Kinetic tests on pyrolysis of waste fishing net [WFN; nylon-6], waste ship lubricating oil [WSLO] and their mixture were carried out by thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) with heating rate of 0.5, 1.0, and $2.0^{\circ}C/min$. Pyrolysis of waste fishing net started at $300^{\circ}C$, and the main region of decomposition temperature was between 360 and $440^{\circ}C$ at each heating rate. Decomposition temperature of the mixture of WFN and WSLO was lower than that of WFN and WSLO, and the shape of thermogravimetic graph of mixture was different as well. The corresponding kinetic parameters including activation energy and pre-exponential factor were determined by differential method over the degree of conversions. The values of activation energies for the mixture of WFN and WSLO were between 98 and 427 kJ/mol as the conversion increased from 5% to 95%. Tubing reactor was used to analysis of pyrolyzed oil at $440^{\circ}C$ for 80 min. The selectivity of specific hydrocarbons was not detected and the carbon number distribution of the pyrolyzed oil was below $C_{22}$.
Application field of third dimension graphic is becoming diversification by the fast development of hardware recently. Various theory of details technology necessary to design game such as 3D MMORPG (Massive Multi-play Online Role Flaying Game) that do with third dimension. Cyber city should be absorbed. It is the detection speed that this treatise is necessary in game engine design. 3D MMORPG game engine has much factor that influence to speed as well as rendering processing because it express huge third dimension city´s grate many building and individual fast effectively by real time. This treatise nay get concept about the collision in 3D MMORPG and detection speed elevation of game engine through improved detection method. Space division is need to process fast dynamically wide outside that is 3D MMORPG´s main detection target. 3D is constructed with tree construct individual that need collision using processing geometry dataset that is given through new graph. We may search individual that need in collision detection and improve the collision detection speed as using hierarchical bounding box that use it with detection volume. Octree that will use by division octree is used mainly to express rightly static object but this paper use limited OSP by limited space division structure to use this in dynamic environment. Limited OSP space use limited space with method that divide square to classify typically complicated 3D space´s object. Through this detection, this paper propose follow contents, first, this detection may judge collision detection at early time without doing all polygon´s collision examination. Second, this paper may improve detection efficiency of game engine through and then reduce detection time because detection time of bounding box´s collision detection.

In this paper, the characteristics of fatigue crack growth in the spot welded joint of the same kinds of specimens($HS{\times}HS,\;GA{\times}GAB$) and different kinds of specimens($HS{\times}GA,\;HS{\times}GAB$) which consist of dual phase high strength steel(HS) and monogalvanized steel(GA) were examined with static tension tests and axial tension fatigue tests. Some of the important results are as follows : 1. The divergence of tensile strengths among the same and different kinds of spot welds under the same conditions is comparatively low regardless of the difference of stiffness. 2. At the low load bevel and long life legion, the fatigue crack is initiated near the nugget. However, in the high load level and short life region, it occurs a tittle far from the nugget. 3. It has shown a linear relation between maximum stress Intensity factor, Kmax and fatigue life, $N_f$ among each of the spot welds and has gathered in a narrow band on the log-log graph paper. $Kmax=H{\cdot}{N_f}^{P}$ where H and P are a material constant.
The thickness of buried gas pipeline is determined mainly with internal pressure and location factor according to the requirements of ANSI B3l.8. But the stress of buried gas pipeline is determined by not only internal stress but also external loads. The change of burying and environmental conditions, therefore, may result in increasing stress of pipeline. In order to avoid the decrease of safety degree resulting from change of environmental condition, the evaluation of stress level shall be necessary. The reliable equations have been developed for calculating stress of buried pipeline from internal pressure, earth load, vehicle load, ground subsidence. But they are very difficult to understand and use for non-specialist. For easy calculation of non-specialist, the new computer program to calculate stress of buried natural gas pipeline have been developed. The program can calculate maximum stress resulted from earth load, vehicle load, thermal load, four type ground subsidence. The stress is calculated by the equations and extrapolation of the graph resulted from FEM. In this paper, as the series of paper I, the operating method and the functions of the program is explained.

