주리개념(腠理槪念)에 근거한 피부과 질병의 진단지표 기초연구 (Researches on Diagnostic Indices of Skin Diseases Based on Concepts of Interstices)

  • In order to establish the diagnostic indices of skin diseases, some physiological and pathological concepts of interstices(腠理) were researched based on , and western dermatology with etymological analysis. As physiological indices for diagnosis of skin diseases, measurement of epidermis and dermis using ultrasonogram in the zhongwan and dachui's location. And for grading looseness and fineness of interstices with 3 unsound groups, measuring numbers and sizes of sweat pores in each point's 1 cm diameter circular area using comparative method and palpation assessment. Another index is superficial temperature. As pathological indices for diagnosis, validating volumes of dead skin cells and grading degrees of atrophy and degeneration of skin lesion. And as supplementary measures, absorptive degrees of cosmetics on face should be recorded according to 3 grades. These diagnostic indices can contribute to establishment of standard pattern identification and prescription of skin diseases through converting anatomical cognizance into classical concepts of interstices objectively.

축구 비디오에서 ULBP와 SRC를 이용한 얼굴인식기반의 선수 식별 (A Face Recognition Based Player Identification via ULBP and SRC in Soccer Videos)

  • 얼굴 인식 성능을 저해하는 환경으로 인한 축구 비디오에서의 낮은 선수 인식률과 제한된 해공간의 문제점을 해결하는 차원에서 본 논문에서는 다음과 같은 특징을 갖는 얼굴 인식 기반의 축구선수 인식 방법론을 제안한다: 1) 조명 변화에 민감하지 않은 얼굴 표현 방법인 ULBP를 사용하여 얼굴 인식 성능을 향상시킨다; 2) 얼굴 인식 성능을 저해하는 다양한 환경에서도 이미 강인한 성능이 검증된 SRC를 선수 식별 과정에 적용함으로써 안정적이고 높은 선수 식별 성능을 보장한다; 3) 클로즈업 샷뿐만 아니라 미디엄 샷의 정면, 준정면, 측면 얼굴 이미지를 대상으로 선수 식별의 해공간을 확장한다; 4) SRC의 점증적 갱신 학습 능력으로 축구 선수 얼굴 데이터베이스의 변화에도 능동적으로 적응한다. 실제 2010년 남아프리카 공화국 월드컵의 스페인 경기를 대상으로 제안된 방법론의 성능을 실험적으로 검증한다.

모바일 환경에서 정합 필터를 이용한 얼굴 식별 (Face identification with frequency domain matched filtering in mobile environments)

  • 원거리에서의 얼굴 식별은 낮은 영상 해상도를 비롯하여 블러와 잡음으로 인한 어려움이 크다. 더욱이 모바일 장치에서 실시간 처리를 하기 위하여 느린 수행속도와 제한된 메모리 등 모바일 계산환경을 필히 고려하여야 한다. 본 논문은 모바일 환경에서 주파수 영역의 정합 필터를 이용한 얼굴 식별 방법을 제안한다. 얼굴 식별은 선형(linear) 및 위상(phase-only) 필터, 순차적인 검증 단계를 이용하여 수행된다. 얼굴 후보 윈도우 영역은 선형 필터와 위상 필터를 수행하여 검출하고 순차적인 검증 단계는 피부색 테스트와 경계 마스크 필터링 테스트로 구성한다. 제안된 방법은 Android 플랫폼에서 Java을 이용하여 모바일 폰에서 개발하였다. 예비실험 결과는 모바일 환경에서 얼굴 식별이 실시간으로 성공적으로 수행될 수 있음을 보인다.

  • In these days, the wearable devices have been developed for measuring biological data effectively. However, wearable devices have tissue allege and noise problem. Also, it is impossible for a remote center to identify the person whose data are measured by wearable devices, which could trigger a communication problem over treatment. To solve these problems, biometric measurement based on a non-contact method, such as face image sequencing is necessary. This makes it possible to measure biometric data without any operation and side effects. This system can monitor the biological signals of people in real time without allege and noise and simultaneously identify them. In this paper, we propose an authentication process while measuring biometric data, through a non-contact method.

  • In the study, the noise involved on the active circuit is identified using correlation function. In order to figure out the unknown location of noise source, signals from each sections in the system are collected and the location is identified by a concept called "Noise Source SUI-face". Experiment is conducted to confirm the validity of the proposed method. Also a method to reduce and control the noise in the system signal by using Matrix Pencil Method is introduced. Experiment is attempted to prove that the total noise of system can be reduced by controlling the external noise.

  • 3-Dimentional 3D digitization of the human is a technology that is still relatively new. There are present uses such as radiotherapy, identification systems and commercial uses and potential future applications. In this paper, we analyzed and experimented to determine the easiest and most efficient method, which would give us the most accurate results. We also constructed a database of realistic expressions and high quality human heads.   • 본 논문에서는 신원 확인 시스템을 위한 얼굴 영역 탐지 및 얼굴 구성 요소들을 추출하는 방법을 제안한다. 이 방법은 신원 확인을 위해 사용자가 시스템을 조작할 때, 움직임이 발생한다는 점과 눈 영역이 주위 영역에 비하여 뚜렷하게 어두운 화소들로 구성되어 있다는 점에 착안하였다. CCD 카메라로부터 입력되는 동영상에서 차영상 기법을 이용하여 얼굴 영역을 탐지하고, 탐지된 얼굴 영역 내에서 가장 안정적인 검출 결과를 보이는 눈 영역을 추출한다. 그리고 추출된 두 눈의 위치를 이용하여 전체 얼굴의 기울기를 보정한 수, 제안하는 가변 Ratio Template을 이용하여 검출된 얼굴영역을 검증하며 코, 입과 같은 다른 얼굴 구성 요소들을 추출한다. 이 방법은 명암의 변화에 따라 유동적인 결과를 산출해내는 이진화 과정을 거치지 않으므로 국부적인 조명이 밝기 변화나 얼굴의 기울기 변화와 같은 얼굴 인식의 제약점에 강인한 특징을 가진다.

  • This study presents a new approach to pressure control of a impression cylinder for roll coater which is a kind of face pressure control between blanket roll and impression roll. Roll-to-Roll method for printing is a very useful tool for mass production such as RFID elements, smart sensors and solar cell devices. In this study, a decupling control strategy of the roll coater which is a combination of a cylinder system, a dry system and two pressure regulators with two pneumatic cylinders was discussed. Also, the characteristics of component such as a pressure regulator having a pressure reducing function and the movement of a blanket roll and a impression cylinder were analyzed using the Matlab software. From this results, the techniques of a shock and a vibration reduction were suggested.

  • Linear discriminant analysis (LDA) is a basic tool of pattern recognition, and it is used in extensive fields, e.g. face identification. However, LDA is poor at adaptability since it is a batch type algorithm. To overcome this, a new algorithm of online LDA is proposed in the present paper. It is experimentally shown that the new algorithm is about two times faster than the previously proposed algorithm.

  • Corrosion of prestressed concrete structures is one of the main challenges that engineers face today. In response to this national need, this paper presents the results of a long-term project that aims at developing a structural health monitoring (SHM) technology for the nondestructive evaluation of prestressed structures. In this paper, the use of permanently installed low profile piezoelectric transducers (PZT) is proposed in order to record the acoustic emissions (AE) along the length of the strand. The results of an accelerated corrosion test are presented and k-means clustering is applied via principal component analysis (PCA) of AE features to provide an accurate diagnosis of the strand health. The proposed approach shows good correlation between acoustic emissions features and strand failure. Moreover, a clustering technique for the identification of false alarms is proposed.
