본 연구는 항공사진을 이용 3차원 도로설계 시뮬레이션을 적용하는데 그 목적이 있다. 기존의 수치지도를 이용한 도로설계 방법대신 수치지도에서 정확히 나타나지 않는 지형과 지물을 수치항공사진을 이용하여 3차원 도로설계에 적용하였다. 먼저 항공사진을 이용해서 정사사진을 만들고 DEM을 추출하여 수치표고모델을 생성하였다. 그리고 실제 평면 설계에 쓰이는 좌표값을 3차원설계에 적용함으로서, 도로 노선 및 경관분석에 많은 도움이 될 것으로 보인다. 또한 Virtual GIS를 이용하므로 도시계획, 식물, 토양, 수로 또는 도로형태, 홍수계획 등 많은 인자들이 평가에 사용되며 이러한 노선설계기준에 따라서 3차원 시뮬레이션을 적용하여 그 효과를 검토하고자 한다. 본 논문에서는 구조물 3차원 설계에 관한 기초적인 연구를 시행하였으며, 3차원설계를 통해 의사결정시 효율적인 판단을 할 수 있었다. 향후, 환경 친화적 시공 및 설계에 대한 연구가 이루어져야 될 것으로 판단된다.

DCS has many processing components and various communication elements. And its communication delay characteristic is affected diverse operating situation and context. Especially, binding signal which traversed from one control-node to another control-node undergo all sort of delay conditions. So its delay value has large deviation with the lapse of time, and the measurement of delay statistics during long time is very difficult by using general oscilloscope or other normal instruments. This thesis introduces the design and implementation of PC-based BDAS(Binding Delay Analysis System) System developed to overcomes these hardships. The system has signal-generator, IO-card, data-acquisition module, delay-calculation and analyzer module, those are implemented on industrial standard PC/Ethernet hardware and Windows/Linux platforms. This system can detect accurate whole-system-wide delay time including io, control processing and network delay, in the resolution of msec unit, and can analyze each channel's delay-historic data which is maintained by realtime database. So, this system has strong points of open system architecture, for example, user-friendly environment, low cost, high compatibility, simplicity of maintenance and high extension ability. Of all things, the measuring capability of long-time delay-statistics obtained through historic-DB make the system more valuable and useful, which function is essential to analyze accurate delay performance of DCS system. Using this system, the verification of delay performance of DCS for nuclear power plants is succeeded in KNICS(Korea Nuclear Instrumentation & Control System) projects

This study was conducted as a basic research to create a sound and vital ecological environment in the city compared to the appearance characteristics of Gap stream(G-stream), which are the main stream of Banseok stream(B-stream), by analyzing the characteristics of waterbirds, including Wild Spot-billed Duck (S-Duck), that live in B-stream built as ecological stream. The waterbird survey was conducted by the line census for 3.2km, Jukdong-bridge to Jamiseon-bridge, from January to August 2018. The analysis of the survey was conducted with Relative species density(RD) of the emerging waterbird species, the Species diversity and Density Per Unit area for 100㎡(DPU). The waterbird survey results of B-stream was conducted 65 times. The five types of water birds that appeared during the survey were Spot-billed Duck(Anas poecilorhyncha), Teal(Anas crecca), Little Egret(Egretta garzetta), Great Egret(Egretta alba), and Grey Heron(Ardea cinerea). As a result, for S-Duck at B-stream, RD was 89.9%, monthly species diversity was simple as 0.3801 in January, 0.5943 in February and 0.3501 in August. The DPU of the S-Duck was 0.165/100㎡ in the B-Stream survey section which was 4.9 times higher than the main stream section, G-stream. The non-freezing zone of the city's small stream is expected to play an important role as a winter stop for wild birds such as S-Duck during the freezing period of the huge stream. For this reason, considering the ecological characteristics of wild waterbirds such as S-Duck when creating ecological stream, a: space and linear selection of waterways which can minimize the impact of natural enemy and increasing the number of walkers, b: management water-friendly plants in the low flow channel, c: arrangement walking-bicycle road will be necessary.

