간호대학생의 임상실습 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Influencing Satisfaction on Clinical Practice in Nursing Students)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생의 정서조절능력, 스트레스 대처방식과 임상실습 만족도 간의 관계를 파악하고, 간호대학생의 임상실습 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 자료 수집은 K시와 B시에 소재한 4개의 간호대학에서 3, 4학년에 재학 중인 간호대학생 201명을 대상으로 2016년 5월 1일부터 2016년 6월 30일까지 자가보고 설문지를 통하여 조사하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/Win v 20.0을 이용하여 t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe's test, Pearson's correlation coefficient, stepwise multiple regression으로 분석하였다. 간호대학생의 감정조절 능력 평균은 5점 만점에 $3.79{\pm}0.48$점, 적극적 대처는 4점 만점에 $2.79{\pm}0.41$점, 소극적 대처는 $2.53{\pm}0.36$점, 임상실습 만족도는 5점 만점에 $3.58{\pm}0.46$점 이었다. 임상실습 만족도는 정서조절능력(r=.391, p<.001), 적극적 대처(r=.361, p<.001) 및 소극적 대처(r=.276, p<.001)와 통계적으로 유의한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 임상실습 만족도에 영향을 미치는 주요 요인으로는 전공만족도(${\beta}=-.318$, p<.001)와 정서조절 능력(${\beta}=.230$, p<.001)으로, 이들 모형의 설명력은 28.1%로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 간호대학생의 임상실습 만족도를 향상시키기 위해서는 간호대학생의 전공만족도를 높이고, 긍정적인 정서조절 능력을 향상시킬 수 있는 효과적인 프로그램의 개발이 필요하리라 사료된다.

기혼여성의 배우자 선택요인과 결혼만족도 (Mate Selection Factors and Marital Satisfaction of Married Women)

  • The purpose of present study were to find the general trends of mate selecting factors and. marital satisfaction. concentrated on married women, to examine the difference among mate selection factors and marital satisfaction according to socio-demographic variables and Psychological variables and to analyze the effects of these variables influencing marital satisfaction. The subjects were 276 wives, living in Kwangju that having passed under S years after marriage without divorce experience. The major findings were as follows . 1. In mate selection, factor of high-degree was personality. view of value. personal relations, achievement, emotional mature. self-differentiation. degree of affection's expression. sense of humor, charms and condition of health Respondents'marital satisfaction score showed 91.75 and this score was higher than median score(62.5) 2. The external factor of mate selection showed significant difference according to degree of education. career. order. and sex-role attitude. The internal factor of mate selection showed significant difference according to degree of education, career, order, self-differentiation, self-esteem, and sex-role attitude 3. As correlating mate selectional factors to marital satisfaction, the significance appears in the mate's personality. view of value, emotional mature. personal relations. self-differentiation, condition of health. achievement. charm, sense of humor and degree of affection's expression. 4. Married women's marital satisfaction was influenced by self-esteem, personality and child's number that were explained about 38% by these variables. In conclusion, to happy marital life must be loved her own self. and above all considered internal factors like personality than external factors in mate selection.

병원조직의 윤리풍토가 간호사의 직무만족, 조직몰입에 미치는 영향 (Nurse's Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment according to Hospital Ethical Climate Types)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to identify ethical climate factors in hospitals and analyze their influence on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Methods: A convenience sample of 196 nurses from one national university hospital in J city participated in this descriptive study survey. Instruments included the Ethical Climate Questionnaire, Job Satisfaction Scale, and Organizational Commitment Scale. Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ and factor analysis were done to test reliability and construct validity of the scales. Data were collected from March 15 to March 25, 2013 and analyzed using descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA, t-test, Pearson correlation, and multiple regression with SPSS/WIN 18.0. Results: Seven ethical climate factors were identified; laws and professional codes, social responsibility, company rules and procedures, self-interest, personal morality, efficiency, and friendship. Factors influencing job satisfaction were friendship (${\beta}$=.25), social responsibility (${\beta}$=.20), laws and professional codes (${\beta}$=.20), and educational level (${\beta}$=.27), explaining 37.6% of variance in job satisfaction. Factors influencing organizational commitment included social responsibility (${\beta}$=.29), friendship (${\beta}$=.27), laws and professional codes (${\beta}$=.23), and age (${\beta}$=.19), with explanatory power of 44.6%. Conclusion: Results can be used as preliminary data for developing new strategies to establish positive ethical climates in hospital environments and thus enhance nurses' job satisfaction and organizational commitment.

