혈액 물류센터 위치 선정 문제 (Facility Location Problem for Blood Logistics Center)

  • 요본 논문은 혈액의 총 배송비용 최소화와 배송 허용시간 $T^*$ 조건을 만족시키는 최적의 물류센터 위치를 결정하는 알고리즘을 제안하였다. Zhang과 Yang은 각 지역에서 최대 거리에 위치한 2개 지점의 평균값이 배송제약시간보다 작은 지점의 위치를 이동시키는 방법을 제안하였으나 최단거리 계산 오류로 인해 물류센터 위치를 잘못 선정하였다. 제안된 알고리즘은 지역 간 최단거리 $l_{ij}$를 구하여 $_{max}l_{ij}{\leq}L^*$인 지점과 $l_{ij}>L^*$인 경로 $P_{ij}=v_i,v_k,{\cdots},v_l,v_j$에 대해 ($v_i,v_k$)와 ($v_j,v_l$)로 $l_{ij}-L^*$ 위치를 이동시킨 지점들 중에서 $_{max}l_{ij}{\leq}L^*$인 지점들을 최종 후보 물류센터 위치로 결정하였다. 이들 후보 지점들 중 총 배송비용이 최소가 되는 지점을 최적의 물류센터 지점으로 결정하였다.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate and analyze the function and scale on aspect of construction planning with examples of exhibition and convention facilities constructed recently in domestic and foreign area. Also, it was to provide the result for basic data for construction planning and architecture of similar facilities constructed later. The study methodles, but they had characteristics to use the space with compound purpose for exhibition, conference, etc through installing multi-purpose hall. Finally, for effective construction planning of exhibition and convention facilities, it was required to decrease the ratio of common area gradually and derive rationalization of whole space composition by deriving complexity of function rather than planning of single purpose of each facility for exhibition and conference function. was to analyze the characteristics of construction planning for composition and scale of exhibition, conference, public use, support, maintenance functions, etc and placement composition of unit rooms by each floor on the basis of internal area of exhibition and convention facility in Korea and Japan. As the result of analyzing 10 examples(K1~J5), the placement of auditorium and multi-purpose hall was affected according to location of exhibition room and conference room in the composition of unit rooms by each floor and the installment ratio of support facility in Korean examples was higher than in Japanese examples. In case of facility scale, the Japanese examples were overall small in the whole scale relatively to Korean examp.

경남지역 노인요양시설의 공간 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Spatial Characteristics of Elderly Care Facilities in Gyeongnam- Province)

  • The purpose of this study is to present the basic direction of the desirable spatial plan for elderly care facilities by analyzing the spatial characteristics of elderly care facilities in gyeongnam-province. As a research method, 189 elderly care facilities in gyeongnam-province were investigated for location conditions, site area, floor area, total floor area, and space composition. In addition, the area of each specific space was analyzed for two elderly care facilities with a typical floor plan. The results of the survey and analysis are as follows. First, the average number of people in the facility was 53.8, and the number of people in the facility needs to be planned to be medium or less so that they can live in a more comfortable environment in the future. Second, in the location type, it was found that many facilities were distributed in the order of suburban and rural type, urban type, mountain type, and waterfront type. In addition, in terms of facility space composition, the proportion of detached facilities was 50.8%. Complex facilities require a reasonable plan in consideration of the location type and other functional facility characteristics. Third, the average total floor area per person of elderly care facilities was 27.57m2. There is a limit to constructing a unique nursing space. In the composition of bedrooms, quadruple rooms account for 67.4%, but it is necessary to expand the proportion of bedrooms that can be used by fewer people.

사회복지시설의 유형에 따른 안전관리의 차이에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Safety Management Differences According to Social Welfare Facility Type)

  • 이 연구는 사회복지시설의 증가로 인하여 사회복지시설의 안전관리의 중요성이 대두되고 있는 현시점에서 사회복지시설의 안전관리인식, 안전관리실태, 시설구조 및 설비인식에 대한 분석을 하였다. 총 12개 사회복지시설에 소속된 204명의 시설이용자와 시설관리운영자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 사회복지시설의 유형에 따른 의미 있는 차이를 알아보기 위해 평균차이검증(t-test)과 일원분산분석(ANOVA)을 실시하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째 안전관리인식, 안전관리실태, 그리고 시설구조 및 설비인식에 있어서 시설관리운영직원의 인식수준이 시설이용자보다 통계적으로 유의하게 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 시설유형에 따른 안전관리분석 결과는 건강가정지원센터 관리자 및 사용자의 안전 인식수준이 안전관리인식, 안전관리실태, 시설구조 및 설비인식의 모든 분야에 있어서 다른 사회복지시설의 응답자보다 유의하게 낮게 나타났다. 셋째, 6~10년 미만 시설의 응답자 보다 10년 이상 된 시설 응답자의 안전관리인식과 시설구조 및 설비에 대한 인식이 높게 나타났다. 넷째, 건물높이에 따른 안전인식에 있어서는 3층과 4층이 1층보다 유의하게 높게 나타났다. 마지막으로 바닥면적과 안전인식과의 관계를 살펴보면, $400m^2$ 미만 또는 $600m^2$ 이상의 바닥면적을 가진 응답자들의 안전인식이 400 이상${\sim}600m^2$ 미만 응답자들보다 유의하게 높게 나타났다.