Purpose: The work aimed to integrate and distribute the knowledge of marketing and chemistry for product development, in which individual packaging from water hyacinth was ideal. Research design, data, and methodology: A customer perception was surveyed to guide the preparation process, and eco-packaging preparation followed the perception study. The satisfaction with the packaging using the 4Ps was determined. Results: 159 samples participated in the survey to establish their perceptions. They perceived that eco-packaging was a friendly environment with a score of 4.47. The uses of chemicals and water were less. The design for other functions than a normal function of packaging was preferred. The pulping was done using 3.0 M NaOH. The natural additives of carboxymethyl cellulose (defibering) and corn starch (adhesive) were desired. The paper was characterized according to The National Standard of Kraft paper and was equivalent to the liner board. The prototype of packaging was fabricated as individual packaging. The marketing mix was used to survey 200 samples. The satisfaction with the product was the maximum at 4.53, while the minimum was on price. The online channel was preferred to access the product. Conclusions: Water hyacinth could be added value as eco-packaging that the qualities of pulp were equal to the Kraft paper. Individual packaging from water hyacinth was satisfied.

단거리와 달리 장거리 수중 음향 통신에서는 전파 손실을 최소화하기 위해 저주파 신호와 심해 음파 채널을 사용한다. 이 경우 대역 확산과 같은 은밀 통신 기법을 이용하더라도 통신 사실을 숨기기 어려우며, 통신 신호가 탐지 신호처럼 작용하므로 감청기에 수중 운동체의 존재가 노출될 수 있다. 수중 운동체의 경우 은밀성 유지가 매우 중요하므로, 감청기가 통신 신호를 이용하여 아군 수중 운동체를 탐지할 가능성을 반드시 고려해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 수중 운동체의 피탐지 성능 분석을 위한 장거리 수중 음향 통신 환경을 모델링하고, 피탐지 성능 분석을 위한 관심영역 설정 방법과 평가 척도를 제안하였다. 전산 모의 실험을 통해 파라미터를 산출하고, 관심영역에서 피탐지 확률 분석 및 피탐지 성능 분석을 수행하였다. 분석 결과는 제안된 수중 운동체의 피탐지 성능 분석 방법이 장거리 수중 통신 장비의 운용에 있어 중요한 역할을 할 수 있음을 보였다.

본 연구의 목적은 인터넷을 중심으로 시대적인 흐름에 따른 기술의 변화와 더불어 사회적 자본을 형성하는 도구로 인식되고 있는 SNS의 사회경제적 변화와 파급효과를 통찰하기 위해 첫째, 웹 2.0 패러다임이 표방하는 기술 및 경제적 가치변화를 살펴보고 둘째, 블로그로부터 사회 네트워크인 SNS로의 진화과정을 고찰하며 셋째, 주요 SNS의 서비스 및 특징을 비교한 후 넷째, 모바일 웹 2.0으로의 진화에 따른 SNS의 특성을 제시하고자 한다. 마지막으로 1990년대 후반부터 현재까지의 기술, 사회, 경영 3가지 측면의 속성 변화를 통해 SNS의 진화를 분석하고자 한다. 본 연구를 통해 얻은 시사점으로는 첫째, 기술적 측면에서 웹 기반의 컴퓨팅 환경이 미디어 속성에서 플랫폼 속성으로 전환되고 있다. 초창기 인터넷 출현 이후 웹사이트에 접속하여 정보를 보고 듣고 읽어 체득하던 일방향의 미디어 속성이 정보를 생성 및 가공하고 전파하기까지 모든 활동을 가능하게 하는 플랫폼 기능으로 변화된 것이다. 둘째, 사회적 측면에서 지식의 생산주체가 소수 전문가에서 집단지성으로 전환되고 있다. 이는 사람들을 연결하는 SNS의 지향점과 일치하면서 정보권력의 분산 및 전파범위의 무제한이라는 장점을 살려 기업들의 홍보 및 마케팅 채널로서의 잠재성이 부각되고 있다. 셋째, 기업경영 측면에서 SNS와 같은 새로운 마케팅 채널이 생성되고 있다. 스마트폰과 같은 모바일 기기의 시장 확대와 더불어 일상에서 접근이 편리하도록 제공되고 있는 무선기술의 발전은 소비자와 호의적이고 밀접한 관계를 지향하는 대개의 기업들에게 새로운 기회로 작용하고 있다. 넷째, 소비자의 역할이 변화되고 있음을 인식할 수 있다. 단방향 정보를 받아들이던 소비자들이 1인 중심형 블로그와 개인간 관계 네트워크를 지향하는 SNS를 이용하게 되면서 정보를 생성, 가공 및 확산하는 주체가 되면서 정보의 주도권을 장악하게 되면서 정보의 이용자인 동시에 생산자 역할을 수행하는 프로슈머로서 그 역할이 변화되어 가고 있다.

