In this study, we used a choropleth map to explore the spatial variation of the risk of cattle herds being bovine tuberculosis (BTB) positive in Gangwon-do in 2015. The map shows that the risk of being BTB-positive was lower in provinces located in the middle of Gangwon-do (Wonju, Youngwol, Peongchang, and Kangneung) than in other provinces. In addition, one province located in the north (Goseong) had a low risk of BTB. The estimate for the intercept of the spatial lag model was 0.66, and the spatial autocorrelation coefficient (lambda) was 0.20 (Table 1). The Moran's I was 0.33 with p-value of 0.02. In 2015, provinces located in the North West (Hwacheon) and East (Donghae) of Gangwon-do had a higher BTB risk. We identified some specific provinces at low BTB-positive risk, information that may prove useful for control of BTB in the study area.

A Cryptate (221) having a short alcohol pendant (2) was metallated with europium(Ⅲ) in anhydrous condition, and its hydrolytic activity for phosphate esters at neutral pH was examined. While the activity for the phosphate diester and monoester is comparable to that of the parent metal complex [1Eu]3+, its hydrolytic activity towards a phosphate triester is significantly suppressed. Potentiometric titration and luminescence spectroscopic studies for the equilibrium behavior of the complex in solution suggest that a dimer formation through the metal hydroxides as well as the pendant alcohol is likely to happen. The low hydrolytic activity for the triester seems to be associated with the dimer formation.

본 사례는 LG 전자가 독일시장에 진출하여 냉장고 사업 부문에서 성공적인 마케팅 활동을 소개하고 있다. 사례연구의 주요 내용은 LG 전자가 1970년대 독일시장에 OEM(주문자 상표 부착방식)으로 유럽에 진출하여 1980년에 유럽최초의 판매법인을 설립하여 경영활동을 하던 중 1990년대 경영위기를 맞이하여 이를 극복하기위한 구조조정 과정과 독일 가전 시장에서 성공적인 마케팅 활동의 전략적 실행의 과정을 다루고 있다. 특히 독일 가전시장에서 기존의 유수한 현지기업과의 치열한 경쟁에도 불구하고 냉장고 사업 부문에서 우수한 사업 성과를 기록하는 마케팅 전략을 3 C 와 4P 관점에서 연구하였다. 사례연구의 시사점은 다음과 같다. LG는 독일의 선진 시장에 진출한 EU에 포함되지 않는 역외업체로서 독일현지시장에서 기존의 강력한 현지업체들과 경쟁하기 위하여 선택과 집중 및 차별화 전략을 실행하였다. 이러한 전략은 기업의 틈새(niche)시장 전략으로 불리어질 수 있다. 즉, 틈새 시장 전략은 후발 진출기업이 경쟁이 치열한 시장에서 주요 경쟁 기업들이 참여하지 않는 세분시장을 발굴하여 이 세분시장에 모든 가용 자원을 투입하는 전략이다. LG는 이러한 현지 시장환경에서 한국 내수모델 중 LG특유의 경쟁력이 있는 품목을 현지시장에 맞게 개발하고 이에 대한 효율적인 마케팅 전략과제의 실행으로 현지시장에서 성공적으로 진출할 수 있었다.

In order to get some basic datas on environmental friendly funtion against soil and water pollution and safe vegetable production by organic farming, chemical characteristics of soils cultivated by the conventional farming, greengouse cultivation and organic farming and acumulation of NO3--N in chinese cabbage and lettuce were analysed. The highest value of NO3--N in 0-30cm subsoil of organic farming was found among the 3 different farming systems, and it was 3.6 and 6.6 times higher than those of conventional farming in chinese cabbage and lettuce respectively. P2O5 also show high accumulation in the rhizosphere of organic farming compared to convnetional farming. The accumulation of NO3--N and P2O5 in the rhizosphere of organic farming were simial to those of greenhouse cultivation. The NO3- accumulation in chinese cabbage and lettuce by organic farming reach 3224ppm in chinese cabbage and 2543ppm in lettuce and it were 4.7 and 6.4 times higher than those of convnetional farming. It is urgently necessary to introduce the basic standard of IFOAM, EU and FAO/WHO Codex on organic agriculture into korean organic agriculture for operation of environmental friendly system and production of safe vegetable in terms of NO3-.

