북한이탈 후 한국간호사 면허를 취득한 간호사의 임상적응 경험 (Experience of clinical adaptation of a nurse who obtained a license for a Korean nurse after leaving North Korea)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 북한이탈 후 한국간호사 면허를 취득한 후 간호사로서 살아가는 경험을 질적 자료를 통하여 그들의 적응하는 과정을 심층적으로 이해하는 것이다. 연구대상자로 자신의 경험을 풍부하게 나타낼 수 있는 북한이탈 간호사 7명을 표집하였으며, Colaizzi의 현상학적 질적 연구 방법으로 분석하여 5개의 주제 묶음과 14개의 하위 범주가 도출되었다. 연구결과 대상자들은 한국의 간호사가 되었다는 자부심을 가지고 한국과 차이를 인정하고 받아들이면서 한민족으로 인식되길 바라였고, 새로운 꿈을 위한 열정과 도전을 하면서 한국의 구성원으로 흡수되어 진정한 한국간호사로 되어가고 있었다. 본 연구를 통하여 북한이탈 후 한국간호사 면허를 취득한 후 간호사로서 살아가는 경험에 대한 본질을 이해하고, 대상자들이 보다 성공적으로 한국간호사로 적응하기 위한 방안을 모색하는데 현실적으로 관심을 갖고 접근할 수 있는 기초자료가 되기를 기대한다.

대학생의 데이트 성폭력 가해 예측요인 (Prediction factors for dating sexual violence of College Students)

  • Objectives: This study is a descriptive research study conducted to grasp the Prediction factors of the sexual violence experience of college students. Methods: A convenience sampling was performed for 500 students from one college located in Gyeongsangbuk-do, who agreed to the purpose of this study. Data collection was conducted from October 5, 2015, to October 23, 2015, by filling out the self-report questionnaire. Among the 450 subjects excluding those with missing values, a questionnaire of dating violence experience was applied to 317 college students who answered that they had a friend of the opposite sex, and variables and prediction factors related to dating violence experiences were identified. The statistical methods used were descriptive statistics, x2-test, t-test, Pearson's correlation coefficient and binary logistic regression analysis. Results: As a result of the study, the experience of sexual behavior before entering college (𝑥2=6.52, p=.011), experience of sexual violence damage before entering college(p=.045), the experience of sexual assault before entering college (p=.007) and experience of school violence damage(p=.002) were variables related to the sexual violence experience of college students. School violence victimization (OR=4.831, p=.007) and controlling dating partners (OR=1.349, p<.001) were predictors of dating sexual violence. Dating sexual violence experience group were compared to dating sexual violence non-experience group, the relative degree of controlling dating partners was high (t=4.25, p<.001) and had a traditional gender role attitude (t=2.94, p=.004). and there was a positive correlation (r=.358, p<.001) between controlling dating partners and gender role attitude. Conclusions: In order to prevent sexual violence on dating among college students, it is expected that more effective health education results will emerge if the contents of the school-age school violence victimization experience and the control of dating partners, which are predicted factors of sexual violence on dating, are included in the sexual violence prevention program.

지역 서점에서 사용자 경험에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 (A study on factors affecting user experience in Korean independent bookstores)

  • 본 연구는 지역 서점에서 사용자 경험 만족에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구이다. 최근 증가하는 지역 서점에 대해 공급자 측면에서의 연구가 진행된 사례가 많다. 하지만 실제 사용자의 경험이 산업 발전에 중요하기 때문에 사용자 측면의 연구가 필요하다. 지역 서점을 독립서점, 전문서점, 복합서점으로 분류하여, 경험경제의 4가지 경험 영역의 구체적인 경험 요인을 설문을 통해 분석하였다. 경험 만족에 영향을 미치는 요인을 회귀분석을 통해 확인하였고, 통계적으로 가장 유의미한 수치를 보이는 요인으로 3가지 항목을 확인하였다. 이 연구는 기존 공급자 기준의 선행 연구들과 달리 실제 사용자인 고객 경험에 초점을 두고 주요 경험 요인을 파악하였으므로, 향후 지역 서점의 발전에 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다.

