기후변화에 따른 녹색건축인증제도의 외부환경 평가항목 개선방향 연구 (Improving Assessment of External Environment for Green Standard for Energy & Environmental Design Certification according to Climate Change)

  • In 1990s, as the extreme weather events according to the global warming climate change are occurred frequently all around the world and the scale of the damage increases, the developed countries are promoting various policies for reducing greenhouse gas emissions setting the goal of greenhouse gas reduction with the level of State and local government. Especially for the greenhouse gas reduction of buildings and the inducement of eco-friendly design, the green certification system is strengthened with the assessment of energy and greenhouse management, and recently, according to the policy change of climate and energy, the certification system expanded from the buildings to the level of city and district is piloted. So this research is to understand the main contents and the assessment system of domestic green building certification system implemented in March 2013 in response to the policy change of climate and energy and to suggest the basic data for the improvement of present domestic greenhouse certification standard through the analysis of actual certification and the main case analysis of international green certification system. Recently in developed countries, in 1990s, for the reduction of building's greenhouse gas emission and the inducement of eco-friendly design, from the building of LEED, BREEAM, DGNB to the level of city and district such as LEED Neighborhood Development, BREEAM Communities, DGNB Stadtquartiere, the system is expanded and piloted. On the contrary, as for the domestic standard of green building certification system, the distribution ratio according to the assessment items in each category consists of the assessment system based on the buildings, and just the simple adjustment of some items and the improvement of weighted value are performed. Actually, as a result of selecting the 30 districts of apartment housing with the most certification performance by use among the 49 buildings certified by Institute of Land & Housing from December 2014 to July 2016 and analyzing the assessment score, the certification level is determined by the sectors of high distribution like indoor environment and energy not by the ineffective sector of external environment with low distribution so this system has a limitation to perform the practical means for the policy change of climate and energy. Thus for the national green building certification standards, the assessment system in the sector of external environment is to complemented and furthermore, reflecting domestic reality, through the introduction of certification system and the assessment system with the level of city and district, this system should be improved to meet the international certification standard.

충남 예산 연극사 연구 (Study of the Theatrical History in Chungnam Yesan)

  • 본 논문은 1920년 ~ 현재까지 예산연극의 변천과정 연구를 통해 연극의 가치를 확립하고 전파하며 지역의 고유한 연극성을 통해 대안을 제시하고 활성화에 목적을 둔다. 현재 중추적으로 활동하는 극단 예촌, 충남연극청소년연극제를 구분하여 기록하였으며 예산 유일의 예당국제공연예술제를 중심으로 연구하였다. 자료 유실로 한 공연 내용들은 가급적 적시하지 않고 1990년 이전 예산연극의 활동내용은 예산군, 읍, 면지를 활용하여 고증을 하였다. 또한 예산연극의 발전적 방향으로 연극의 다양성 부재에서 출발한다. 아동극이 단순한 상업목적으로 치부되거나, 한국의 전통연희극의 가치가 서양연극과 비교되는 현실에서 지역이 갖고 있는 자연적 특성과 전통문화 근간을 통해 지역 연극 발전을 촉진하고 레퍼토리 개발을 통해 극단의 경제성과 공연의 연속성을 지속해야한다. 또한 인프라(infrastructure) 구축을 꼽을 수 있다. 전문화된 배우의 유입과 예술행정가의 활용은 안정적 연극 환경을 조성하고 지역연극인들의 재교육을 활성화하여 연극적 상상력을 촉진시킨다. 또한 극단 예촌의 해외공연 사업에 젊은 예술가들의 실험적 연극방식을 도입하여 새로운 연극형식을 개발하는 것도 시급한 해결 과제이다. 또한 예당국제공연예술제를 특성화하여 다른 축제와의 차별성을 가져야 할 것이다.

현대 패션에 나타난 고전적 조형 패러다임에 관한 연구 (A Study on a Classical Construction Paradigm in Modern Fashion)

