주가지수의 예측에 있어 Fuzzy Delphi 방법의 적용 (The Application of Fuzzy Delphi Method in Forecasting of the price index of stocks)

  • In the stock marketing. investor needs speedy and accurate decision making for the investment. A stock exchange index provides the important index of the early of 1993 in Korea using Fuzzy Delphi Method(F. D. M) which is widely used to a mid and long range forecasting in decision making problem. In the Fuzzy Delphi method, considerably qualified experts an first requested to give their opinion seperately and without intercommunication. The forecasting data of experts consist of Triangular Fuzzy Number (T.F.N) which represents the pessimistic, moderate, and optimistic forecast of a stock exchange index. A statistical analysis and dissemblance index are then made of these subject data. These new information are then transmitted to the experts once again, and the process of reestimation is continued until the process converges to a reasonable stable forecast of stock exchange index. The goal of this research is to forecast the stock exchange index using F.D.M. in which subjective data of experts are transformed into quasi -objective data index by some statistical analysis and fuzzy operations. (a) A long range forecasting problem must be considered as an uncertain but not random problem. The direct use of fuzzy numbers and fuzzy methods seems to be more compatible and well suited. (b) The experts use their individual competency and subjectivity and this is the very reason why we propose the use of fuzzy concepts. (c) If you ask an expert the following question: Consider the forecasting of the price index of stocks in the near future. This experts wi11 certainly be more comfortable giving an answer to this question using three types of values: the maximum value, the proper value, and the minimum value rather than an answer in terms of the probability.

  • $ZnS/Na_3AlF_6$ multi-layer thin film were produced by evaporation system. ZnS were selected as a high refractive index material and $Na_3AlF_6$ were selected as low refractive index material. Optical properties including color effect were systematically studied in terms of different optical thickness by spectrophotometer. In oder to compare with experimental data, the Essential Macleod Program(EMP) was adopted that simulation program. The thin film consisting of $ZnS/Na_3AlF_6$ multi-layer show the wave length of $530{\sim}600nm$, typically color range between purple, blue, green. It was confirmed that this experimental result was well matched with simulation data.

Assessment of cerchar abrasivity test in anisotropic rocks

  • There have been developed a number of methods to assess the abrasivity of rock materials with the increased use of mechanized rock excavation. These methods range from determination of abrasive and hard mineral content using petrographic thin section analysis to weight loss or development of wear flat on a specified cutting tool. The Cerchar abrasivity index (CAI) test has been widely accepted for the assessment of rock abrasiveness. This test has been considered to provide a reliable indication of rock abrasiveness for isotropic rocks. However, a great amount of rocks in nature are anisotropic. Hence, viability assessment of Cerchar abrasivity test for the anisotropic rocks is investigated in this research. The relationship between CAI value and quartz content for the isotropic rocks is well known in literature. However, a correlation between EQ, F-Schimazek value, Rock Abrasivity Index (RAI) and CAI of anisotropic rocks such as phyllite was done first time in literature with this research. The results obtained with this research show F-Schimazek values and RAI values should be considered when determination of the abrasivity of anisotropic rocks instead of just using Cerchar scratch test.

고강도 철근콘크리트 고층형 내력벽의 비탄성 거동에 관한 실험 연구 (The Inelastic Behavior of High Strength Reinforced Concrete Tall Walls)

  • 본 연구에서는 콘크리트 압축강도($f_x$)$704kg/cm^2$, 철근 항복강도 ($f_y$) $5,830kg/cm^2$인 고강도 철근 콘크리트 고층형 내력벽에 있어서 휨항복 후 축응력에 따른 비탄성 이력특성을 규명하기 위하여 60층 철근콘크리트 초고층 건축물의 최저층부 3개층을 1/4크기로 축소 모델링한 3층 1스팬의 바벨형(barbell shape)독립 내력벽 실험체 3개를 제작하여 실험을 실시하였다. 본 실험의 주요변수는 내력벽 경계부재(boundary element)에 작용된 축응력으로 본 실험 연구결과에 대한 분석으로부터 얻은 결론은 다음과 같다. 형상비 1.8인 고강도 철근콘크리트 고층형 내력벽은 경계부재에 작용된 축응력이 본 연구범위인 0.21$f_x$의 높은 축응력하에서도 수직철근의 휨항복이 선행되면서 연성적인 거동을 보였으며, 각 실험체별로 작용된 축응력에 따라 상이한 파괴양상 및 이력특성을 나타냈다. 각 실험체는 연성비(${\delta}/{\delta}_y$)13에서 15사이에 휨압축부 경계부재 및 벽체 콘크리트의 압괴와 주근 파단 등에 의해서 최종 파괴되었다. 그러나, 모든 실험체는 실험종료시까지 축력이 충분히 지지되는 휨항복형의 안정된 비탄성 이력거동을 보였다. 경계부재에 작용된 축응력이 본 연구범위인 0.21$f_x$이내인 경우, 축응력은 내력벽의 횡하중 지지능력, 초기 할선강성 및 에너지 소산능력 등을 증대시키는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 고강도 철근콘크리트 고층형 내력벽의 휭항복 후 경계부재에 작용된 축응력에 따른 내진성능을 평가하기 위하여 연성, 에너지, 일 및 강성 등의 개념을 도입한 손상지표(damage index) 로써 각 실험체의 내진성능을 평가한 결과, 경계부재에 작용된 측응력이 본 연구범위인 0.21$f_x$이내에서 축응력이 증가됨에 따라 고강도 철근콘크리트 고층형 내력벽의 내진성능은 다소 저하되는 것으로 나타났다.

