혁신특성의 영향요소가 성공적인 EDI의 구현에 미치는 영향 (The Impact of Factors affecting Innovation Characteristics on EDI Implementation Success)

  • The evolution of EDI has opened the flexible and efficient way for business to conduct a greater portion of the routine buyer-seller business activities online. This study focuses on the role of factors that change the innovation characteristics for implementation success of EDI. Three factors promotional efforts, proactive implementation strategy, and provision of technical expertise are proposed to affect EDI implementation success, as these factors directly influence three general and most important attributes of innovation relative advantage, compatibility, and complexity respectively. Hypotheses indicate that promotional efforts, proactive implementation strategy, and provision of technical expertise directly affect EDI implementation success that is represented by three variables volume, depth, and diversity. A structural equation modeling approach(LISREL) is used to analyze data from EDI adopters. The results show that proactive implementation strategy and provision of technical expertise positively affect implementation success of EDI. Given the significant impact of the wide spread use of the EDI system, this study offers quite useful insights on the factors facilitating innovation characteristics under which EDI can be successfully diffused in organizations.

증강현실(Augmented Reality: AR) 기술수용에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Influential Factors on Technology Acceptance of Augmented Reality(AR))

  • 증강현실(AR)은 4차 산업혁명 시대의 핵심 서비스 기술 중의 하나이다. 시장 확산을 위해선 새로운 기술에 대한 소비자의 수용성 문제(public acceptance)는 대단히 중요한 이슈이다. 그럼에도 불구하고 일반 소비자들의 AR기술에 대한 수용 내지 사용 의도나 사용 행동에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대한 실증적인 연구는 아직까지 많지 않다. 본 연구에서는 AR산업에 있어서 확장된 통합기술수용 모델(UTAUT2)을 기반으로 기술 수용에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대해 분석하고 이를 바탕으로 기존의 연구와 비교를 통해 논의를 하였다. 연구 결과 기존의 UTAUT1 모형의 주요 요인인 성과기대, 노력기대, 촉진조건 및 UTAUT2의 쾌락적 동기, 습관이 사용 의도에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 또한 본 연구에서 새롭게 투입한 인지된 위험(perceived risk)은 사용의도에 부(-)의 영향을 미쳤다. 이들의 영향 관계는 노력기대(${\beta}=.294$)>습관(${\beta}=.268$)>쾌락적 동기(${\beta}=.266$)>성과기대(${\beta}=.263$)>촉진조건(${\beta}=.233$)>인지된 위험(${\beta}=-.094$)순으로 나타났다. UTAUT1의 사회적 영향은 사용의도에 유의미한 영향을 주지 않는 것으로 분석되었다. 사용 의도는 실제 사용과 추천의향에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 주는 것으로 분석되었다. 한편, 연령은 독립변수와 사용 의도간 조절 역할을 할것이라는 가설 검정결과 사회적 영향, 촉진조건, 쾌락적 동기, 습관과 사용 의도 간 조절역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 동일한 방법으로 성별의 조절효과를 검정한 결과 성별은 촉진조건, 인지된 위험과 사용 의도 간 조절역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 확장된 UTAUT2모델을 AR기술 수용에 처음으로 적용하여 검정했다는 점에서 학술적인 의의가 있다. 실무적으로는 쾌락적 동기와 습관이 AR기술 수용에 큰 영향을 미치는 요인임이 밝혀짐에 따라 이 부분에 대한 차별화 전략을 통해 경쟁우위를 확보해 나가는 것도 효과적인 전략이 될 수 있을 것이다.

  • Establishing a framework, to explain the path to safety accidents considering major safety management factors such as physical conditions including on-site activities and workplace, as well as human factors as to labor, supervisors, or managers, would be effective as the basis to control project's risks by preventing disasters. Therefore, this study aimed to clarify the mechanism in safety management and disaster occurrence. In order to accomplish the purpose, it identified and classified the factors related to accidents, reviewed the causal relationships among them, and suggested the influence diagram. The results of this research are expected to contribute to reinforcing the preventive management, and facilitating the development of integrated site control system based on safety risks.

EA서비스 요인과 공공부문 IT관리업무 개선 (EA service factors and improvement of IT management in the public sectors)

  • 최근 정부에서는 IT투자와 관리를 보다 효과적으로 운영하기 위한 방안으로서 EA(Enterprise Architecture)를 도입하고 있다. 그러나 여전히 개념적인 수준에서 EA가 운영되고 있으며 효과산출을 위한 활성화 노력도 매우 미흡한 편이어서 실질적인 효과를 기대하기 어려운 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 EA를 활성화시키고 EA의 성과를 산출하기 위한 방안으로서 EA 서비스모델을 제시하였다. EA서비스모델의 목적은 정보화 계획과 정보자원에 대한 정보를 연계하고 공유하는 틀을 제공하는 것이며 궁극적으로 IT관리업무를 개선하는 것이다. 실증분석의 결과 EA서비스 모델의 주요 요인들이 IT관리업무 개선에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 밝혀졌으며 따라서 EA서비스 모델의 가치와 타당성이 입증되었다.

