In this paper, we developed the application for measure an area that it compute a space coordinate of real object to represent through a camera by using the Orientation sensor of smart devices. The application will help to solve a problems of an epistemological obstacles in an area learning. We conducted an expert evaluation for the application of educative usability, educative effect and etc.. The expert group was comprised of elementary school teacher who teach curriculum of an area in mathematics. In result, it was positively evaluated in terms of educative usability.

The purpose of this study is to propose a decision-making technique for selecting waterproofing methods using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) technique. In this study, a questionnaire survey was given to a group of specialists, which included design specialists, construction specialists, and maintenance specialists, regarding their experience with roof waterproofing methods. The 1st level hierarchy of the questionnaire survey addressed the function, economics, and maintenance of each of the roof waterproofing methods. The rank of 13 items of questionnaire, which is the 2nd level hierarchy of the questionnaire survey, is calculated using Expert Choice Solution. The analysis of questionnaire survey shows that each specialist selects different roof waterproofing methods, and all specialists make much of waterproof performance.

This paper presents a factor-analysis based questionnaire categorization method to improve the reliability of the evaluation of working conditions without influencing the completeness of the questionnaire both in Taiwanese and Chinese construction enterprises for structural engineering applications. The proposed approach springs from the AI application and expert systems in structural engineering. Questions with a similar response pattern are grouped into or categorized as one factor. Questions that form a single factor usually have higher reliability than the entire questionnaire, especially in the case when the questionnaire is complex and inconsistent. By classifying questions based on the meanings of the words used in them and the responded scores, reliability could be increased. The principle for classification was that 90% of the questions in the same classified group must satisfy the proposed classification rule and consequently the lowest one was 92%. The results show that the question classification method could improve the reliability of the questionnaires for at least 0.7. Compared to the question deletion method using SPSS, 75% of the questions left were verified the same as the results obtained by applying the classification method.

Recently with the advent of smart devices, various educational apps are being developed for smart learning. However, the existing native apps to run on a particular device, the device is not compatible. A new way to develop apps, webapp written using the HTML5 has the advantage of cross-platform support. We developed the webapp using HTML5 for learning lever in elementary school science curriculum. We conducted an expert evaluation for the web app of educative usability. The expert group was comprised of elementary school teacher. In result, it was evaluated lever learning content and webapp have high educational value.

This study was intended to investigate the influences of consumer's self-monitoring, pioneer brand awareness, types of endorsers on quality perception of "me-too" brands with a focus on outdoor brands. The design of this research was comprised of 2 types of self-monitoring(high vs. low), 2 types of pioneer brand awareness(high vs. low), 2 types of endorsers(professional expert vs. typical consumer). The study was carried out by using samples from residents of Seoul and Gyeonggi area. The number of subjects used in the final analysis totaled 243, with age of the consumers ranging grom 20's to 50's. The results of this study were as follows. Self-monitoring, pioneer brand awareness and types of endorsers had shown a statistically significant correlation effect on the quality perception of me-too brands. Especially, in the high-level self-monitoring group, the effect of pioneer brand awareness on quality perception of me-too brand was significant when typical consumer model was given. The result presents that using a professional expert model in the market rather than a typical consumer model can offset the quality perception of pioneer brand with low awareness.

Concretely, government budget is needed to establish Agriculture and Fisheries special channel, so we are just about to examine its validity and find business model. to make this discussion detailed, we made 4 subjects. First, Do we need agro-fishery products distribution channel using media? Second, After establishing of Agriculture and Fisheries special channel, how many demands will occur? Third, Should we make Agriculture and Fisheries special channel public channel? Fourth, What would be profit model of Agriculture and Fisheries special channel?

The purpose of this study is to investigate the bodice patterns by analyzing sensory evaluations. Anthropomatric data was collected between April and October of 2000. Total 283 body measurements were collected for this study including both direct and indirect measurements(29 variables from the direct anthropometric data. 5 variables from the indirect anthropometric data). Data were analyzing using percentiles. standard deviation and Anova. The appearance and fit of three kinds of bodice patterns (N. L. H type) were evaluated by expert panel and the subjects. The results of the anthropometric measurements and sensory evaluations are as follows : A significant differences (p$\leq$.001) in the height, width and girth Items was found. The results of the bodice pattern evaluations by expert panel indicates that a significant difference (p${\le}$.05) in the responses to the placement of the waist dart, the fit of the bust area and the placement o( the back shoulder dart for 20's and 30's. The result of the evaluations by subjects indicates that a significant difference (p${\le}$.05) in the responses to the placement of the waist dart for 40's. A significant difference (p${\le}$.05) in the responses to the suitability of the shoulder area among the age groups.

Objectives The purpose of this study was to develop diagnostic tools for Sasang Constitutional patterns based on the middle classification of the Sasang Constitutional patterns. Methods Diagnosis and assessment indicators of Soeumin, Soyangin, Taeeumin, and Taeyangin patterns were extracted based on the 『Clinical Practice Guideline for Sasang Constitutional Medicine Symptomatology』 and 『Donguisusebowon』. An online survey was conducted on the 'importance of diagnosis and assessment indicators' by the Sasang Constitutional Medicine expert group. Results Based on the expert consultation results, the importance weight for each diagnosis and assessment indicators symptom was calculated, and the importance was ranked to develop diagnostic tools for Soeumin, Soyangin, Taeeumin, and Taeyangin patterns. Diagnostic tool consisted of 58 questions for Soeumin patterns, 68 questions for Soyangin patterns, 81 questions for Taeeumin patterns, and 42 questions for Taeyangin patterns. The final total score was calculated by reflecting each response score and the weight of each question. Conclusions The developed 'Diagnostic Tools for Sasang Constitutional patterns' can be used to make an effective and objective diagnosis in the clinical site. In the future, if the reliability and validity of these diagnostic tools are tested through clinical study, it will be possible to improve clinical applicability and contribute to standardization of diagnosis.

Purpose: This study aimed to develop a standardized protocol of systematic and explicit roles and procedures for paramedics for the maternal and newborn management during prehospital emergency delivery situations. Methods: This study is a methodological study with detailed step-by-step items proposed by an expert group based on evidence from a literature review. The content validity of the proposed preliminary prehospital emergency delivery protocol was verified before the final protocol was confirmed. Results: All 23 detailed items of the preliminary protocol met the reference cut-off (CVI value of 0.8 or higher). After considering, revising, and supplementing expert opinions for each of the 23 items 23 detailed in the proposed protocols, four steps were confirmed. The steps included five items for the management of the imminent mother, 10 items for delivery progress, five items for newborn management, and three items for postpartum management of the mother. Conclusion: This study's findings may serve as reference for developing future specialized training programs for paramedics, to ensure enhanced competence in prehospital emergency delivery situations. The protocol should be reviewed and revised periodically to ensure currency.

In this paper, an adaptive multimedia synchronization scheme for VOD (Video On Demand) services in internet environments is proposed. This scheme considers the characteristics of MPEG (Moving Picture Expert Group) system stream. Consequently, the intra-synchronization is handled at the pack layer, and the inter-synchronization is handled at the packet layer. The proposed scheme can cope adaptively with variation of packet loss, jitter and client's playback capacity. If there are variations of the packet loss or client's playback capacity, the server will change the transmission rate by selective picture skip. The client can then adjust and control the playback time according to the variation of the network jitter. Our experimental results show that the proposed scheme can quickly adapt to the network condition, and can guarantee a better quality of service than the other existing schemes.
