The undergraduate structure based on flip learning should be a necessary course to cultivate value creation capability based on students' problem solving capability through the change of university education in the fourth industrial revolution era. Introduction and spread of Flipping Learning combining project-based learning with MOOC is requied. As the introduction and spread of AI-based learning consulting (E-Advisor), which is becoming increasingly advanced, the transition to "personalized education" that meets the 4th Industrial Revolution should be made.

Throughout the era of the fourth industrial revolution, automation is becoming more important. Recently, business automation solutions using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) are also attracting attention. Compared to the rapidly growing RPA market, related IT technologies have not been widely available and problems such as manpower shortage are growing. Therefore, this study identifies the definition and characteristics of RPA, classification by type of operation, and the impact of RPA solutions and introduction, which have significant impact on the enterprise in a short period of time. In addition, we present the development direction of RPA through implications.

According to the report, the World Economic Forum predicted that by 2020, more than 5.3 million jobs will be lost. Among them are accountants and tax accountants as well. Accountancy is a professional practice, accounting for management consulting, accounting audit, and management consultancy, and tax accountant duties are a professional profession that carries out duties such as tax returns and tax laws. Therefore, this study proposes a method to build transparent and safe tax and accounting information by increasing the efficiency of tax and accounting work by building a block chaining accounting and tax information suitable for the fourth industrial revolution era.

As 4th industrial revolution era has come, autonomous driving vehiecle gets its attention for commercialization and development and thus its impact on society. To this end, several countries such as US, England and Germany are preparing their own legal systems to come up with commercialization of autonomous driving vehiecle. In this country, Korea is also developing autonomous driving vehiecle and looking forward its commercialization yet the legal system of Korea lacks of laws, regulations, rules, guidelines and so on. Hence, it is our intention to look into Korean legal system providing the analysis of current Korean legal system in detail. This paper also provides further directions to have balance between commercialization success and risk management in this country and, as a result creates a small step toward 4th industrial revolution society.

Recently, the 4th industrial revolution has emerged as the core for enhancing national competitiveness, the development of a technology roadmap to efficiently develop related technologies to realize super intelligence as a main feature of the 4th Industrial Revolution is a major task has been highlighted. The objective of this study is to analyze the domestic and foreign technology level in the artificial intelligence field which is the core technology of the 4th Industrial Revolution era and to present the direction of development based on this. The keyword network analysis and the blank technical analysis based on the IPC classification were performed on the data derived from the keyword search of 'AI (Artificial Intelligence)' among domestic and foreign patent data. As a result, the number of domestic artificial intelligence related technology development was 1.2% compared with developed countries such as USA and Europe. In the major development fields, data recognition technology and digital information transmission technology were relatively insufficient. Through this study, we obtained the blank technology as a result of comparative analysis of domestic artificial intelligence related technologies compared to advanced countries and suggested the direction of domestic artificial intelligence technology development in future.

Purpose - In this study, we aim to explore new distribution strategies for sustainable growth in the era of the 4th industrial revolution, focusing on SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises) in Korea, and suggest ways to upgrade the government's official distribution channel to the next level. Design/methodology - First of all, this paper explored the prior research, the current status of sales support for SMEs, and the changes in the distribution industry due to COVID-19 pandemic. Based on Moon (2016)'s ABCD strategic model - Agility, Benchmarking, Convergence, and Dedication, the study then derived directions in which official distribution channels should move and the new distribution strategy for Korean SMEs to secure competitive advantage. Findings - First, in terms of 'Agility', in order to upgrade official distribution channels, which are currently at some competitive disadvantages compared to private distribution companies, we must quickly introduce technologies for the 4th industrial revolution, such as AI, Big Data, etc., and establish precise strategies to strengthen the capabilities of SMEs. Second, in terms of 'Benchmarking', the use of "Chamelezones" has been increasing to enhance the competitiveness of offline stores in line with recent ontact trends. Therefore, official distribution channels should also benchmark such cases, strengthening their competitiveness by utilizing offline spaces more efficiently and effectively. Third, in terms of 'Convergence', in line with the rapidly changing trend of the times, official distribution channels should also promote active partnerships with media commerce, e-commerce and ICT platforms, as well as cooperation with private retailers, and focus on creating synergy effects through them. Finally, from the perspective of 'Dedication', digitalization should be promoted step by step, finding the sector that can accelerate digital among the value chains of official distribution channels, and continuing to discuss how to digitize it realistically. Originality/value - Based on this analysis, we have presented strategies and implications for innovating official distribution channels for SMEs, which will contribute to enhancing the competitive advantage of official distribution channels in the post COVID-19 pandemic era.