  • Classicism pursued beauty comprised of a perfect form, and beauty was perceived as a state of sufficiency. Accordingly, a completed and permanent beauty was sought after; as a result, a perfect and flawless form became the mainstream, and there was an effort to visualize the eternal proportional perfection. In classicism, forms were perfectly embodied with systematic inevitability and absolute inflexibility, by which an extremely clear aspect appeared. This study analyzes a classical construction paradigm in modern fashion according to the five categories: 'Harmony and order by numerical proportion', 'Clear form', 'Simplification of form and two-dimensional Seh-form', 'Completed contracture structure', and 'Pluralistic unification', and the respective formative characteristics are as follows. First, in terms of the formative aspect of modern fashion,'Harmony and order by numerical proportion' results from thorough observance of extreme and golden section (proportion of 5 :8) which was an aesthetic standard of beautiful body in classicism. Second, 'Clear form' appears in clothes as individual clearness of structural elements expressing each part of body, and shows a well-established form possible to be grasped with equal and clear contour line. Third,'Simplification of form and two-dimensional Seh-form' comes out as form composition, single line, single layer structure, two-dimensional form and arrangement of elements of clothes through the front viewpoint caused by 2D diagramming work while fashion-designing and producing. Also, it is seen that two-dimensional proportion which is composed of sections through various harmonious lines and sides according to the simple two-dimensional compatibility principle is accomplished. Fourth, 'Completed contracture structure' emerges as an expression of stationariness, in other words, fixation of an overall impression. This is a tendency that the overall form is grasped as a fixedly intact shape without a big change of the silhouette of clothes. Fifth, 'Pluralistic unification' means that it respectively emphasizes all the parts composing clothes by making them individually independent at the same time as each element is inclusively shown with the harmony of the overall silhouette of clothes and many other details. This study examined classical formative characteristics through a theoretical research on a formative paradigm revealing the classical style. Also, the significance of classical or rational value of art was illuminated by observing what characteristics a classical formation paradigm shows in modern fashion. As a result, classical characteristics in modern fashion prove that classicism is not a merely past construction style separated from the present but a construction paradigm deeply involved in our reason system.

감사품질이 주가급락 위험에 미치는 영향: 유통, 서비스 기업을 중심으로 (The Effect of Audit Quality on Crash Risk: Focusing on Distribution & Service Companies)

  • Purpose - According to agency theory, managers have incentives to adjust firm revenues to meet earnings expectations or delay bad news disclosure because of performance-based compensation and their reputation in the market. When the bad news accumulates, stock prices fail to reflect all available information. Thus, market prices of stocks are higher than their intrinsic value. After all, bad news crosses the tipping point, it comes out all at once. That results in stock crashes. Auditors can decrease stock crash risk by reducing agency costs through their informational role. Especially, stock price crash risk is expected to be lower for firms adopting high-quality audits. We focus on distribution and service industry to examine the relation between audit quality and stock price crash risk. Industry specialization and auditor size are used as proxies for auditor quality. Research design, data and methodology - Our sample contains distribution and service industry firms listed in KOSPI and KOSDAQ during a period of 2004-2011. We use a logistic regression to test whether auditor quality influences crash risk. Auditor quality was measured by industry specialist auditor and Big4 / non-Big4 dichotomy. Following the approach in prior researches, we use firm-specific weekly returns to measure crash risk. Firms experiencing at least one stock price crash in a specific week during year are classified as the high risk group. Results - The result of analyzing 429 companies in distribution and service industry is summarized as follows: Above all, it is shown that higher audit quality has a significant negative(-) effect on the crash risk. Crash risk is alleviated for firms audited by industry specialist auditors and Big 4 audit firms. Therefore, our results show that hypotheses are supported. Conclusions - This study is very meaningful as the first study which investigated the effects of high audit quality on stock price crash risk. We provide evidence that high-quality auditors reduce stock price crash risk. Our finding implies that the risk of extreme losses can be reduced through screening of high-quality auditors. Therefore investors and regulators may utilize our findings in their investment and rule making decisions.

한국의 주요도시지점 기준강수량 초과 강수의 최근 증가경향 분석 (The Recent Increasing Trends of Exceedance Rainfall Thresholds over the Korean Major Cities)

  • 본 연구에서는 전국의 8개 주요 도시지점 강우관측 자료를 대상으로 다양한 분류 기준을 적용하여 Quantile Regression (QR)에 의한 기준강수량 초과 강우의 선형추세분석과 Mann-Kendall, Sen 검정을 실시하였다. 분석결과 봄철과 여름철 강수의 뚜렷한 증가경향이 있으며, 가을철과 겨울철 강수는 감소하는 경향이 있음을 확인하였고, 폭우 사상은 최근 30년 평균 3.1~15% 증가 하였다. 또한, 연도별 발생강우의 Ranking에 따른 Top $10^{th}$ 백분위 강수의 3IQR (inter quartile range)의 최근증가경향을 분석한 결과, 대부분 지점에서 강수의 증가경향을 확인하였으며, Quantile 90%의 평균 백분위 강수량은 43.5mm, 증가경향은 0.1412mm/yr, Quantile 99%의 평균 백분위 강수량은 68.0mm, 증가경향은 0.1314mm/yr로 분석되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 매년 발생한 연최대치계열에 대한 분석뿐만 아니라 기준값 이상의 수문 사상정보에 대한 반영과 최근 변화하는 기후의 증가경향을 반영한 수공구조물 설계의 기초자료로 활용이 가능할 것으로 사료된다.

