Purpose: The purpose of the study was to synthesize related studies and identify the predictors of school adjustment among multicultural children. Methods: The author searched Google Scholar, RISS, KISS, Naver Academic, NDSL, and the National Assembly Library databases from August 1 to August 8, 2016. Keywords included multicultural, adolescents, school life, and school adjustment. Results: Twenty two studies, from 3,645 screened references, were included and finally analyzed. Weight gain is defined as the increase in body weight, increasing the prevalence of obesity, and results in metabolic diseases. Weight gain was reportedly caused by the interaction between the obesogenic environmental factors and individual metabolic factors. Sociodemographic and environmental factors (demographic factors, lifestyle/behavioral factors, food/nutritional factors, socioeconomic factors), drug-related secondary causes (some of the corticosteroids, antihyperglycemics, antihypertensives, antidepressants, etc.), and metabolic factors (aging and hormonal changes, menopause and decreased sex hormones, decreased adipocyte degradation, decreased fibroblast growth factor 21, central sympathetic nervous system hyperactivity, decreased sympathetic-adrenomedullary system activity) are significant factors related to weight gain. It is crucial to prevent weight gain and maintain an ideal weight, but studies on the risk factors of weight gain are insufficient. Therefore, this study evaluated the factors associated with weight gain to find strategies for preventing unnecessary weight gain.
Purpose - The purpose of the present study is to discover success factors for small and medium-sized exporting enterprises and to derive factors that can positively influence the export of small and medium-sized enterprises. The ultimate goal is to contribute to the problem solution mentioned above. Research design, data, and methodology - A total of 258 filled-in questionnaires were collected; afterwards, frequency and cross tabulation analyses were conducted. The PPML analytic technique was applied to the core factors analyzed in Stages 1 and 2 to conduct regression analysis (cause and effect analysis and estimation method), thereby deriving success factors. Result - Based on detailed factors, a total of 15 success factors directly/indirectly involved in the success of export in small and medium-sized enterprises comprising 9 success factors, three positive effect factors for export, and three governments support policy factors were identified. Conclusions - The present paper is a rare empirical study paper that found and presented three detailed factors that positively influence on export and three government support policy factors, in addition to the above factors. Therefore, the results can be used by small and medium-sized enterprises that require not only previous studies, but also actual export success factor.

This study attempts to derive critical success factors and prioritize activities for implementing the automation of software test. Software testing proceeds in five steps of test plan, test case design, test scripting & test environment setup, test execution & evaluation, and test closure. From the literature, twenty influence factors in the five steps were identified. Focus Group Interviews with ten experts in software testing selected fourteen factors on the basis of importance and feasibility. Some factors were further divided to clarify their meanings and the number of influence factors finally became twenty one. A survey on the influence factors was conducted with 75 IT professionals. An importance-feasibility analysis was applied to the survey responses and classified the influence factors into four groups of essential factors, critical factors, low priority factors, and minimal factors. Essential factors include objectives for test automation, strategies for test automation, test automation training, test automation education, setting up test automation environment, setting up test environment, test automation tool selection. Critical factors include management's continued support, management's continued interest, role of automation engineers, and skills of automation engineers. This result suggests that a lot of efforts should be put into SW test plan for the successful SW test automation and SW automation should proceed in consideration with the priorities and resource consumption.
It is difficult to estimate the effective factors upon Cumulative Trauma Disorders in real workplace because those are developed by combination of various risk factors for time. The purpose of this paper was to evaluate relative level of CTDs risk factors such as task-related factors, anthropometric factors, joint deviation factors and personal factors using fuzzy linear regression models. And the models are built corresponding to each category with the survey data from telephone operators. The coefficient of fuzzy models are described as the relative level of variable to present risk factors upon CTDs.

The results were as follows: The factors to be considered in pattern making were categorized in three groups. 1. Factors to be considered to achieve the correct use of specific materials: elasticity, shrinkage, lining and interlining 2. Factors to be considered to satisfy the design specifications: silhouette, dart distribution, collar and sleeve, trimming 3. Factors to be considered for better sewing quality: skillfulness of the sewer, sewing methods and sewing equipment. 4. Suggestions were made for appropriate factors. A focus-group-interview in pattern design has been interviewed to verify the suggested factors. The factors were presented as a guide to develop the production pattern. 5. For better usage of the factors, standardization were suggested for making process with necessary factors for jacket, skirt.
