수력발전소 정비변수 및 회전체 통합관리시스템 개발 (Development of an Integrated Management System for Maintenance Parameters and Rotary Machine of Hydro-power Plant)

  • Condition-based maintenance(CBM) has been used as a useful concept for optimizing maintenance plan and decreasing maintenance cost in several kinds of plant sites. This study introduced an example that developed an integrated management system for maintenance parameters and hydraulic turbine of hydro-power plant in order to improve its maintenance strategy as applying CBM techinique. The integrated management system consists of three parts. One is a hardware part including PDA inspection system and several kind of precision measuring instruments. Another is a vibration monitoring system on hydraulic turbine. The other is a software part that takes charge of making hierarchy tree of maintenance parameters and their inspection route, managing accumulated database, assessing health condition of components, and supporting interface with other enterprise management system. The system has been installed at Chuncheon hydro-power plant for test and demonstration. It is expected that the system can contribute database construction for diagnostics and prognostics on facility health condition and systematic accumulation of know-how on operation and maintenance of plant.

첨단 시설물 점검 및 진단장비 검·인증제도 도입 필요성에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Necessity of Verification and Certification System of Inspection and Diagnostic Equipment for Infrastructure using Advanced Technologies)

  • 연구목적: 최근 시설물 유지관리의 중요성이 높아짐에 따라 시설물 유지관리 분야에 첨단기술의 도입과 활용이 증가하고 있다. 첨단기술이 현장에서 실효적 효과를 발휘하기 위해서는 진단장비의 검인증제도를 통한 신뢰성 확보가 필요하나 제도도입에 대한 사회적인 요구와는 별개로 업계의 시각 및 현실적인 기술수준에는 차이가 존재하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 현황에 대한 종합 및 실무자에 대한 의견조사를 통해 합리적인 시설물 진단장비 검인증 제도의 도입 방향을 연구하였다. 연구방법: 시설물 점검 및 진단장비의 첨단기술 도입 및 활용 촉진을 위한 검인증제도 도입 필요성 및 시급성에 대하여 유지관리 및 건설 분야 실무자들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 또한 일본 및 국내 장비 관련 유사인증제도의 비교분석을 통해 첨단 시설물 진단장비에 대한 검인증제도 도입 방향을 검토하였다. 연구결과: 첨단기술 적용에 대하여 실무자 의견은 높은 비율로 유지관리 분야에 드론 및 로봇 등 첨단기술의 도입이 필요하며, 첨단기술 도입 시 현장에서 상당한 효과를 발휘할 것으로 조사되었다. 반면 현재 국내의 기술 수준은 상대적으로 낮아 기술적용에는 일정한 시간이 소요될 것으로 조사되었다. 또한 시설물 진단장비 검인증제도의 도입을 통해 신뢰성 높은 시설물 진단장비 보급될 것으로 조사되었다. 한편, 국내외 진단 및 계측 장비 등에 대한 유사제도 조사결과, 직접적으로 시설물 유지관리에 첨단기술을 적용한 장비를 검인증 하는 제도는 없으며, 다만, 일본에 진단장비의 성능평가 체계가 도입되어 있다. 국내의 융복합기술이 적용된 제품 인증제도 및 운용중인 186개 인증제도 가운데 유사한 21개 계측 및 진단장비 인증제도를 분석하여, 첨단시설물진단장비에 대한 검인증제도 도입방안을 제시하였다. 결론: 실무자들의 의견을 종합하면 시설물 유지관리 분야의 합리화를 위하여 진단장비에 대한 4차 산업혁명 기술의 적용과 신뢰성 높은 진단장비 활용을 지원하는 검인증제도의 도입은 충분한 타당성을 갖는 것으로 볼 수 있다. 그러나 현실적인 과제는 우리나라의 첨단기술 수준이 시급성에 비하여 낮게 평가되고 있어 첨단 시설물 점검 및 진단장비 검인증 제도는 기술적용 및 검증 수준을 고려한 단계적 확대 형태로 시행되어야 한다. 또한 검인증제도 도입과는 별개로 시설물 진단장비 첨단화 촉진을 위한 별도의 투자 및 지원과 노력이 필요 하다.