Yield and Chemical Composition of Cassava Foliage and Tuber Yield as Influenced by Harvesting Height and Cutting Interval

  • A 3${\times}$4 factorial field experiment with a complete randomised split-plot design with four replicates was conducted from June 2002 to March 2003 at the experimental farm of the Nong Lam University, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, to determine effects of different harvesting heights (10, 30 and 50 cm above the ground) and cutting intervals (45, 60, 90 and 285 days) on yield of foliage and tubers, and chemical composition of the foliage. Cassava of the variety KM 94 grown in plots of 5 m${\times}$10 m at a planting distance of 30 cm${\times}$50 cm was hand-harvested according to respective treatments, starting 105 days after planting. Foliage from the control treatment (285 days) and all tubers were only harvested at the final harvest 285 days after planting. Dry matter and crude protein foliage yields increased in all treatments compared to the control. Mean foliage dry matter (DM) and crude protein (CP) yields were 4.57, 3.53, 2.49, and 0.64 tonnes DM $ha^{-1}$ and 939, 684, 495 and 123 kg CP $ha^{-1}$ with 45, 60, 90 and 285 day cutting intervals, respectively. At harvesting heights of 10, 30 and 50 cm the DM yields were 4.27, 3.67 and 2.65 tonnes $ha^{-1}$ and the CP yields were 810, 745 and 564 kg $ha^{-1}$, respectively. The leaf DM proportion was high, ranging from 47 to 65%. The proportion of leaf and petiole increased and the stem decreased with increasing harvesting heights and decreasing cutting intervals. Crude protein content in cassava foliage ranged from 17.7 to 22.6% and was affected by harvesting height and cutting interval. The ADF and NDF contents of foliage varied between 22.6 and 30.2%, and 34.2 and 41.2% of DM, respectively. The fresh tuber yield in the control treatment was 34.5 tonnes $ha^{-1}$. Cutting interval and harvesting height had significant negative effects on tuber yield. The most extreme effect was for the frequent foliage harvesting at 10 cm harvesting height, which reduced the tuber yield by 72%, while the 90 day cutting intervals and 50 cm harvesting height only reduced the yield by 7%. The mean fresh tuber yield decreased by 56, 45 and 27% in total when the foliage was harvested at 45, 60 and 90 day cutting intervals, respectively. It is concluded that the clear effects on quantity and quality of foliage and the effect on tuber yield allow alternative foliage harvesting principles depending on the need of fodder for animals, value of tubers and harvesting cost. An initial foliage harvest 105 days after planting and later harvests with 90 days intervals at 50 cm harvesting height increased the foliage DM and CP yield threefold, but showed only marginal negative effect on tuber yield.

Comparative Study of the Requirements for the Buyer's Right to Require Delivery of Substitute Goods under the CISG and the Korean Civil Act

  • Purpose - This study aims to compare the requirements under the United Nations Convention on Contract for the International Sales of Goods (CISG) and the Korean Civil Act (KCA) regarding the buyer's right to require the delivery of substitute goods. The buyer's right to demand substitute delivery not only protect them from the seller's breach of contract but also preserves the contractual bond between the parties by providing an opportunity for sellers to protect their goodwill and circumvent the extreme remedy of avoidance. However, as substitute delivery entails additional efforts and costs for return and re-shipment, this right should not be allowed in every case of defect. Additionally, unlike the CISG, the KCA contains no specific provision related to the requirements for claiming substitute delivery. Therefore, it would be meaningful to examine and compare what requirements should be fulfilled before the buyer exercises the right in relation to non-conforming goods under the CISG and the KCA. Design/methodology - We conducted a comparative study of the requirements under the CISG and the KCA regarding the buyer's right to require delivery of substitute goods given a seller's delivery of non-conforming goods. Additionally, we referred to the opinions from the CISG Advisory Council, the draft of the KCA amendment, and related precedents, mainly focusing on the existence and severity of defects, reasonableness, and timely notice and requests as the major requirements for substitute delivery. Findings - The results of this study can be summarized as follows: First, the CISG provides more detailed requirements about the right to require delivery of substitute goods; by contrast, the KCA does not stipulate any such requirement. Thus, specific requirements for substitute delivery should be included when amending the KCA. Second, the CISG attempts to minimize overlapping and conflict with other remedies by specifying detailed requirements for the delivery of substitutes. Third, both the CISG and KCA require reasonableness for substitute delivery. Originality/value - Although there are no explicit legal requirements for substitute delivery under the KCA, there has been relatively little discussion of this issue to date. Therefore, the findings of our study can guide future revisions of the KCA to fill this loophole. Moreover, the recently released CISG Advisory Council opinion that clarifies the continuing confusion and debate, can help distinguish which remedy is suitable for a particular case. It may provide practical advice for businesspeople in international trade as well as legal implications for the future development of the KCA.

