복수학위/교환학생 프로그램의 활성화로 강좌의 교수진과 학생들이 글로벌화되고 있다. 그동안 기존의 오프라인 위주의 강좌에서 벗어나 온라인 강좌나 블렌디드 학습 기반 강좌가 연구개발 되어 왔다. 하지만 기존의 연구는 대학 내에 국한되어 있어 복수학위나 교환학생 프로그램에 대한 고려는 이루어지지 않고 있다. 글로벌 강좌를 개발하고 운영하기 위해서는 비용이나 효율성 측면에서 여러 가지 어려움이 수반된다. 이를 효과적으로 해결하기 위한 방안으로 온/오프라인을 융합한 블렌디드 글로벌 강좌의 운영이 필요하며 이에 대한 연구가 시급하다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 블렌디드 글로벌 강좌 모형을 제시 개발하였다. 해외 석학 중심의 글로벌 강좌 개설 및 운영을 위해 블렌디드 러닝 방법을 반영하여 개설 시기와 온/오프라인 상호 유기적 관계에 따라 크게 8가지로 유형을 고안하고 이들 유형 간의 상호 비교 분석을 하였다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 블렌디드 글로벌 강좌는 글로벌시대에 적합한 인재를 대학에서 양성하는 데 적용할 수 있을 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate a student's career maturity during a career exploration program based on the ecological system perspective and to propose directions for the career maturation process to help H. Meister High School students to get jobs. A single-case 12-session career exploration program was applied to a first-year student at H. Meister High School in U. City for 90 minutes per session twice a week. To verify the effects of the program, this study conducted a pre-test and post-test of career maturity to analyze changes. In addition, the study qualitatively analyzed changes in the program activity sheets and process evaluation sheets per session. The results of the study are as follows: Firstly, the career exploration program based on the ecological system perspective conducted with the student at H. Meister High School improved the student's career maturity. Secondly, changes were observed in the scores in the sub-factors of career maturity between the pre-test and the post-test. Significant differences in the results of the analysis of the sub-factors of career maturity indicate that the program had a statistically positive impact on the career maturation process of the participant. In conclusion, as a result of the in-depth implementation of the program for 12 sessions, the participant expressed his desires which were clarified. In addition, a positive career maturation process appears to have taken place, owing to the self-directed program that led the participant to initiate plans and explore his career by himself. This study was conducted as a single case based on the ecological system perspective concerning career exploration and the career maturation process, but it will be necessary to expand the study to investigate the effects of group counseling, information exchange considering peer influences, common discussions on goal-setting, and other methods on the career maturation process.

본 연구에서는 해외 교환학생 프로그램에 참여한 한국 대학생들을 대상으로 참여 이전과 참여 종료 및 귀국 이후까지 3시점에 걸쳐 수집한 자료를 사용하여 외국어 능력, 문화적 능력, 개인적 발달에 대한 참여 효과를 분석하였다. 구체적으로, 위계선형모형(hierarchical linear model)을 사용하여 시간에 따른 참여 효과의 변화 유무와 예측 변수들을 살펴보았다. 무조건모형 분석 결과, 외국어 능력, 문화적 능력, 개인적 발달 모두에 대해 해외 교환학생 프로그램 참여 이전인 초기치와 변화율의 개인차 존재를 확인하였다. 조건모형 분석 결과, 초기치에 대해 외국어 능력은 부모 학력과 대학 전 해외경험, 문화적 능력은 성별과 대학 전 해외경험, 개인적 발달도 성별과 대학 전 해외경험이 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 변화율에 대해서는 외국어 능력은 대학 전 해외경험과 파견 국가 및 지역, 문화적 능력은 참여자와 현지 학생 간 교류 정도, 개인적 발달은 대학 전 해외경험이 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 이와 관련한 논의와 시사점을 제시하였다.

This paper reports on a qualitative examining the cross-cultural reasons for student engagement and resistance to critical literacy in a three week summer TESOL MA course that was part of a Korean/American university faculty exchange program. Of particular interest was the unique diversity of the class which consisted of 13 subjects from 9 different nations. Using student and instructor reflective journals, field notes on classroom observations, and the course terminal paper on student's philosophies of education as research corpora, results of the study revealed that students resisted instruction in critical literacy for ideological and epistemological reasons. Nonetheless, the data also showed that while all students resisted some theories in critical literacy, all students nonetheless engaged the course content in meaningful ways.

본 논문에서는 이름과 학번, 학과, 안면 사진 등이 포함된 기존의 플라스틱 카드형 학생증에서 자기 주권 신원(Self Sovereignty Identity, SSI)을 보장하기 위한 모바일 학생증을 구현하였다. 구현된 모바일 학생증은 플라스틱 학생증을 분실하여 신원이 노출되는 문제점을 해결하고 스마트폰 단말기에서 애플리케이션을 통한 전자 학생증으로 편의성에 특화된 블록체인의 분산 ID(Decentralized Identity, DID) 기반으로 개발된 FRANCHISE 모델의 구조와 프로세스를 갖추고 있다. 또한, 개인에 의한 개인정보 제어로 안전성을 보장하며. 스마트폰을 이용함으로써 편리하게 학생의 신분을 증명할 뿐만 아니라 교내 행사 참여, 온라인 인증, 다른 학교 간의 교류 등 다양한 서비스 확장이 가능할 것으로 기대된다.

