The Post-Construction Evaluation and Management System has been operated over the past 20 years not only to analyze the performance of large-scale construction projects, and but also to provide useful reference data for future similar projects. Although the Post-Construction Evaluation and Management Center has been legally designated and operated since 2020, various problems have been occurring in the operation of the system. Accordingly, this study proposes strategies for facilitating Post-Construction Evaluation and Management System in terms of the following three aspects: (1) improving the implementation rate of post-construction evaluation; (2) improving the information management system related to post-construction evaluation; (3) improving the utilization of post-construction evaluation outcomes. Based on the results of this study, a specific action plan will be prepared, which is expected to contribute to the efficiency of construction project performance management in the future.
The purpose of this study is to develope, implement, evaluate of premarital education programs. Based on the need assessment and systemic, developmental, and feministic perspectives, this study developed several formats of premarital education programs such as the enrich program, book and internet site. Background: The design, implementation, and evaluation are three important stages of occupational safety and health (OSH) interventions. Historically, there has been a tendency to prioritize implementation, often neglecting detailed design and rigorous outcome evaluation. Currently, much has changed, and contemporary approaches recognize the interdependence of these stages, considering them integral to the success of any intervention. This work presents a comprehensive procedure for implementing interventions, not only to ensure short-term effectiveness but also their long-term sustainability through continuous monitoring. The focus is on a national OSH project introducing a near-miss management system (NMS) in Italy. Methods: Initial meetings were convened among project partners, complemented by interviews with diverse stakeholders, to plan implementation steps and test the NMS. Tailored questionnaires were designed for diverse stakeholder groups - initial promoters, company managers and employers, and employees - facilitating targeted implementation, and three case studies were started in Italian regions to assess the structured implementation, involving intervention promoters and collaborating companies. Results: The primary outcome is the development of practical tools, specifically three questionnaires, which are considered valuable for establishing an effective human-centered implementation strategy, meticulously designed to facilitate ongoing monitoring of processes and continual enhancement of instruments intended for NMS integration within companies. Conclusions: This work lays the foundation for successful NMS implementation in Italy and, although the outlined procedure had specific objectives, it also provides valuable insights applicable in enhancing the effectiveness and sustainability of interventions across diverse contexts. It underscores the importance of comprehensive planning, stakeholder engagement, and continuous evaluation in achieving lasting OSH interventions.
Objectives: The objectives of this study were to assess the implementation status of Health Promoting Schools (HPS) among elementary, middle and high schools and to identify characteristics of the schools that affect the implementation of HPS. Methods: A total of 703 teachers (male 32.2%, females 67.8%) from 70 elementary, middle and high schools in Seoul and Gyeonggi participated in the survey. A 60-item self-evaluation questionnaire was used to assess implementation status of HPS. Results: Implementation of HPS in elementary schools were more favorable than middle and high schools after controling for participants' characteristics, such as age, gender, and their duties at school (<0.001). Being a private school was associated with higher score on implementation of HPS in both elementary (${\beta}$=0.170) and middle/high schools (${\beta}$=0.275). However, being located in rural areas (${\beta}$=-0.409) and having larger number of students (${\beta}$=-0.521) were associated with lower score on implementation of HPS in middle/high schools. Conclusions: Middle and high schools, especially large public and/or rural schools, were less favorable in implementing HPS. Therefore, supporting those schools are necessary and developing evaluation and monitoring system for HPS implementation will contribute to promote students' health.
Refining the monitoring and evaluation reporting is an important thing in e-Government. Indonesia which has had e-Government roadmap since 2000, has not had the systematic mechanism to monitor and evaluate e-Government in which the report can be easily accessed by the public and used to be the best practice to improve other e-Government implementation. Enterprise architecture (EA) has the major objective to straighten an enterprise to its necessary requirements. It can be used to propose the required system and that was the purpose of this paper. It was started by reviewing the literature about e-Government monitoring and evaluation, using quality of service as the means, and understanding TOGAF as one of EA framework. The second step was comparing EA and the evaluation of e-Government in Korea and Indonesia to get the best practices. And the last step was creating EA for the monitoring and evaluation reporting system based on Korea and the literature reviewed. It is expected that the formulized EA can be a tool to improve e-Government implementation in Indonesia.
