국방획득사업의 집행우선순위 결정요인 연구 (Influential Factors on Prioritization of Weapon Systems)

  • 국방기획관리 제도(PPBEES)에서 기획단계(P)의 전력증강소요가 국방 예산을 초과하기 때문에 계획단계(P)나 예산편성 단계(B)에서 예산을 고려한 우선순위 결정이 필요하다. 본 논문의 목적은 한정된 예산범위 내에서 기 결정된 소요의 우선순위 결정에 영향을 주는 요인을 분석하여 도출하는 것이다. 이를 위해 2014년 방위력개선사업 중 신규 착수 및 계약사업 20개를 쌍대비교하여 소요 우선순위 결정 이유를 도출하고, EFA(Exploratory Factor Analysis)를 통해 6개의 대표 요인을 추출하였다. 6개의 요인에 대한 KMO는 0.779로 요인분석하기에 적절하다고 할 수 있고, 총 분산은 79.590%로 받아들이기에 적절하고, Cronbach's Alpha계수도 모두 0.7 이상을 얻었다. 본 논문은 지금까지 연구가 제한적이던 전력 소요 기획에 있어 실제 업무 유관자를 대상으로 실제 무기체계간 비교를 통해 집행 우선순위 영향 요인을 도출했다는 데에 의미가 있다. 이 같은 집행우선순위 영향요인은 전력소요 우선순위를 결정하고자 할 때 AHP 또는 델파이 등의 다양한 의사결정 방법에 활용될 수 있을 것이며 궁극적으로 한정된 재원 내에서 군사전략목표 달성을 위한 합리적 전력소요 판단에 기여할 수 있다.

과학 비유 수업에 대한 예비 교사와 현직 교사의 인식 조사 도구의 탐색적 개발 및 적용 (Exploratory Developing Instruments for and Assessing Awareness of Science Teaching through Analogy among Pre- and In-service Elementary Teachers)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop an instrument for assessing teachers' awareness of science teaching through analogy (ASTA) and to establish its validity and reliability. Based on the literatures on science teaching with analogies, we constructed 23 survey items. Face validity of the items was established using three science education experts. Through exploratory factor analysis with responses of 35 pre- and 26 inservice elementary school teachers, the instruments were constructed on four subcategories: awareness of analogies in science, use of analogy in teaching and learning, self-efficacy in science knowledge, and knowledge of analogy. The data collected from pre- and in-service elementary teachers demonstrated that overall the teachers' awareness of analogy in science was neutral, which indicated they did not have clear standpoints of science teaching through analogy. Further examination demonstrated that there was no significant difference between pre- and in-service teachers and between two genders. Moreover, there was no significant difference among teachers who preferred either didactic or discovery teaching approaches. We conclude that ASTA test would contribute assessment of teachers' awareness of analogy in science teaching while further examination of the instrument will warrant for its broader use.

스마트카의 Kano 품질속성 분석에 관한 탐색적 연구 (Analysis of Kano's Quality Attributes for Smart Car: An Exploratory Study)

  • 스마트카는 편의성, 안전성, 사용자경험을 극대화시킨 차로 기존 자동차에 비해 복잡하고 많은 기능을 갖기 때문에 가격이 비싸진다. 본 논문의 목적은 스마트카가 갖는 여러 기능 가운데 Kano 품질속성 관점에서 소비자들이 원하는 필수기능을 도출한다. 실증적 분석 결과, 품질속성은 매력적 품질속성과 무관심 품질속성으로 분류되었다. 일반적으로 스마트카의 목적이 안전성과 사용자 경험을 극대화하는 것이지만 소비자들은 편의성에 더 높은 가치를 두었다. 이러한 연구결과는 향후 스마트카 설계에서 중요한 시사점을 제공할 것이다. 본 연구의 활용방안으로 카노품질 속성 관점에서 스마트카를 선정하는 계층적분석과정 모델을 제안한다.

업종별 기업의 위기관리 차이에 관한 탐색적 연구 (An Exploratory Study on the Differences in Corporate Crisis Management among the Types of Business)

  • Recently domestic companies have struggled to deal with different kinds of crisis accrued from various sources. However, their perception on the crisis and crisis management system are extremely vulnerable. In particular, although almost all companies have had many business related crisis, they have tended to ignore the crisis with simply considering it as unlucky and not to approach it provocatively in preparing some preventive measures and turning it into an opportunity due to the lack of recognizing the importance of risk management. In other words, domestic companies have not systematically prepared detailed plans for potential crisis, rather have tended to recognize the importance of having crisis management system after experiencing a detrimental crisis or accident. Furthermore research on the issue has conducted sparsely in the academic world. The purpose of this study was to investigate the differences among types of businesses in terms of the degree of crisis experienced previously, the perception on the importance of crisis management system, the level of crisis management implementation, and the areas of crisis management being focused in the future. Usable data was collected from 201 companies using an on-site survey. Data was analyzed with SPSS 21.0 using some descriptive statistics and a series of ANOVA (One-way Analysis of Variance). Results and implications were provided, along with some future research directions.

중소 IT기업의 혁신유형별 네트워크 형태에 대한 실증 연구 (The Empirical Study on the Relationship between Innovation Type and Network Configuration of IT SMEs)

  • 본 연구는 혁신유형과 네트워크 형태간의 관계를 탐색적으로 고찰하였다. 즉, 기업의 혁신유형에 따라 사회적 자본의 특성이 어떻게 다르게 나타나는지를 실증 분석하고 있다. 이 관계를 검증하기 위해 2005년 6월에서 7월 사이에 실시된 "경북 IT기업 기술혁신활동 조사"에서 나타난 168개 기업 자료를 실증적으로 분석하였다. 분석은 IT기업의 기술혁신 유형변수로 '탐색형 기업', '활용형 기업'으로 구분하였고, 사회적 자본은 네트워크의 형태를 나타내는 '구조적 변수'와 강도를 나타내는 '관계적 변수'로 구분하여 구성형태를 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 탐색형 기업에서는 네트워크의 범위가 넓고(sparse network) 약한 연계(weak tie) 관계를 가지는 반면, 활용형 기업에서는 네트워크가 범위를 좁고(dense network) 강한 연계(strong tie) 관계를 가지는 것으로 나타났다.

