초등 예비교사의 협력 과학수업이 과학교수효능감 및 과학지식에 미치는 효과 (The Effects of Team Teaching on Science Learning of Pre-Service Teachers on Science Teaching Efficacy Beliefs and Scientific Knowledge)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 '과학과 교재연구' 강좌를 수강하는 초등예비교사들이 실험처치 후 과학교수효능감 및 과학 지식에 미치는 효과를 알아보는 것이다. 이를 위하여 '과학과 교재연구' 강좌를 수강하는 심화과정 4개 반(118명)을 대상으로 9월 초에서 12월까지 실험처치를 하였다. 실험처치는 한 학기의 교재연구 및 교수법에 대해 교육을 하는 것이며, 초등예비교사들이 모둠별 과학협력 수업을 시연하는 것으로 마무리 하였다. 연구의 결과 및 분석은 집단의 전-후 검사에서 대응 표본 t 검정으로 분석하였다. 연구의 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 본 강좌 수강 후 초등 예비교사들은 과학교수효능감에서 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 본 강좌 수강 후 초등 예비교사들은 과학지식 습득에 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 수업시연에서 예비교사의 수업에 대한 인식은 긍정적인 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다. 초등예비교사들은 교수설계의 원리에 의한 과제분석으로 과학과 과정안(세안)을 작성하였으며, 수업에 대한 올바른 마인드 함양과 수업에 대한 자신감을 갖는 것으로 나타났다.

실험적(實驗的) 절식(絶食)에 있어서 혈액세포(血液細胞) 및 조혈기능(造血機能)의 변화(變化)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究) 1. 가토(家兎)의 절식경과(絶食經過)에 있어서 예비적(豫備的) 혈액학적(血液學的) 관찰(觀察) (ALTERATIONS OF BLOOD CELLS AND HEMATOPOIETIC FUNCTION DURING THE EXPERIMENTAL STARVATION I. PRELIMINRY HEMATOLOGICAL OBSERVATION IN THE COURSE OF STARVATION ON RABBITS)

  • A routine hematological observation in the course of starvation was carried out on eight experimentel1y starved rabbits. They were strictly selected and restricted all of food intake with the exception of optional water intake until death. The body weight of each rabbit on the day before starvation was about 2 kilograms. The results are summarized as follows. 1. The average decrememt ratio of body weight on the terminal day before death was $34.3{\pm}7.5$ per cent with the range from 24.5 to 46.3 per cent. The average life duration until death was $10.25{\pm}2.6$ days, the range being from 6 to 14 days. 2. The decrease in number of reticulocytes with a parallel disappearance of polychromatic erythrocytes in peripheral blood in the course of starvation Was the most remarkable change in erythrocytic series, an evidence suggesting marked restriction of the erythropoietic function on 3rd to 4th day and almost complete suspension in about a week of starvation. 3. Erythrocyte count, hemoglobin content and haematocrit value of peripheral blood, were normal or indicative of slight hemoconcentration. 4. Mean Corpuscular Hemogloin Concentration was slightly higher than normal and Mean Corpuscular Volume tended to be low and no appreciable shifts were observed in Mean Corpuscular Diameter and Price-Jones curve of erythrocytes, while fewer macrocytes than normal were seen. These changes were considered to have resulted from a marked decrease in young erythrocytes in peripheral blood in the course of starvation. 5. Neither poikilccytoses or anisosytosis was observed. 6. Leukopenia was observed in all of 8 starved rabbits. The decrement ratio on the terminal day of starvation was between 13 to 64 per cent. The leukopenia was mainly due to fall of lymphocytes in 6 cases and to fall of neutrophilic leukocytes in the other 2 cases. In many cases, irregular fluctuation of neutrophilic leukocytes in its biological curve were seen in contrast to the relatively smooth changes of lymphocytes. Eosinophilic leukocytes tended to decrease in absolute number especially in later stage of starvation. Little significance in regard to monocytes and basophilic leukocytes in this study was discussed. 7. Proplasma cells, rarely plasma cells, appeared with a tendency to increase in number at later stage of starvation. 8. The most characteristic changes on circulating blood cells in complete starvation of rabbits were the leukoponia and failure of regeneration of erythroctes. These changes were considered as adaptive phenomena in response to the catabolic consumption of body constituents.

텍스트 마이닝을 활용한 대학 화학 실험 수업의 서술형 강의 평가 내용 분석 (Analysis of Descriptive Course Evaluation of University Chemistry Laboratory Class using Text Mining)