서울시 지역교육청별 초등학교 교사시설의 면적특성 (The Floor Area Characttics of the Elementary School Building Facilities by the District Office of Education in Seoul)

  • This paper considered 1) the relation between the number of student and the floor area of the school building facility, 2) the situation and the distribution of the school building facilities area, 3) the position between the district office of education by the school building facilities composition. Data were collected from 529 elementary school in seoul. 1) The number of student is have not an influence on the floor area of the school building facility in the middle school. 2) The floor area of the school building facilities per 1 student of the jungbu district office of education is larger than other the district office of education and distribution of area is wide. 3) As the position between the district office of education by the school building facilities composition is considered by principal component analysis, the maintenance of the need space is late in the gangdong gangseo district office of education, maintenance of support space is late in the gangdong dongbu district office of education, the maintenance of management space is late in the seobu bukbu district office of education.

교육시설 유지관리 수준에 관한 전문가 의식조사 연구 (A Study on the Survey of the Experts' Consciousness as to the Level in Maintenance Management of Educational Facilities)

  • In case of the BTL Project for current educational faculties, the proper standards to analyze those said educational standards lack, so it is very difficult to conduct an exact analysis and those improper standards are problematic when proper management and maintenance costs are calculated. In case of such educational facilities, as students have to use them safely for a long time and the quantity of their activities and the status of their physical growth based on individual classes, as well as the features for use by facility and the regional characteristics are different, other standards for maintenance and management must be considered unlike an apartment house. Thus, in this study, to set up the standards considering the features of educational facilities, the maintenance and management level suitable for educational facilities is presented by comparing and analysing that required to maintain and manage an apartment house, targeting the experts specializing management of educational facilities.

안전정보와 보전관리정보를 연계한 Web 기반 지식베이스 진단시스템 구현 (A Study on the Development of a Web Based Knowledge-Based Diagnosis System through a Combination of SIS and MMIS)

  • To keep enterprise's competitiveness on condition of the automatic manufacturing system such as FA, FMS and CIM, all the maintenance problems should be considered seriously in not only production and maintenance but also related industrial safety. As we analyze in the surveys for the maintenance management of domestic enterprises and the causes of Industrial accident, there will be necessity of drawing up countermeasures for prevention of industrial accidents and for ensuring expertise maintenance technologies. Based on these analyses, this study studied the safety information system, maintenance management information system, and the machinery condition diagnosis technique by using of the knowledge-based system under the internet environment. This web based knowledge-based diagnosis system can easily provide not only the knowledge of expert about deterioration phenomenon of industrial robot, but also the knowledge of relating safety and facility on everywhere, everytime. Therefore, when we use this system, it is expected to improve the efficiency of business processes in the production and safety.

  • Reliability Centered Maintenance(RCM) is one of most widely used methods in the modern power system to schedule a maintenance cycle and determine the priority of inspection. A precedence study for the new structure of rearranged system should be performed due to introduction of additional installation. This paper proposes a new method to evaluate the priority of maintenance and inspection of the power system facilities. In order to calculate that risk index, it is required that the reliability block diagram should be analyzed for the power system. Additionally, a fault cause analysis is also performed through the event-tree analysis.

Therefore, it is expected to improve the efficiency of business processes in the production and safety when we use this system.

상수도시설물의 유지관리를 위한 BIM모델 개발 및 BIM 데이터 관리방안 (Development of BIM models and management of BIM data for waterworks maintenance)

  • 3D-based BIM(Building Information Modeling) technologies can be utilized effectively as a means of systematic management of facility information for safety assurance and effective maintenance of waterworks facilities. In this study, BIM models of water treatment facilities that can be used as basic data for BIM-based maintenance of waterworks facilities were developed. Information exchange and generality of the developed BIM models were evaluated by conducting interoperability analysis of IFC(Industry Foundation Classes) conversion models. In addition, the application of COBie(Construction Operations Building information exchange) was recommended as an effective countermeasure to deal with technical limitation regarding exchange and utilization of facilities-related information through current IFC models. The results of this study can contribute to the development of BIM-based maintenance system for waterworks facilities.

Maintenance of Waterscape Facilities at Garden shows in Korea

  • We aimed to understand various problems identified at waterscape facilities of gardens built at garden shows in Korea. The main purpose of the study is to understand which parts of waterscape facility built in gardens at garden shows are causing problems and whether these problems can be traced back from garden design phase or from local communities in charge of maintenance. Furthermore, we examined if such problems get more aggregated as time passes by and different garden shows have different types of problems. In this study, types of waterscape facilities examined are pond, waterway, wall fountain, water glass, trough, mist, Cascade, fountain, rain garden, waterfall. An analysis of the maintenance status of waterscape facilities introduced in the existing gardens confirmed that problems could arise in two main respects. One is due to poor maintenance by the organizers of the garden show, and the other is due to the poor design of waterscape facilities by the garden designer.
