Objectives : The object of this literature study is to investigate the external treatment of seborrheic dermatitis. Methods : We have selected data related to the external treatment of seborrheic dermatitis on the literature of Oriental medicine. And we analyzed the study. Results : 1. The external treatment of seborrheic dermatitis is fundamental treatment. There are several external treatment, these are paint-treatment, shampoo-treatment and pillow-treatment. 2. Prescription used in external treatment of seborrheic dermatitis is Yungi-go(潤肌膏), Okgi-san(玉肌散), Yongnoe-go(龍腦膏), Johyub-tang(皂莢湯). 3. Herb used in external treatment of seborrheic dermatitis is Angelicae dahuricae Radix(白芷), Lysimachia foenumgraecum Hance(零陵香), Veratri Nigri Rhizoma Et Radix(藜蘆), Cannabis Fructus(大麻). Conclusions : Through literatual Study, we basically understood the external treatment of seborrheic dermatitis. In the study of external treatment, it seems that further clinical studies on seborrheic dermatitis treatment.

Recently there are concerned about External Treatment in Oriental medicine and a lot of study is researched. But it is not enough to apply to clinic and it has difficult subject. ${\ulcorner}$Wai-Ke-Zheng-Zong${\lrcorner}$ had been made by Chen-Shi-gong(陳實功). It included synthetic External Treatments in those days. So we would like to bring out external treatment methods in it and be easy to use clinic. In addition we want extend territory of treatment methods of oriental medicine. We have researched external treatment of ${\ulcorner}$Wai-Ke-Zheng-Zong${\lrcorner}$ according to below three methods. We researched using external treatment methods of each disease and arranged it. In ${\ulcorner}$Wai-Ke-Zheng-Zong${\lrcorner}$, there are 150 external treatment. And we arranged external treatments by each methods. We classified external treatment methods by 8 class. Conclusion is that, ${\ulcorner}$Wai-Ke-Zheng-Zong${\lrcorner}$ has described 122 external diseases. External treatments of ${\ulcorner}$Wai-Ke-Zheng-Zong${\lrcorner}$ had been used to cure 75 disease from the whole disease. External treatments of ${\ulcorner}$Wai-Ke-Zheng-Zong${\lrcorner}$ was more than 150 kinds. And each disease treated by more than on external treatment. External treatment methods of ${\ulcorner}$Wai-Ke-Zheng-Zong${\lrcorner}$ have contained hot compress therapy, fumigation therapy, bathing therapy, application therapy, medication bag therapy, medication plug therapy, medication massotherapy, aroma therapy and so on.

Object : Understanding the importance of the external treatment of nasal polyps and let know the necessity of development of the effect of herb medicine to use in these days. Method : I investigated about 12 oriental medical texts which recorded the external treatment of nasal polyps. I separated them to three part (prescription, herb medicine, the way of making the external application) and check the frequency. Also compared the external treatment of oriental medicine and western medicine. Result : 1. Prescription: There are 48 prescriptions -Nyosasan is used 4 cases, Gwajungsan is used 2 cases and others only 1 case each. 2. Herb-med: There are 67 herb medicines - Herba Asari(細辛) is used 15 cases, Pedicellus Melo (瓜蔕) is used 11 cases, Alunite(白礬) is used 10 cases, Realgar(雄黃)is used 9 cases. 3. The way of making the external application: obstructive method is used 19 cases, attaching method is used 9 cases, blowing method is used 8 cases, plaster method is used 7 cases, pouring method is used 3 cases. 4. The treatment takes about 1day to 15days and the soften nasal polyps like a water can be expect the positive prognosis. Conclusion: The external treatment is very important to treat nasal polyps. So we need to research more on eliminating the toxicity of the herb medicine and develop the convenient way of using the external treatment.

And the "Li-Yao-Pian-Won" had been written by Wu-Shang-Xian(吳尙先) in 1864. The book is the first technical book of external treatments. So, he has been held in respected as the father of external treatments by many people. Therefore we would like to bring out it's external treatments theory 2) Conclusions He had insisted that external treatments principles are identical with internal treatments. So, prescriptions of external treatment are selected and made by principles of internal treatment. But external treatments have following characteristics 1. Each of external treatment prescriptions have various effects. 2. Exchange of treatments is very easy. 3. We can make free use of various external treatments for care at a time. 4. External treatments are very economical. 5. External treatments are very easy to study. 6. External treatments are simple, speedy, precision.

