Nonsan green tourism is an agricultural tourism. Visitors can participate and experience the agricultural product harvests or particular farmer's work activities. For visitors it provide natural environment and to take freshen air with new rural activities. To the residents it creates extra benefits out of the visitors green tourism. But, for the time being, the characteristic point of the tourists behavior of this tour is 'stop and pass' style in a single day. To create various contents of this tour needs develop visitors to 'stay over night' program and examine the practical methods of traditional houses as its accommodation facilities.
Until recently, thermal power plants have used high-rank coals to generate electricity. The switched to low-rank coals, primarily because of the rising coal price and the advancement of combustion technology. Therefore the thermal power plants need more fuels aspect of quantity and they are going to build extra infrastructure to deal with the increased fuel demand in their specialized ports. This paper introduces the process of the economic analysis as a case study for Hadong T/P(Thermal Power) Port. This study also evaluates investment for mew projects in ports. We analyze the costs and benefits of the port investment project using various information. And then we conduct the economic analysis using NPV(net present value), B/C ratio and IRR grounded in a financial theory. Out result of the economic feasibility shows that the new project of constructing a third berth in Hadong T/P Port has positive economic value. Additionally, this study conducts the sensitivity analysis of the major variables like cost, benefit and discount rate.
Water interruption is often caused by a rupture in the branch-like singular pipeline. This will cause critical complaints from household and may decrease public service quality. As an alternative of singular pipeline, additional parallel pipeline could be installed for sustainable water supply. This system is called double pipeline system and able to be utilized for water transmission line between treatment plant and distribution reservoir. Construction of double pipeline was thought to increase capital cost, which can be an issue to waterworks authorities. Reducing capital cost was possible by means of installing connectors between two parallel pipelines because of reduced diameter of each pipe. To obtain optimal design condition for connectors, it was necessary to compare water pressure according to accident location, to investigate flow according to connection pipe spacing, connection pipe diameter, and aging of pipe. Reliable and economical connection layouts were determined based on these results. The cost estimation for each design condition was carried out. Cost was approximately reduced by 20 ~ 30 % compared to the double pipeline without connections. In addition to this, connection between double pipelines could expect extra benefits for maintenance since the pipe could be repaired and rehabilitated without interruption.
In this paper, a novel neutral-point voltage balancing scheme for NPC three-level inverters using carrier-based sinusoidal pulse width modulation (SPWM) method is developed. The new modulation approach, based on the obtained expressions of zero sequence voltage in all six sectors, can significantly suppress the low-frequency voltage oscillation in the neutral point at high modulation index and achieve a fast voltage-balancing dynamic performance. The implementation of the proposed method is very simple. Another attractive feature is that the scheme can stably control any voltage difference between the two dc-link capacitors within a certain range without using any extra hardware. Furthermore, the presented scheme is also applicable to the single-phase NPC three-level inverter. It can maintain the neutral-point voltage balance at full modulation index and improve the voltage-balancing dynamic performance of the single-phase NPC three-level inverter. The performance of the proposed strategy and its benefits over other previous techniques are verified experimentally.
Post-earthquake building condition assessment is crucial for subsequent rescue and remediation and can be automated by emerging computer vision and deep learning technologies. This study is based on an endeavour for the 2nd International Competition of Structural Health Monitoring (IC-SHM 2021). The task package includes five image segmentation objectives - defects (crack/spall/rebar exposure), structural component, and damage state. The structural component and damage state tasks are identified as the priority that can form actionable decisions. A multi-task Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) is proposed to conduct the two major tasks simultaneously. The rest 3 sub-tasks (spall/crack/rebar exposure) were incorporated as auxiliary tasks. By synchronously learning defect information (spall/crack/rebar exposure), the multi-task CNN model outperforms the counterpart single-task models in recognizing structural components and estimating damage states. Particularly, the pixel-level damage state estimation witnesses a mIoU (mean intersection over union) improvement from 0.5855 to 0.6374. For the defect detection tasks, rebar exposure is omitted due to the extremely biased sample distribution. The segmentations of crack and spall are automated by single-task U-Net but with extra efforts to resample the provided data. The segmentation of small objects (spall and crack) benefits from the resampling method, with a substantial IoU increment of nearly 10%.
Purpose - The purpose of the study is to reexamine the price fairness as practiced by low cost airlines, as a consumer has to experience such inconveniences as inferior airport transportation, extra fees on in-flight meals, and non-negotiable seats, and consumers evaluate such experiences keeping in mind their total costs. This evaluation includes price fairness and allows a reasonable and overall consideration of factors of low cost airlines. It tries to set up a measurement of the indicators consumers' perceptions of price fairness academically as it adapts price fairness to airline services which are renowned for price volatility. Research design, data, and methodology - The research proposes an alternative pricing strategy for the long term profit of low cost airlines after going over conflicts between the traditional theory of consumers' price perception mechanism and flexible fair policy of low cost airlines. It was meaningful when it relates to the early stage of the business, while it enhances the risks relating to the long term survival of low cost airlines. In addition, it is significant as it highlights the negative influences on consumers' perceptions of price fairness, as low cost airlines run on extremely low cost perspectives. Results - The results of the research provide insight into four perspectives, as consumers' perceptions of price fairness are influenced by the frequency and range of price changes and services. The first perspective is that it would lead to positive price evaluation when a low cost airline cuts prices frequently with little changes than one big change. It also would lead to the same result when it comes to necessary services. The second perspective is that one big increase of price would rather undermine the negative aspects of price changes than those of several smaller ones. The third perspective is that additional services would be good to consumers' perceptions of price fairness as compared to discount benefits with respect to the cost. Finally, a low cost airline should consider that consumers will change airlines or defer their flight schedule if the flight fares increase beyond their limits. Conclusions - Low cost airlines should reconsider their pricing policies for services that were provided free earlier. A consumer would not like discount benefits when made to pay for services that were, for long, free of charge. If a low cost airline can provide services with no charge, it should improve volumes if the costs are standardized and, moreover, should consider the charging fees. Alternatively, a consumer can choose between services and fair discount. Low cost airlines are implementing sales promotion strategies, as the competition is more intense than it used to be. In these days, they should regard services over sales promotion, as consumers may prefer to spend money on good premium services. Some differentiation in services could create a good market position for the airlines and, hence, good financial performance.

