목적 : 종양세포의 증식을 평가하기 위해 radiofluorinated ethyluracil (FEU)과 deoxyadenosine analogue(FAD)를 합성하여 종양의 영상화를 시도하였다. 대상 및 방법 : 5-(2-Fluoroethyl)uracil ([$^{18}F$]FEU)은 2, 4-dimethoxy-5-(2-hydroxyethyl) pyrimidine을 $K^{18}F$와 처리한 후 HBr로 가수분해하여 얻었으며 Fluorodeoxyadenosine은 adenosine의 triacetylated analogue를 $K^{18}F$와 처리하여 얻었다. 생물학적 조직분포는 유방암 세포(13762 NF, 100,000 cells per rat, im)를 쥐에 접종한 후 0.5, 1, 2 및 4시간에 주요장기를 적출하여 %ID/g을 측정하고 자가방사영상은 방사성의약품 투여 45분 후에 얻었다. PET 영상은 VX-2 종양을 접종한 가토를 이용하여 얻었다. In vitro cell proliferation assay는 사람의 말초단핵구를 이용하였다. 결 과 : In vitro assay상 ([$^{18}F$]FEU는 세포증식시 DNA/RNA에 결합함을 시사하였다. ([$^{18}F$]FAD와 ([$^{18}F$]FEU의 종양/비종양 방사능 섭취비는 시간경과에 따라 증가하였으며 ([$^{18}F$]FAD와 ([$^{18}F$]FEU를 이용한 자가방사영상과 ([$^{18}F$]FEU를 이용한 PET 영상에서 종양을 잘 관찰할 수 있었다. 결 론 : ([$^{18}F$]FAD 및 ([$^{18}F$]FEU를 이용하여 종양세포의 증식을 PET 영상에서 평가할 수 있으리라 사료된다.

The purpose of this study is to provide basic information to Korean fashion designers who wish to advance to the overseas collection. This is done through analyzing the design characteristics of Japanese young fashion designers, Tsumori Chisato, Commuun, and Limi Feu, who have successfully launched their designs into the Paris collection and became global fashion brands. Collections of each brand were analyzed by the overall fashion style and design elements. For the overall fashion style, Tsumori Chisato used a romantic style using details with various ornaments, whereas Commuun shows minimal style with a simple silhouette. Limi Feu expressed avant-garde style with experimental patterns. Moreover, these brands expressed different style to other brands by applying Japanese traditional clothes, patterns, and Japanese techniques in modern view point. In terms of design elements, these three brands used the H-line silhouette. Tsumori Chisato used loose fit; Commuun, slim line; and Limi Feu, boxy silhouette. In the case of colors, materials, patterns and details, Tsumori Chisato showed mix & match with various colors, materials, patterns and details. Commuun used mono tone with black & white using only one or two materials. Limi Feu usually used the color black with cotton. According to the style of the brand and region of the collection, the main characteristics of the design and the application of Japanese traditional elements can be different.

FEU which is a important device in HCTRS of TICN amplifies transmission signals. Tests of intermodulation distortion and harmonic distortion for FEU have been performed manually, and take a lot of time. This paper improves the test methods using program that set up the measurement instruments and read the data automatically. This proposal allows intermodulation distortion and harmonic distortion test simultaneously. And the new test methods show that the measurement time is shorter than before. Also, it is expected that efficient quality assurance is possible because the test time can be independently managed, unlike the previous methods, where the test time was determined according to the skill level of the operator.

Poet, painter and publisher, Roland $Gigu{\grave{e}}re$ is one of Quebec's outstanding figures, inspired by both Surrealism and Quebec nationalism. He participated in contemporary artistic movement 'Phases' and influenced collective self-awareness and political ferment, 'Quiet Revolution'. In La Main au feu(1973), his poetry represent a landscape dominated by darkness in contrast with red color of fire from the volcanic crater. The world is immersed in darkness of despair which allude to the Great Darkness of Quebec society. Acts of violence assume many different forms: crows, black rain, dark flow, frenzy of knife blows. Both things and humans are in the state of absence or lack. Life falls into opacity of death. In the background of dark landscape, we discover Miror, a singular character. Similar to chain of mountains and to bare forest, he is a creature that shape the tragic inner world of poet. He is as like as seismograph that record the tremble of being. Finally, in order to fight the darkness of environment, the poet attempt to use the power of fire of volcanoes. The flow of magma become paintings of his dream and the flame of eruption, poetry of cry toward the sky. 'La main au feu' means the will to resist injustice and repression in the world. The tragic reality is replaced by a dream that become second reality out of reach of the force of hostile external circumstances.

The purpose of this study is to analyze Bakst's stage costume illustrations for Ballets Russes. The Russian Ballets has renown in the West since the early 20th century. Diaghilev first made his name as the organizer of art exhibitions in Russia and Western Europe. Diaghilev risked presenting only ballets in 1909, that time Bakst designed $Sch{\acute{e}}h{\acute{e}}razade$, L'Oiseau de Feu and Le Carnival. $Sch{\acute{e}}h{\acute{e}}razade$ was something new which overwhelmed the French people by then. It was seen to be the achievement of Wagner's idea where all the elements; the music, the design, the choreography, and the dancing fused into a perfect whole. The entire production was a hitherto unseen harmony of colors, sounds and movements. For the 1911 season in Paris, Diaghilev planned to present six new ballets and Bakst designed four ballets. Bakst's design of the set and the costume greatly shocked the audience. His "Originality" shines on the fact that he introduced a palette of colors in theater for the first time in history. He used a magic of colors to suggest the secret meaning of what was happening on the stage. The results can be divided into three distinct characteristics. First, oriental designs such as $Cl{\acute{e}}op{\hat{a}}tre$, $Sch{\acute{e}}h{\acute{e}}razade$, L'Oiseau de Feu, La $P{\acute{e}}ri$ and Le Dieu Blue with Russian, Indian and Persian traditional design in headdress and accessories ars found. Second, Le Carnival and La Spectre de la Rose used romantic styles with oriental details. Third, Greek chiton and Himation are used in Narcisse, $H{\acute{e}}l{\grave{e}}ne$ de Sparte, $L'Apr{\grave{e}}s-Midi\;d^{\grave{\;}}un$ Faune and Daphnis et $Chlo{\acute{e}}$ inspirde with various colors and geometic patterns. Bakst's orient of lush colored costumes, head dress, cushions, rugs and hangings became the immediate fashion imitated by Parisian couture houses and interior decorators.

This paper is concerned with an optimum design study of containerships in preliminary stage by applying economic criteria. The Net Present Value Index (NPVI) and the Required Freight Rate(RFR) are used as measures of merit. Hooke & Jeeves direct search method and External Penalty Function method of Sequential Unconstrained Minimization Techniques(SUMT) are used for solving constrained nonlinear optimization problem. Sensitivity analysis is carried out to investigate the effect on the optimum solution due to change of values in some parameters such as crane capacity, load factor, oil price, ship speed and the ratio between loaded FEU and TEU.