Using Chlorophyll Fluorescence and Vegetation Indices to Predict the Timing of Nitrogen Demand in Pentas lanceolata

  • The objective of this study was to predict the timing of nitrogen (N) demand through analyzing chlorophyll fluorescence (ChlF), soil-plant analysis development (SPAD), and normalized difference vegetation index (NDVI), which are positively correlated with foliar N concentration in star cluster (Pentas lanceolata). The plants were grown in potting soil under optimal conditions for 30 d, followed by weekly irrigation with five concentrations (0, 4, 8, 16, and 24 mM) of N for an additional 30 d. These five N application levels corresponded to leaf N concentrations of 2.62, 3.48, 4.00, 4.23, and 4.69%, respectively. We measured 13 morphological and physiological parameters, as well as the responses of these parameters to various N-fertilizer treatments. The general increases in Dickson's quality index (DQI), above-ground dry weight (DW), total DW, flowering rate, ${\Delta}F/Fm$', and qP in response to treatment with 0 to 8 mM N were similar to those of SPAD, NDVI, and Fv/Fm. Consistent and strong correlations ($R^2$= 0.60 to 0.85) were observed between leaf N concentration (%) and SPAD, NDVI, ${\Delta}F/Fm$', and above-ground DW. Validation of leaf S PAD, NDVI, and ${\Delta}F/Fm$' revealed that these vegetation indices are accurate predictors of leaf N concentration that can be used for non-destructive estimation of the proper timing for N-solution irrigation of P. lanceolata. Moreover, irrigation with 8 mM N-fertilizer i s recommended w hen leaf N concentration, SPAD, NVDI, and ${\Delta}F/Fm$' ratios are reduced from their saturation values of 4.00, 50.68, 0.64, and 0.137%, respectively.

fMRI를 이용한 온라인게임 중독 특성 분석 (Analysis of Online Game Addciton with fMRI)

  • 본 연구에서는 기능적 자기공명영상을 이용하여 온라인 게임 중독의 특징을 분석하였다. 연구대상은 20대 오른손잡이 남자 대학생 6명이며, 온라인 게임 자극을 제시하면서 기능적 자기공명영상을 획득하였다. 획득한 자기공명영상은 SPM5를 사용하여 영상 처리와 통계적 분석을 하였다, 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 온라인 게임 자극이 BA18 영역의 활성화로 이어지며, BA18 영역의 활성화 강도와 중독지수와 상관계수는 .92로 매우 높은 상관관계를 나타냈다. 둘째, 피험자들의 중독지수와 중뇌 영역 활성화 강도의 상관계수는 .75로 높은 상관관계를 나타냈다. 즉, 중독 지수가 높은 피험자들의 뇌는 온라인 게임자극에 의해 중뇌영역의 활성화 강도도 높게 나타났다. 영상의 해석을 통하여 온라인 게임자극이 피험자들에게 시각적 자극으로 처리되어지며, 중독지수가 높은 피험자일수록 뇌에서 온라인 게임 자극이 적극적으로 처리된다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한 온라인 게임 자극이 중뇌변연계를 활성화시키는 것을 확인함으로써 뇌에서 일반적인 중독과 온라인 게임 중독의 작용 기전을 비교할 수 있는 기반을 마련하였다.

