As chip feature size decrease, interconnect delay gains more importance. A accurate timing analysis required to estimate interconnect delay as well as cell delay. In this paper, we present a timing-level delay calculation tool of which the accuracy is bounded within 10% of SPICE results. This delay calculation tool generates delay values in SDF(Standard Delay Format) for parasitic data extracted in SPEF(Standard Parasitic Exchange Format). The efficiency of the tool is easily seen because it uses AWE(Asymptotic Waveform Evaluation) algorithm for interconnect delay calculation, and precharacterized library and effective capacitance model for cell delay calculation.

This study closely analyzed changes in the educational environment and changes in the needs of children's and young people's reading culture programs, which are directly beneficiaries of the promotion of reading culture as they enter the fourth industrial revolution. It also comprehensively evaluated the reading culture promotion project for children and adolescents promoted by the National Children and Youth Library and proposed a reading culture promotion project that meets the needs of the smart era. This study investigated the cases of various domestic and foreign reading culture promotion projects to divulge trends. The authors invited experts from public libraries and school libraries with experience of the reading culture promotion projects and performed Focus Group Interviews (FGI). The authors evaluated individual reading culture program based on the PDCA method (Plan, Do, Check, Act). Based on the data obtained through case studies and expert evaluations, the development plan of reading culture promotion project and the strategy of promoting new projects to be pursued in the National Children and Youth Library were presented. By gathering the results of the research, 'Interactive e-book making platform production / distribution business', 'Game-type reading program production / distribution business', 'Habruta reading culture dissemination project using backward learning method', 'Youth coding branding "Teen-Start -Up"' were proposed as new services.

Recently, various kinds of daylight system are recognized as an important and useful strategy in energy-efficient building designs. However, a large amount of direct sunlight can make many problems. Therefore, it is necessary to control daylighting through louver systems for high quality visual environment. The purpose of this study is to analyze daylighting performance in the reading room of a library according to different azimuths and louver systems. The results evaluated daylight performance based on the RADIANCE lighting software.

한 논문에 대하여 참고문헌의 인용빈도로 원 논문을 평가하는 outgrow index와, 인용논문의 인용빈도로 원 논문을 평가하는 single paper h-index를 비교해보았다. KCI 문헌정보학 분야 논문을 대상으로 시험 적용해본 결과 outgrow index의 값과 single paper h-index의 값이 비례하지 않음을 알 수 있었다. 한 논문을 outgrow index와 single paper h-index로 분석하여 다면적인 논문 평가 도구로 활용될 가능성을 검토해본다.

본 연구는 2005년부터 2013년 3월까지 Scopus에서 페미니즘 분야를 선정하여 이에 해당하는 논문 37편과 이 논문들이 인용한 유튜브 55개를 대상으로 학술논문들이 유튜브를 인용할 때 활용하는 유형과 문제점을 살펴보고 참고문헌으로서 유튜브의 표기사항에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하였다. 연구 의도를 효율적으로 보여주는 유튜브는 0.34%의 인용률을 나타내고 있으며 지속적으로 인용이 증가하고 있다. 그러나 유튜브 접속오류는 55개중 6개(10.9%)이며, 참고문헌으로서 유튜브의 표기가 부적합하게 기재된 경우는 38개(69.1%)였다. 그 원인으로 올바르게 표기하지 않은 저자의 노력 부족과 인용된 유튜브가 학술정보로서 충분한 정보를 제공하지 못한 경우가 중요한 요인으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the construct model of teaching competency in teacher librarian. For this purpose, this study compares and analysis the existing literature of which teaching competency of subject teacher and teacher librarian competency standard. The teaching competency model of teacher librarian was designed with the result of compares and analysis. The suggested model composed of 3 process: (1) instructional design, (2) Instruction Implementation, (3) Instruction evaluation. It is also suggested that construct of isolated instruction and cooperative instruction. This study can be helpful to development a in-service program of teacher librarian and curriculum of Teacher librarian education.

Teacher librarians' teaching practice is a major training course to strengthen their expertise. The purpose of this study is to propose more systematic program for effective teaching practice of teacher librarian in Korea. For this, the course contents of teaching practice were derived from the teacher librarians' expertise standards published by Korea Institute for Curriculum and Evaluation. And the survey was carried out to decide which contents are regarded as more important or less. According to four selection criteria and the result of survey, 13 contents were selected. After all, this study proposed teacher librarians' teaching practice program consisted of practice objective, method of guidance, practice material and attentive point.

This study aims to identify priorities in book curation service that the teacher librarians perceive important through the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Progress) method by comparing the jobs of teacher librarians with those of curators and selecting the contents and areas of book curation service provided by school libraries. For the purpose, this study categorized the book curation service areas by class and analyzed the priorities in the book curation service areas in the school libraries by applying the AHP method on the teacher librarians who are the personnel in school libraries. As a result, the priorities in the upper-tier class were turned out to be information services, improvement of expertise, information resources, management, and promotion & marketing in that order. The priorities in the lower-tier evaluation areas were shown in the order of survey & research, Q&A, self-development, exhibition, budget allocation, connecting with experts, trend analysis, reading education, human resources, planning, collaboration class, marketing services, book status, online promotion, offline promotion, and facilities & environment. Based on the results, this study suggested the following plans to provide effective book curation services in school libraries: grasping characteristics of school library users, setting classification criteria for book curation, and finding reader participation-oriented book curation service.

School library concentrates its focus on how information literacy is implemented through the collaborative efforts of classroom teachers and teacher librarian. The role of teacher librarian and the competencies they need in order to succeed have changed over many years. However, current LIS education for teacher librarian has limitations in terms of institution, curriculum. In this research, I designed and implemented an Internet-based educational contents development and evaluation for teacher librarian's competency. This system was development by lecture authoring tool(LectureMAKER v2.0). This study tested the effectiveness of the system was verified by survey by 51 college students. The test paper consisted of 20 items(5 scale) for measuring teaching competencies of college students. This study verified effectiveness of the Internet-Based Educational Contents by two dependent samples t-test, Levene test.

The risk assessment (safety assessment) must be performed to verify the risks during operation and installation of the hydrogen system and to ensure safe design and operation. Among them, hazard and operability study (HAZOP), a qualitative risk assessment, is most often used to discover risk factors and secure safety. However, in HAZOP performance, there is a difference in the level of evaluation results depending on the level and experience of the evaluator, and there is a high possibility that subjective results will be derived. This study aims to develop a risk factor library that can list and provide information on potential risk factors in order to solve these problems when performing HAZOP, reduce risk factors that are omitted or overlooked.