The complete coding sequence of Wild Argali ISG15 cDNA was generated by rapid amplification of cDNA ends. The ISG15 cDNA was 642 bp with an open reading frame of 474 bp, which encoded a 17.47 kDa protein composed of 157 amino acids. Its amino acid sequence shared 97.9%, 80.8%, 91.4%, 94.3%, 78.3% identity with those of ISG15cDNA from Ovis aries (accession no. NM001009735.1), Capra hircus (accession no. HQ329186.1), Bos taurus (accession no. BC102318.1), Bubalus bubalis (accession no. HM543269.1), and Sus scrofa (accession no. EU647216.1), respectively. The entire coding sequence was inserted into the pET-28a vector and expressed in E. coli. The recombinant protein corresponded to the expected molecular mass of 25 kDa as judged by SDS-PAGE, and it was detected in the bacterial inclusion bodies. The expressed protein could be purified by $Ni^{2+}$ chelate affinity chromatography and the results from the lymphocyte proliferation test showed that the product could stimulate lymphocyte proliferation very well (p<0.05), which further confirmed its biological activity.

Comparative study on the effects of $H_2$ vs. $O_2$ plasma pretreatment of gate oxide on the degradation phenomenon of p-channel low-temperature polysilicon (LTPS) thin-film transistors (TFTs) were performed. After high drain current stress (HDCS) with $V_{gs}$ = $V_{ds}$, the p-channel TFTs pretreated by $O_2$ plasma showed increased immunity to the degradation of device characteristics such as threshold voltage and maximum field effect mobility because of the higher binding energy of Si-O bond than that of Si-H bond. The investigation of degradation phenomenon of these parameters with the applied power suggests that self-heating can be the major cause of degradation of polysilicon TFTs.

In this experiment, the oxidations of p-Xylene (140-180 ppmv), one of the air pollutants as a VOC, using $UV/TiO_2$ photocatalyst is studied. In order to increase the specific surface area, the filter is coated by nano $TiO_2$ particles. The photodegradation system consists of a VOCs generator, a photocatalyst filter and a measuring equipment. Illumination is generally provided by two of 20 W black light lamps with 380 nm of wavelength. The filter coated by nano $TiO_2$ particles has a passing efficiency over 80% but a pressure drop of 9.0 $mmH_2O$ at 0.45 cm/s. The filter endurance is better than activated carbon at the same pressure drop.

Enantiomers of five racemic ${\beta}_2$-agonists were investigated by capillary electrophoresis employing a hydroxypropyl-${\beta}$-cyclodextrin (HP-${\beta}$-CD). The effects of the concentration of HP-${\beta}$-CD added to the background electrolyte and of the pH of the buffer on the effective mobility and resolution of the studied compounds were examined. Very good resolution was achieved for terbutaline and clenbuterol; salbutamol and bambuterol was able to be partially resolved. Enantioselectivity and resolution were influenced by the concentration of the HP-7-CD, buffer composition and pH.

Callus and cell suspension cultures of Eurycoma longifolia Jack were initiated from leaves of different trees. The leaf explant of tree Eu9 produced the most calli and also induced high cell biomass in the cell suspension culture. Optimum production of cell biomass could be initiated in proliferating culture medium with a pH of 5.75 prior to autoclaving. The effects of macronutrient inorganic salts of Murashige and Skoog (MS) liquid medium supplemented with X on production of cell biomass of Eurycoma longifolia were also investigated. The highest cell biomass was produced in MS medium containing macronutrients of $21\;mM\;NH_4NO_3,\;12.25\;mM\;KNO_3,\;3.00\;mM\;CaCl_2.2H_2O,\;0.575\;mM\;MgSO_4.7H_2O$, and $1.83\;mM\;KH_2PO_4$. A new medium labeled as TAM was formulated for the production of Eurycoma longifolia cell biomass in the cell suspension culture.

Networked enterprise (NE) is an organization of independent companies that collaborate with each other temporary or permanently for accomplishing common goals. The USA and EU have been developing principal concepts, techniques, and solutions to enhance the competitiveness of traditional industries including small-and-medium enterprises (SMEs). In Korea, however, implementation as well as R&D of NE is very few, which we believe comes from lack of understanding on Its meaning and lack of effective information systems for it. This paper is to suggest an Enterprise Architecture (EA) framework or reference model of NE and an Information Technology Architecture (ITA) of NE. The EA framework will help stakeholder of NE (e,g., policy makers, members of NE, IT solution providers, and researchers) understand structural and behavioral characteristics of NE. The ITA will be used as a guideline of developing information systems for NE that is essential for spreading networked business models, The focus of this paper is not on logical-level design but on conceptual-level modeling of NE. As verification of the suggested framework and architecture is still required, so we'll apply them to various manifestations of NE, e.g., dynamic supply chain, vertical integration of extended enterprises, and P2P-style virtual enterprises.