Purpose: Cases of male external genitalia lymphedema are relatively uncommon in the clinical physical therapy field. Of more than two thousand clinical cases treated by the author in the lymphedema treatment center, only 4~5 cases of male external genitalia lymphedema were encountered. The present case report presents the experience and treatment results of male external genitalia lymphedema from urological cancer. Method: This case was a 47-year-old man, who was treated with complex decongestive physical therapy consisting of manual lymph drainage, compression bandage (including the external genitalia), remedial exercise, skin care. Result: The results were relatively good. The clinical experience would suggest that early treatment and education can reduce the external genitalia lymphedema. However, the treatment efficacy remains limited. Therefore, early treatment is vital for more successful outcomes. Conclusion: The relief of symptoms and a decrease in male external genitalia lymphedema may be the best result from long-term conservative management.

Background : The purpose of this study is to make the oriental medicine treatment useful and develop the way of acne cure. Object&Metbod : This study is based on analysis of Recent paper about Oriental medicine of acne, mainly for the external treatment. Results: We analyzed recent treatis about acne cure with external treatment in clinical and analytic study. For the first, there are various clinical approaches with: single use of external treatment, external treatment and herb medicine methods and acidic ionized water. The others are about practical applications on the external treatment, and traditional chinese medical approaches. Conclusion: To develop the better medical care on acne, development and verifications of various treatment methods are necessary on the basis of the merits of oriental treatment.

(1) Making a related words list: We have used existing external treatments technical books to make a list. It has been connected with external treatments. It includes not only technical terms, but also general terms. (2) Searching sentence: We have searched sentence that contain terms that related with external treatments. (3) Analysis of related sentence: We have searched and classified sentence by disease. (4) Analysis of external treatment methods. 3) Conclusions From long time ago people have used external treatment to cure various disease. According to the ${\ulcorner}Nei-Jing{\lrcorner}$, hot compress therapy, fumigation therapy and bathing therapy had been used to cure blockage syndrome, muscle disease, carbuncle and cellulitis. Thereafter, a sphere of external treatment had gradually enlarged. (1) After all its sphere had included dermatologic, psychologic, internal, ophthalmic, otolaryngologic, obstetrics, gynecologic, pediatric and surgical diseases. (2) External treatment methods have contained hot compress therapy, fumigation therapy, bathing therapy, application therapy, medication bag therapy, medication plug therapy, medication massotherapy, aroma therapy and so on. (3) Medication types of external treatment have contained ointment, juice, infusion, powder, suppository and so on.

Objectives : The purpose of this study is to report the effect of Fermented Yungyo Keumeunhwa Extract External treatment Liquid on Seborrheic Dermatitis. Methods : Four Seborrheic Dermatitis patients on the face of each Diluted Yungyo Keumeunhwa Extract External treatment Liquid patch was 10 minutes. Results : The Fermented Yungyo Keumeunhwa Extract External treatment Liquid was effective on alleviation of symptoms like flare, scale, uredo and pricking on Seborrheic Dermatitis. Conclusions : The result indicate that Fermented Yungyo Keumeunhwa Extract External treatment Liquid has an available effect on Seborrheic Dermatitis, and authors consider that the additional clinical studies are needed to verify the effectiveness of monotherapy.

Objectives : The purpose of this study is to analyze the trends of domestic experimental research of external treatment in Korean medicine and use it as a basic data to expand the therapeutic field of Korean medicine. Methods : In December 2016, two authors searched for experimental studies of external treatment in Korean medicine researches in 6 Korean databases. Results : Among the 379 researches that were initially searched, two authors reviewed 190 researches, excluding duplicate researches, and finally 11 researches were selected for the study. The target disease was confined to the skin and mucosa, and the most of selected Korean medicine was based on the literature. Conclusions : Considering the range of application of the external treatment described in the literature and the domestic market for external medicine, it is expected that the development of various external medicine using herbal medicine will be expected in the future.
