While many countries are implementing various policies regarding the logistics network in Eurasia, China has presented "the Belt and Road" Initiative, a development strategy that focuses on connectivity and close cooperation between China and Eurasia. With more than 60 countries participating in the project, China is expected to have a major influence on logistical infrastructure development in Eurasia. This study analyzed the railway stations network using social network analysis (SNA) methodology. We collected data from major railway lines in Eurasia (TAR, TEN-T, TRACECA, GMS) and established a network of 994 railway stations in 65 countries. This study presented the general characteristics of major railway stations from the perspective of SNA and compared the Chinese network with Eurasian networks. To review the railway networks in China and Eurasia, the top 30 stations were selected based on degree centrality and betweenness centrality. Top "degree centrality" stations included Bangkok (Thailand), Tbilisi (Georgia), Baku (Azerbaijan), Kunming (China), and Bucharest (Romania). Top "betweenness centrality" stations were Baku and Alyat (Azerbaijan), Baoji and Turpan (China), Qarshi (Uzbekistan), and Kas (Turkey). In China, Kunming, Nanning, and Gejiu stations have higher degree centrality while betweenness centrality was higher in Baoji, Kunming, and Lanzhou stations. "The Belt and Road" project advocated by China envisions expansion of transportation infrastructure connections throughout Eurasia, but more emphasis is likely to be placed on connectivity that benefits China. In this regard, studies on key bases of international logistics need to consider relative significance within the Chinese network.
With the expansion of digital media platform, there has been a new conceptualization about public function of public broadcasting in and around European countries. Although there are differences between countries, Universal Access including smart and Internet media has been emphasized in Britain and France. However, there is lack of public discussion on service strategy of Internet and smart media platform when public function of public broadcasting is discussed. Therefore, this study tried to investigate not only the public function of public broadcasting in the field of Internet and smart media through audience research but also how the national public broadcasting stations ensure public interest and competitiveness in the field of Internet and smart media platform. The results suggested that smart phone users evaluated real-time broadcasting and VOD are the most important services among the public functions which public broadcasting stations have to persue. Futhermore, the users showed high intension to use when the free real-time broadcasting service is offered. Therefore, public broadcasting stations have to improve the social recognition on necessity and public interest of public broadcasting stations through the free real-time broadcasting services on Internet and smart media platform. And policies which can ensure competitiveness in the era of digital media are needed to become important broadcasting institute.
With the introduction and expansion of 'maker movement', maker culture captured attention and saw itself as an emerging culture. This study aims to analyze published books, policy report, columns and news articles related to maker culture through the perspective of critical discourse analysis. Maker movement led by the government gives meaning to the maker culture as the force of 'creative economy' that can overcome the economic crisis. Following this meaning making, one-man digital fabrication start-ups have been actively promoted by government policies. In the case of Seoul, it criticizes government led maker movement that only focuses on economy and institutionalizes maker movement by focusing on the maker culture's aspect as 'digital social innovation' that can resolve social problems. In the world of art, it tries to rediscover the value craft, that is, 'creative craftsman'. Moreover, resistance movement that tries to fight against dominant technology structure through constructing 'critical making' was also spotted. Nonetheless, it is rather untimely to definitely find dominant discourse's power effect in reality and sign of rupture in dominant structure as the result of resisting discourse's struggle. Thus, maker movement is the field of struggle where an ongoing clash can be found: between discourse strategy that tries to make maker culture a social or economic asset by combining with dominant power structure, and alternating or resisting practice of signification that focuses on its cultural techno-political potential.

The advantage of electric taxies is that people who are not familiar with electric vehicle(EV) can have easily experience to ride EV. So, EV taxi would be a reasonable strategy for triggering EV market expansion. However, the EV taxi can be adopted by taxi companies with financial benefits. Therefore the feasibility study should be required by analyzing the cost with the points of view of the taxi company. In this study we suggested the methodology for feasibility study of the EV taxi based on the real taxi data and presented political implication. According to the study result, EV taxies could have economic value under the specific conditions such that the government subsidy is added to the purchase price of the vehicle. Also, the charging time should be used as drivers' rest time or mealtime in order not to consider the loss cost. We suggest that the new feasibility study which compares an EV taxi with other alternative vehicles such as PHEV or with an old EV taxi is needed as the future works.
The purpose of this study was to draw policy implications for the development and expansion of Korea's forest ODA through investigating the perceptions of stakeholder on the fields that contributed the development of forestry in Korea and would have competitiveness in developing countries and priority fields for Korea's forest ODA. For this, the survey was conducted for 248 subjects from the general and expert stakeholder groups. Chi-square test in cross analysis, independent sample t-test, ANOVA and Duncan test were conducted to compare the difference of perceptions by group. The whole general and expert groups consider that 'forest conservation and rehabilitation' contributed to the development of Korea's forestry most and consider its global competitiveness most high. Comparing expert groups, ODA experts evaluated the competitiveness of 'capacity building for policies, institutions and research' higher than the forestry experts. For priority fields of Korea's forest ODA, general groups perceived 'management of CERs' and 'conservation of biodiversity' most important, showing the clear difference in perception compared to that of experts. In Conclusion, for the effective forest ODA of Korea, the effort to fill the gap between the general and expert groups needs to be made, as well as developing forestry capacity building programs to cope with the fields such as climate change adaptation and biodiversity conservation, which is newly required in a global society, in addition to using the past experience of forest rehabilitation in Korea. It will be useful for the rehabilitation of North Korea's forest in the future.