환경영향평가 전문가의 직무스트레스 수준 및 관련 요인 (Job Stress Levels in Environment Impact Assessment, and Related Factors Including Expert)

  • A number of recent studies have shown that occupational stress is closely associated with increased fatigue and decreased job satisfaction. This study was designed to assess stress in workers in the field of EIA (environment impact assessment) from July 2009 through september 2009, and questionnaires were uesd to analyze the stress scores and identify the primary factors influencing stress in this occupation. The number of respondents was 272 working in the Capital (Seoul and Kyunggido), Chungcheongdo, Jejudo area. A structured questionnaire was used to evaluate the participants' socio-demographics, job-related factors, health-related behaviors, occupational stress, reaction factor (self-perceived fatigue, job satisfaction) and buffer factor (social support). Occupational stress and self-perceived fatigue were assessed using the Korean Occupational Stress Scale-Short Form (KOSS-SF) and the Multidimensional Fatigue Scale (MFS), respectively. The analysis revealed a strong correlation between occupational stress, job satisfaction, and social support, with occupational stress being associated with an increased risk of fatigue and decreased job satisfaction. In the multiple regression analysis(stepwise), the main factors influencing occupational stress were found to be job satisfaction, supervisor, fatigue, working time, no. of personnel, career. The results of this study suggest that occupational stress is a determinant predictor of self perceived fatigue and job satisfaction. Thus, a strong recommendation is made for a stress management program for reduction of occupational stress, and for the development of relevant experts on the health and quality of life of environment impact assessment workers.

COVID-19 팬데믹으로 인한 온라인 비대면 수업에서 간호대학생의 수업만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Influences of Learning Satisfaction among Undergraduate Nursing Students on Online Non-face-to-face Classes during COVID-19 Pandemic)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify factors influencing learning satisfaction of nursing students in online non-face-to-face classes during COVID-19 pandemic. 138 undergraduate nursing students were recruited from C nursing colleges of C city in Gyungnam. Data was collected using a self-reported online-questionnaire from 5 January to 18 January, 2022. Collected data were analyzed by SPSS/WIN 27.0 program using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression. Factor influencing learning satisfaction among undergraduate nursing students on online non-face-to-face classes during COVID-19 pandemic were teaching presence(presence of teacher)(𝛽=.43, p<.001), instructional quality(content qualities)(𝛽=.41, p<.001), Satisfaction of nursing major(satisfaction)(𝛽=.13, p<.001). instructional quality(interface)(𝛽=.12, p=.036), which explained about 85.3% of total variance(F=192.78, p<.001). Therefore, in order to improve class satisfaction in online non-face-to-face classes, it is necessary to operate classes that prioritize the presence of teacher so that learners can recognize and trust the presence of teacher by passionately professional performing. And, among instructional quality, we should be strengthen the usefulness of learning materials, content factors related to tests and assignments, and strive to improve satisfaction of nursing major. In addition, it is necessary to prepare and operate classes that fully consider the interface factors related to the manual composition and system convenience for online classes among the quality factors of classes.