에너지파일은 말뚝 내부에 열교환을 위한 순환파이프를 설치하여 파이프 내에 열전달 유체를 순환시킴으로써 주변 지반의 열에너지와 말뚝 간의 열교환을 가능하게 한 구조물이다. 에너지파일은 기존의 지중 열교환기와 비교하여 경제적, 시공적인 측면에서 많은 장점을 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 코일형 PHC 에너지파일을 시공하여 그 열적거동을 실험 및 수치해석을 통하여 평가하였으며, 해당 에너지파일의 예비설계를 수행하였다. 현장 시공된 코일형 PHC 에너지파일에 대한 현장 열응답시험(thermal response test, TRT)를 실시하고, 이 결과를 Man et al.(2010)이 제안한 개선된 원통형 열원 모델(solid cylinder source model) 결과와 비교하였다. 또한 현장 열응답 시험 결과를 FLUENT를 이용한 전산유체(computational fluid dynamics, CFD) 수치해석을 통해 모사함으로써, 대상 지반의 열전도도를 역해석을 통해 산정하였다. 코일형 PHC 에너지파일에 설치된 코일형 열교환 파이프의 파이프 루프 간 간격에 따른 열간섭을 평가하기 위하여 코일피치에 변화를 주며 수치해석을 수행하였으며, 결과를 통해 코일피치에 따른 에너지파일의 열거동 및 열교환 효율을 평가하였다. 마지막으로 수치해석을 통해 코일형 PHC 에너지파일과 일반적인 복합 U-형 열교환 파이프가 삽입된 PHC 에너지파일 간의 열교환 효율을 비교하여 코일형 PHC 에너지파일의 등가 열교환율(또는 등가 환산계수)을 제시하였고, 이를 PILESIM2를 이용한 설계 알고리즘에 적용함으로써 해당 에너지파일의 예비설계를 수행하였다.

Taiwan has plural agricultural education system and has accelerated its social and economic growth through Agricultural Extension Education. This study has been carried out centering around the work plans which analyzed the project of cultivating young farmers supported by the Republic of China Government. Taiwan has promoted administrative and financial support systems with the government as the central figure in order to equip the efficient and continuous development system of agricultural human resources for securing agricultural skilled personnel, developing farmers' organizations and cultivating young farmers that can cope with the open world. The main training programs are for developing farmers' organizations and they are as follows. 1) The Agricultural Production and Marketing Group(APMG) 2) Expert Farming Training Program for Rural Youth 3) Agricultural Extension Service Worker Training Program 4) Rural Youth Development Program 5) School 4-H Club Activities for Student Development Program 6) International Rural Youth Exchange Program Development 7) Agricultural Extension Education Program for Minority People 8) Job Change Training Program for Rural People The training programs are organized for all the rural residents and students to develop their individual careers systematically and continuously, and they are very encouraging in whole development. Also they offer us many suggestions.

경상대-피츠버그주립대학교, 경상대-오하이오주립대학교 간의 국제교류 프로그램은 글로벌 공학 교육을 위해 개발된 프로그램이다. 피츠버그 주립대학교와 SAE Baja 프로그램과 공학경영 프로그램을 각 학기별로 구성하였으며, 오하이오 주립대학교와 기계공학 프로그램을 수행함으로써, 어학 향상을 이룸과 동시에 종합설계, 공학경영, 전반적인 기계공학을 익히게 된다. 연수후에는 학생들의 어학능력이 현저히 향상되고 있음을 확인할 수 있으며, 졸업 후에는 거의 전원이 산업체 취업을 하고 있어 취업률 향상과 취업의 질적 향상에 큰 도움이 되고 있음을 알 수 있다.

The Korean society of School Health was opened to research school health, publish a Journal, survey activities, educate members, and exchange information etc This society has operated these services actively since 1987. The objectives of this study are (1) To review the quantitative development process of the society of school health (2) To review the qualitative development process of the society. (3) To suggest improvement and new directions of the society The quantitative aspects include number of members, number of conferences, and number of journals published; the qualitative aspects deal with comprehension and sufficiency of these activities A literature review method was used for this study The results are as follows. (1) The number of members increased to 987 from 200 (2) The number of conferences total led 15 at an average of 1 5 per year since 1987 (3) The journal of the Korean society of school health was published a total of 20 times at an average of 2 per year. (4) Many health behavior and student-oriented articles were published (5) There are few activities that exchange international information, suply data to members, and investigate the opinions of society concerning school health Consequently, positive activities concerning major school health themes, research concerning the health rights of teachers in a school environment, and a more systematic management of members should be developed. Also, it is necessary to develope an in-service education program for those same members.

한국 정부는 2016년부터 '고등학교 직업교육' 프로그램을 신설하여 CIS 국가 재외동포 고등학교 학생들을 초청하여 국내의 유관 전문계 고등학교와의 교류를 진행하고 있다. 본 연구는 카자흐스탄과 키르기스스탄에서 선발된 직업교육 고등학교 학생들을 대상으로 직업교육에 대한 운영 실태와 교육만족도 분석을 실시하여, 독립국가연합과 한국 간의 직업교육프로그램 운영 현황 파악과 동 프로그램의 활성화를 위한 향후 발전방향을 탐색하는 데 초점을 두었다. CIS 국가의 직업고등학교 국제 교류학생들의 만족도를 분석한 결과, 평균 3.92점의 높은 점수가 확인되어 양 국가 간의 전문계 고등학교 대상 직업교육 프로그램은 성공적으로 운영되고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 면담 결과, 일부 교류학생들의 경우는 한국어 어학능력 습득과 준비 미비로 인해 학업 이수와 학교생활 적응에 있어 상당한 어려움을 겪고 있는 것으로 파악되었다. 추후, 동 교육프로그램 운영의 활성화를 발전적 미래를 확보하기 위해서는 학업생활 적응준비도 제고 차원에서의 한국어 역량강화 사전 교육프로그램이 중앙 지방정부 차원과 단위학교 수준에서 적극적으로 구안 실행될 필요성이 있다.
