지반반력계수$(K_{30})$와 변형률계수$(E_v)$에 대한 고찰 (Study on the subgrade reaction modulus$(K_{30})$ and strain modulus$(E_v)$)

  • Two modulus, strain modulus $(E_v)$ and subgrade reaction modulus $(K_{30})$ are being used as a standard for bearing stiffness in Korea Railroad design. The first is used in Europe and the other is used in Japan. The methodologies to obtain the two modulus are similar in using plate. But testing methods are different in loading to plate. Therefore, according to soil strain range, there should be large gap in not only computations of deformation modulus but also the necessary time to test. At first, this paper focuses on the two kinds of test methods to evaluate bearing stiffness. Secondly, based on elastic theory, the theory to obtain the two coefficients are studied thoroughly. Finally, the correlations between the two coefficients were analyzed and evaluated based on the field test results more than 38 places. The matching values for subgrade and ground between $K_{30}$ and $E_{v2}$ are proposed with the consideration of the proposed strain reduction factor (1.5 for subgrade and 3 for ground) and safety factor, respectively.

Removal and Inactivation of Hepatitis A Virus during Manufacture of a High Purity Antihemophilic Factor VIII Concentrate from Human Plasma

  • A validation study was conducted to evaluate the efficacy and mechanism of the cryo-precipitation, monoclonal anti-FVIIIc antibody (mAb) chromatography, Q-Sepharose chromatography, and lyophilization steps involved in the manufacture of high purity factor VIII (GreenMono) from human plasma, in the removal and/or inactivation of hepatitis A virus (HAV). Samples from the relevant stages of the production process were spiked with HAV and subjected to scale-down processes mimicking the manufacture of the high purity factor VIII concentrate. Samples were collected at each step and immediately titrated using a 50% tissue culture infectious dose (TCID$\_$50/) and then the virus reduction factors were evaluated. HAV was effectively partitioned from factor VⅢ during cryo-precipitation with the log reduction factor of 3.2. The mAb chromatography was the most effective step far removal of HAV with the log reduction factor of $\geq$4.3. HAV infectivity was not detected in the fraction of factor VⅢ, while most of HAV infectivity was recovered in the fractions of flow through and wash during mAb chromatography. Q-Sepharose chromatography showed the lowest efficacy for partitioning HAV with the log reduction factor of 0.7. Lyophilization was an effective step in inactivating HAV with the log reduction factor of 2.3. The cumulative lag reduction factor, $\geq$10.5, achieved for tile entire manufacturing process was several magnitudes greater than the potential HAV load of current plasma pools.

외식업체 서비스 이미지 결정 요인 평가 분석 - 전주 지역 외식업체 중심으로 - (Evaluation and Analysis on the Image Decision Factors of Food Service Industry - Focused on Jeonju Local Food Service Industry -)

  • 본 논문은 외식서비스산업의 이론과 요인분석을 통한 지역 프랜차이즈 V업체, T업체 그리고 O업체 외식업의 서비스 이미지 비용표준 가치 이익과 순수 이미지 지각 가치에 관하여 연구를 하였다. 목적을 달성하기 위한 연구방범으로 이론적 연구방법과 실증적 연구방법을 병행하였다. 이론과 실증분석을 통하여 외식업체의 서비스 이미지 정체성 활성화를 위한 외식업체의 서비스 이미지 결정 사업 단계를 살펴보았고, 그 결과로 전주 지역의 외식업체의 서비스 이미지 마케팅을 위한 사업 계획 우선순위인 순수 이미지 지각 가치 점수에서 '메뉴 서비스 이미지'가 전주 지역 외식업체의 서비스 이미지 마케팅을 위한 사업계획 우선순위인 순수 이미지 지각가치점수에서 가장 효과적인 것으로 나타났고, 또한 이미지 비용 표준 가치 이익 점수에서 V업체는 '운영적 서비스 시스템 이미지', T업체는 '접근성 서비스 이미지', O업체는 '내부 환경 서비스'가 가장 효과적인 요인으로 나타났다. 외식업체의 서비스 이미지 마케팅 전략에 있어서 V외식업체는 외식업체의 서비스 이미지 계획운영사업 17억원, T외식업체에서 9,600만원, O외식업체에서 720만원으로 외식업체의 서비스 이미지가 가장 효과적으로 나타났다.

