With the development of national economy and increase of income, consumers' demand for quality and safe agricultural products have increased and perception on environmental-friendly Farming products has been sharply changing. In other words, consumers increasingly show the tendency to prefer environmental-friendly farming products for considering health and environment protection, despite higher price. The environmental-friendly farming products in Jeonnam Province is still at its early stage, accounting for 1% or so of the total products. Considerable part of environment-friendly farming products, nevertheless, difficult problem to End consumers, thus sold at relatively high prices. To the questionnaire asking their most severe difficulty is about 30.5% for sale. This suggests that strategies for consumption expansion of environment-friendly farming products, including of consumers, confidence, publicity of consumers, should be established to increase the income of environmental-friendly farmers in Jeonnam Province.

The purpose of this study is analyze Development policies on environmental- friendly agriculture(EA) and find out some implications. As consumption of environmental-friendly agriculture products increasing, administrative policies on EA began 1997s and it has been generally expanded in Korea. The strategies for EA aim to promote among human beings and between humanity and nature require. In addition, support to develop horizontal and vertical productions-organization, regionalization, and political support must be further developed. The necessary investments for such concepts can clearly be reduced through cooperation.

This work is for reasonable valuation method of environmental-friendly and organic company. Reasonable valuation method is principal for the sound development, the reasonable investment and the growth of stock market. This study proposes valid valuation and method for environmental-friendly and organic company. The author selected 4 companies from certificate list of environmental-friendly and organic food and LOHAS (Lifestyles Of Health And Sustainability) food of Korean standards association. Applying financial audit report of 5 years, the author output 5 variables from each companies by using Growth Option model of Real Option model. And the author valuated companies by adding option value calculated with these variables and residual value discounted with cash flow discounted method. Company values from ROV model were 1.71 time higher than DCF model. This results show that the value of environmental-friendly and organic food company may own high option premium, that is the growth factor.

In Korea there is still no basic standard for organic agriculture and organic farmers in Korea do not follow the minimum requirements of IFOAM basic standard Most of them just practice the organic agriculture applying organic fertilizer, commercial seed without legume, rotation and green manure. But they believe this system is a absolutely environmental friendly agricultural system and it produce a safe agricultural product since they are not aware of the basic standard of organic agriculture at all. The overuse of organic fertilizer by some organic farmer have caused some severe problems risk for nitrate and phosphate leaching. In soil profile showed the potential risk for nitrate and phosphate leaching. In the paper, it is discussed on the environmental friendly function and the safe vegetable production by european organic agriculture which keeps the internationally recognized basic standards of organic agriculture. Therefore it is strongly recommended that korean organic farmer have to follow the IFOAM it is strongly in order to practice the environmental agriculture and produce the safe food. And it is also necessary to introduce to Korea the basic standard of organic agriculture which coincides with IFOAM's and Codex of FAO/WHO immediately if they really want to practice an organic agriculture in the country.

This study analyzes an economic efficiency of environmental friendly farm and conventional farm using the data envelopment analysis (DEA). We compare the economic efficiency of Environmental Friendly farm and Conventional farm. We also analyze the effects of some explanatory variables on allocative efficiency (AE), pure technology efficiency (PTE) and scale efficiency (SE). In the case of strawberries farm, environmental friendly farm has higher overall efficiency (OE) than conventional farm. But tomatoes farm has higher overall efficiency (OE) than conventional farm. And We measure returns to scale of farms. Most strawberries and tomatoes farms showed Increasing to Scale (IRS).

This research is focused on not only cultivated land as an important factor which represented the agricultural district, but also details of the research in the landscape of cultivated land. Moreover, we also focused on the cultivated land operating environmental friendly agriculture which took a lot of interest among the landscape of the cultivated land. The reason is, we judged environmental friendly agriculture is not only the simple purpose only for manufacturing food but also the key role for preserving their environment and landscape, and making sustainable agriculture. For this reason, our research treats the analysis that operating environmental friendly landscape has what kinds of different factors in landscape characteristic compare with other general agricultural methods. Plus we selected evaluating both the degree of citizen's presence and the degree of rural residents's importance in those factors as a mainly research matter. We drew out the landscape of cultivated land and concerning factors by analyzing policies(ESA, CSS, CTE, MFSP, ACL, etc) concerned with overseas agricultural landscape to deduct landscape Character factors in internal cultivated land. Based on eleven items of landscape factors in cultivated land deducted by documents research, we started to conduct field studies during MAY. 7th. 2004 $\sim$ JUL. 8th, DEC. 1th $\sim$ 3th reaching 32 villages and concerned institutes to deduct the factors in landscape characteristic in agricultural cultivated land in detail. We analyzed degrees of importance and preference in citizen and rural residents classified by 5 province of the whole country to evaluate the landscape Character factors in environmental friendly agriculture deducted by field research and 21 documents including extra items such as a scene of duck grazing by the duck techniques which is very popular way among internal environmental friendly agriculture, gardening space composed around farm and furrow on slope ground formed by unique topology in hilly country. The research period was progressed for 20 days from MAY. 28th. 2005 $\sim$ JUN. 17th. This research is the result that cultivated land landscape as a detail item holding agricultural environment especially, it is also meaningful result in environmental friendly agriculture as a basic research, because it is not only a value of simple food producing but also very effective role in both landscape and environmental parts.