Clinical Dental Hygienists' Experience of the Prevention Based Incremental Oral Health Care: Applying Focus Group Interviews

  • Background: In this study, we tried to comprehensively explore clinical dental hygienist's experience of a prevention-based incremental oral health care program, which was pilot-operated by dental clinics, define prevention-based incremental oral health care as experienced in the field, and identify factors to be considered. Methods: This study conducted a focus group interview with five dental hygienists who participated in an ongoing oral management pilot project in 2016. The interview was conducted by a researcher, and the co-research team attended as progress assistants and recorded characteristics of the participants, main dictations, and non-verbal characteristics. All interviews were recorded and underwent thematic analysis to examine the questions of the study as the main axis. Results: As a result of the study, 65 meaningful statements were extracted by code, integrated into 24 sub-categories, and structured into 11 categories. Finally, four keywords were drawn: characteristics, facilitating factors, conflicting factors, and improvement measures for prevention-based incremental oral health care. Regarding prevention-based incremental oral health care in dental clinics, dental hygienists were highly aware of the physical and mental burdens of personalized treatment and education for each individual. They were responsible for the patient and for facilitating changes in the behavior of the client, leading to professional satisfaction. The dental team's cooperation and supportive attitude were found essential to continue oral health care in the dental clinic. Conclusion: Through dental team-based treatment philosophy sharing and collaboration, it is possible to provide prevention-based incremental oral health care in dental clinics. In future, it is necessary to develop a system for establishing a sustainable preventative management system for public health promotion.

통합기술수용이론을 활용한 온라인 명품 플랫폼 소비자 행동 연구 - 확장된 UTAUT(2) 이론을 중심으로 - (A Study on Consumer Behavior on Online Luxury Platforms using the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology - Focusing on the Extended UTAUT(2) Theory -)

  • This study was conducted to corroborate the factors that influence consumer characteristics and technology acceptance on online luxury platforms, which are rapidly emerging as distribution channels for luxury brands. To this end, the relationship between the degree of technology acceptance and behavioral intention of fashion consumers on online luxury platforms and the effect on specific factors such as age and gender was investigated to see if there was a difference in behavior and use behavior. A survey was conducted on Korean consumers between the age of 20 and 40 who have used online luxury platforms and then, a statistical analysis was conducted. As a result of the study, performance expectancy and facilitating conditions, hedonic motivation, price value, and habit were found to have a significant effect on platform behavioral intention, but effort expectancy and social influence did not have a significant effect. Additionally, both facilitating conditions and habit were found to have a directly significant effect on the platform use behavior, and it was confirmed that the platform behavior intention also had a significant effect on the use behavior. As a result of confirming the moderating effect of gender and age, there was no difference based on gender, but only the relationship between price value and behavioral intention was found to have a moderating effect. It is hoped that domestic online luxury platforms will grow into channels with distinct characteristics and continue to develop in the luxury market by utilizing specific affect factors of this study.

사용자유형을 조절변수로 한 스마트헬스케어서비스 수용의도의 구조모형 (Structural Model for Users's Accepting Smart Health Care Services by Moderating the User Types)

  • 본 논문에서는 첫째, 스마트헬스케어서비스(Smart Health Care Services)의 수용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 규명하였고, 둘째 스마트헬스케어서비스의 수용의도에 대한 영향요인들의 영향력이 의료인과 비의료인에 따라서 어떻게 달라지는지 살펴보았다. 연구모형의 독립변수로는 개인혁신성, 자기효능감, 촉진조건, 보안성을 적용하였으며, 매개변수로는 인지된 용이성과 유용성을, 종속변수로는 수용의도, 조절변수로는 사용자유형(의료인 vs. 비의료인)을 적용하여 연구가설을 수립하여 데이터를 수집하고 분석하였다. 분석결과, 스마트헬스케어서비스 사용자들의 자기효능감은 인지된 용이성과 유용성에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 그 영향력은 의료인과 비의료인 사이에 유의한 차이가 없었다. 스마트헬스케어서비스에 대한 촉진조건은 인지된 용이성과 유용성에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 용이성의 경우 그 영향력은 비의료인이 더 민감하였다. 스마트헬스케어서비스의 보안성은 인지된 용이성에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 그 영향력은 의료인이 더 민감하였다. 스마트헬스케어서비스의 용이성과 유용성은 각각 수용의도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 용이성의 영향력은 비의료인이 더 민감하였고 유용성은 의료인이 더 민감하였다.