The purpose of the study is to explore the personal experiences and efforts of science teachers, who have worked in science core schools over the years, in order to evaluate the educational effects and implications of science core school policies. To achieve this purpose, we conducted semi-structured interviews with twelve individual science teachers who have operated programs and curriculum at science core schools. The results provided three case studies presenting how the teachers operated curriculum and how they perceived the benefits of science core schools and identified some commonalities in their experiences and perceptions through cross-case discussions. Three teachers in case studies presented different teaching orientations for science core schools, but they positively perceived its benefits and were very satisfied with the school environment and financial supports from government even though they had more burdens on work. In cross-case analysis among 12 teachers, the teachers commonly presented their passion and enthusiasm for organizing and implementing various extra-curriculum science activities. They believed that such efforts contributed to encouraging their students to consider their careers in science and engineering fields in college. And the differentiated school program has increased reputation and preference for the school from local parents and students. In addition, they felt that these efforts brought their own growth and professional development as science teachers.

In this paper, a joint destination-relay selection and antenna mode selection scheme for full-duplex (FD) relay network is investigated, which consists of one source node, N FD amplify-and-forward (AF) relays and M destination nodes. Multiple antennas are configured at the source node, and beamforming technique is adopted. Two antennas are employed at each relay, one for receiving and the other for transmitting. Only one antenna is equipped at each destination node. In the proposed scheme, the best destination node is firstly selected according to the direct links between the source node and destination nodes. Then the transmit and receive mode of two antennas at each relay is adaptively selected based on the relaying link condition. Meanwhile, the best relay with the optimal Tx/Rx antenna configuration is selected to forward the signals. To characterize the performance of the proposed scheme, the closed-form expression of the outage probability is derived; meanwhile, the simple asymptotic expressions are also obtained. Our analysis shows that the proposed scheme obtains the benefits of multi-relay diversity and multi-destination diversity. Moreover, extra space diversity in the medium SNR region can be achieved due to the antenna selection at the relay. Finally, Monte-Carlo simulations are provided to consolidate the analytical results, and show the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.

Three livestock/crop demonstration-cum-training farms have been established on plots of half, one and two acres, typical of the "Kandyan Forest Garden System" Vegetables, bananas, pepper, coffee, coconut and fruit trees are widely spaced, for intercropping with grass, and have been surrounded with live fences that also provide fodder for livestock to increase the family income. Each unit is operated by a selected employee and his family under a monthly incentive scheme based upon the gross margin. On these farms the technical parameters in dairying are better than elsewhere in the Mid-Country. Economic performance over 1985-1992 showed that dairying contributed most to the total gross margin of the half, one and two acre units, i.e. 31, 63 and 69%, respectively. Next came crops (29%, 37% and 19%), poultry (22%, 0% and 9%), and goats (18%, 0% and 3%). In the three farms the cash income per Sri Lankan Rupee spent was 1.5, 4.6 and 2.1, respectively. The overall ratio was 3.2 for dairying, 1.1 for poultry, 4.5 for goats and 9.9 for crops. Actual family labour in the three farms was 548, 548 and 639 days, compared to the 270, 330 and 440 days anticipated in the initial feasibility study. The average incentive payments, which were 20% (half acre), 61% (one acre) and 133% (two acres) of the parastatal salary of the employee, were only insufficient for the extra labour applied in the half acre unit. Dairying and goats proved to be attractive cash earners with a domestic fuel were important benefits. Poultry did little to improve farm income.
This study suggested the following several possible ways to develop Busan New Port as a comprehensive port area which comprises logistics functions, water front(for relaxation and leisure of citizens) and living zone (for dealing with daily works and chores): First, install extra facilities(e.g. plaza or landscape architecture facilities) for environmental cleanup of fishery port in the vicinity of logistic and housing complex. Second, develop water front for better benefits of users. Third, build a water land in leisure facilities for foreign tourists. Fourth, build a landmark in Port Hinterland. Finally, develop appropriate esthetic area for Port Logistics Hinterland.
