본 연구는 디지털 환경 하에서의 복제·전송과 관련한 도서관 면책 규정을 WCT와 EU 지침, 미국, 일본 및 호주 저작권법을 대상으로 하여 각각 면밀하게 분석하여 그 법문의 변화와 특징을 총체적으로 명확하게 규명하였다. 나아가 이러한 분석결과를 바탕으로 하여 디지털도서관의 복제·전송을 규율하는 우리나라의 현행 저작권법과 개정안의 제28조를 각각 분석하여 문제점을 지적하였으며, 이를 정비하기 위하여 수정·보완되어야 할 법적 개선방안을 구체적으로 제시하였다.

The power plants have a loading dock and unloading device for the diverse kinds of fuel such as the bituminous coal and natural gas imported by the sea from all over the world. To unload the coal in the ship not only in the environment-friendly manner but also in the cost-effective way, the new type of heavy equipment loaded with additional features as well as excavator and the remote controller to maneuver this equipment are developed. This heavy equipment, which can be used to unload the coal in the ship in conjunction with CSU (Continuous Ship Unloader), and the remote controller are endorsed by the related code and laws. With the remote controller, the field workers can operate the unloading equipment at the remote place far from the equipment as well as in the cabin for themselves without tile remote controller.

All kinds of environmental problems are related to each local environment. For solving these problems, it is necessary to change regional people's Environmental Attitude in their particular community. In order to provide methods of the regional people's attitude change for solution to the environmental problems, the suggestions of this study are : 1) the systematical and continuing education about environmental problems for inhabitants 2) the persuasion process for regional people, 3) the inducement of their actions toward environmental problem solution, and 4) the social pressure through laws and institutes.

It is reported that we are facing the serious environment pollution difficulties such as acid rain, green house effects, etc. The gaseous matter CO, NOx, SOx, VOCs which are regarded as main factors for these current pollutions are mainly emitted from power plants and vehicles. Therefore several leading countries are regulating the related laws strictly, especially exhaust emissions from a Diesel engine without an after treatment device. The Objective of this study is to find out NOx removal characteristics focused on emissions of a Diesel engine using radical at each engine speed and load. It is generated from outer air and put into a mixing chamber in the end of exhaust line. In addition, the optimum temperature condition to activate reaction by radical is experimentally carried out. Concentration of exhaust emissions is analyzed from the gas anlayzer(KaneMay) and FTIR to estimate by-products.

The purpose of this study was to review the current status and problems of the national qualification system in the Environmental field focusing on deficiencies of the regulatory system and qualities of environmental professional including the Environmental control Professional Engineer, Environmental Engineer, Environmental Industrial Engineer and Environmental field. An overview of the environmental field, its current status, domestic qualification items and training conditions in environment-related areas, laws of environmental field, and data of the job analysis were reviewed. The concrete and extensive development plans for the qualification system of the Environmental field are as follows: First of all, a job analysis should be made of on the introduction of new systems or policy modification to reflect technical changes and national policies about the environmental field in the qualification exam. Second, it is essential to prepare policies that are suitable for the qualification system in the Environmental field and that improve its effectiveness. Third, the appropriate policy measures should be taken in order to elevate the social standing of Environmental field qualification holders.

The purpose of this research is to provide the fundamental information for the effective workplace design, so that employees are not suffered from physical barriers. This research based on literature review; and then gain actual data by auditing buildings and data have been analyzed by percentage. The results and conclusions of research are the follow : In order to evaluate the law-abiding levels of office buildings, classifying the sources as the three levels. Just 44.2 percentage of building were marked on 'compliance' level. And also the 24% was 'not compliance' 31.8% was 'not accommodation'. The actual office building was out of the allowance of regulations, so the regulations should be added both about new building and ready built buildings.

건설공사계약은 다양한 이해관계자의 관여, 장기간에 걸친 계약이행, 계약 외적 환경에 의한 상당한 영향 등으로 인해 계약당사자간 분쟁발생가능성이 높다. 이러한 분쟁발생시 당사자의 주장의 정당성은 계약문서나 관계법령 등에서의 규정에 의하여 판단되기 때문에 이에 대한 정확한 이해와 공사관리가 필요하다. 본 연구는 구체적 판례나 중재판정 등을 중심으로 건설공사의 원활한 관리가 가능하도록 계약의 바람직한 해석방향을 제시하고자 한다.

At this point, the Pan-Korea Grand Waterway (PKGW) has negative views and various complicated problems, but the government chose PKGW as important project for having a benefit in physical distribution, tourism, aggregate sale and new employment as well as in view of disaster prevention, flood control, irrigation. The government makes special laws for PKGW in evaluating environment effect and the safety of existing facilities and considers countermeasures for the rehabilitation, movement and redevelopment of facilities by related company and specialist. From analyzing and investigating the collective results in detail and in stages, the PKGW is the best choice by which korea engineers can hand over pleasant and beautiful korea to next generation in world.

This paper reviewed available information/data compiled by various agencies, institutions, and experts, including the academe. The review concentrated on five of the most pressing problems such as air pollution, water pollution, land pollution related to the problem of solid wastes, toxic and hazardous chemical wastes and deforestation. Most of the data presented focused on Metro Manila. Past air monitoring data showed significant exceedances of national air quality guideline values especially for particulates and lead. Many of the country's rivers and lakes have deteriorated, some were declared biologically dead. The acute solid waste problem and the proliferation of toxic and hazardous chemicals have led to the enactment of legislation. Uncontrolled deforestation has taken its toll on the environment and people. Various actions were undertaken by the national administration with the cooperation of other sectors to address environmental problems. However, constraints to the enforcement of environmental laws and programs must be minimized to attain the desired level of environmental protection and management.

The Purpose of this study is to serve as the basic data for the succession of traditional culture. The subjects of this study were (926) mothers and their daughters living in Taegu. The analysis of the data was done through SPSS pc+ programs. The major findings of this study are as follows: 1. Regarding to the degree of the people's participation in Traditional Customs of Four Seasons,“New Year's Day”,“Chusok(Chinese Thanks-giving Day)”,“Sangwon(The 1st Full-Moon Day)”,“boknal”are the occasions of the high participation. Ragarding to the characteristics of the groups participating, mothers' groups (compared with daughters'), the group with the positive concept about the customs(compared with the one with the negative concept), and the buddhist group(compared with other religion) are predominant. 2. Regarding to the degree of women's working lord for the Traditional Customs of Four Seasons, the significant variables on family environment in which the women are situated are family religion, The place of grown-up, Daugthers-in-laws order, and family type. Family type is found as the significant variable of Family environment in the degree of socialization of preparing effort of dishes. 3. Through factor analysis concepts of the Traditional Customs of Four Seasons are classified into 3 type, i.e.,「Conventional customs of good morals」,「Women's role in preparation for dishes」, and「The weights of the related load in women's housework」. 4. The direct factors influencing the women's housework related to Traditional Customs of Four Seasons are「Conventional customs of good morals」,「The weights of the related load in women's housework」and「The satisfaction of Traditional Customs of Four Seasons」. The indirect factor is found as 「Conventional customs of good morals」.