유아용품 전시박람회의 서비스스케이프가 구매행동에 미치는 영향 (The Impact of Servicescape on Purchasing Behavior : A Case of Baby Goods Exhibition)

  • Purpose - The exhibition is one of the critical distribution channels that leads to mass sales of products. Servicescape is considered as an effective means facilitating consumers' purchasing behavior. The objective of this research is to examine the effects of servicescape of the exhibition on consumer's purchasing behavior measured by time spent, the number of consultations, the number of items purchased, and amount of money spent. Research design, data, and methodology - Servicescape was divided into four main components: 'spatial layout/functionality', 'ambient condition', 'design/artifacts', and 'human factor'. Based on previous studies, this study hypothesized that servicescape dimensions first influence consumer's shopping duration and the number of consultations which in turn, affects consumer's actual purchase. A total of 407 samples were collected from attendees in Baby Expo taken place in Kyunggido, South Korea. The data were used to assess overall fit of the proposed model and test hypotheses using structural equation modeling. All the constructs had acceptable levels of composite reliability and convergent and discriminant validity. Results - The results showed that except for 'spatial layout/functionality', all components of servicescape had a significant influence on consumer's shopping duration in the exhibition. Except for 'design/artifacts', other factors of servicescape did not show a significant effect on 'the number of consultations'. Interestingly, 'design/artifacts' exerted a significant negative effect on 'the number of consultations'. As expected, 'time spent' and 'number of consultations' showed significant effects on both 'the number of items purchased' and 'amount of money spent'. Conclusions - The results offer some insights into the effect of servicescape on facilitating consumers' purchasing behavior in the context of the exhibition. Theoretically, this study provides a new type of conceptual framework that verifies the relationships between not only servicescape and purchasing behavior, but also purchasing behavior-related variables. In addition, this study supports the concept of a dark side of servicescape. With regards to practical implications, this study suggests that exhibition organizers should put more efforts in facilitating consumer's desire to stay. More importantly, organizers need to keep in mind that excessive emphasis on 'design/artifacts' to increase consumers' shopping duration can cause a side effect that reduces opportunities for interactions with customers.

UTAUT를 이용한 디지털 헬스케어 사용의도에 관한 연구 (The Study on Use Intention of Digital Healthcare using UTAUT)

  • 본 연구는 UTAUT 모델을 기반으로 간호사의 디지털 헬스케어 사용의도에 미치는 영향요인을 파악하고 임상경력의 조절효과를 확인하고자 하였다. 문항은 성과기대 3문항, 촉진조건 3문항과 지각된 위험 3문항을 추가하여 구성하였고, 구성 타당도 검증을 위하여 확인적요인분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 평균분산추출 .5이상, 개념신뢰도 .7이상, CMIN/df=1.797, GFI=.955, CFI=.979, TLI=.968, IFI=.979, RMSEA=.063으로 타당도와 모델적합도를 확인하였으며 내적신뢰도는 성과기대 .93, 촉진조건 .84, 지각된위험 .64로 나타났다. 회귀분석 결과 성과기대, 촉진조건, 지각된 위험은 사용의도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤고 임상경력은 지각된 위험이 사용의도에 미치는 영향에서 조절효과를 나타냈다(t=-2.159, p=.032). 따라서 디지털 헬스케어의 사용의도를 증진시키기 위해서는 성과기대, 촉진조건을 높이고 지각된 위험을 감소시켜야 하는데, 경력간호사의 역량을 활용하여 지각된 위험을 감소시킬 수 있을 것으로 생각된다.

전자신분증에 대한 수용의도에 관한 연구: 향상초점, 예방초점과 성별의 조절효과를 중심으로 (A study on Acceptance Intention and Use of Electronic ID: Focusing on Moderating Effects of Promotion Focus, Prevention Focus and Gender)

  • Purpose This study aims to investigate which factors have impact on the acceptance intention of new electronic ID. For the empirical analysis, this study utilized PLS-SEM after collecting 385 survey data, and analyzed relations between each factors. Design/methodology/approach This study made a design of the research model by integrating the factors deducted from the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology with the factors deducted from the Risk Factors. Findings The results are as follow; First, of the UTAUT factors, Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy and Social Influence and has positive impact on Acceptance Intention, but Facilitating Conditions doesn't have meaningful impact on Acceptance Intention. Second, of the Risk factors, Innovation Resistance has negative impact on Acceptance Intention, but Perceived Risk dose not have meaningful impact on Acceptance Intention. Finally, regulatory effect of the Promotion Focus, Prevention Focus and Gender has regulatory impact to Acceptance intention. It is expected that the implications of this study enables government effectively to offer new electronic ID.