Study on the Satisfaction Factors of College Selection for International Students and Pre-educated Local Education Center Students

  • As the attracting foreign student has become a very important strategy, detailed researches on their college selection and their satisfaction with college life are needed. Especially it is necessary to distinguish ordinary international students and those who take classes in Local Education Centers (LEC) before coming to Korea. The central purpose of this study is to identify how the two types of students differ in their perception of college selection factors and what factors affect their satisfaction with college life. A total of 186 international students participated in the study. It was found that the most important college selection factor of the pre-educated LEC students was 'obtaining academic ability through online classes and transfer of credit hours'. Second, these students reported that the two influential factors for their satisfaction with college life were 'quality of education' and 'cultural experience program'. Third, it was found that the major college selection factors influencing ordinary international students' college life satisfaction were 'expertise of faculty', 'transfer of credit through curriculum links', and 'recommendation from teachers at home country'. Fourth, the major factors affecting the pre-educated LEC students' satisfaction with college life were 'KSL classes at LE's', 'expertise of faculty', and 'financial aid system'.

간호사의 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향요인 (Factors influencing Nurses' Organizational Citizenship Behavior)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to identify the factors that influence nurses' organizational citizenship behavior. Methods: A cross-sectional design was used, with a convenience sample of 547 nurses from four university hospitals in Seoul and Gyeonggi province. The data were collected through a questionnaire survey done from September 22 to October 10, 2008. The tools used for this study were scales on organizational citizenship behavior (14 items), self-leadership (14 items), empowerment (10 items), organizational commitment (7 items), job satisfaction (8 items) and transformational transactional leadership (14 items). Cronbach's alpha and factor analysis were examined to test reliability and construct validity of the scale. The data collected were processed using SPSS Window 15.0 Program for actual numbers and percentages, differences in the dependent variable according to general characteristics, and means, standard deviations, correlation coefficients and multiple regression analysis. Results: The factors influencing nurses' organizational citizenship behavior were identified as self-leadership ($\beta=.247$), empowerment ($\beta=.233$), job satisfaction ($\beta=.209$), organizational commitment ($\beta=.158$), and transactional leadership ($\beta=.142$). Five factors explained 42.0% of nurses' organizational citizenship behavior. Conclusion: The results of this study can be used to develop further management strategies for enhancement of nurses' organizational citizenship behavior.

한방의료기관의 재방문 및 추천의사에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Affecting the Intention to Revisit and to Recommend to others a Korean Medicine Clinic)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study is to analyze the association between the satisfaction of Korean Medicine users and their intention to revisit and to recommend to others. Methods : This study conducted frequency analysis, chi-square test, and logistic regression analysis on 1,010 male and female Korean Medicine users aged 19 or higher in the country using data from the 2017 Korean Medicine Utilization and Herbal Medicine Consumption Survey. Results : The results of analyses revealed that the facilities in Korean Medicine clinics, the results of treatment, and the attitude of nurses and medical staff were the significant influencing factors on the intention to revisit and to recommend to others. Other than the above factors, the attitude toward medical treatment of Korean Medicine doctors and the satisfaction with an explanation of the treatment procedures were found to be important influencing factors on the intention to recommend to others. Conclusions : In order to increase the intention to revisit and to recommend to others a Korean Medicine clinics, the top priority lies in both proving high-quality medical services and promoting kind attitudes of medical staff.

인터넷쇼핑몰의 고객불만처리 서비스에 대한 고객의 평가 (Customer′Evaluation on the Customer Complaints Handling Service of Internet Shopping Mall)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the subarea of customer complaints handling service and to accomplish the data for an improvement of complaints handling get service through the evaluation of the importance and performance on customer handling service as subdivisions of customer complaints handling service. The data were collected 303 female/male, 20-30 age by outline survey. The major findings of this study were as follows: 1) The subdivisions of customer complaints handling service were classified into four different factors ; promptness, empathy, information, policy factors. 2) As the subdivisions factors, importance was promptness, empathy>information>policy factor and performance was empathy>information>promptness>policy factor in order. 3) There were question asking the performance evaluation of influencing the total satisfaction of customer complaints handling service. There were promptness, empathy of performance evaluation of influencing the total satisfaction.