In this study, thermo-gravimetric analysis(TGA) was used to investigate the effect of urea concentration and heating rate on the ammonia($NH_3$) formation process from urea solution. A newly designed pipe nozzle was inserted through a 1,000 N${\ss}$(C)/h oil firing boiler to compare the DeNOx efficiencies between the upward and downward nozzle. This experiment reveals the effect of path which an urea droplet goes through. Urea solution showed the same TGA graph without regard to the presence of oxygen. Heating rate had a great influence on the weight loss trend. But the concentration of urea solution between 10% and 40% did not affect so much the thermal decomposition temperature. Therefore, heating rate is more important factor on the thermal decomposition of urea than the concentration of urea solution. Three nozzles located at different positions showed similar DeNOx efficiencies such as 68.1%, 71.8%, 70.8% at the same temperature. Even though urea solution was injected for the same zone, the injection direction made much difference in DeNOx efficiency. A upward nozzle showed 68.1% and downward nozzle 9.5%. This results illustrate the importance of heating rate.
Statistical landslide susceptibility analysis, which is widely used among various landslide susceptibility analysis approaches, predicts the unstable area by analyzing statistical relationship between landslide occurrence locations and landslide controlling factors. However, uncertainties are involved in the procedures of the susceptibility analysis and therefore, fuzzy approach has been used to deal properly with uncertainties. The fuzzy approach used fuzzy set theory and fuzzy membership function to quantify uncertainties involved in landslide controlling factors. Various fuzzy approaches were suggested in the procedure of the membership value determination and fuzzy operation in the previous researches. However, few studies were carried out to compare the analysis results obtained from various approaches for membership function determination and fuzzy operation. Therefore, in this study, the authors selected Jinbu area, which a large number of landslides were occurred at in 2006, to apply two most commonly used methods, the frequency ratio and the cosine amplitude method to derive membership values for each controlling factor. In addition, the integration of different thematic layers to produce landslide susceptibility map was performed by several fuzzy operators such as AND, OR, algebraic product, algebraic sum and Gamma operator. The results of the landslide susceptibility analysis using two different methods for the determination of fuzzy membership values and various fuzzy operators were compared on the basis of ROC graph to check the feasibility of the fuzzy based landslide susceptibility analysis.
Phosphorus accumulation in fertilized soils becomes serious problem for agriculture and the environment. In this investigation, we conducted a laboratory scale investigation to find the most desirable displacement methods of the adsorbed phosphate onto the soil particle surfaces. Soil samples which contained high amount of phosphate were collected at two different depths (0-10 cm and 10-20 cm) from four locations at the moderate highland located in Nonsan, Chungnam. To observe the mobilization of solid-phase phosphate, soil samples were equilibrated with oxalic acid solutions ranging from $10^{-5}$ to $10^{-1}cmol\;L^{-1}$ with the dilution factors of 1:1, 1:2.5, 1:5, 1:10, and 1:20. The mineralized P sharply increased as the concentration of oxalic acid was greater than $5{\times}10^{-4}cmol\;L^{-1}$ under dilution factors of 1:1, 1:2.5, and 1:5. The breaking concentration of oxalic acid was lowered to $10^{-4}cmol\;L^{-1}$ and $5{\times}10^{-5}cmol\;L^{-1}$ for dilution factors of 1:10 and 1:20, respectively. The curve fit obtained from the graph can be described by exponential growth when the dilution factors were 1:1, 1:2.5, and 1:5 while the sigmoidal shape for 1:10 and 1:20, showing the mineralization of P were significantly dependent on the dilution factor.