Ginseng in Korea has not only the big production value but also till a good reputation from overseas in the name of 'Korea Ginseng'. Having spread rapidly nationwide from 2000 year, its production keeps on increasing but its consumption becomes lazy and its price is also falling down because of comsumer's concern about mainly overusing pesticide for ginseng. In order to cope with this problem, the government introduced the GAP certification system to ginseng in 2006 to reflect consumer's needs for food safety. This system will be a good opportunity to promote ginseng consumption dramatically. In this aspect it is very important to know how well this system is established and how ginseng farmers build marketing strategies to draw new wind in the market. This study was carried out to look over the GAP certified ginseng system and show its marketing strategies using 4P's(product, place, promotion and price). The main results are as follows. GAP ginseng system currently has some weaknesses such as lack of systematic certification management and after-service, nonrealistic certification fee and poor linkage from production to consumption. In the marketing mix strategies, product strategy suggests that the most desirable appearance be transplanted ginseng filled with branch roots and 4 to 5 year-ginseng, and it is necessary to choose multi-brand strategy divided for present into for self-sufficiency and family brand strategy by use if its brand enlarges to processed products in the future. In the place strategy, 3 stages like 'producer group' - 'GAP certified facility' - 'sales shop' are based as the physical marketing channel according to traceability, and connected with giant retail market and environment friendly stand, and if its sales volume enlarges, it should be considered the GAP ginseng specialized marketplace which is a type of chain store. In the promotion strategy, the promotion of government level is necessary at first and producer alliances require the promotion targeting at the group of women under 40 with differentiation from price, quality, and safety. In the price strategy, the early stage-high price strategy which sets 20~25% higher for self-sufficiency and 30~35% for present is desirable.

본 연구는 2002년 완공된 불광천(佛光川)자연형 하천 정비구간 생태적 특성변화를 비교하여 향후 하천관리의 기초자료 제공을 목적으로 불광천 자연형 정비사업에 대한 문헌연구, 정비사업 전 후와 현재의 물리적 환경변화 조사 분석과 생태계변화 분석을 주요내용으로 하였다. 준공 이후 호안에 적용된 공법을 중심으로 훼손현황을 분석한 결과, 수충부(水衝部)지역, 강우시 유출수가 발생하는 지점을 중심으로 호안이 유실되고 식생이 훼손되었다. 현존식생 분야에서는 식물도입 내용과 현존식생을 비교 분석한 결과, 저수로변에 파종한 혼합종자 중 싸리류, 벌개미취 등은 대부분 유실되어 큰김의털이 크게 우점하였고, 갈대, 물억새, 갯버들은 소규모로 식재되어 대부분 유실되었다. 지형구조 및 초본식생구조를 종합한 결과, 혼합종자를 파종한 지역은 크게 두 가지 식생유형으로 변화하였는데, 부유물질이 많은 하천 퇴적지에서 주로 생육하는 개여뀌, 소리쟁이 등이 우점하는 지역과 건조지성 벼과식물인 큰김의털, 개밀 등이 우점하는 지역으로 구분되었다. 저수로 호안부에 갈대 및 갯버들을 식재한 공법 적용지는 저수로폭 축소와 함께 유실되었으며, 저수부에 일부 갈대, 물억새, 갯버들이 소규모 군락을 형성하고 있었으나 그 세력이 미미하였고, 식물종 구성이 매우 단순해진 상태였다. 이에 불광천 자연형 정비구간의 관리방안을 제안하였다. 첫째, 도시하천 치수기능을 고려하되 유수 흐름을 모니터링하여 적절한 호안공법을 적용해야 하며, 둘째, 하천환경에 적합한 목표식생군락(目標植生群落)을 설정하고, 고밀도로 꾸준히 식재해야 한다. 이때 현재와 같이 관상용 자생식물 보식은 지양해야 하며,교란식생은 지속적 제거가 필요하였다.