집단 에너지 시설에 의한 주변 대기질 영향 (The influence on air quality of the surroundings by the facility of the district heating)

  • The comparison of the air quality with the evaluation of the environmental assessment before and after operations of the heat source and of the flue-gas desulfurization facilities were studied. First of all, several sites were selected for the representative sample points, and then they were examined air quality of the surroundings. The results were that TSP(total suspended particulate) analysis after an operation of the heat source facility was $74~81{\mu}g/m^3$, PM-10 was $31~94{\mu}g/m^3$, and $SO_2$concentration was 0.002~0.009ppm, respectively. As the result of examination to the concentrations of diffused pollutants, there was no relations between TSP concentration of sample points and the effect of air quality according to the heating source. When we compared the neighbored area of the heating source with the other area, the concentration of air pollutants after an operation of the facility of the heating source was similar to the heating source, the neighbored area, and the other area. So we concluded that there was no the effect of the air pollution by producted pollutants from the heating source.

적정연계환승체계를 감안한 역세권개발방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on Rail Station-Influenced Area Development Combined with the Optimal Connection and Transfer Facility)

  • 본 연구에서는 역세권개발의 핵심요소로서 3가지를 제시하였다. 우선 역의 입지에 따른 주변토지이용, 철도노선 개수에 따른 역사유형, 역사개발방식을 고려한 역세권개발 유형을 제시하는 것이다. 다음은 역세권 개발이 성공하려면 역의 기능이 제대로 발휘되어야 한다. 이를 위해 역으로의 접근성을 판단하는 적정수준의 연계체계 구축방안을 제시하였다. 마지막으로 역으로의 접근 후 승객이 편리하게 환승할 수 있도록 하는 승하차 시설을 배치기준을 제시하였다.

VIPEX를 이용한 가상 원자력시설의 핵심구역 파악 분석 (Vital Area Identification Analysis of A Hypothetical Nuclear Facility Using VIPEX)

  • The urgent VAI(Vital Area Identification) method development is required since 'The Act of Physical Protection and Radiological Emergency' that is established in 2003 requires an evaluation of physical threats in nuclear facilities and an establishment of physical protection in Korea. The KAERI(Korea Atomic Energy Research Institute) has developed the VAI methodology and VAI software called as VIPEX(Vital area Identification Package EXpert) for identifying the vital areas. This study is to demonstrate the applicability of KAERI's VAI methodology to a hypothetical facility, and to identify the importance of information of cable and piping runs when identifying the vital areas. It is necessarily needed to consider cable and piping runs to determine the accurate and realistic TEPS(Top Event Prevention Set). If the information of cable and piping runs of a nuclear power plant is not considered when determining the TEPSs, it is absolutely impossible to acquire the complete TEPSs, and the results could be distorted by missing it. The VIPEX and FTREX(Fault Tree Reliability Evaluation eXpert) properly calculate MCSs and TEPSs using the fault tree model, and provide the most cost-effective method to save the VAI and physical protection costs.

충청북도 농촌중심지활성화사업에 적용된 거점강화전략과 계획의 특성 (Characteristics of the Strategies and Plans for Activating Central Area in the Rural Town Regeneration Projects in Chungcheongbuk-do)

  • Due to population decline and aging, many rural towns have become increasingly declining, and the government has been carrying out the rural town regeneration project to activate central area with the concept of compact city. The purpose of this study is to analyze the strategies and plans promoted in the rural town regeneration projects for the six towns in Chungcheongbuk-do and to identify their characteristics. The main subjects of the study are hardware plans such as the public facility plans and streetscape plans, which were carried out by local governments to revitalize the centre. In particular, the contents of each detailed plan, the location of each facility, detailed budget, and relationship between public facilities and commercial street in the six cases were analyzed by distribution map, relationship map and data comparison. Through this, the characteristics of the new application methods of each project to strengthen the central area were analyzed and classified into five types. The results of the study are to provide useful basic research to determine the direction of the project and select the contents of the plan in the rural town regeneration projects.

  • Korean naval architecture company today is making researches in expansion of productivity of their own accord. In result, they have accomplished many technical developments like a ground shipbuilding system. For our company's productivity expansion in our yard's limited condition (the facility, P.E area, stock area), we develop isometric pre-erection method that turn into a possibility to maximize our facility use, minimize our dock period.

피유치원의 공간구성적 특성에 관한 연구 -대구지역 유치원 사례를 중심으로- (A research on Characteristics of the Spatial Compositions in Kindergarten -The Case Study of Kindergarten in Daegu Area-)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate its characteristics of the spatial compositions at several kindergartens in Daegu area. Through this, the study is intended to provide the basic data of the efficient building planning and facility operations in the kindergarten. The results of this study are as follows. 1) Recently, the spatial compositions of kindergarten was classified as education, educational aids, educational support, teacher / administration, and public service area. 2) The concept of special classroom space was set up in all the surveyed facilities. This space was used for small-scale events, meals, and game features. 3) Support staff, including teachers, are insufficient for the service space. 4) The size of total land area of the facility's public service area was affecting. 5) The Lobby and aisle space of the surveyed facilities was used as a multipurpose space. 6) In response to diverse educational content, the direction to plan should be seperated by multi-space.
