Shopping is a work and fun for a consumer. Retailers satisfy social and physiological needs through various experiences as well as economic and rational. Do offer online shopping malls fun and hedonic experiences that offline retailers do? This study applied the hedonic-experiential value relating to the consumption dimension of fun and excitement to online shopping. Especially, a model of online hedonic-experiential value, consisted of its antecedents and consequences, was developed and identified through a survey(n=436). As the result, graphic & multi-media, site structure & design, customer services, payment, individualization, product assortment & display, interactivity, dynamic pricing factors influence online hedonic-experiential value. Also, online hedonic-experiential value significantly related to revisiting, purchasing, and word-of mouth intention of the shopping site. The implications for online retailer are discussed and further research is suggested.
The primary purpose of this study was to evolve integrated design process for Experiential Design which is based on the former study, 'The Influence of Cognitive Factors on the Creative Abilities in Design'. Experience is a transformation factor to all of the design processes, which has three phase of problem solving; Input, Process, and Output. We regard Experiential Design is a transforming process from concept to experience, and set up a mode) of Holistic Design Process (HDP), which consists of four domains: Four Causes, Thinking Modes, Sensory Modalities, and Creative Abilities. Revolving Sensory Modalities (SM), Creative Abilities (CA), and Thinking Modes (TM) around Product Design Specification (PDS) through a design process, Design Concepts ripen and mature into Externalization. Each component of Experiential Design (TM, SM, and CA) turns around the PDS. Here, experience is first perceived by the five senses. Then, the knowledge is formed, and the CA works for a problem solving. And TM controls all of these procedures. We regard these are a phenomenon of Experiential Design. The HDP can be helpful to develop valuable solutions and create a good experience.
This study attempts to suggest a model on the factors of the experiential intent. We propose a model that includes (1) the entertainment, aesthetic, empathy, information as exogenous constructs, (2) utilitarian value and hedonic value, as mediating constructs (3) experiential intent, as endogenous construct. To test the model, we analyze the data using the LISREL structural modeling. The results of our analyses suggest, as expected, that program traits -entertainment, aesthetic, empathy, information- influence utilitarian value and hedonic value, in turn, utilitarian value and hedonic value influence the experiential intent. We conclude with a discussion of managerial implications, including the potential to advance understanding the factors of experiential intent on broadcast program.

This study was performed to verify the relationships among selection attribute, restaurant trust, experiential value, and recommendation focusing on sport center consumers. The data were collected from visitors who registered more than three months in the sport center in South Korea. Total 500 survey was distributed and 330 participants were used for further statistical analysis. SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 21.0 for Windows were used for statistical analysis. Five factors of selection attribute (menu, interior, exterior, staff, convenience) were extracted, and measured by using 15 questions. According to the results of this study, interior, exterior, and staff factors have positive effects on restaurant trust, and interior and menu were significant predictors of the experiential value. In addition, present study confirmed the theoretical relationship among trust, experiential value, and recommend intention as perceived by sport center visitors. Although there are many studies which demonstrated the relationships among selection attribute and other outcome variables, little research explained the relationships among the variables from sport center consumers. Therefore, this study will contribute to provide meaningful results and some practical implications for both academia and the related foodservice industry.
This study aims to suggest ways of experiential marketing management plan that the virtual tour service in the internet shopping mall is as a agents and the role of the physical interface of the internet virtual experience. In addition, it means more visual rather than auditory experience to provide marketing services and provide the lifestyle behaviors that the customer want in the Internet shopping mall. It is needs to make virtual experiential marketing relationships, strengthen the recognition specificity of these results because of experiential marketing relationship's ultimate purpose is to make the relationship between brand and customer service satisfaction of the Internet shopping mall through strengthening the relationship.
Purpose: As the shared kitchen sector evolves into a new trend in the restaurant industry, not only operational support but also the physical environment for services is ranked as an important success factors. Therefore, the purpose of this thesis is to study the effect of shared kitchen service quality on experiential value, relational commitment, and long-term orientation. Research design, data, and methodology: In this study, a questionnaire was used to verify the structural relationship between shared kitchen service quality, experiential value, relational commitment, and long-term orientation for tenant companies in shared kitchen companies. The data were analyzed by using Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Result: Facilities and support for the service quality of the shared kitchen had a positive (+) effect on the experiential value, and the environment did not. In addition, experiential value showed a significant positive (+) effect on relationship commitment and long-term orientation, and relationship commitment showed a significant positive (+) effect on long-term orientation. Conclusions: It was confirmed that the support quality among service quality affects the relationship formation. Thus, attention should be paid to activities to support stable business activities from the perspective of B2B services.
Drawing on Herzberg's two-factor theory, this article suggests that visitors to rural tourism base their overall evaluation with an experience on their consideration of two types of aspects referred to as either 'motivators' and 'hygienes' by using the critical incident technique. 233 critical incidents described by 121 participants are categorized into three exclusive factors which are named as experiential factor, cognitive factor, and affective factor. The application of Herzberg's two-factor theory to rural tourism suggests 'satisfiers' to come from the experience-activity itself, experiential factor. While more peripheral elements constitute 'dissatisfiers', cognitive factor. The paper provides the advancement and broad application of Herzberg's theory to further understand rural tourists satisfaction.

Experiential marketing is an effective marketing strategy for fashion marketplace because customers tend to consider fashion shopping as an enjoyable experience. Among the fashion markets, the fashion stores for middle.old aged women that have various points of contacts could be appropriate place where emotional and relational marketing strategies would be applied to. The effects of the procedure "emotional and relational experience$\rightarrow$commitments$\rightarrow$long-term relationship orientation" that fashion customers are experiencing, by forming a path model, two types of experiential effects from emotion and relation were examined. It was found that fashion emotional and relational experiences were important factors because these factors affected a long-term relationship orientation. The findings of the study provide marketing strategy that enables to promote a consistent relationship between fashion stores and customers. In addition, the study clarified how these variables relate to each other. Survey were distributed to customers who have visiting experience(s) in a restaurants in complex shopping mall. Total 360 participants were distributed and 344 questionnaires were used for analysing. The confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling(SEM) have been employed research methods for frequency analysis, reliability analysis and measurement model validation. The findings of this study identified that relation factor of experiential marketing elements was only significant factor on brand image Furthermore, sense and recognition were critical components of customer satisfaction. Last, present study also identified the significant relationship between satisfaction and customer loyalty. These findings may contribute to provide valuable marketing strategic for this business segmentation, and it can be utilized as a fundamental study to establish an efficient business plan to increase revenue especially for restaurant business located in complex shopping mall.

Sample group was selected at 4 elementary school in Daegu city. 347 valid responses were analyzed with SPSS. Major results are as follows. Firstly, suggested model for 23 experiential activities in 7 types, were verified as valid by verifying factor analysis. Factor 1 was verified and named as 'Rual Life Experience', Factor 2 was verified and named as 'Health/Healing Experience', Factor 3, as 'Agricultural Product Experience', Factor 4, as 'Eco-Cultural Experience', Factor 5, as 'Leisure/Sports Experience', Factor 6, as 'Traditional Wellbeing Food Experience', and Factor 7, as 'Traditional Culture Experience'. All 7 factors explained 75.39% of total variance.
