The purpose of this paper is "A Study on the Establishment of Distribution and Logistics System in the unified Korea". The main conclusion of this paper are as follows : North and South Korea shall conjunctionally foster the exchange and cooperation area and operate the joint pilot project to combine distribution and logistics system. To solve the problems of the maritime affairs, Fisheries, and international logistics, the cooperative agreement between North and South Korea will be needed to protect and develop of shipping, aviation and shipbuilding industry. Unification of two Koreas must be prepared as stage by stage ; ${\cdot}$Stage1(preparation period) : initiation of peace area. ${\cdot}$Stage2(development period) : forming the exchange and cooperation area ${\cdot}$Stage3(settlement period) : establishing peace belt on border area. After the unification, two Koreas must plan and undertake the construction of the distribution and logistics infrastructures, establishment of SCM system through Network and the connection to China through railway and road Network.

The logistics of ammunition stored in the underground ammunition warehouse has more difficulties than the logistics of ammunition stored on the ground due to the nature of the storage space. This study was conducted to solve the logistics of underground ammunition warehouse by improving these problems. And six items such as guard, safety, environment, supply system, equipment, facilities, and life management were selected for the improvement of logistics. And AHP was analyzed by Expert Choice program by conducting a survey to experts. As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that the importance was high in the order of safety, guard, life management, equipment facilities, supply system, and environment. Based on the selected items and the results of the survey, a plan to build a network-based integrated platform that can improve logistics in an underground ammunition warehouse was presented. This study will be used as a basis for the establishment of an integrated platform when constructing an underground ammunition warehouse in the future. This study can be applied to storage facilities that store other materials in the military, and it is expected to be applied to large commercial storage facilities.

First, this thesis reviews the trend of introduction of EDI systems in foreign countries and investigates their characteristics by examining some cases. Then the problems, which the Korean industries would be confronted with during the course of introduction of EDI system, are identified and discussed. Finally, this thesis suggests that the logistics network should be developed as a main system of EDI to which sub-networks of trade and custom service are linked. This leading role of logistics metwork is necessary to the EDI system because logistics tasks for international movement of goods are expected to increase while tasks related to trade and custom services will decrease in view of recent changes in the world trade environments warning the unbounded competition in the global marketplace without border.

With the change of global production network, the establishment of new strategy in gwangyang port is required. Especially, the trade pattern has been concentrated to Northeast Asia region according to economic growth of the Asia including China, Japan, and Korea. Hence, Gwangyang port that have price and service competition have to meet of the need of Northeast port alliance and to compete against other countries in variable trade environment. Therefore, the objective of this study is to propose the port alliance strategy in order to promote the growth of Gwangyang port. For the purpose of the Logistics business model in Gwangyang port, we provided the direction of the Northeast port alliance and candidate ports in China and Japan.

These nation according to great circle navigation is contiguous geographically in order to confront Pacific Ocean. Specially Korea will become the hub-port of Northeast Asia and South America, which is caused by direct logistics lines's establishment.

This paper reviews the current local logistics policy of the Incheon Metropolitan City and prioritizes policy agenda based on fuzzy AHP and IPA (Importance Performance Analysis). The analysis recommends that the city needs to keep up the current good works at the policy agenda such as early expansion of the international logistics hub and improvement of the provincial highway network.The policy agenda including the logistics parks, the transport networks and the hinterland activities are evaluated as overkilled agenda. Revitalization of the logistics database, establishment of an integrated business support center, modal shift, and public logistics support were classified as low-priority policy agenda. The policy agenda of urgent concentration includes development of new logistics business and air cargo industry.

The volume of trade between Korea and China has been growing significantly year by year since the diplomatic relations have been established in 1992. The economic and logistics cooperation between the two countries is crucial not only for the development of their economic relations but for promotion of value-added logistics. However there are still huge and serious impediments to logistics network and management between the two countries including bottlenecks in transport and customs procedures. The purpose of this study is to investigate how to promote value added logistics activities between Korea and Shandong Province of China. It is suggested the ways to increase VAL activities such as enhanced division of international labour within industries, provision of comprehensive logistics service and establishment of strategy for supply chain management between the two countries.

The contractor management for the effective defense project is essential factor in the modern defense acquisition project. The occurrence of Improper Businessman causes the reason in which defense acquisition project is unable to be reasonably fulfilled and setback to the deployment of defense weapon system. In this paper, we develop a prediction model for the effective defense project by using the Discriminant Analysis, the Logistic Regression & Artificial Neural Network and analyse the core variables that determine the Improper Businessman in many variables. It is expected that our model can be used to improve the project management capability of defense acquisition and contribute to the establishment of efficient procurement procedure through entry of the reliable domestic manufacturer.