길항미생물 MP-1은 여러 종의 곰팡이와 효모 및 음식물을 부패시키는 세균 (그람양성 및 음성) 에 대하여 항균활성을 보였다. MP-1의 16S rRNA gene 염기서열은 기존에 밝혀진 Brukholderia sp.의 염기서열과 99-100% 유사하였다. 배양액으로부터의 항균물질은 에틸아세테이트 (EtOAc)를 사용하여 분리하였으며 EtOAc에 용해된 산성 분획은 silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, ODS 컬럼크로마토 그래피 및 HPLC를 사용하여서 정제를 실시 하였다. 최종적으로 Gas chromatographic-mass 스펙트럼을 통한 분석을 통하여 4 종의 항균 활성을 나타내는 물질은 phenylacetic acid, hydrocinnamic acid, 4-hydroxyphenylacetic acid 및 4-hydroxyphenylacetate methyl ester로 확인 되었다. 각각의 항균 활성물질들의 미생물에 대한 최소저해농도(MIC)는 $250{\sim}2500ug\;ml^{-1}$ 인 것으로 나타났다. 또한 6 mm paper disc 에서의 1mg (건물중) 산성 분획의 항균활성은 같은 비율로 혼합한 표준혼합용액 보다 더 효과적인 것으로 나타났다.

This study was focused on the system of regional resource circulation(RRC) of Asan-Si as a case region. So 301 farmers(members of producer organization) who are managing environmental-friendly agriculture (EFA) are surveyed. The RRC system is focused on establishing the system of regional complex farming connected with the seedling fanning and the livestock. The main results surveyed are as follows : First, total cultivated acreage is 574ha. Second, the total quantity of by-products of rices, beans, wheats is 983M/T. Third, the total quantity of nutrient requirement for seeding fanning is 85,335.6kg This research shows how to develop the RRC system for EFA. The development model and strategies are as follows : The first model for the system of regional resource circulation can be called the scenario of the best output for the system of environmentally friendly resource circulation. It is considered to estimate the appropriate number of heads of Korean cattle and hen which can be bred simultaneously. And the second model can be called the scenario of the regional allotment for the appropriate number of heads of those. It is considered to estimate the appropriate number of heads of those which can be alloted by the individual farm or area.

The objectives of this study were to analysis satisfaction and additional cost scale about environmental-friendly agri-product school meal program. To analysis satisfaction about environmental-friendly agri-product (EFAP), parent' survey were conducted residing in Cheonan city. The sample size of the survey is 304 respectively. As a result, parents of students recognized that EFAP is good for their children as well as they really want to change food material from general agri-product to EFAP. Therefore, environmental-friendly agri-policy to be more focused on consumption behavior and food security needs. In order to perfectly change food material to EFAP, about l trillion won will be additionally needed. It means that the market demand of EFAP will be dramatically increased. On the other hand, safe school meal program is one of the most important in a child's life, vital for proper growth and development.

An environmental problem is the greatest barrier to pursuit of mankinds existence and development. The major traits of this problem are totality and complexity, therefore the finding of environmental problem's solutions is very difficult. The eco-friendly development that pursuing the ecological principles is the direction of environmental problem's solutions. Environmentally sound and sustainable development, deep ecological thought or environmentalism, the following of god's creation order and the old oriental thought are patterns and principles of eco-friendly development. Every creature has one ecological niche from the ecological principles of adoption, competition, evolution, variety, circulation, harmony and equilibrium. Ecological niche means that every creature has ecological status and duty. Therefore finding the mankinds ecological niche is important because it is desirable directions for eco-friendly development to solve environmental problems.
