노인요양기관종사자의 심리적 자본이 이직의도 및 직무만족에 미치는 영향 (An Effect of Aged Care Facility Worker's Psychological Capital on Turnover Intension and Job Satisfaction)

  • Objectives: This study aims to examine the effect of psychological capital on turnover intension and job satisfaction by aged care facility workers. Methods : Samples were obtained from 147 aged care facility workers in one county of Kyungsangbukdo. The study conducted a correlation and a regression analysis to learn how psychological capital (self-efficacy, hope, optimism, resilience) would affect turnover intension and job satisfaction. Results : First, age and marital status turned out to have a positive (+) influence on job satisfaction which would be negative (-) affected by tenure of office. Second, hope, sub-variable of Psychological Capital, affected a negative (-) influence on turnover intension. Third, resilience, sub-variable of Psychological Capital, affected a positive(+) influence on job satisfaction. Conclusions: It is suggested to develop the psychological capital of aged care facility workers, effective welfare system and educational program are required for better job satisfaction.

배드민턴 클럽지도자의 리더십과 시설 참여만족도에 미치는 영향 (The effect of the leadership of a badminnton club leader and the the facility on participation satisfaction)

  • 이 연구의 이유는 배드민턴 클럽 지도자와 시설이 참가자들의 만족도의 영향을 끼치는지에 대한 연구이다. 이 연구에서는 495명의 대전에 거주하는 배드민턴 구성원들이 참여했다. 결과에 따른 클럽 지도자의 리더십과 참가자들의 만족도 관계는 긍정적인 관계가 있었다. 배드민턴 시설과 참가자들의 만족도도 결과는 같았다. 리더십의 영향은 주목할만 했다.하지만 클럽 시설의 영향은 적었지만 나쁘지는 않았다. 그러므로 리더십과 시설은 둘다 참가자들에 영향을 미친다. 특히 그중에서도 지도자는 만족감에 중요한 영향을 미치기 때문에 관심을 받을 필요가 있는 연구 결과가 나왔다.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate these major factors on patient satisfaction, and to examine the affecting level of major factors in. The subjects in this study was 70 hospitals that were surveyed the hospital evaluation program containing the survey of patient satisfaction by KHIDI(Korea Health Industry Development Institute) from 1997 to 1999. The collected data was analysed SPSS for Windows(Ver 10.0). On basically, frequency analysis, t-test, and ANOVA was performed and, for more analysis, correlation analysis, factor analysis, multiple regression analysis, logistic regression analysis was utilized. According to this study, the major factors of inpatient satisfaction are divided 3 types facility factor, manpower factor, and service factor. And the major factors of outpatient satisfaction are analyzed 5 types; facility factor related direct medical service, facility factor related indirect medical services, manpower factor, pharmacy factor, and facility factor related utilization convenience. The importance of this study lies in the identification of major factors on hospital patient satisfaction.

월출산국립공원 탐방객 만족요인 및 예측모형 분석 (Satisfaction Factors and Determinants of Visitors in Weolchulsan National Park, Korea)

  • 본 연구는 월출산국립공원 탐방객들의 탐방후 평가를 통하여 만족도, 만족요인과 예측모형을 분석하여 바람직한 공원관리의 기초자료를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 만족도에서는 '탐방프로그램의 부족'이 가장 높았고 시설 부족, 탐방료 부담감과 탐방 팸플릿 및 안내시설 부족 등에 다소 불만족하는 것으로 나타났다. 만족요인으로는 '시설관리요인'과 '경상관리요인'이 만족도에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 만족도 예측모형에 있어서는 등산로 훼손 및 안전시설 부족 등 공원의 특성과 부합되는 변수가 만족도에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

  • This study analyzes the correlations of participation motivation, education satisfaction, and positive behavioral intention for participants in marriage enrichment programs. The survey response results for 193 participants in marriage enrichment programs were analyzed with the statistics analysis application IBM SPSS 20.0. The findings of this study are as follows. An examination of relative influence of participation motivation and education satisfaction with the positive behavioral intention of participants in marriage enrichment programs indicated that internal motivation had a positive influence on education satisfaction, external motivation had a negative influence on satisfaction for facility environment and satisfaction with employee service, and motivation had positive influence only on facility environment. An examination of the influence of participation motivation and education satisfaction with the positive behavioral intention of the participants in marriage enrichment programs indicated that internal motivation and external motivation had a high positive influence on positive behavioral intention. However, motivation did not have a significant influence on behavior after participation. In education satisfaction, satisfaction with content, satisfaction with instructor, and satisfaction with employee service had a positive influence on positive behavioral intention, however, satisfaction with facility environment had negative influence on positive behavioral intention.