확장된 SSD에 기인한 Electron beam의 Output 및 특성 변화에 관한 연구 (A Study on clinical Considerations caused by inevitably Extended SSD for Electron beam therapy)

  • We are often faced with the clinical situations that is inevitably extended SSD for electron beam therapy due to anatomical restriction or applicator structure. But there are some difficulties in accurately predicting output and properties. In electron beam treatment , unlike photon beam the decrease in output for extended SSD does not follow inverse-square law accurately because of a loss of side scatter equilibrium, which is particularly significant for small cone size and low energies. The purpose of our study is to analyze the output in changing with the energy, cone size, air gap beyond the standard SSD and to compare inverse-square law factor derived from calculated effective SSD, mominal SSD with measured output factor. In addition, we have analyzed the change of PDD for several cones with different SSDs which range from 100cm to 120cm with 5cm step and with different energies(6MeV, 9MeV, 12MeV, 16MeV, 20MeV). In accordance with our study, an extended SSD produces a significant change in beam output, negligible change in depth dose which range from 100cm to 120cm SSDs. In order to deliver the more accurate dose to the neoplastic tissue, first of all we recommend inverse-square law using the table of effective SSDs with cone sizes and energies respectively or simply to create a table of extended SSD air gap correction factor. The second we need to have an insight into some change of dose distribution including PPD, penumbra caused by extended SSD for electron beam therapy.

  • Let G be a graph with vertex set V(G) and edge set E(G), and let g, f be two nonnegative integer-valued functions defined on V(G) such that $g(x)\;{\leq}\;f(x)$ for every vertex x of V(G). We use $d_G(x)$ to denote the degree of a vertex x of G. A (g, f)-factor of G is a spanning subgraph F of G such that $g(x)\;{\leq}\;d_F(x)\;{\leq}\;f(x)$ for every vertex x of V(F). In particular, G is called a (g, f)-graph if G itself is a (g, f)-factor. A (g, f)-factorization of G is a partition of E(G) into edge-disjoint (g, f)-factors. Let F = {$F_1$, $F_2$, ..., $F_m$} be a factorization of G and H be a subgraph of G with mr edges. In this paper it is proved that every (0, mf - (m - 1)r)-graph has (0, f)-factorizations randomly r-orthogonal to any given subgraph with mr edges if $f(x)\;{\geq}\;3r\;-\;1$ for any $x\;{\in}\;V(G)$.

극성/무극성 6H-SiC 쇼트키 베리어 다이오드 제조 및 전기적 특성 연구 (A Study About Electrical Properties and Fabrication Schottky Barrirer Diode Prepared on Polar/Non-Polar of 6H-SiC)

  • We have fabricated schottky barrier diode (SBDs) using polar (c-plane) and non polar (a-, m-plane) n-type 6H-SiC wafers. Ni/SiC ohmic contact was accomplished on the backside of the SiC wafers by thermal evaporation and annealed for 20minutes at $950^{\circ}C$ in mixture gas ($N_2$ 90% + $H_2$ balanced). The specific contact resistance was $3.6{\times}10^{-4}{\Omega}cm^2$ after annealing at $950^{\circ}C$. The XRD results of the alloyed contact layer show that formation of $NiSi_2$ layer might be responsible for the ohmic contact. The active rectifying electrode was formed by the same thermal evaporation of Ni thin film on topside of the SiC wafers and annealed for 5 minutes at $500^{\circ}C$ in mixture gas ($N_2$ 90% + $H_2$ balanced). The electrical properties of SBDs have been characterized by means of I-V and C-V curves. The forward voltage drop is about 0.95 V, 0.8 V and 0.8 V for c-, a- and m-plane SiC SBDs respectively. The ideality factor (${\eta}$) of all SBDs have been calculated from log(I)-V plot. The values of ideality factor were 1.46, 1.46 and 1.61 for c-, a- and m-plane SiC SBDs, respectively. The schottky barrier height (SBH) of all SBDs have been calculated from C-V curve. The values of SBH were 1.37 eV, 1.09 eV and 1.02 eV for c-, a- and m-plane SiC SBDs, respectively.

