어서'가 제일 많았다. 명절의례의 갈등요인은 여성의 경우 '배우자가 나의 어려움을 이해해주지 못하는 것 같아서', 남성의 경우 '친척들과의 인간관계 문제'가 제일 많았다. 둘째, 연령에 따라 가족의례에 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 가족의례는 가족건강성에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

도시인의 '삶의 질' 결정요인에 관한 비교정태분석 (A Comparative Static Study on the Variables' Significance to Urban Quality of Life)

  • As a succeeding analysis on the variables' significance to 'Quality of Life(QOL)'(Kim, Dong-Yoon, 2012a), which has a purpose of trying to enhance the intersubjectiveness by means of quantitive methods to find the factors on the QOL, this study aims at finding the time serial change in the deciding factors to deepen the related researches on the theme. Using the similar statistical methods such as multiple regression and factor analysis for "2012 Seoul Survey" this study shows two similar points and one differentia. The similarities include the fact that five subcategories of happiness have relative statistical importance in the order of (1)financial condition, (2)health condition, (3)social activities, (4)community relationship and (5)family life and the fact that the five subcategories are conceptually different from the 5 deciding factors, which means the possibility to improve the survey design. And the difference is the 5 factors such as (1) social trust - amenities, (2)cultural life, (3)social indiscrimination - hope for elevation, (4)sharing - giving and (5)community spirit which are largely different from preceding study. Although only the first two factors have statistical significance this result has a implication that they reflect the new paradigm of social capital and the essential necessity of human survival; sharing-community-culture.

  • This study aims to understand the Process of Communality formation among the Families of Communal Childcare Cooperative. Ethnographic, in-depth interview and participant observation at field are used as method. The families of communal childcare cooperative form their communality through investment and harmony, making relationship, and struggles and overcoming the struggles. Each family is willing to put in their money and time for an unfamiliar group to organize and manage a community. They head for the same direction accepting the diversity of expectation and thought based on the diversity of environment of each family. They have interactions upon the basis of equality among the families. Sharing their unique cloture such as communal place(teojeon), common issues, same generation, unique terms, specific modes of speaking informally or nicknaming, they accept the diversities and head for the sameness to have a harmony. In the reset of forming relationship, these families transfer successfully from the field of I and my family to that of group. They escape from a sense of priority that concerns their own family first and then others. They come to be able to consider the group first. Besides, they come to assimilate themselves to the group by identification with the group. They come to form their identity and sense of membership of the group recognizing power of group they belong in their families and local society. The process of forming community among the families of cooperative has inescapable struggles. Each family becomes a real host of the cooperative in the process of overcoming the struggles and experiences a growth of individual and group in the process of looking for the ways of overcoming the struggles. In the end, the families cooperates and reestablish their community.

일-가족문화가 조직구성원의 태도와 이직의도에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Work-Family Culture on Attitude and Turnover Intention of Organizational Members)

  • 본 연구는 은행종업원을 대상으로 하여 일-가족 문화, 직무만족, 조직몰입 및 이직의도와의 관계를 연구하였다. 일-가족 균형에 대한 종사원들의 욕구에 기업은 어린이와 노인을 돌보는 프로그램, 유연근무시간제, 직무공유제, 단축근무제, 그리고 재택근무의 채택 등의 다양한 프로그램을 시행하고 있다. 이러한 연구영역은 조직의 성공과 종업원 개인의 생활에 영향을 주기에 현대조직에서 매우 중요하다. 이에 본 연구는 일-가족문화에 대한 인식이 종업원들의 태도와 이직의도에 미치는 영향관계를 실증적으로 규명하고자 문헌연구와 더불어 금융업의 종업원들을 대상으로 254부의 설문지를 최종분석에 사용하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 일-가족문화에 대한 인식은 직무만족과 조직몰입 및 이직의도에 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 직무만족과 조직몰입은 이직의도와의 관계에서 모두 유의성이 검증되었다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 인력관리의 경제적 효용성을 위한 시사점과 연구의 한계점 및 향후 연구방향을 제시하였다.

콘텐츠 비즈니스 여성기업인의 일/가족 역할갈등과 조정 전략 (Work and Family Role Conflict and Management Strategies of Women Entrepreneurs in Contents Business)

