해양플랜트 유지보수장치 엔지니어링을 위한 장비 배치 검증수행모델에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Model of Equipment Layout Verification for Offshore Plant Maintenance Equipment Engineering)

  • 본 논문은 해양플랜트 입찰단계에서 시스템엔지니어링(Systems Engineering)기법을 이용하여 해양플랜트를 구성하고 있는 장비 배치를 검증(Verification)할 수 있는 검증수행모델에 대한 연구이다. 해양플랜트 상부구조물(Topside) 유지보수 장비들을 엔지니어링하기 위하여는 Topside 장비 Layout검증이 선행되어야 한다. 하지만 입찰단계에서 완성도가 높지않는 FEED(Front End Engineering Design)결과물로 인한 많은 오류가 존재함에도 불구하고 검토시간의 부족 등의 이유로 검증을 수행하지 못하는 경우가 존재한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 다학제간 접근방식인 시스템엔지니어링 프로세스를 간략화하여 적용함으로써 제한된 시간내 효과적으로 장비배치를 검증할 수 있는 검증수행모델을 제안하였다. 모델의 구성은 기능전개모델(Functional Deployment Model)을 통하여 구축하였으며 사례연구를 통하여 본 Topside 장비 배치에 대한 검증 수행모델을 검증하였다.

편마비 환자를 위한 보행 재활기구 개발 (Development of the Gait Rehabilitation Equipment for Hemiplegic Patients after Stroke)

  • The aim of this study is to design and develop the gait rehabilitation equipment that judge patient's movement of his/her center of gravity using pressure sensors, and to aid hemiplegic patients to balance themselves using an automatic stepper that changes the patient's center of gravity. It is hard to bear the weight on the affected side for hemiplegic patients. The gait rehabilitation equipment detects the footing phase of hemiplegic patient during training and moves the unaffected footing side of the stepper up and moves the affected footing side down simultaneously so that the patient's center of gravity can shift from unaffected side to affected side. The gait rehabilitation system was developed and applied for hemiplegic patients during exercise. Eight hemiplegic patients and one normal adult were studied. The developed gait rehabilitation system could judge not only the normal adult's intention but also the patient's intention to move his/her center of gravity. Even though the most of hemiplegic patients exercised in automatic mode and a few hemiplegic patients exercised in manual mode, the developed gait rehabilitation system can aid the hemiplegic patients to train more easily.

LNG-FPSO 선박 장비들의 보전활동 지원시스템 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development of Maintenance System for Equipment of LNG-FPSO Ship)

  • 본 연구에서는 LNG-FPSO 선박에 탑재되어 있는 장비들의 운영효율을 최대화하기 위한 상태기반유지보수(CBM) 활동을 지원하는 보전시스템을 개발하였다. 개발된 보전시스템에서는 상태기반유지보수를 수행할 주요 장비들을 식별하여 이를 PWBS(Product Work Breakdown Structure)로 정의하였고 식별된 장비들로부터 실시간 수집되는 센서데이터를 이용하여 장비들의 고장분석과 최적 유지 보수 방안을 결정하기 위한 경제성평가 등을 수행하며, 이들을 수행하기 위해 필요한 입출력 데이터를 저장, 관리하는 고장사례 및 유지보수데이터베이스를 구축하였다. 개발시스템의 성능검증을 현재 개발 중인 LNG-FPSO 선박의 Inlet 시스템의 Compressor와 화물창의 Pump Tower 등과 같은 주요 장비들을 대상으로 실시하였고 이를 바탕으로 상태기반유지보수의 가능성을 확인하였다.

  • This paper deal with development of dredging equipment that proper water head elimination method changing transitional dredging method. Numerical simulation and model test were accomplished for development of seabed sediment inhalation equipment using water head. Sediment elimination system by the difference of water head has been analysed by numerical method. Model test was achieved for inhalation equipment performance test using water head by primary design. Also sediment elimination system has designed and developed that doesn't occur secondary pollution phenomenon. To verify the numerical results are compared with experimental results.

석유화학공장의 소화설비에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Firefighting Equipment in Petrochemical Plants)

  • 석유화학공장에서 화재 폭발사고는 매년 반복되고 있으나 화재 방호시스템에 관한 국내 법규는 최악의 화재 시나리오에 대응하기에는 미흡한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 석유화학공장에서 국내외 화재 방호시스템의 기준을 비교 분석하고 울산국가산업단지 석유화학공장 32개소의 소화설비 현황을 조사하였다. 결론적으로 석유화학공장에서 소화용수는 최악의 화재 시나리오를 기반으로 하여 설계하고 고정식 물분무 설비, 고가 모니터 노즐, 워터커튼 설비, 대용량 포모니터 설비와 같은 소화설비가 최악의 화재 시나리오에 대비하여 설치되어야 할 것으로 나타났다.

  • The manufacturing equipment on most shop floors consists of numerical control machines, and the condition of each piece of equipment is monitored and controlled by an internal sensor or programmable logic controller (PLC). To control and monitor production lines that consist of an equipment or production module, a separate control and monitoring system such as a manufacturing execution system should be introduced. However, there is no standardized system, and it is costly and difficult to build a system for small or medium-sized plants. In this paper, a PLC-based supervisory system for operation control of a group of production machines is proposed, and the developed PLC-based system is evaluated by applying it to a computer numerical control machine.

  • Organizations worldwide make efforts to develop their management systems for business functions. The representatives of management systems include quality management system (QMS), environmental management system (EMS) and occupational health and safety management system (OHSMS). Implementing EMS and/or OHSMS in addition to QMS often requires integration of separate management systems in alignment with the organization's strategies and goals. Through the questionnaire survey on Korean marine equipment enterprises, this paper deals with the operational practices of management systems and analyzes perceptions about integrated management system (IMS). We found out the degree of perception is not sufficient enough to prepare background for IMS in Korean marine equipment enterprises. The results contribute to well understanding and successfully implementing IMS.

  • Logistic Support Analysis(LSA) and Logistic Supportability Review must be carried out as soon as possible in development stage in order to minimize operation/maintenance cost that head the list of weapon cost and improve logistic supportability of the weapon system. And the result must be used for hardware designs to set up to be able to input to the system design and logistic support elements. Therefore Logistic Support Elements must be planed/developed/supplied with the main combat system concurrently and performance and logistic supportability of the comabat system had better be improved mutually. This report describes maintenance concept changes of weapon systems, fault diagnosis function and test equipment state on the domestic MBT(main battle tank). And then it presents application and intensification of itself fault diagnosis system for a domestic future MBT considering connection with IETM(Interactive Electronic Technical Manual) and TE(Test Equipment).
