This study empirically analyzes the effect of IT SME ventures' external information network diversity on their production period reduction and productivity improvement generated from technology development. This research constructs a mediating model based on the open innovation perspective and tests it with the 138 samples of South Korean IT SME ventures based on the ordinary least squares regression. This research is expected to make a good contribution by shedding a new light on the following three points about the critical role of IT SME ventures' external information network diversity in increasing their production period reduction and productivity improvement generated from technology development which has scarcely been illuminated in the extant studies in the field of the management of technology for SMEs. First, IT SME ventures' external information network diversity positively influences their production period reduction. Second, the external information network diversity positively influences IT SMEs' ventures' productivity improvement. Third, IT SME ventures' production period reduction partially mediates the influence of IT SME ventures' external network diversity on their productivity improvement. These three fresh points are expected to provide useful theoretical and practical implications. Related to the theoretical implication, this research provides a fresh implication that IT SME ventures' external information network diversity positively influences not only their production period reduction but also productivity improvement generated from technology development. Concerning the practical implication, this study suggests that the CEOs in IT SME ventures make strategic efforts to use more diverse external information sources in order to increase their production period reduction and productivity improvement generated from technology development.

New technology development capability plays a key role in making small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) increase their innovation performance, such as in product or process innovation. To examine the influencing factors of SMEs' new technology development capability, this study empirically analyzes the mediating effects of SMEs' process design capability and product interior design capability on the positive association between their external information network diversity and new technology development capability. This study performs the ordinary least squares regression on a sample of 2,000 South Korean SMEs. Results reveal that SMEs' process design capability fully mediates, and product interior design capability partially mediates the positive association between the external information network diversity and new technology development capability.

본 연구는 중소기업의 외부 기술 정보 네트워크에 대한 연구 흐름의 깊이를 더하기 위해 외부 기술 정보네트워크의 다양성이 중소기업의 기술개발로 인한 매출 증대에 미치는 직접적인 영향 뿐만 아니라, 이러한 직접인 영향에 대한 생산성 향상의 매개 효과와 최고 경영자가 주도하는 기술 개발의 조절 효과를 실증적으로 분석한다. 2,200개의 한국 중소기업 데이터를 사용한 최소자승 회귀분석을 바탕으로 다음과 같은 결과를 본 연구는 제공한다. 첫째, 중소기업의 외부 기술 정보네트워크의 다양성은 기술 개발로 인한 매출 성장에 정(+)의 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 중소기업의 생산성 향상은 외부 기술정보 네트워크의 다양성이 매출 성장에 미치는 이러한 정(+) 영향을 부분 매개한다. 셋째, 최고경영자가 주도하는 기술개발은 중소기업의 외부 기술 정보 네트워크의 다양성이 매출 성장에 미치는 정(+)의 영향을 조절한다.

생산관리능력은 IT 중소기업의 가장 필수적인 역량 중 하나이다. 따라서, 본 연구는 외부정보네트워크의 다양성 및 제조능력과 같은 주요 요인들이 IT 중소기업의 생산관리능력에 미치는 영향을 실증 분석하였다. 한국의 310개 IT 중소기업으로부터 수집된 데이터를 바탕으로 SPSS 버전 22를 사용한 최소자승 회귀분석 결과, 외부정보네트워크의 다양성은 IT 중소기업의 생산관리능력에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 주며, 이러한 정(+)의 영향은 IT 중소기업의 제조능력에 의해서 완전 매개 되는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 실증 분석 결과는 IT 중소기업의 외부정보네트워크의 다양성이 제조능력을 통해 생산관리능력에 정(+)의 영향을 미친다는 의미 있는 시사점을 제공한다.

좋은 제품 품질은 기업의 성공을 가능하게 하는 데에 매우 필수적이기 때문에 기술 개발을 통한 제품 품질 개선방안은 많은 최고경영자들이 숙고하는 가장 중요한 문제들 중 하나이다. 기술 개발을 통한 제품 품질 개선과 관련하여, 본 연구는 정보 기술 분야의 중소기업들의 외부 정보 네트워크의 다양성이 생산 공정 개선을 통해 제품 품질 개선에 미치는 영향에 대한 실증 분석을 시도 하였다. 본 연구는 최소자승 회귀분석을 통해 310개의 IT 중소기업을 실증 분석하여 다음과 같은 2가지 중요 사항을 조명한다. 첫째, IT 중소기업의 외부 정보 네트워크의 다양성은 기술 개발을 통한 제품 품질 개선에 정(+)의 영향을 미친다. 둘째, IT 중소기업의 생산 공정 개선은 외부 정보 네트워크의 다양성이 제품 품질 개선에 미치는 정(+)의 영향을 부분 매개 한다.

환경오염과 지구 온난화가 더욱 더 심각해지면서 녹색 경영이 중소기업에 더욱 더 중요해지고 있다. 본 연구는 중소기업의 녹색 경영 성과에 양(+)의 영향을 미치는 요인들을 분석하기 위해 한국의 2,200개의 중소기업 데이터를 대상으로 실시한 최소자승 회귀분석 결과를 통해 다음과 같은 두 가지 주요 시사점들을 제공한다. 첫째, 중소기업의 외부 기술 연구개발 정보 네트워크의 다양성은 기술 연구개발로 인한 녹색 경영 성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 중소기업의 기술개발로 인한 생산 공정의 개선은 외부 기술 연구개발 정보 네트워크의 다양성이 기술개발로 인한 녹색 경영 성과에 미치는 양(+)의 영향을 부분적으로 매개 한다.