  • 이 연구는 대학 화학 실험 수업에 참여한 수강생이 작성한 강의평가의 서술형 내용 중 수업의 좋은 점과 개선사항에 대해 텍스트 마이닝 기법을 적용하여 학생들의 의견을 분석하고, 수업의 개선 방안을 도출하는 데 목적이 있다. 연구 방법은 텍스트 마이닝 기법을 적용하여 핵심단어의 출현 빈도, 동시 출현 빈도, 네트워크 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 화학 실험 수업의 좋은점 네트워크에서는 수업과 교수님 간 언급이 가장 많았고, 설명, 이해, 학생, 열정, 재미, 조교, 실험, 도움 등과 함께 언급되었다. 화학 실험 수업의 개선점 네트워크에서는 수업과 학생 간 언급이 가장 많았고, 교수님, 내용, 설명, 시험, 좋겠다, 실험, 이해, 어렵다, 생각, 문제 등과 함께 언급되었다. 즉, 학생들은 '쉽고 자세한 설명'과 '조교의 도움'으로 인해 실험 수업 내용이 잘 이해되고, 실험 과정에 재미와 만족을 느꼈다는 의견을 수업의 좋은 점으로 제시하였다. 반면에 '수업 내용과 시험의 어려움', '과도한 과제', '수업 환경'으로 인해 수업 내용에 대한 이해도와 집중도가 떨어진다는 부정적인 의견을 수업의 개선점으로 제시하였다.

체중현수 트래드밀 훈련이 뇌졸중노인의 보행과 근활성에 미치는 영향 (The Efficacy of Treadmill Training with Body Weight Support on Ambulation and Muscle Activity with Elderly Chronic Stroke)

  • The propose of the study was to evaluate the efficacy of the partial body weight support during treadmill training on the ambulation in elderly with chronic stroke. Fourteen hemiplegic volunteers participated and were divided into an experimental and control groups. In the experimental group, the body weight support during treadmill training was performed 3 times per week for 6 weeks. In the control group, usual treadmill training was applied. Before and after experiments, temporal-spatial gait parameters were measured. The date of 14 patients who carried out the whole experimental course were statistically analyzed. The results of the study were : 1. In the comparison of gait velocity before and after experiment, the gait velocity was significantly increased in the experimental group and the control group(p<.05). In the comparison of difference of the gait velocity between groups, there was not significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(p>.05). 2. In comparison of gait cadence before and after experiment, the gait cadence was significantly increased in both groups(p<.05). In the comparison of difference of the gait cadence between groups, there was not significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(p>.05). 3. In the comparison of step length before and after experiment, the step length was significantly increased in the experimental group and the control group(p<.05). In the comparison of difference of the step length between groups, there was not significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(p>.05). 4. In the comparison of vastus medialis root mean square(RMS) before and after experiment, the vastus medialis RMS was significantly increased in the experimental group(p<.05). In the comparison of vastus medialis root mean square(RMS) before and after experiment, the vastus medialis RMS was not significantly increased in the experimental group(p>.05). In the comparison of difference of the vastus medialis RMS between groups, there was not significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(p>.05). 5. In the comparison of latency of somatosensory evoke potential(SSEP) before and after experiment, the latency of SSEP was significantly increased in the experimental group(p<.05). In the comparison of latency of somatosensory evoke potential(SSEP) before and after experiment, the latency of SSEP was significantly decreased in the control group(p>.05). In the comparison of difference of the latency of SSEP between groups, there was not significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(p>.05). 6. In the comparison of functional ambulation profile(FAP) before and after experiment, the FAP was not significant difference in the experimental group and the control group(p>.05). In the comparison of difference of the FAP between groups, there was not significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(p>.05).

휴대용 소형 전자장비를 이용한 편리하고 경제적인 메카트로닉스 교육 (Convenient and Economic Mechatronics Education Using Small Portable Electronic Devices)

  • 최근에 기계공학 교육에서 메카트로닉스 교육의 중요성은 많이 인식되고 있으나, 일반적으로 장비가 갖춰진 실험실에서만 실험실습교육이 이루어지고 있어, 학생들이 집에서 실습해 볼 수 없는 불편함이 있어왔다. 본 논문에서는 5V 소형전원, 브레드보드, 마이크로컨트롤러 및 각종 전자칩류, 스텝모터, 전기소자류, LED 등 소형 휴대용장비와 학생의 PC 를 활용하여, 디지틀논리회로, 7-LED 구동, 사각파신호생성, 마이크로컨트롤러 어셈블리 및 C 프로그래밍, 타이머 인터럽트, 스텝모터 구동 등을 실험실습하는 교육에 대해 소개한다. 개발된 강좌에서는 내용강의와 더불어 실험실습을 병행하되, 학생들에게 편리하고 값싸게 실험실습을 수행할 수 있는 환경을 제공하여, 학생들이 집에서 실험실습을 예습 및 복습할 수 있게 하였다.

실험동물에 유발시킨 피부사상균증에 대한 연구 (Study of the Experimental Dermatophyte Infection in Animals)

  • 피부사상균증의 접종방법을 표준화하기 위하여 N. gypsea "+"와 A. benhamiae "+"를 가토, 기니픽, rat, mouse에 정량적으로 접종하여 다음의 결과를 얻었다. 1. 포자의 농도가 높을수록 감염률이 높았고 입상양상이 심하고 일찍 나타나서 오래 지속되었다. 2. 난전, 소피, 강제발모, 단순빈도의 순으로 감염이 잘되어 피부손상의 정도에 비례함을 알 수 있었다. 3. 피부사상균에 대한 감수성은 기니픽, 가토, rat의 순으로 높았고 mouse는 전혀 감염되지 않았다. 4. N. gypsea "+"에 비해 A. benhamiae "+"는 감염률이 높고 입상양상이 더 심하고 빨리 진행되어 조기에 조절되었다.