  • 본 논문은 여성기업인의 일/가족 정체성을 규명하고, 여성기업인이 경험하는 일/가족 갈등, 그리고 일/가족 갈등 조정 전략을 밝히는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구 대상은 콘텐츠 비즈니스 분야 창업 여성기업인이며, 연구 방법은 심층면접이라는 질적 연구방법을 사용하였다. 연구 내용 및 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 본 연구에서는 <일 우선적 몰입>, <일/가족이중몰입>, <가족 우선적 몰입>이라는 세 유형으로 여성기업인의 일/가족정체성이 구분되었다. 본 연구에서는 <일/가족이중몰입>의 정체성이 두드러지게 나타났다. 둘째, 일/가족정체성은 자신이 처해 있는 일/가족상황과 사업성과에 따라 영향을 받는 것으로 나타난다. 셋째, 사례 여성기업인의 일/가족조정전략은 <일/가족 역할공유전략>과 <일역할 또는 가족역할축소전략>으로 구분된다. 조정전략 선택에 영향을 미치는 요인들로는 일/가족 정체성, 가족, 배우자 등 외부로부터 얻을 수 있는 자원의 유무, 가족구조, 사업의 재정적 성과가 밝혀졌다. 여성이 일/가족 역할공유전략을 선택하는 데에는 ‘남편의 지원’ 여부, 즉 남편이 사업 활동에 대한 지지와 격려를 하는 표현적(정서적) 지원과 가사나 육아를 실질적으로 대신 하는 도구적 지원의 양자가 모두 여성의 일/가족역할 공유전략에 영향을 미친다. 한편, 일역할 축소전략을 선택에는 ‘매출의 부진’이라는 사업상의 성과가 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다.

남성의 시장노동과 가사노동 - 신문기사 내용에 대한 질적 분석을 중심으로 (Men's Participation of the Market Work and the Housework - Focused on the Qualitative Analysis of the Contents in the Newspaper Articles)

  • The purpose of this study was to understand the labor division between men's housework and market work and to research the change of men's contribution to housework. And it was also examined what kinds of valuables work on a change in men's market work and housework. The information about men's change in the labor division was collected from the biggest 5 news papers in Korea for last five years for this study. And either men's new participation trend to household work did. Words searched for this study were men, labor, family, home, housewife, work, household work, father etc. Korean men have experienced a overloaded breadwinner role and have worked most in the world since 1960s. But Korean men's working time was continuously decreased a little every year. As Korean Companies had fired many worker during IMP economic crisis period, Korean men had to work more than before because of decreased fellows and they should have concentrated on their work at the sacrifice of private life and family-sharing time. On the other hand, some men were started to participate to do housework as a results of long-unemployment and early retirement after this periods. 5 day working system be in forced gradually since 2003 especially make men come back home and interest on housework. So Korean men's housework participation is gradually increasing by the practical application of sex-equitable politics such as 5 day working system and men's suspension regime for baby care. father's increased participation to children education and care, men's new family-oriented life style, dual-sexuality education system, and socially changed perception to husband housemaker. These interrelated trends demands us to shape a new labor division pattern in the family that make change the breadwinner/homemaker conception by the gender role. Now, all of family, men, women, and children have to join housework. It would help women, men, and all families make more human and equitable relationship.

지역사회 말기질환자 가족 부담감에 관한 연구 (A Study of Family Caregiver's Burden for the Terminally III Patients)

  • The purpose of this study was to describe the perceived burden of the terminally III patients's caregiver and to analyze relationship between the perceived burden and the various demographics, illness characteristics, family relationships, and economic factor of the family & patients. The sample of 132 caregivers who care for the terminally III patients Kyung-Gi province, Seoul, Korea. The period of this study was from August to September, 2002. The perceived burden of the family caregiver was measured by the burden scale(20 items, 4 point scale) developed by Montgomery et al. (1985). The Data was analyzed using SAS-program by t-test and ANOVA. The results were as follows; 1. The mean of the family caregiver's burden score was 3.02. The score showed that caregivers perceive severe the level of burden. The hight items of the family caregiver's burden were' I feel it is painful to watch patient's diseases'(3.77). 'I feel afraid for what the future holds for my patients'(3.66), 'I feel it reduced to amount of privacy time'(3.64). 2. The caregiver's burden was significantly related to patient's gender(F=3.17, p= 0.0020), patient's job(F=2.49, p=0.0476), caregiver's age(F=4.29, p=0.0030), and caregiver's job(F=2.49, p=0.0476). 3. The caregiver's burden according to illness characteristics showed no significant difference. 4. The caregiver's burden was significantly associated with patient's family relationship (F=4.05, p=0.0041), patient's care mean period in a day(F=47.18,

  • As the number of family living alone is expected to soar due to a change in socio-demographics like divorce, more middle-aged women returning to work, homes become smaller and so on. In addition to in 2020 these people will be increase so that 85 percent of the Koreans compose elderly living alone who is over 65. This study aims at developing a sharing-typed elderly people-centered rental model which is accessible in the community integration dimension as an alternative and finding out theirconscious, their need about residence. and we need to check about their major requirements on improvement step by step. so that we suggest the desirable way on the existing multi house. The model provides benefits in the social, economical and pragmatic dimensions as the families living alone get together and living with others, Particularly, as a residence model which reduces a psychological loneliness and at the same time enables the elderly to continue to live a life in the community while they live together with other people, this model could be a strategy which supports the "Aging in Place." This study is in progress via small group workshop which debate gradually about special subject with similar group member. So we can find the residence's preference on living environment in various condition and the member can imagine freely on their future living arrangement by giving the various informations which can be proceed in future. The workshop proceed three times. at the first workshop, we're check their living environment and satisfaction level. and second time we give the knowledge about shared-type rental house then discuss about the model. and last time we're listen to the residence's opinion.
