  • 그 동안 소프트웨어 가격의 적합성에 대한 논의가 끊임없이 이어져왔다. 패키지 소프트웨어를 구매하는 소비자와 공급자 사이의 원만한 거래를 위해서는 시장에서 서로가 수긍할 수 있는 가격 결정 논리가 필요하다. 그러나 현실은 아직까지도 가격을 결정하는 요인들에 대한 정확한 기준이 없을 뿐만 아니라 산정방식에 대한 이해도 또한 부족하다. 이로 인해 공급회사들은 각기 다른 기준에 의해 소프트웨어 가격 산정을 하고 있으며, 소비자는 끊임없이 합당한 가격인가에 대한 의문을 던지고 있는 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 합당한 소프트웨어 가격을 산정하기 위한 다양한 요인들을 분석하고 이를 기반으로 한 패키지 소프트웨어 제품의 적정가격산정 모델을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다.

소비자지식의 효과를 고려한 윤리적 제품의 프리미엄 지불의사 및 지불비용 분석-공정무역커피를 대상으로 (A Study of Willingness to Pay Premium and Purchasing Cost of an Ethical Product with Considering the Treatment Effect of Consumer Knowledge)

  • The purpose of this study was to explore the consumer responses such as willingness to pay premium and purchasing cost for fair trade coffee as an ethical product while considering the treatment effect of consumer knowledge. First, the levels of consumer knowledge, willingness to pay premium and purchasing cost were presented. Then, the influencing factors on willingness to pay premium and purchasing cost of fair trade coffee were analyzed by applying the treatment effect model. From the results, first, the level of willingness to pay premium was high and consumers having purchasing experience of fair trade coffee spent 9,923 won at once, while less than half of the consumers knew the fair trade coffee. Second, consumer knowledge, ethical judgement, perception of price value, education level and pocket money significantly influenced to willingness to pay premium, while consumer knowledge, information evaluation, importance of fair trade criteria and level of education significantly influenced to purchasing cost for fair trade coffee. Especially, consumer knowledge of fair trade coffee was an important influencing factor for willingness to pay premium and purchasing cost indirectly as well as directly. Thus, this study might provide some useful information for consumers to choose the ethical behavior and the related companies to create effective promoting strategies for ethical products.

한국적 이미지의 휴식복 개발 연구 (제1보) (Development of Korean Style Loungewear (Part I))

  • This study develops Korean Style Loungewear as a cultural fashion product. Through the use of surveys, Korean sentiments about Korean traditional clothing and Korean style fashion have been examined. The survey was conducted for 5,000 people in Korea; 3,500 responses of meaningful data were statistically analyzed. The data was processed by a SAS system; frequency and percentage were performed. It was found that Korean people have a high preference for Korean traditional clothing; however, they are not satisfied with its comfort, maintenance, or price. They answered that they would wear Korean style fashion if the design, comfort, and price were improved. They responded positively on the development of Korean Style Loungewear and its effectiveness as a cultural product. Based on the survey and basic geometric structures of Korean traditional costumes, silhouette designs of Loungewear have been developed. The designs are divided into one-piece styles and two-piece styles. The characteristic design details are git (Korean neckline) and goreum (Korean tie ribbon). The results have been shown on the "Han Style Fashion Show" by Jeonju City and exhibited in the "Seoul Living Design Fair" and the "International Art & Craft Trend Fair" in COEX, Seoul.

관광호텔 객실 공표 가격과 실거래 가격, 수용 가격과의 인구통계적 변수별 차이 - 대전지역 특급호텔 종사원을 중심으로 - (Differences of Rack Rate, Transaction Rate and Acceptability Rate by Demographic Variable in Tourist Hotels)

  • This study is to explore how the employees of tourist hotels perceive moderate room rates and price acceptance. Sampling was taken among employees for deluxe hotels at Yusong in Daejeon. A total of 150 samples were distributed and 124 valid samples were selected for this research. Answers were processed by SPSS 15.0 after data coding. The results of study are as follows; First, annual average sales price of hotel rooms is \99,223, and the rack rates take up 49.7% of the transaction rates. Second, the rack rates which many employees think moderate are in the range of $50.09{\sim}75.13%(\100,000{\sim}150,000)$ of the rack rates. Third, many employees consider $40.07{\sim}50.09%(\80,000{\sim}100,000)$ of the rack rates as the moderate acceptability rates. Finally, the differences of fair rates by age and annual income were noticeable. These hotels ought to narrow the gap between rack rates and transaction rates. This study has a meaning to draw up a new plan for the room rate policy.

  • The purpose of this study is to understand behaviors of slopes and determine soil parameters of slopes through the triaxial compression test and the direct shear test. Following results were obtained by comparing and analyzing model tests and analysis programs of slope stability. The safety factors of the Bishop's simple method, the Morgenstern Price method, the Spencer method and the GLE method were similar to each other but safety factors of the Fellenius method and the Janbu method were different from the formers. It was found that the Bishop's simple method, the Morgenstern Price method, the Spencer method and the GLE method could be used for design but attention should be paid to the Fellenius method and the Janbu method since they underestimated safety factor.