The controls of Information Systems (IS) have been an more critical issue controls as the sophistication and integration of IS is more proceeded. ITGI (The Information Technology Governance Institute) of ISACA (Information Systems Audit and Control Association) has suggested COBIT (Control Objectives for Information and related Technology) and this has been widely recognized the evaluation model of IS controls. In COBIT, IS was evaluated in terms of process, information quality, and IT resources. This study used COBIT in order to suggest and empirically test an evaluation model of IS service. The data was collated from one major Chinese SI (Systems Integration) company in four domains of processes : planning and organization, acquisition and implementation, delivery and support, and monitoring. Seven factors are extracted using an exploratory factor analysis as follows : Overall IT planning process, technological assessment process in IT planning of IT, cost-benefit assessment process in IT planning, implementation process, support process, monitoring process, post-implementation evaluation process. The results of confirmatory analysis of three alternative measurement models indicated that the measurement model with one inherent or conceptual variable has greater model fitness than the other models. This study suggests the logical and general way to test and apply COBIT in evaluating IS services.

Evaluation of the implementation and performance of a firm's green supply chain management (GSCM) is an ongoing process. Balanced scorecard is a multi-criteria evaluation concept that highlights implementation and performance measures. The literature on the framework is abundant literature but scarce on how to build a hierarchical framework under uncertainty with dependence relations. Hence, this study proposes a hybrid approach, which includes applied interpretive structural modeling to build a hierarchical structure and uses the analytic network process to analyze the dependence relations. Additionally, this study applies the fuzzy set theory to determine linguistic preferences. Twenty dependence criteria are evaluated for a GSCM implemented firm in Taiwan. The result shows that the financial aspect and life cycle assessment are the most important performance and weighted criteria.
One of the activities to improve software quality in ISO 26262 is to apply the design principles for software unit design and implementation mentioned in ISO 26262-6, including the evaluation activity. Before evaluation activity, the tool is compared and selected for evaluation. Because the results of the tool a company selected might have an effect on product quality. In this paper, we suggest the method to compare industrial static analysis tools with some of "MISRA C : 2004 Exemplar Suite" and all lessons learned from comparing tools are described. The result on comparison shows that we just couldn't rely on a result of Static Analysis Tool and need to have another appropriate processes and guidelines to evaluate a software.
In this paper, we present an application called Semantic Search which is built on different supporting technologies and is designed to improve traditional web searching. The Semantic Search is becoming crucial challenges on semantic web. The assessment and the implementation of the research on Semantic Search is not full-fledged whereas its research is highly interested. Also there exists only little research that offers a commercial use Semantic Search System that should be taken into the account in measuring the effectiveness of a Semantic Search System. This paper proposes an implementation and evaluation for the Semantic Search System. Firstly, we built Semantic Search System which includes a case of development and it's procedure. Secondly, We presented the measurement of our Semantic Search System's effectiveness. Finally, the evaluation offers useful implications to the researchers and practitioners to improve the research level to the commercial use.
People evaluate urban residential regions quite frequently and sensitively, considering issues such as locations or ease of use of in-site facilities or nearby urban facilities, and those results are bound to be reflected to real estate costs quite immediately. However, there have been frequently recurring questions regarding objectivity of evaluations in terms of results and methods reflected on indexes such as land costs for various reasons. RPMS -Residence Performance Management System- which targets currently in most cases on urban residential areas, suggests instrumental methodology of objective approach toward sensitive urban residence performance evaluation. This paper explains and suggests instrumental utilization of RPMS and its implementations, evaluation methodology and quantitative way of evaluation. In terms of implementation we explain issues such as adding target locations into new residence planning sites, quantification of properties on evaluation indexes of residential performance and/or habitability in terms of checklists, formulas for evaluation, delicate adjustment of evaluation results by setting weights on evaluation indexes, as well as reports on results. Research on appropriate weights and weight settings regarding evaluation indexes, however, exceeds the range of this paper so that this paper focuses on explaining residence performance evaluation and management methodology.