선교 목적 한국어 교재 개발의 방향성에 관한 탐색적 연구 (An Exploratory Study on Direction of Korean Language Textbook Development for Mission Purpose)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 선교 목적 한국어 교재의 개발 방향성을 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위해 기존에 출판되어 있는 세 권의 선교 목적 한국어 교재를 분석, 평가하였다. 그리고 이 분석의 결과를 바탕으로 앞으로의 선교 목적 한국어 교재의 개발이 어떤 방향으로 이루어져야 하는지 제시하였다. 그 내용은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 일상 언어와 성경적 언어의 균형이 중요하다. 둘째, 선교 대상자의 유형에 따른 차별화된 교재가 출판되어야 한다. 셋째, 한국어 교육 전문가와 기독교 교육 전문가가 협력적으로 개발해야 한다. 넷째, 교재 개발의 전문성이 제고되어야 한다. 다섯째, 교재 개발은 교사 교육과 연계되어야 한다.

농촌 공정관광의 품질과 만족이 행동의도에 미치는 영향 (Structural Relationships between Quality, Satisfaction, and Behavioral Intentions in Rural Responsible Tourism: Moderating Effects of Age)

  • This study examines the structural relationships between service quality, satisfaction, and behavioral intentions in responsible tourism. In particular, the study focuses on moderating effects of age. Data were collected from 471 tourists from seven responsible tourism agencies. SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 18.0 were used for frequency, reliability, exploratory factor, confirmatory factor, and path analyses. The results of a exploratory factor analysis yield two dimensions of service quality (functional quality and technical quality). The results of structural equation modeling indicate that functional quality and technical quality had positive effects on satisfaction, which in turn had a positive effect on behavioral intentions. In addition, age moderated the relationships between service quality, satisfaction, and behavioral intentions such that functional quality had a positive effect on satisfaction in the group of tourists in their twenties and thirties and that functional quality and technical quality were important factors for tourists in their forties. The results are expected to help responsible tourism communities better manage service quality to increase tourist satisfaction.

지식경영효과에 관한 탐색적 연구: 상황관점 (An Exploratory Study on the Effects of Knowledge Management: A Contingency Perspective)

  • In order to explore a relationship among KM context, KM effects, and sustainability of competitive advantage of organizations, a contingency model of KM, which is based on resource-based as well as knowledge-based theory, is developed from the information systems and strategic management literature. To put it concretely, our motivation for this paper was to answer the following questions: (1) What factors affect the degree to which an organization achieves KM effects? (2) Is there a positive relationship between KM effects and organizational performance achieved by linking KM to competitive advantage? A detailed exploratory analysis of survey responses from 79 Korean companies provides the following significant findings: (1) This study found support for the proposed research model. (2) The organization's degree of process and organizational outcomes of KM effects is determined by technical and social resources and its capabilities. Furthermore, the influence of technical and social resources of KM context on process and organizational outcomes of KM effects is controlled by different types of organizational perspectives on KM. (3) There is a relationship between process and organizational outcomes of KM effects and organizational performance enhanced by linking KM to competitive advantage.

지역경제 활성화를 위한 사회적 기업에 관한 탐색적 연구 : 커뮤니티 비즈니스를 중심으로 (An Exploratory Research on the Social Enterprise for Local Economic Activation : Focus on Community Business)

  • The purpose of this study is to find the new model of successful social enterprise on the basis of local economy and industry in Korea. The trends and definitions of social enterprise were discussed first of all and community business model operated by civilians and members of a community was studied. The community business of local friendly type(LFT) was focused especially. Some factors of LFT are such as the solution of economic polarization and employment aggravation, the recovery of local community, the solution of local problem, and new method of labor contract. As the result of exploratory analysis on community business in Korea, Some distinctive features were showed that the majority of business was managed by local government, the outcomes of local community business were improvement of local income and creation of employment. Also, there were barriers such as finance, marketing, and lack of entrepreneurship. In conclusion, community business enterprise on the basis of local is effective to develop local economy and it should be owned by local civilians. In addition, long-term aims, entrepreneurship, and positiveness need for making of local society wealth.

A Comparative Study of Coffee Culture between Italy and South Korea: An Exploratory Study

  • This exploratory research compares two particular features of coffee culture, namely the reason why a particular coffee shop is frequented and the reason for going to the chosen coffee shop in Italy and South Korea. A survey was carried out targeted at current undergraduate university students in both countries with data being collected in the late spring and early summer of 2017. The main impetus for this research was to investigate the aforementioned areas given the fact that Italy has such a long standing coffee culture that dates back centuries and is still an industry dominated by independent coffee houses while the Korean coffee industry started developing in the early 1980s and taking off after the 1988 Olympic Games. The Korean coffee industry, in contrast, is driven by the franchise coffee shops such as Starbucks, $Caf{\acute{e}}$ Benne, and The Coffee Bean among others. While both countries have well developed coffee cultures, they developed along very different lines. Data collected from respondents are tabulated and presented followed by an analysis and interpretation of the data. Finally, some suggestions on how to conduct further research in order to better understanding the underpinnings and contributing factors in understanding consumer choice and coffee culture in both Italian and Korea are suggested.