This study is a study on ways to revitalize traditional markets in the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution, and a total of 188 of the 2021 Cheonan City traditional market and shopping district fact-finding data were used for research and analysis. In order to revitalize the environment improvement of traditional markets, it can be seen that environmental changes suitable for the times are primarily required. The traditional market is an underdeveloped space, and through the parking environment improvement project and facility modernization project (toilet, facility equipment, etc.), space is improved through a specialization and subdivision process to meet the needs of the times, thereby increasing operational convenience, increasing visitor use, and improving natural perception. can promote In addition, the efficiency and effectiveness of the traditional market vitalization project can be increased when differentiated management vitalization contents and facility modernization projects are organically harmonized. This study is meaningful in that it analyzes the environmental improvement of facilities among the traditional market vitalization factors for the vitalization of the traditional market, and proposes a plan that can be a practical alternative to the government support policy for the traditional market.

Universities are opening related majors and subjects to nurture the problem-solving fusion that businesses want. The time has come when rapid technological. On this thesis, we analyzed three years (2017-2019) of survey result of Women University students in order to figuring out and dealing with the change in 4th industrial revolution and intellectual information technology. It turns out that 1) there was an increase of interest in 4th industrial revolution from 59% in 2017 to 80% in 2019, 2) IoT, ICT, Artificial Intelligence, and Education Research System became top priority in technical strategy, 3)the prime keyword is AI, robot, job, 4)the expectation on increasing of the opportunity and the number of jobs in science technology field was 50%, 5)the importance of universities and companies was 50%, 80% each, 6) the information needed for science technology were educational discipline, change in future science, prospective future information in order, and 7)the most needed education were education on creativity, coding, cross-subject, engineering in order. In the era of the fourth industrial revolution, it is essential to expand the SW manpower base in various fields. University education, which should provide connectivity for super-fusion, should provide curriculum optimized for industrial demands such as, fusion and connected education, creative thinking, self-directed problem solving and etc.

It is necessary to develop a new location model to support the application of smart technology and confluence in the 4th industrial revolution era. In this study, we propose 'network-type industrial complex' as a method to link several industrial integrated spaces which are dispersed in an area. As a result of conducting a survey of companies in order to develop a new location model, about 89% of companies recognized the necessity of network-type industrial complex. As a condition for activation of the industrial complex, 'complementary function formation', and 'convenience of nodular transportation' were selected. It is expected that it will be possible to supply low-cost, high-efficiency industrial complexes through opening and linking with urban space and infrastructure sharing.

The role of the Internet of Things in the Fourth Industrial Revolution is in the era of collecting data at the end and analyzing big data through technology to analyze the future or behavior. Therefore, due to the nature of the IoT, it is vulnerable to security and requires a lightweight security protocol. The spread of things Internet technology is changing our lives a lot. IT companies all over the world are already focusing on products and services based on things Internet, and they are going to the era of all things internet that can communicate not only with electronic devices but also with common objects. People, people, people and objects, things and things interact without limitation of time and space, collecting, analyzing and applying information. Life becomes more and more smart, but on the other hand, the possibility of leakage of personal information becomes greater. Therefore, this study proposed security threats that threaten the protection of personal information and countermeasures, and suggested countermeasures for building a secure IoT environment suitable for the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