  • PSS(Product Service System) 시스템은 제품과 서비스가 하나로 통합되어 고객에게 차별화된 가치를 제공하고, 기업이 경쟁력을 가지고 지속적인 성장을 할 수 있게 지원하는 시스템이다. 본 논문에서는 PSS 시스템으로 성공한 Amazon의 Kindle과 Apple의 iPod, 실패한 Microsoft의 Zune과 Sony의 e-book reader를 채택하여 중다 사례연구 방법론을 통해 성공요인과 실패요인을 도출하고자 한다. 이를 위하여, 사례 분석을 통해 가설을 도출하고, 연관 문헌연구와의 비교 및 분석을 통하여 PSS 시스템에서 상업적으로 성공하기 위한 전략적 시사점을 제시하였다.

사적 제135호 부여 궁남지의 정비과정으로 살펴본 전통의 남용과 발명 (The Abuse and Invention of Tradition from Maintenance Process of Historic Site No.135 Buyeo Gungnamji Pond)

  • 한국 전통 연지의 시원으로 평가되는 궁남지는 "삼국사기"에 나타난 무왕의 연지 축조 기록, 사비왕궁으로 추정되는 관북리 유적 및 화지산 이궁지 남쪽에 위치한 지리적 정황에 의해 궁남지로 비정되는 한편 사적으로 지정 복원되었다. 본 연구는 궁남지의 복원정비 과정에 나타난 진정성 왜곡과 전통의 발명에 초점을 맞추어 고찰되었으며, 연구의 요약된 결론은 다음과 같다. 1. 마래방죽[마천지]으로 불려왔던 궁남지는 일제 강점기 때만 해도 3만여 평의 광대한 자연 저습지의 상태로 존재했다. 궁남지 복원에 주도적인 역할을 했던 홍사준은 1940년대만 해도 마래방죽에 백제시대 궁남지 유적으로 추정되는 섬과 석축시설이 남아있었고 그 위에 전각 및 정원을 조성한 흔적이 발견되었다고 전했다. 또한 화지산 이궁터의 조사 후 서동설화와 연관시켜 마래방죽을 궁남지와 동일시하는 의견을 피력하였는데, 이는 궁남지 복원정비의 이론적 근거로 작용하였다. 특히 홍사준이 제시한 스케치 도면 및 부여도엽에서 마래방죽의 형태와 규모를 엿볼 수 있었는데, 이러한 방죽의 형태는 일제 강점기에 촬영된 사진 속 상황과 근사한 것으로 판단된다. 2. 궁남지의 축소정비는 1960년대 추진된 경지정리사업에 의해 농경지로 불하되고 남은 잔여의 면적이 수습된 결과였다. 1965~67년에 있었던 최초 복원공사 이래 수차례 시행된 궁남지 정비를 통해 드러난 문제는 고고학적 사실에 근거하지 않은 채 후대의 시각으로 추정복원 되면서 경복궁 향원지의 구성을 그대로 복제한 데 기인한다. 구체적으로, 연못 안에 섬과 정자를 놓고 교량으로 섬과 육지를 연결시키는 구성은 궁남지가 경복궁 향원정을 모델로 만들어졌음을 방증해 준다. 하지만 교량설계에 참조된 취향교 조차도 조선시대의 형식으로 보기 어려운바 당시의 잘못된 복원설계의 동기와 발상이 궁남지의 가치를 크게 저하시켰다고 판단된다. 이처럼 전통조경의 소재로서 이미 널리 알려진 디자인 전범을 그대로 모방한 것은 경복궁이 갖는 미적 표상과 기호를 지향한 것으로서, 궁남지가 그와 유사한 장소 권위를 획득하도록 의도된 것이었다. 3. 궁남지는 애초부터 진정성이 결여된 채 정비된 사적이었기 때문에 정비 과정에서 경관의 왜곡과 전통성의 남용을 통해 유적의 역사적 맥락이 과감히 표방되어 갔다. 이러한 역사 재료의 무비판적인 활용과 왜곡을 불사한 정비방식은 1960~70년대 박정희 체제에 의해 주도된 민족주의 문화정책과 맞닿아 있다. '만들어진 전통담론'의 맥락에서, 박정희 시기의 문화정책은 국민의 기억에서 이상화된 과거를 취사선택하여 그것을 가시적으로 부각시키는 방향으로 전개되었다. 그 결과, 이전의 유적을 보수하는 수준을 넘어서서 화려하고 웅장한 모습이 부각된 사적지가 전국 곳곳에 생겨나게 되었는데, 궁남지가 초기에 순수한 보존의식으로 축소되어 정비되었음에도 불구하고 점차 본래 공간과는 상관없는 새로운 건조물들이 들어서고 기형적으로 확장 정비되어 갔던 사실은 그러한 국가주도 문화정책의 영향이 컸다고 판단된다.