토지 실거래가격 추정을 위한 공동 크리깅기법의 적용가능성 연구 (A Study for Applicability of Cokriging Techniques for Estimating the Real Transaction Price of Land)

  • 최근 부동산거래의 투명성과 공평과세의 기반을 마련하고자 부동산 실거래가격의 활용에 대한 필요성이 증가하고 있다. 본 연구는 부동산 실거래가격의 활용과정에서 실거래 미발생지점에 대한 효과적인 가격추정을 위해 실거래 가격 및 고도, 경사도를 통합한 공동크리깅의 적용 가능성을 연구하였다. 이를 위해 경북 영천시의 2012년 1월부터 2014년 6월까지의 실거래 자료를 활용하여 실거래가격을 추정하였으며, 이를 정규크리깅 추정결과와 비교하였다. 추정된 가격과 2,575개 검증 지점의 실거래가격 사이 평균 오차, 평균제곱근오차 등을 분석한 결과 정규크리깅에 비해 공동크리깅 결과가 실거래가 추정과 현실화 측면에서 모두 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. 이는 지가형성에 영향을 미치는 고도, 경사 등의 영향요인이 고려되는 공동크리깅이 실거래가 추정에서 더 효과적임을 보여준다.

국내 도로공사 실시설계 대가영향요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Factors Affecting the Detailed Design Price of Road Construction Project)

  • 건설사업을 수행함에 있어 설계분야는 최종 성과물의 성패에 결정적인 영향을 미칠 뿐만 아니라 기술집약적 고부가가치를 창출하기 때문에 국가 산업발전의 핵심영역으로 그 중요성이 점차 부각되고 있다. 또한, 설계업무는 전문기술인력을 기반으로 수행되므로 설계의 품질 및 경쟁력을 확보하기 위해서는 지속적인 우수인력의 유입과 기술개발이 필요하며, 무엇보다도 적정 수준의 설계 대가 확보가 수반되어야할 것이다. 그러나 대표적인 건설설계 분야에 해당하는 도로공사 실시설계에 대하여 국내 대가기준의 현황을 검토한 결과, 대가 산정방식의 혼재, 공사비요율방식의 부정확성, 실비정액가산방식의 비활성화 등과 같은 문제점이 분석되었고, 이로 인하여 대가 산정 시 사업의 특성을 반영한 적정 대가의 산출이 어려운 것으로 파악되었다. 따라서 해당사업의 과업내용에 따라 설계의 적정대가를 책정할 수 있도록 대가기준이 개선되어야 할 것이며, 본 연구는 이러한 개선방안 마련의 일환으로 실제 수행 완료된 도로공사 실시설계의 사업 및 대가 정보를 수집하여 상관분석 및 다중회귀분석을 실시함으로써 도로공사 실시설계 대가의 영향요인을 도출하고 영향수준을 분석하였다.

  • 본 연구에서는 21C 핵심산업이라 할 수 있는 IT분야를 선정하여 설문의 신뢰도와 관여도를 높이기 위하여 표본대상을 구매자로 하여 내적 준거가격이 결과변수에 주는 영향력이 관여도에 따라 조절되는가를 분석하기 위하여 선행 연구 검토와 실증 조사를 한 결과 관여도에 따라 결과 변수에 주는 영향력이 조절될 수 있다는 것이다.

Does the Pricing Mechanism Affect the IPO Flipping Activity in Pakistan?

  • This paper explores the relationship between price mechanism and flipping activity of initial public offerings (IPOs) in Pakistan's emerging economy. This study uses a cross-sectional data set of 95 firms listed on Pakistan Stock Exchange from 2000 to 2019. This study employs the ordinary least square and quantile regression techniques to capture the relationship between price mechanism and flipping activity. The results show that book-built IPOs flip substantially less than fixed-price IPOs. This is consistent with the signaling theory assertion that roadshows are arranged by underwriters to capture investors' demand and set the offer prices of IPOs. If investors learn the fair values of quality IPOs, then the offer prices will be close to the intrinsic values, thus reducing flipping. The findings also provide conclusive evidence for understanding the usefulness of and the more relevant information regarding the pricing mechanism. In particular, it provides a better understanding of how companies actually use the pricing mechanism information in the flipping of IPO shares. The results of this study are also valuable to underwriters, and regulators, for instance, provides underwriters with the discretion to allocate the IPO shares and the SECP, in revising regulation on the disclosure of IPO pricing methods.

마켓 시스템에서 거래를 위한 브로커 기반 동기화 거래 알고리즘 (A Broker Based Synchronous Transaction Algorithm For Virtual Market Place)

  • Internet-based electronic trade has been growing fast. But most users are not yet familiar with the system and find it very difficult to purchase and sell the products in the cyber market place. To handle these problems, agent-based virtual market place system has been proposed where agents instead of individuals participate in trading of goods. Most of the proposed models have been in the two general categories. The first is the direct transaction among sellers and buyers, and the second is the agent-based transaction. However, the transaction is not fair and the best deal can't be guaranteed for both models. In this paper, we propose a new broker based synchronous transaction algorithm which is fair to both parties and guarantees the best deal. Our algorithm is implemented using Visual C++ and the experimental results show that our method is better than the two traditional transaction models in every performance metrics, Number of transactions are increased up to 21% and price adjustment is up to 280% better for some transactions.