CM services have been increasingly practiced over the two decades in the Korean construction industry, and recent efforts focus on further development in advanced CM capabilities and expansion to overseas market. However, there has been lack of holistic research to investigate current status and future direction of CM industry in Korea. In this context, the purposes of this study are 1) to analyze current status of Korean CM industry in terms of owners, market, CM firms, contracts, and work scopes, 2) to define different types of CM practices, and 3) to propose growth models for Korean CM firms based on the defined CM project types. An extensive literature review and statistical analysis of 2012 CM contracts were performed in order to analyze the CM status. Based on the analyses, ten different CM types are defined, and growth paths of CM firms are illustrated. Implications and lessons learned during the statistical analysis and workshops are briefly introduced as well.

In Korea since the introduction of western clothes from 1876 custom-made suits had been dominant until 1944 while western clothes earned popular currency between 1945 and 1964 and ready-made suits began to spread with their advantages recognized in terms of practicality convenience and functionality The next phase from 1965 to 1985 witnessed the establishment of a number of ready-made brands although custom-made suits stayed in their height of prosperity until 1975. The turn-ing point for the men's wear industry came in 1975 when high-calss ready-made brands be-gan to turn up with the arrival of large companies in the market matching the change in consumers' life style. The men's wear market went through further diversification and specialization dur-ing the years between 1985. and 1990. Around the year 1990 however the expansion of the business suit industry came to slow down ac-companied by an oversupplied market. The fashion of pragmatism in the 1990s called for the growth of the casual wear department and as consumers' life style became more and more individualized conscious dressing in accord ance with T.P.O established itself as an important branch of culture, Such casual boom is likely to aid in promoting Korea's men's wear indus-try to peer with that of advanced countries. Consumers' fashion sense is now ahead of the trade's as well as being shortcycled highly individualized stylized and diversified. To meet consumers' demands under such circum-stances each company is required to develop its unique soft Know How based on accurate information and strategically specialized plan-ning. The trade should convert its hithero producer-oriented strategy to a new consumer oriented one and actively lead the needs and purchasin g pattern of consumers by providing an efficient and reasonable price policy with optimum supply of merchandise and also by presenting 'our' trend suited to our circum-stances.
Recently, it has been emphasized that 'marine special economic zone' need to be designated and developed. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to analyse on successful growth factors of 'marine special economic zone'. This study deals with the terms of three connection success factors which are a firm's subjective factors, a industrial environment factors, and a governmental policy factors. According to analysis results of the three successful growth factors, a firm's subjective factors(4.11 score) are scored at the most ones of the three successful growth factors, to be compared with a industrial environment factors(3.89 score). with a government policy factors(3.72 score). Therefore, first of all, it is important to enhance competitiveness of 'marine special economic zone' through as follows, a firm's subjective factors : (1) to procure concentrated market strategy and real market capacity, (2) to promote customer service, (3) to procure speedy satisfaction of customer needs and confidence, (4) to enhance competitiveness through standing in a trio of connection growth model. And, the next, we have to enhance competitiveness of 'marine special economic zone' through considering a industrial environment factors, that is, sustainable growth of marine industry, clustering of marine industry, expansion of infrastructure, etc., and a government policy factors, that is, leading law improvement and policy of leading 'marine special economic zone' designation and development, etc.,
In a modern society where various kinds of cultures coexist, kidult culture seeking something pleasant and interesting in the adult culture has made an appearance affected by pop art. The goal of this study is to help the kidult culture carrying on the feature of pop art to promise a bright future in the consumer market and to help kidult marketing through the expansion of globalization of kidult culture goods. The first study method was to refer to the theoretical research material like theses or academic journals to analyze the feature of pop art and cultural phenomenon. The second one was to analyze media reports, TV programs, movies, and ads currently in issue about kidult cultures in news, media data, and internet materials to feel the kidult cultural phenomenon at the moment. The result of this study shows that, especially, popularity, vividness, and sense of humor and wit among the features of pop art have a great influence on the kidult culture. As a result, Firstly, We can expect a vitalization in the consumer market through qualitative and quantitative improvement of kidult consumer culture. Secondly, We should make an effort to expand kidult consumer culture by developing various kinds of culture goods for each age groups. Thirdly, Domestic companies should open up an adult consumer market with self-developed character products. Fourthly, We should make an aggressive marketing strategy for kidult culture goods in the world market in the flow of Hallyu.
With the hubbing strategy, construction of "Incheon Airport Railroad(AREX)" was proceeded to expand the accessibility at the level of airports in rivalry like Kansai and Chek Lap Kok. At the present 1st phase which routes from Incheon Airport to Kimpo Airport is opened March 2007. 2nd phase which is planned from Kimpo Airport to Seoul station will be opened at the end of October 2010. But the accessibilty to AREX is delinquent because it is connected only in Seoul station and the maximum operation speed is 110km/h which downgrade the time competitiveness with airport limousine. In addition, transfering of user is necessary to access to AREX from Kyungbu KTX. With these reasons, travel demand in 1st phase section is low(7%). According to reestimation of travel demand, demand analysis result compared with convention condition is insufficient, so required annual average government grant-in-aid amounts to 200 billions won, and it is right time to develop the method for revitalization of Incheon airport railroad. In this paper, facilities plan and operating plan to make new travel demand by speed-up which is able through substitution train now running with high speed train(EMU, 180km/h) and direct connection of KTX, will be suggested. This will contribute to offering high speed railroad service to customers and the reduction of government grant-in-aid by way of demand expansion.