수학체험교구 개발 모형 및 이를 적용한 최대공약수 교구 개발 연구 (A Study on the Model for the Development of Tools for Math Activities & it's Application)

  • 본 연구는 수학교육에서 중요한 수단이자 교육적 도구인 수학체험교구를 체계적으로 개발하기 위한 기초연구이다. 최근 활동이론(action theory)에 근거한 수학교육이 강조되면서 다양한 수학체험교구가 개발되고 교육현장에서 다양한 비교과활동을 통해 활용되고 있지만, 실제 수학수업에서 개념을 설명하기 위한 도구로 수학체험교구가 개발되어 활용되는 사례는 부족한 실정이다. 특히, 수학과 교육과정에 부합되고, 수학적 근거가 명확한 체험교구는 체계적으로 개발되지 못하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 수학체험교구를 개발하기 위한 체계적인 방법으로 체험교구 개발 모형을 제안한다. 또한 제안한 개발 모형에 따라 최대공약수 체험교구를 개발하였다. 본 연구를 통해 제안된 모형과 실제 구현된 체험교구를 통해 다양한 수학체험교구의 개발이 실제적으로 실행되고, 수학적 기초에 근거한 수학체험교구가 다양하게 개발될 것으로 기대된다.

  • 고객 경험 디자인은 고객이 제품 또는 서비스를 구매하고 사용할 때 브랜드나 기업의 터치포인트에서 긍정적인 경험을 최대화하는 것을 목표로 한다. 긍정적인 경험을 전달할 수 있는 제품이나 서비스를 디자인하기 위해서는 고객의 니즈와 고객 경험의 변화하는 특성을 해결하는 데 도움이 될 수 있는 다른 관점과 접근 방법이 필요하다. 디자인 프로세스는 다양한 학문 분야에 걸쳐 혁신을 주도하고 브랜드나 기업의 지속적인 성장에 필수적인 접근 방법 중 하나이다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 고객과의 상호 작용과 고객 경험을 개선하는 것을 목표로 하는 서큘러 고객 경험 디자인 프로세스(The Circular CX Design Process)를 제안한다. 본 연구에서 제안한 프레임워크는 고객 여정을 중심으로 다양한 터치포인트를 분석하고 개선함으로써 지속적으로 고객에게 긍정적인 경험을 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.

노인의 우울 경험과 미충족 치과의료 경험의 관계 (Relationship between depressive experience and unmet dental needs in the elderly)

  • This study is conducted on 1,725 elderly people over 65 years of age using 2018 data obtained from the 7th National Health and Nutrition Survey (KNHANES) data. In this study, an analysis is performed considering the general characteristics of the elderly and their oral health status (authoring discomfort, speech problems, etc.) to confirm the relationship between the elderly's unmet dental experience and depressive experience. The results of this study showed that depressive experiences by the elderly resulted in unmet dental medical experiences, and it was also found that the income level and the complaint of chewing discomfort had an effect. Based on these results, it is believed that oral health policies should be developed to improve the unmet dental medical experience by considering the socio-economic level of the elderly and depressive experiences. This policy development is expected to lead not only to the improvement of oral health for the elderly, but also to improve the quality of life for the elderly through health promotion.

Regular Physical Exercise and Falling in Middle-Aged and Elderly Population: Results from Korean Longitudinal Study of Ageing

  • Background: To investigate the association between regular physical exercise and falling experience for 2 years and fear of falling (FOF) in Korean middle-aged and elderly population. Methods: Data from the Korean Longitudinal Study on Aging was used and 3,871 participants who exercised regularly were included at 2006 and follow-up until 2018. An analysis was performed to investigate the association between exercise (exercise time per week and duration) and falls (experience over past 2 years and FOF) using the generalized estimating equation model. Results: Compared to those who exercised more than 5 hours a week (reference group), those who exercised less than 3 hours were more likely to experience falls and FOF (odds ratio [OR], 1.334; 95% confidence interval [CI], 1.059-1.682; OR, 1.218; 95% CI, 1.119-1.326, respectively). Compared to the group who exercised for more than 5 years, those who exercised for less than 1 year were more likely to experience FOF (OR, 1.310; 95% CI, 1.162-1.478). Conclusion: This study showed that there was a negative relationship between physical exercise time and falling experience and FOF in Korean 45 years or more community-dwelling adults. Based on these results, physical activity can be expected to have a positive effect on fall prevention, which implies the need for policy and research on long-term physical activity programs.

