Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) refers to a process and related technologies that enable a person to safely suggest, verify, and record state changes (usually updates) to synchronize ledgers distributed across network nodes. DLTs are becoming increasingly important as data management requirements evolve. Therefore, they need to understand the current state of standards (such as distributed storage and access technologies) to address future requirements. This paper provides ITU-T FG-DLT standard activities, such as standardization ization trends, use cases, reference architectures, platform evaluation criteria and future prospects.

The discrete cosine transform (DCT)-based progressive and hierarchical coding schemes developed by the International Standardization Organization (ISO) Joint Photographic Experts Groups (JPEG) are implemented and evaluated for the application of medical image communication. For a series of head sections of magnetic resonance images, a compression ratio of about 10 is obtained by the algorithm without noticeable image degradation.

LED Lightings market remains highly fragmented, encompassing many niche applications. Architectural lighting is the largest and many applications are for colored (R, G, B) light. Hundreds of companies worldwide are participating at the luminaire or fixture level. Standard setting is on a fast track. The larger LED lightings market scale, the more important standardization of performance evaluation techniques to clearly prescribe the product specification.

The government has conducted a management evaluation for business management and main business to establish autonomous responsibility management system of public agencies. And many public agencies build and operate EA for alignment of strategy and technology, information resources management, IT standardization. There are many similarities between management evaluation and EA, such as BSC-based performance management, based on the PDCA management procedures can improve, etc. This paper analyzes the similarities and relationships between the two institutions, research ways to apply to management evaluation in the EA in terms of resource management, strategic management, and performance management. Through this expanded utilization of EA and propose a ways to systematically preparing management evaluation and to operating the performance-based management system.

The advantages of solar energy are that it is renewable, infinite supplied and environmentally safe energy source. However, solar energy related products have the problems such as the limitation for installation, problems in maintenance and insufficient reliability which have been the barrier to consumers to satisfy the purchase need for solar heat related products. In this regard, in order to support the solar energy related companies the necessity for various technical information required for the commercialization of new products such as various performance test necessary for the certification of solar energy system, standardization for facilities and products, performance evaluation method and the measurement of performance is suggested. The purpose of this paper is to design the monitoring system for positive tests of system linked household hot water system using solar heat out of various solar energy systems, to establish an analysis and monitoring system for performance maintenance and operation technique, and to configure the centralized detection network by utilizing remote monitoring system. This research also aims at conducting monitoring for operation and performance evaluation in relation to database establishment and analytical evaluation and at describing the method of enhancing the reliability of solar energy system through the development of performance evaluation program.

The ultrasonography(US) is one of very important item for abdominal evaluation. Especially for the routine check of the abdomen, the US becomes the essential part of the precedure. Though the abdominal US is simple and easy, its value is very high for detection of various morphological changes of abdominal organs. The study techniques of US, common abdominal abnormalities, standardization of image interpretation, and clinical significance of the lesions, etc, were discussed.
