추출제 Cyanex 301에 대한 NaN $O_3$ 매질에서 Am과 Eu의 추출 및 상호분리 거동에 대해 고찰하였다. Cyanex 301에 대한 Am과 Eu의 추출거동은 매우 유사하여 상호 분리할 수 없었으나 Cyanex 301을 8M NaOH로 비누화 처리하여 NaN $O_3$ 용액 매질에서 Eu에 대한 미량의 Am의 분배계수를 측정한 결과 Am에 대한 선택적 추출성이 높게 나타났다. Cyanex 301의 비누화을, 수용상의 pH 및 Eu 농도가 높아질수록 Am과 Eu의 상호 분리계수인 S $F_{AM}$Eu/는 930까지 증가되었으나 Cyanex 301에 옥탄올을 첨가할 경우에는 S $F_{Am}$ Eu/는 32.3까지 감소하였으며, Am과 Eu의 추출에 미치는 NaN $O_3$ 농도 영향은 없는 것으로 나타났다. Cyanex 301에 추출된 Am과 Eu은 pH가 4인 lM NaN $O_3$ 용액으로는 97.7% 그리고 0.05M DTPA/1.5M Lactic acid에 의해서 99% 이상 역추출되었다.

The EU recently adopted the policy for organic food and farming, Even though the EU enacted a regulation for organic farming in 1991, there has been no formal policy for supporting organic farming in the EU. This may mean that the EU regards the organic food and farming as an important sector for the future of European farming. Therefore, this study firstly explores the development processes and current situation of the EU organic food and farming policy, and then summaries the priorities of the EU organic food and farming sector. These were reflected to make up an action plan and a new regulation for the EU organic food and farming. The main features of the recent change in the EU policy would be the application of comprehensive perspective for dealing with organic food and farming issues.

This thesis is related with Anti-dumping law about Korea's export in EU. Indeed, Korea' export to EU market is how related to EU's Anti-dumping law this study was intended to reveal from a legal point of view. For this purpose from EU's Anti-dumping law's institution at present to application historical channel was examined and is showed Anti-dumping law's application procedure briefly. Throughout this study what we could get are EU's Anti-dumping law based on a statute, EU's Anti-dumping law's institution background and the law's application procedure & effects.

The paper discusses how the new EU Strategy towards Central Asia issued in May 2019 might be analyzed through the lens of the intensely debated transformations from the liberal to a post-liberal international order. The author claims that the EU's normative power is transforming from the post-Cold War predominantly liberal/ value-based approach, with democracy and human rights at its core, to a set of more technical tools and principles of good governance and effective management of public administration. The paper problematizes a nexus between the dynamics of the EU's nascent post-liberalism and the geopolitical challenges of the EU's growing engagement with illiberal regimes, focuses on direct encounters between the post-liberal EU and the illiberal elites in Central Asia, and seeks to find out the impact of these connections upon the EU's international subjectivity. In this context geopolitical dimensions of EU foreign and security policies, along with the specificity of the EU's geopolitical actorship in Central Asia, are discussed.

We synthesized a series of $CaS_{1-x}Se_x:Eu$ red-emitting phosphors for application in phosphor-converted three-band white light emitting diode(LED). The photoluminescence and structural properties of $CaS_{1-x}Se_x:Eu$ were examined. The $CaS_{1-x}Se_x:Eu$ phosphors have a strong absorption at 455 nm, which is the emission wavelength of a blue LED. CaS:Eu has a red omission peak at 651 nm due to the $4f^65d^1(T_{2g}){\rightarrow}4f^7(^8S_{7/2})$ transition of the $Eu^{2+}$. The emission peak of $CaS_{1-x}Se_x:Eu$ is shifted from 651 to 598 nm with increasing Se content. $CaS_{1-x}Se_x:Eu$ can be used as wavelength-tunable red-emitting phosphors pumped by a blue LED. We also fabricated a three-band white LED by doping $SrGa_2S_4:Eu$ and $CaS_{0.50}Se_{0.50}:Eu$ phosphors onto a blue LED chip.

When the European Union countries (EU27) are viewed as the composition between the old member countries (EU15) and the new member states (NMS12), the statistics exhibit that the EU15 is the largest trade partner of the NMS12. According to the Korea-EU FTA agreement, the existing patterns of trade among the EU15, the NMS12, and Korea may create not only the increase in trade opportunity between the NMS12 and Korea, but also the higher rivalry threat on export from the NMS12 to the EU15 destination due to the potential increase in export from Korea to the EU15 market. This research examines in both potential impacts at the 3-digit level of SITC Rev.3 industry, in the point of view of the NMS12. Various conventional trade indices are employed in the study. However, the existing trade index exhibits the limitation for measuring the different degree of rivalry threat on exports of two different exporters in the same export destination. Hence, this study develops a new trade index, the so-called Rivalry Threat Index (RTI), to measure the export competition between the NMS12 and Korea in the EU15 destination. The results indicate that from the point of view of the NMS12, the EU-Korea FTA agreement may cause Korea acts as a trade partner and as an export competitor simultaneously.

The European Union(EU) has implemented the Structural Funds since 1994, in order to achieve its harmonious development though the strengthening of economic and social cohesion in the EU territory, and particularly to tackle regional disparities and to support backward regions in the territory. In the July of 2006, the Council of EU has flatly laid down the provisions of the Structural Funds which is applied to the period of 2007-2013, having regard to the proposal from the European Commission and the assent of the European Parliament. Given this context, this work deals with the features of the Structural Funds(2007-2013), focusing on the funds' objectives, the regions and countries under the application of such objectives, allocation of the funds among the EU Member States, and the funds' financial resources.

This study tests for the law of one price and Grander Causality between the EU ETS and Nord Pool $CO_2$ allowance prices. The Johansen cointegration test shows that there exists a long run equilibrium between EU ETS and Nord Pool prices and support the law of one price. The Granger casuality test suggests that the EU ETS leads Nord Pool for all vintages traded. The test results imply that the EU ETS can be regarded as the representative carbon market in the EU where many exchanges just started competing for the newly rising market for carbon.

We both theoretically and experimentally investigated the luminescence wavelength control of the $Eu^{2+}$-doped $CaAlSiN_3$ (CASN:$Eu^{2+}$). To modify emission wavelength, Na-doped and Mg-doped CASN:$Eu^{2+}$ (NCASN:$Eu^{2+}$ and MCASN:$Eu^{2+}$) have been studied. According to quantum chemistry calculation result, we synthesized NCASN:$Eu^{2+}$ and MCASN:$Eu^{2+}$. NCASN:$Eu^{2+}$ and MCASN:$Eu^{2+}$ showed shorter emission wavelength than that of CASN:$Eu^{2+}$.

Eu sites and the effect of Mg codoping were investigated in Eu-implanted GaN films. Photoluminescence (PL) and PL excitation spectroscopies were performed on 620nm $^5D_0\;{\rightarrow}\;^7F_2$ Eu ionic level transition and revealed the existence of 4 different Eu sites including the known 2 sites. PL intensity from one of the sites increased by a factor of 1.6 by the Mg-codoping. The enhancement of PL by Mg-codoping was less pronounced than Er- and Nd-implanted GaN, in which the trap-mediated energy transfer dominates. In GaN:Eu the above-gap excitation transfers the energy directly to the Mg related Eu site.
