Firms' utilization of internet is completely changing their business environment. Apparel firms' without exception are using internet as their essential marketing mechanism and as a new media for educating customers. Some apparel firms' at the same time acquire valuable customer information from internet users. These business cases become evident in developed countries. in contrast most domestic appstrl firms' are unable to see the strategic importance of internet. Accordingly their level of internet utilization remains quite low. This paper describes apparel firms' use of internet as electronic commerce mechanism based on cases of pioneering apparel firms' which adopted internet technologies in the first place. This paper deals with production scheduling of block assembly shop in shipbuilding company. The Objectives of the schedule are leveling of daily total workload and fair assignment of workload to each department of the shop. Optimizing the objectives, we consider some restrictions which consisit of block due dates, workability of each department, and space restriction. We formulate the problem in mathematical form. But the model is too complex to find the optimal solution (the problem is NP-complete) and we use the genetic algorithm to find a good solution.

In this paper, we propose efficient scheduling strategy for Multi-user MIMO systems that find advantageous trade off solution between multiuser diversity and spatial diversity, spatial multiplexing technique. Specifically, we suggest P-SFS(Pseudo-SNR Fair scheduling) algorithm that consider throughput and fairness problem. also we propose channel aware Antenna deployment that decide how to use assigned multiple antennas by the information of each user's channel condition.

This paper provides a performance study of multistage interconnection networks in packet switching environment. In comparison to earlier work, the model is more extensive - it includes several parameters such as multiple-packet messages, variable buffer size, and wait delay at a source. The model is also uniformly applied to several representative networks and thus provides a basis for fair comparison as well as selection of optimal values for parameters. The complexity of the model required use of simulation. However, a partial analytical model is provided to measure the congestion in a network.

This paper presents a transmission cost allocation through application of a new reliability index in transmission pricing in competitive electric industry. The proposed method allocates a fair use of transmission system charge given separately to individual generator by capacity usage, based on the contribution of individual generator considering N-1 contingency in reliability margin of transmission capacity, and offers more alternatives of pricing in using transmission capacity and transmission margin.

It is required to develop a rational transmission tariff system to ensure the fair participation of the players in the market. This study suggests an improved transmission tariff system which classifies the line capacity into line usage and reliability capacity based on their use and reasonably allocates the costs incurred by each of them to users. In addition, it takes the system load variations into consideration.

콘텐츠 제작의 특성상, 타인의 저작물을 이용해야만 하는 경우가 많다. 그러나 기술이 급격히 발전하는 현대사회에서 저작권법에 모든 상황을 예측하여 예외조항 등에 명시하기에는 무리기 있다. 나아가 경우에 따라서 원저작자의 허락을 받지 못하는 경우가 분명히 존재할 것인데, 이러한 경우에까지 권리자의 권리보호를 이유로 그 저작물의 사용을 금지하는 것은 문화산업의 발전을 저해하는 요소로 작용할 것이 자명하다. 이러한 경우를 대비하여 만든 공정이용 제도는 문화산업 발전에 크게 이바지할 수 있을 것으로 보인다.

본 연구는 2007년 '제주화산섬과 용암동굴'의 UNESCO 세계자연유산 등재와 거문오름 국제트레킹대회의 추진이 제주의 생태관광에 주는 의미를 분석하였다. 세계자연유산 등재와 거문오름 국제트레킹대회의 추진은 참여주체와 활용방향이라는 측면에서 제주세계자연유산을 활용한 제주 생태관광에 의미있는 변화를 야기하였는데, 첫째 참여주체의 측면에서 소규모 자생단체 및 개별중심에서 제주특별자치도가 적극 참여하는 계기를 제공하여 확대 발전하였다. 둘째 단순 자연경관중심 관광에서 지리관광이라는 테마관광으로 발전하는 계기가 되었다. 마지막으로 지역사회의 지역발전에 대한 참여의지를 고양시켰음을 지적하고 구체적 참여방법을 제시하였다.

대표적 가중치 기반 공정 패킷 스케줄링 방식인 WFQ(weighted Fair Queuing)는 자원의 공정한 배분과 더불어 개별 트래픽 흐름이 요구하는 품질을 보장할 수 있어 RSVP(resource reservation protocol) 라우터에 널리 이용되어 왔다. RSVP는 패킷의 손실 없이 트래픽 흐름의 요구속도와 종단간 지연한계를 보장할 수 있는 자원을 예약하고, WFQ 스케줄러는 예약된 자원을 이용하여 흐름의 품질보장을 실현한다. 그러나 품질 보장형 서비스라 하더라도 실제적으로 몇 %까지의 패킷 손실이 허용된다. 따라서 패킷 손실을 허용하도록 RSVP와 WFQ를 개선할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 패킷 손실을 허용하는 WFQ 방식에 대해 연구하고, 그의 성능을 평가한다. 성능평가 결과 0.4%의 패킷 손실을 허용할 경우 40% 정도의 흐름 수용 능력이 개선되는 효과를 관찰하였다.

본 연구에서는 전자상거래 웹사이트와 인터넷 사용자 간의 신뢰를 높이고 인지된 위험을 완화하는 방법인 프라이버시 정책을 실증적으로 연구하고자 한다. 공정한 정보규정(FIP; Fair Information Practices)의 다섯 가지 요인인 공지, 접근, 선택, 보안, 시행을 통해 프라이버시 정책에 대한 인식을 측정하고 개인정보제공의도에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 또한 정책의 인식과 개인정보제공의도 간의 관계에 있어서 인지된 프라이버시 신뢰, 프라이버시 위험의 매개효과를 검증하였고, 개인의 신뢰성향을 프라이버시 정책의 인식과 프라이버시 신뢰 간 관계를 강화하는 요인으로 설정하여 조절효과를 확인하였다. 연구의 결과, 프라이버시 정책 인식과 개인정보제공의도 관계에서 인지된 프라이버시 신뢰와 위험이 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다. 또한 조절변수로 사용된 신뢰성향이 프라이버시 정책의 인식과 프라이버시 신뢰 관계를 강화하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 공정한 정보규정을 기반으로 프라이버시 정책에 대한 개인의 인식을 측정하여 실증적으로 분석했다는 점에서 의의가 있으며, 연구의 결과가 프라이버시 정책의 향후 연구에 시사점을 제시한다.