지방산 조성에 의한 vibrio cholerae non-O1의 화학분류학적 관계 (The Chemotoxonoic Relationship of Vibrio cholerae non-O1 by Fatty Acid Compositions)

  • Vibrio cholerae non-O1 49균주와 V. Vibrio cholerae non-O1, V. mimicus, V. vulnificus와 V. parahaemolyticus의 균체 지방산(fatty acid methyl ester; FAME)을 gas liquid chromatogrphy로 분석하였다. 이들 분석자료를 통계학적으로 처리하여 Vibrio 종과 V. cholerae의 혈청형별 유연성을 비교 검토하였다. 검출된 지방산은 모두 41종이었고 분포량이 많은 것은 16:0, 16:1 cis 9, 18:1 trans 9/16/cis 11과 15:0 iso 2 OH/16:1 cis 9였다. 검출된 지방산 중에서 35종은 V. cholerae를 동정하는데 주요한 인자로 작용되었다 지방산분포를 UPGMA(비가중수리분석)으로 dendrogram을 작성한 결과 V. cholerae non-O!은 V. cholerae O1보다 V. choleare non-O1 중에서 O2, O5, O8, O10, O14, O27, O37, O39, O45와 O69의 총 10종류 혈청을 대상으로 지방산 조성에 의한 유사성을 검토한 결과 유사도가 92% 이상 수준에서 7개의 아종을 형성하여 혈청형과 지방산 조성간에는 유의할 만한 상관관계가 있었다. 따라서 V. cholerae non-O1의 동정 및 역학적인 조사시 지방산 분석은 유용하게 활용될수 있음을 알 수 있다.

  • Diagnostic tests were performed in three high voltage motors. These tests included insulation resistance, polarization index, ac current, dissipation factor($tan{\delta}$) and partial discharge magnitude. The rewind of motor stator insulation at rated voltage is assessed by the results of these tests. After completing the diagnostic tests, the stator windings of motors were subjected to gradually increasing ac voltage, until the insulation punctured. NO.1 and No.2 motors failed near rated voltage of 14.0 kV, respectively. These motors are lower that expected for good quality coils in 6.6 kV class motors. The breakdown voltage of No.3 motor was 15.0 kV.

  • The impressions for odors are subjective and have individual differences. In this study, the Impressions of odors were investigated by covariance structure analysis. 46 subjects (men in their twenty) recorded their reactions to ten odorants by grading them on a seven-point scale in terms of twelve adjective pairs. Their reactions were quantified by using factor analysis and covariance structure analysis. The factors were extracted as "preference", "arousal" and "persistency". The subjects were classified into three groups according to the most suitable causal models (structural equation models). Each group had different causal relationship and different impression structure for odors. It was suggested that there is a possibility to evaluate the subjective impression of odor using covariance structure analysis.

  • The characteristics of wireless power transfer is achieved at high frequencies in short range magnetic resonant wireless power transfer system. Use PFC pre-regulator for power supply of high frequency inverter. Supplied power to high power factor and high efficiency. Accordingly, the input voltage is 110V-220V. The designed of 175W Class with the output voltage of 385V. As a experiment result, maximum power factor and maximum efficiency measured 99% and 97% respectively. Therefore, in this paper, the design of a inductor which is the most important element in PFC converter for short range magnetic resonance wireless power transfer system was studied. Used an CS330125 core through the designed of 175W class. Examination results power loss was 0.2%.