강의식교수법과 프로그램식교수법에 의한 참고정보원의 학습효과 비교연구 (A comparison of the effects of a programmed instruction method and a lecture/laboratory method on achievement in a course in reference materials)

  • The purpose of this study was to compare the effectiveness of programmed instruction versus lecture and discussion method on the knowledge of basic reference sources among undergraduate library and information science students. The hypotheses of the study were: 1. Programmed instruction will be more effective than the lecture/discussion method with regard to academic achievement. 2. There will be a significant difference in learning time between the experimental and the control groups. Seventy-eight library and information science students were participated m the study from the two universities in Chungchong Province. A programmed instruction manual, including 4-types of reference sources-dictionary, encyclopaedia, bibliography, indexes and abstracts, 40-item multiple choice post-test, and a questionnaire for the students' attitude toward programmed instruction were developed specifically for this research. The post-test only control-group design was selected for this experimental study. Students were given instruction on the specific reference titles in dictionary, encyclopedia, bibliography, indexes and abstracts. The control group was instructed by the lecture and discussion method while the experimental group completed a programmed instruction manual by themselves. Both the control and the experimental group were tested right after the instruction of 4-types of reference sources. In addition, a questionnaire asking students' attitude toward programmed instruction was administered to the experimental group. The findings from this study are summarized as follows: 1. The results showed that there were no significant difference in the mean of the post test score between the two groups. Therefore, programmed instruction is viable as an alternative method of instruction in the teaching of reference sources. 2. There was a significant difference in the mean of time spending for the leaning of bibliography, indexes and abstracts between the two groups. Accordingly, programmed instruction proved to be more efficient than the conventional lecture/discussion method in terms of learning time. 3. Students showed positive response to programmed instruction and evaluated it very interesting and challenging. In conclusion, the programmed instruction method was just as effective as the lecture/discussion method in the teaching of reference sources. And students' attitude toward the programmed instruction was favorable enough to secure a continued use of this method for the teaching of reference sources.

Effects of a newborn care education program using ubiquitous learning on exclusive breastfeeding and maternal role confidence of first-time mothers in Vietnam: a quasi-experimental study

  • Purpose: This study aimed to examine the effect of a newborn care education program using ubiquitous learning (UL-NCEP) on exclusive breastfeeding and maternal role confidence of first-time mothers in Vietnam. Methods: This quasi-experimental study with a nonequivalent control group design was conducted at a university hospital in Hue city, Vietnam, between June and July 2018. Eligible first-time mothers were conveniently allocated to the experimental (n=27) and the control group (n=25). Mothers in the control group received only routine care, whereas mothers in the experimental group received UL-NCEP through tablet personal computers in addition to routine care in the hospital. Then, the educational content was provided to mothers by their smartphone for reviewing at home. UL-NCEP was developed based on the World Health Organization's "Essential Newborn Care Course" guidelines. The exclusive breastfeeding rate and maternal role confidence level after birth and at 4 weeks postpartum were assessed in both groups to assess the effect of UL-NCEP. Results: At 4 weeks postpartum, the experimental group showed a significantly higher level than the control, for exclusive breastfeeding rate (p<.05) as well as mean maternal role confidence (p<.05). Conclusion: UL-NCEP was a feasible and effective intervention in increasing first-time Vietnamese mothers' exclusive breastfeeding rate and maternal role confidence level. This program may be integrated into routine care for postpartum mothers to promote mother and infant health among first-time mothers in Vietnam.

실험적 뇌막수염에 있어 Naegleria fowleri 항원에 대한 세포매개성 면역 반응 (Blastogenic responses of splenic Iymphocytes to Naegleria fowleri Iysates and T-cell mitogen in mice with primary amoebie meningoencephalitis.)

  • N. fowleri를 감염시키고 그 경과에 따른 숙주의 면역기능 변동을 알아보고자 마우스에 N. fowleri를 감염시키고 그 경과에 따른 T임파구 기능과 혈청내 항체가를 관찰하였다. T임파구 기능을 알아보기 위하여 비장세포를 배양할 때 mitogen으로 con. A와 N. fowleri lysate를 첨가하고 42시간 배양후 $methyl-[^3H]-thymidine$을 넣어 비장세포에 uptake되는 정도를 측정하였으며 혈청내 항체가는 효소표식 면역검사법(ELISA)으로 측정하였다. 실험성적을 요약하면 다음과 같다. T임파구의 기능은 사용된 mitogen con. A와 N. fowleri lysated에 관계없이 감염 후 3일부터 감소되어 11일까지 대조군에 비해 유의하게 감소하였다. 감염후 15일에는 N. fowleri lysate를 사용하였을 경우 T임파구 기능이 계속 감소되어 있었으나 con. A를 첨가하였을때 정상대조군과 차이가 없음을 알 수 있었다.