The multi-scenario topology of multi-channel hybrid ubiquitous sensor networks (USNs) is studied and a novel link auto-diversity cross-layer cooperative scheduling scheme is proposed in this paper. The proposed scheme integrates the attributes of the new performance evaluation link auto-diversity air-time metric and the topology space in the given multi-scenario. The proposed scheme is compared with other schemes, and its superiority is demonstrated through simulations. The simulation results show that relative energy consumption, link reception probability, and end-to-end blocking probability are improved. The addressing ratio of success with unchanged parameters and external information can be increased. The network can tolerate more hops to support reliable transportation when the proposed scheme is implemented. Moreover, the scheme can make the network stable. Therefore, the proposed scheme can enhance the average rate performance of the hybrid USN and stabilize the outage probability.

대학도서관 발전계획은 외부적으로는 도서관의 역할과 발전 방향에 대한 명시적인 선언이자 내부적으로는 도서관 서비스 제공을 위한 지침으로 기능한다는 점에서 중요한 의미를 지닌다. 발전계획 수립을 위해서는 국제적, 국가적 환경에 대한 이해, 개별 대학과 대학구성원에 대한 이해가 요구된다. 본 연구는 대학도서관과 관련된 국제 환경의 추세를 파악하기 위하여 해외 대학도서관 발전계획 사례를 조사하고, 내용분석과 네트워크 분석을 통해 그 동향을 파악하였다. 그 결과, 대부분의 해외 대학도서관에서는 '협업', '컬렉션 개발 및 구축', '연구지원'이라는 키워드를 주축으로 다양한 전략과 세부 계획을 제시하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 본 연구에서는 향후 대학도서관 발전계획 수립 시 고려해야 하는 사항으로, 발전계획 내 대학도서관의 사명과 비전, 가치의 구체적 명시, 문화적 다양성성과 형평성, 포용성 등의 핵심가치의 중요성 인식, 대학도서관 내외부의 파트너십 및 협업의 중요성 인식, 경영 목적 달성의 도구로서 대학도서관 발전계획의 활용을 제시하였다.

장소, 공간, 문화가 하나의 '동형체'였던 전근대시기에 지역(적 정체)성은 모든 정체성을 통합한 하나의 영토였다. 근대에 들어 이러한 영토성은 해체되기 시작했으나 이 과정은 일방적 탈영토화라기보다는 공간의 다층화와 다차원화에 따른 지역성의 입체화과정이었다. 여기에서 지역은 동질적 이웃의 자연적 군집만이 아니라 정치적으로 결정된 합목적적 이해 집단의 공간이 되며, 지역성 역시 '주어진 것'에서 벗어나 '형성하는 것'을 포괄하는 정체성이 된다. 규모의 경제에 충실했던 텔레비전의 네트워크화는 네트워크의 소재지와 나머지 지역을 '중심'과 '주변'으로 나누는 새로운 경계를 만들었다. 이러한 구조에서 방송의 로컬리즘은 정책적 강제가 아니면 구현되기 어려웠다. 그러나 민주주의가 심화되고 분권화가 촉진되면서 상황은 점차 달라지기 시작했다. 최근 지역방송의 변화는 크게 두가지, 수직적으로 지역민의 이해와 기호에 더욱 깊이 파고드는 '심화'와 수평적으로 방송의 지리적 권역을 확대하거나 타 미디어 영역으로 활동반경을 넓히는 '팽창'의 과정으로 볼 수 있다. 이는 지역방송이 분권화와 참여 같은 정치적 가치를 중시하고 특히 글로벌화가 진행되면서 나타난 결과로, 양자 모두 네트워크와의 관계를 수평적 협조적 관계로 만드는 공통점이 있다. 이러한 변화의 성패는 결국 지역방송이 얼마만큼 지역에 대한 귀속감과 애착심을 정치적 자치의 효능감으로 발전시킬 수 있는가, 얼마만큼 지역방송이 글로벌화와 로컬화 사이에서 인터페이스로서 기능할 수 있을 것인가에 달려 있다고 할 수 있다.

This paper aims to propose a research framework of analyzing voting activities of a national assembly on the basis of member-level voting similarity and provides a case study in the $18^{th}$ national assembly in South Korea. First, we propose a bill contentiousness measure that gives a higher score to bills for which ayes and noes are more diversified in both conservative and progressive parties. Based on the bill contentiousness measure, the top 5%, 10%, and 20% bills were identified and used for further analyses. Moreover, we propose a member-level voting similarity measure that compensates for the lower frequency of noes, and evaluate the pair-wise voting similarities for all lawmakers. Then, voting similarity differences to the affiliated/non-affiliated parties were analyzed for the members in the two major parties according to some internal/external key factors. Finally, similar voting groups were identified and their affiliations were investigated based on the multi-dimensional scaling (MDS) and network analysis techniques. A case study on the $18^{th}$ national assembly of South Korea showed that the cohesion of the members in the 'Hanara' party becomes higher than that of the 'Minju' party as the bill contentiousness increases, whereas the number of elected, local constituency versus proportional representation, and the competition intensity in a local constituency were found to be partially influential to the voting activities of lawmakers. In addition, MDS and network analysis showed that there is a distinctive difference between two parties when all bills are analyzed, whereas the diversity of parties increases in the same group as the bill contentiousness increases.