미슐랭 가이드 스타 레스토랑에 대한 기대가치가 방문의도에 미치는 영향 (The Impact of Expected Value of Michelin Guide Star Restaurants on Visit Intention)

  • Purpose: South Korea is one of the markets where diverse and innovative cuisines are being tried. Therefore, the expectations for Michelin star restaurants in South Korea are high. The expected value of a Michelin star restaurant consists of both hedonic and utilitarian aspects of the dining experience. These consumer expectations affect visit intention. Research design, data, and methodology: The survey period was from October 10, 2023 to October 18, 2023, and 302 copies were used for hypothesis verification. Result: Hedonic expected value was found to have a significant positive influence on short-term and long-term visit intention, but had no significant effect on mid-term visit intention. Utilitarian expected value was found to have a significant positive influence on short-term and mid-term visit intention, but did not appear to have a significant effect on long-term visit intentions. Short-term visit intention was found to have a significant positive influence on mid-term visit intention, and mid-term visit intention was found to have a significant positive influence on long-term visit intention. Conclusions: The theoretical implications are restaurants need to utilize third-party certification, such as the Michelin Guide. The practical implication is that Michelin star restaurants should provide expected value to increase short-term visit intention.

경험디자인이 적용된 토탈 인테리어 브랜드의 쇼룸 만족도 - 국내 건자재 기업들이 운영하는 쇼룸을 중심으로 - (The Satisfaction with the Showrooms of the Total Interior Brands applied on Experience Design - Focused on the Showrooms Managed by Domestic Building Material Companies -)

  • The home interior market has been expanding due to the continuing increase of single-person households, the craze for DIY interior design, the increasing demands for old-house renovation and the customer needs for good housing conditions. Now the building materials companies are scrambling for the whole interior market share. The heretofore companies have focused only on the single items, but now they are promoting the comprehensive interior products as total interior brands. Besides, they use their own showrooms to share their brand culture experience and have communication with their customers. As for the show rooms, they have got to represent the identities of the building materials brands. And to present them effectively, it needs to meet the customer needs and emotions. In this connection, the object of this study is to clarify the definitions and the characteristics of the show rooms and the experience design through the literature research, analysis the space characteristics of the experience design in the show rooms of total interior brands, investigate their customer satisfaction and present the direction and the effective methods of the space design for the show rooms of the future. And the study result shows the experience design is the key factor to the high user satisfaction. Thus, the show rooms should provide the well-balanced experience with the adoption of a variety of experience design elements. Especially, the experience design elements are needed in the room to display the merchandise. Lastly, the show rooms are expected to increase constantly, so the study targeted at the specific area, Seoul should be expanded to other areas. And this study based on the customer survey alone have a limit to giving the concrete proposals. Therefore, the follow-up studies with the different methods such as one-to-one interview will be in demand.

대학생의 디저트카페에 대한 경험가치가 고객충성도에 미치는 영향: 외식소비성향의 조절효과를 중심으로 (The Effects of Experiential Value of on Customer Loyalty in Dessert Café of College Students: Focused on Moderating Effect of the Eating Out Consumption Patterns)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between experiential value, customer loyalty and eating out tendency of dessert $caf{\acute{e}}$ in college students. This survey was conducted for college students who have used dessert $caf{\acute{e}}$ mainly in college areas where dessert cafes are concentrated in Seoul. The survey was conducted on August 17, 2017 to 28 August. A total of 250 copies of the questionnaires were distributed and 208 copies of valid data were used for the analysis. The results of the analysis are as follows. First, emotional experience value and service experience value were found to affect customer loyalty, and cognitive experience value did not affect customer loyalty. Second, the economic and health seeking type showed a positive(+) moderating effect between emotional experience value and customer loyalty, and negative(-) moderating effect between cognitive experiential value and customer loyalty. Next, atmosphere seeking type showed a moderating effect between service experience value and customer loyalty, and the eating out seeking type showed a moderating effect between emotional experience value and customer loyalty. Finally, convenience seeking type showed positive(+) moderating effect between cognitive experiential value and customer loyalty, and negative(-) moderating effect between service experience value and customer loyalty. Based on the results of this study, the dessert cafe operator can grasp the experience value of college students in order to secure college students who are using dessert cafe as loyal customers. In particular, the relationship between experience value and customer loyalty, it is expected to provide useful data for constructing a specific positioning strategy according to each segment market.
