  • 한국전력에서는 전력설비의 염진해 대책을 위해 전국의 영진해 오손정도를 파악하기 위하여 동, 서, 남해안 및 제주도를 중심으로 1981-1988간에 걸쳐 애자를 설치하고 매월 실측하여 전국의 염진해 오손지도를 만들고 이에 의해 내오손 설계를 하는 실정이다. 그러나 이 이후 여러 기현상의 자연현상과 중국대륙의 극심한 황사현상 빛 가속화된 산업발전에의 공업오손의 영향 등으로 오손도에 적잖게 변화를 준 것으로 보고 본 논문에서는 서남권의 오손도를 직독계를 이용하여 측정하고 이를 분석하여 그 추이를 제시하였다.

  • 해안거리에 따른 등가염분부착밀도(Equivalent Salt Deposit Density)의 수동오손측정은 동해, 서해, 남해의 해안가 및 제주도, 진도, 거제도의 도서지역에 설치되어 있는 112개소에서 매월 1개월 누적오손을 측정하였다. 이와 같이 수동으로 측정된 ESDD는 전력연구원에서 수행한 "전력설비의 염진해 대책에 관한연구(1988)" 및 "염진해 오손정도 및 기준정립에 관한 연구(2002)"에서 분석기법으로 활용한 통계분석기법을 사용하여 분석하였다.

  • The degree of contamination on outdoor insulator is one of the most importance factors to determine the pollution level of outdoor insulations, and the sea salt is known as the most dangerous pollutant. As shown through the preceding study, the generation of salt pollutant and the pollution degree of outdoor insulator have a close relation with meteorological conditions, such as wind velocity, rainfall, and so on. So, in this paper, we have made database using the past meteorological data and ESDD(equivalent salt deposit density) and then we predicted the pollution degree in the future after analyzing currently meteorological data of database.

  • This paper presents the correlation on the contamination degree and weather conditions using the multiple regression of the statistic method. The cotamination is a significant factor in the insulation system. The major factor is natural contamination, and the most is the salt. The salt contamination is occured by the weather conditions. The weather contaminations are wind, precipitation, temperature, relative humidity, etc. The effects of those are different, and the correlation is showed numerically by using the multiple regression method of the statistic method. With this, the estimation of the equivalent salt deposit density(ESDD) becomes possible by the changes of the weather conditions.

  • Room Temperature Vulcanizing (RTV) Silicone Rubber has been widely used to coat porcelain insulator to prevent formation water filming on insulator surface. and RTV silicone rubber has water repellency to suppress leakage current and consequent flashover. RTV silicone rubber's surface has been degradated by outdoor condition such as dust, salt, and water. etc. ESDD(Equivalent Salt Deposit Density) and leakage currents are increased by polymer surface toughness and degradation. In this paper, we investigated relations of surface toughness, ESDD, and leakage currents.

  • In seashore, outdoor insulators are polluted due to salty wind and the pollution causes the flashover and failure of electric equipments. As well known, the pollution has a close relation with meteorological factors such as wind velocity, precipitation, wind direction, relative humidity, dew point, etc. In this paper we statistically analyzed the correlation between the pollution and the meteorological factors including snowfall and freezing. The multiple regression analysis was used for the statistical analysis; daily measured equivalent salt deposit density(dependent variable) and the meteorological data(independent variable) were used. From the results of this investigation, we verified the influence of snowfall and freezing on the ESDD, which has been overlooked in the preceding investigation.

  • We installed the measurement equipment which measure the equivalent Salt Deposit Density(ESDD) of the domestic coast area in the selected 112 place and investigated the influence of the wind which blow at the point of 500m from coast installing a wind vane, wind gauge for realtime measurement. During september${\sim}$december, 2005, ESDD which passively measured at the point of 50m from coast is maximum C grade in the Homigot of Pohang, B grade in the Gochang and A grade in the remaining point. Also ESDD which is measured in the east coast, west coast respectively is the more the distance being far from the coast to inland, the more ESDD rapidly decreasing but each area of the south coast is difficult to identify the decreased tendency because of very low measurements.

  • 해안지방의 염분 누적오손 특성을 분석하기 위하여 등가염분부착밀도(ESDD : Equivalent Salt Deposit Density) 측정장치를 국내 112 곳을 선정하여 설치하였다. 해안에서 500m 지점에 풍향, 풍속계를 설치하고, 실시간으로 측정하여 바람에 의한 영향을 분석하였다. 2005년 10월부터 2007년 9월까지 측정한 결과 고창은 해안에서 50m 떨어진 지점에서 최대 D 등급, 2,000m 지점은 B등급까지 오손되었으며, 포항 호미곳은 D등급까지 오손되었다. 분석결과 동해안의 오손특성은 타 지역보다 해안에 가까울수록 부착밀도가 급격히 증가하였으나, 서해안보다는 오손정도가 낮고 남해안보다는 높게 나타났다.

  • The leakage current of transmission insulators contaminated with salt, clay, and kaolin was examined in the Gochang's Long Periods Testing Center. The Insulators were artificially contaminated and estimated with the method of equivalent salt deposit density(ESDD). The artificially contaminated insulators were installed with the same condition as in the real transmission power line and applied with 154 (kV). The leakage current of the artificially contaminated insulators was measured with environment conditions, such as temperature and humidity by the a automatic leakage current detecting system. The leakage current of heavily contaminated insulator was abruptly increased above 72[%] of humidity, even though the leakage current was similar between the contaminated and non-contaminated insulators below 72[%] of humidity. Also, it was found that the humidity was much more important than the temperature in the leakage current of transmission insulators. The leakage current of contaminated insulator was decreased when it was plenty of rainfall, resulting from natural washing.

  • The degree of contamination on outdoor insulators is one of the most importance factor to determine the pollution level of outdoor insulation. Outdoor insulators in coastal are affected due to salty wind blowing from the seaside. The sea salt is known as the most dangerous pollutant. As known through the preceding study, the generation of salt pollutant and the pollution degree of outdoor insulators have a close relation in accordance with meteorological conditions, such as temperature, humidity, dewpoint, wind velocity and wind direction. Therefore, at first, we have analyzed relation between meteorological conditions and contaminants for development of prediction method. In this paper, we have investigated a statistical estimation technique based on actual data for equivalent salt deposit density(ESDD) of outdoor insulators which were installed in Kochang field test substation with multiple linear regression analysis.