With the development of information technology (IT), various information systems (IS) such as Web-based systems and mobile systems have appeared utilizing different technologies. However, recent studies on IS use and user satisfaction rarely account for technological differences among IS and environmental characteristics where IS are intended to be used. The purpose of this research is to investigate the determinants of the use of Web-based ticketing systems for cultural activities and to empirically validate their relationships. Environmental psychology suggests that human beings respond to external stimuli from environments with their emotions, and their emotional states influence human actions, e.g., IS use in this research. Applying environmental psychology to the use of Web-based systems in the culture and entertainment industry, we propose that web site characteristics first influence a user's internal state of mind (i.e., flow) and then the flow state influences the IS use. Studies related to the state of flow collectively affirm the key role played by the flow construct in shaping individual attitudes and behaviors toward IS. Users' flow states are captured by their shopping enjoyment, perceived behavioral control, and the level of concentration on the IS use. Referring to social presence theory, we have included such web site characteristics as content quality, context of web site, and community quality. In our research model, a second order construct is utilized to represent web site quality, because flow theory suggests that holistic experiences with web-based systems (rather than individual characteristics of the web site) are important in explaining the IS use. Further, we have included trust as another important factor influencing the IS use since business transactions on the web encompass higher uncertainty comparing to offline transactions. In order to test our hypotheses, we have conducted an online survey which results in 1,141 valid responses in the final sample. The data were collected from respondents who have experiences in Internet ticketing systems. Although it was a convenient sample, the sample represents a wide variety of user demographics. Validity and reliability of the research instrument were tested and research hypotheses were examined using PLS Graph 3.0. The results indicate that web site characteristics significantly influence the level of user concentration, user's enjoyment in shopping, and perceived behavioral control. Further, the use of Internet ticketing systems is influenced by users' flow states and trust in the web channel. User satisfaction is turned out to be affected by the use of Internet ticketing systems. Unlike extant research on the relationship between web site characteristics and its use, our study has found that, in the culture and entertainment industry, the impact of web site characteristics on IS use is mediated by a user's flow state. This finding has a practical implication that web site design should include as many features that enhance shopping enjoyment and concentration. Other practical implications of these findings and future research implications are also discussed.
The lateral soil movement in soft grounds undergoing improvement with application of vertical drains is analyzed on the basis of monitoring data at three fields, in which fifty six monitoring sites are located. Based on the investigations, the criterions are suggested to predict the lateral soil movement. In order to predict the lateral soil movement in the improved soft grounds by using the dimensionless parameter R suggested by Marche & Chapuis (1974), it is desirable that the maximum lateral displacement in the soft ground below the toe of embankment should be applied to calculate R instead of the lateral displacement at the toe of embankment. The lateral soil movement may increase rapidly, if the safety factor of slope is less than 1.4 in case of high ratio of H/B (Thickness of soft ground/Embankment width) such as 1.15 or is less than 1.2 in case of low ratio of H/B such as 0.05. Also, the graph suggested by Tschebotarioff (1973), which illustrates the relationship between the maximum height of embankments and the undrained shear strength of soft grounds, can be applied to the evaluation for the possibility of the lateral soil movement due to embankments on soft grounds.

Cognitive reserve (CR) is a concept that can explain the discrepancies between the pathologic burden of the disease and clinical manifestations. It refers to the individual susceptibility to age-related brain changes and pathologies related to Alzheimer's disease, thus recognized as a factor affecting the trajectories of the disease. The purpose of this study was to explore the current states of clinical studies on neural substrates of CR in Alzheimer's disease using functional magnetic resonance imaging. We searched for clinical studies on CR using fMRI in the Pubmed, Cochrane library, RISS, KISS and ScienceON on August 14, 2023. Once the online search was finished, studies were selected manually by the inclusion criteria. Finally, we analyzed the characteristics of selected articles and reviewed the neural substrates of CR. Total thirty-four studies were included in this study. As surrogate markers of CR, not only education and occupational complexity, but also composite score and questionnaire-based method, which cover various areas of life, were mainly used. The most utilized methods in resting-state fMRI were independent component analysis, seed-based analysis, and graph theory analysis. Through the analysis, we demonstrated that neuroimaging techniques could capture the neural substrates associated with cognitive reserve. Moreover, functional connectivity of brain regions centered on prefrontal and parietal cortex and network areas such as default mode network showed a significant correlation with CR, which indicated a significant association with cognitive performance. CR may induce differential effects according to the disease status. We hope that this perspective on cognitive reserve would be helpful when conducting clinical researches on the mechanisms of traditional Korean medicine for Alzheimer's disease in the future.