학술지 영향력 측정을 위한 h-지수의 응용에 관한 연구 (A Study on Journal Impact Measurement with Hirsch-type Indices)

  • 최근까지 학술지의 영향력을 측정하기 위하여 Thomson Reuters(ISI)의 영향력지수(JIF: Journal Impact Factor)가 널리 사용되어왔다. 그러나, 이러한 JIF는 학술지 단위가 아니라 수록 논문의 평균 영향력을 측정하는 지표라는 근본적인 한계를 가지고 있으며, 이외에도 다양한 측면에서 많은 문제점들이 지적되었다. 특히 국내 인용색인은 국제적인 인용색인 데이터베이스에 비해서 인용 데이터의 규모가 상당히 제한적이므로, 이를 고려하여 국내 학술지 인용 환경에 적합한 지수의 적용이 필요하다. 따라서 이 연구는 최근 급속히 확산되고 있는 Hirsch 유형 지수(h-type indices)를 적용하여 국내 학술지의 영향력을 보다 더 상세하게 측정할 수 있는 실제적인 방안을 모색하였다. 결과적으로, h-지수의 변형지수($h_s$-지수, $f_s$-지수)를 사용하거나 호 단위 합산(호 기반 h-지수, 호 기반 f-지수) 방법을 통하여, 기존 Hirsch 유형 지수들의 변별력을 향상시킬 수 있음은 물론 국내 학술지의 영향력을 더욱 정밀하게 측정할 수 있는 것으로 나타났다.

저항전분, 통호밀 및 프락토올리고당을 첨가한 식빵의 개발과 Glycemic index 감소 효과 (Glycemic Index Lowering Effects of Breads Supplemented with Resistant Starch, Whole Rye Grain and Fructooligosaccharide)

  • Low glycemic index (GI) foods have been reported to be very important in the control of blood glucose levels in diseases such as diabetes mellitus and obesity, which are becoming more prevalent in Korea. Bread consumption at breakfast and as a snack is also on the rise. To provide low GI alternatives, breads supplemented with dietary fibers-fructooligosaccharide (FOS), ground whole rye, and 2 types of resistance starch (RS2 and RS4)-were developed. The GIs for these breads were evaluated with 13 healthy college students (M6, F7) and sensory tests were done. Four kinds of breads were made through the modification of a basic recipe for white bread (the control, B) as follows: for Bf, the entire amount of sugar was replaced with FOS. For Ryef, 50% of the white wheat flower was replaced with roughly ground wholerye (20 mesh: 12-20 mesh = 1 : 3) in addition to replacing sugar with FOS. For RS2f and RS4f, 20% of the white wheat flower was replaced with RS2 or RS4, in addition to replacing sugar with FOS. The overall preference score of Bf was similar to that of B, while those of Ryef, RS2f and RS4f were lower than that of B, but showed the acceptable degree of the overall preference. The glycemic indices of Ryef and RS2f were 46.1 and 45.9 respectively, which were significantly lower than the GI of B, 67.8. The GIs of Bf and RS4f were, however, 66.7 and 80.5 respectively, showing no significant difference compared to B. The glycemic loads for a 30 g serving were 9.5, 5.9, 6.2, 11.0 and 9.0 for B, Bf, Ryef, RS2f and RS4f, respectively. In conclusion, addition of RS2 or roughly ground whole rye to the dough formula significantly lowered the GI. Since the preferences shown for those two breads were acceptable, they may be recommended as a substitute for white bread fir persons who need blood glucose management. More studies on the bread making process are required to improve preference and acceptance. Although GI lowering effects for F and RS4 were not found in this study, further studies are needed to verify their effects.

Yield Response of Soybean to Drought Stress under Different Fertilizer Level

  • This study was conducted to investigate the yield response of soybean to drought stress in 1984 and 1986 at the experiment field of the National Academy of Agricultural Science using experiment plots with different soil water tension and fertilizer levels. The average yield response factor (YRF) of soybean to evapotranspiration (ET) calculated as [(Ya/Ym)/(ETa/ETm)], where Ya, average yield; Ym, maximum yield; ETa, average ET; and ETm, maximum ET, was 0.91 with the range from 0.74 to 1.16. Relationship between yield index (YI=[Ya/Ym]) and evapotranspiration index (ETI=[ETa/PET]) was $YI=0.87{\cdot}(ETI)+0.09$. Relationship between YI and the maximum soil water tension (Hmax) was $YI=1.23-0.23{\cdot}{\log}$ (Hmax). Relationship between YI and the days of drought stressed (Dr) was $YI=0.877{\cdot}{\exp}$ ($-0.01{\cdot}Dr$). The relation between YI and fertilizer level (F) was $YI=-0.21{\cdot}F2+0.36{\cdot}F+0.33$, under very serious drought condition as the maximum soil water tension was 0.3 MPa.