서울시 시설거주 노인의 여가프로그램제약정도와 여가생활만족도 - 무료양로시설을 중심으로 - (The Leisure Constraint and Leisure Life Satisfaction of the Institutionalized Elderly in Seoul - Focusing on the Free Institutionalized Elderly -)

  • This study investigated the leisure constraints and leisure life satisfaction of the institutional elderly. The respondents were 302 elderly people residing in 5 free institutionalized elderly homes in Seoul. The data were analyzed by frequency analysis, factor analysis, One-way ANOVA, Duncan's post hoc test and regression analysis using SPSS WIN 12.0 program. Exploratory factor analysis revealed that the 10 items in the proposed scale could be grouped into four factors of constraint on leisure:'physical constraint','psychological constraint','interpersonal constraint', and 'structural constraint 'There were differences in leisure constraints according to sex, age, education degree, interaction with facility colleagues, and interaction with facility staff. There were differences in leisure life satisfaction according to sex, age, having religion or not, interaction with facility colleagues, interaction with facility staff and leisure constraints. Regression analysis results indicated that the main effective factors of leisure life satisfaction were leisure constraints.

지하공공보도시설 보행환경의 사용자 만족도연구 - 영남지역 사례를 중심으로 - (A Study on the User Satisfaction of Pedestrian Environment in the Underground Public Pedestrian Facility - Focusing on the Yeongnam province -)

  • This study is to search for improvement of Pedestrian Environment through User Satisfaction on Underground Public Pedestrian Facility. Development of large scale underground spaces has been increased by urban multi-dimensional. However, concern for practical users is in lack because the aim of the development is to obtain profit. Thus, this study have tried to find consideration of architectural factors of underground public pedestrian facility in Yeongnam province for pedestrians. Also, the study have tried to find improvement for the architectural factors depending on an evaluation index of pedestrian environment and satisfaction of the practical users.

요양시설 규모에 따른 직원의 감정노동, 직무만족이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Emotional Labor and Job Satisfaction on Organizational Commitment in Staffs by the Size of Facility)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the factors influencing organizational commitment of staffs according to the size of long-term care facility. Methods: A cross-sectional descriptive study was designed. Data collection was conducted for a total of 315 employees in long-term care facilities located in Seoul, Gyeonggi, Gangwon, Gyeongbuk, and Chungnam. Data were collected from July 2018 to October 2018 using questionnaires which included emotional labor, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and general characteristics. In order to confirm the differences in the size of the facility, the facilities with less than 30 beds, those with 30-99 beds, and those with more than 100 beds were analyzed. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Mann-Whitney U test, Kruskal-Wallis H test, Pearson's correlation analysis, and multiple regression. Results: The job satisfaction and organizational commitment were significantly different according to the size of long-term care facility. Organizational commitment was influenced by 'external job satisfaction' in less than 30 beds, was influenced by 'external job satisfaction, and attentiveness to required display rules of emotional labor' in 30~99 beds, and then was influenced by 'type of job, and internal job satisfaction' in more than 100 beds. The predict variables accounted for 23.0%, 41.0%, and 34.0% of organizational commitment respectively. Conclusion: These findings show that tailored interventions should be provided depending on the size of facility in order to increase organizational commitment. In addition, organizational commitment programs should be developed by considering strategies to reduce the emotional labor and to increase job satisfaction.

  • The purpose of this study is to suggest fundamental data for design and planning of university dormitory through the survey of facility condition and resident's satisfaction. The scope of this research is limited to the period from late 1980's to early 2000's. The University Dormitories in Jeollanam-do and Jeollabuk-do are selected as subject. The result of this study is as follow. 1) Even though dormitory's total area is increased than the past, user's satisfaction is still in low level. It's necessary for user to fit a space to life pattern and the difference of human. 2) As a result of comparing of the sexual difference, most men are more active than women in using facility and practice 3) Not only a part of facility but also a part of operation is important element in satisfaction.

버스 정류장의 서비스 수준 및 평가모델 구축에 관한 연구 (Establishment about Service Level and Evaluation Model of Bus Stop)

  • 버스 정류장은 많은 승객이 이용하기 때문에 편리한 서비스 제공을 위하여 이용자 중심으로 환경을 개선할 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 GAP, IPA, 구조방정식을 이용한 버스 정류장 서비스 수준에 대한 이용자 평가모델 구축을 통하여 그 개선 방향을 제시하고자 하였다. 버스 정류장의 31개 서비스 항목에 대한 GAP 구축에서는 장애인 관련 시설, 버스 이용 관련 정보를 제공하는 항목에서 차이가 높게 나타났다. IPA의 현재 서비스의 경우는 버스 운행 관련 정보, 보조시설, 장애인 지원시설에서 우선 시정이 필요한 것으로 나타났고, 서비스 기대치의 경우는 버스 운행 관련 정보 및 환승시설, 장애인 지원시설에서 지속적 노력이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 구조방정식에 의한 버스 정류장 서비스 평가모델은 적합도가 좋은 것으로 나타났으며, 버스 정류장 전체 만족도에는 시설 이용 만족보다는 대기 만족 그리고 버스 정류장 시설 이용 만족에는 버스 운행 관련 정보 만족, 보조시설 만족, 버스 운행 정보 및 환승시설, 장애인 지원시설이 상대적으로 영향을 많이 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 현재 버스 정류장에 대한 전체 만족도가 낮을수록, 전체 만족도에 대한 기대치가 높게 요구되고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 버스 운행 관련 정보와 장애인 지원시설에 대해서는 적극적인 개선 전략이 필요한 것으로 나타났다.
