해양플랜트 기자재의 화재저항 성능에 관한 시험방법 및 설비의 개요 (The fire resistance performance test methods and equipment overview on the marine plant)

  • 플랜트란 산업 기계, 전기 통신 기계등 여러 가지를 생산하는 공장을 의미하고 있다. 해양플랜트는 바다위에 설치된 시설이라고 볼 수 있으며 주로 원유 및 가스를 채취하여 시중에서 사용할 수 있도록 정유공정까지 거치는 대규모 설비라고 할 수 있다. 따라서 가연성 물질을 생산, 적재함으로 화재 및 폭발의 위험성이 상존하며 화재가 발생하면 인화성 물질로 인한 대규모 화재와 폭발로 인하여 인명과 재산피해의 규모 또한 가름하기가 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 해양플랜트 화재시 화재와 폭발 두 가지 위험성 중 제트화재에 저항을 가지는 기자재를 평가할 수 있는 ISO 22899-1 시험방법과 설비에 대하여 설명하고자 한다.

  • Because of the development of digital technology, modern digital instrumentation & control systems are being innovativly developed in industrial plants. Whereas, many analog systems are still being used in nuclear plants, because of the demerits of digital equipment. As known, the demerits of digital equipment are the uncertainty and weaknesses in ambient environments such as smoke & electromagnetic interference In an Integral Reactor, a digital I&C system will be composed of microprocessor, memory and network card. Designers will apply new technique for digital equipment. Thus, it is important for digital I&C systems to operate according to designed functions & performance in the ambient environments during a life cycle. Digital I&C systems should have tolerance in such environments and environment qualification should be concluded To acquire electromagnetic interference qualification of digital equipment, this paper suggests an EMI test requirement. Designers should consider the electromagnetic compatibility and test digital equipment according to each test procedure. This paper involves an EMI test requirement and the results analysis of EUT(Equipment Under Test). Test result analysis will be used as electromagnetic compatibility design guides for Integral Reactor I&C systems.

반도체·디스플레이 장비용 바닥 환경진동허용규제치의 실험적 평가방법 고찰 (A Review of Experimental Evaluation Method to Floor Environment Vibration Criteria for Semiconductor and Display Equipment)

  • The semiconductor and display equipment demands an ultra-fine precision of several nm to several ㎛, and the scale is getting smaller due to the explosive development. The manufacturing process equipment for such products with ultra-fine precision is very sensitive to ultra-small vibrations flowing from the floor, resulting in problems of production defects and yield degradation. The vibration criteria are a standard that regulates the vibration environment of the floor where such precision process equipment will be installed. The BBN vibration criteria defined the allowable vibration velocity level in the frequency domain with a flat and inclined line and presented a rating according to it. However, the actual vibration criteria have appeared with various magnitudes in the frequency domain according to the dynamic characteristics of individual equipment. In this study, the relationship between the relative motion of two major points in the equipment and the vibration magnitude of the floor is presented using the frequency response function of a simple 3-DOF model. It is describing the magnitudes according to the frequency of the floor vibration that guarantees the allowable relative motion and this can be used as the vibration criteria. In order to obtain the vibration criteria experimentally a method of extracting through a modal test was introduced and verified analytically. It provides vulnerable frequency and magnitude to floor vibration in consideration of the dynamic characteristics of individual equipment. And it is possible to know necessary to improve the dynamic characteristics of the equipment, and it can be used to check the vibration compatibility of the place where the equipment will be installed.

  • The equipment composed of many complicated electronic stuffs undergoes diverse stresses caused by mechanical vibrations during its service. Thus, to ensure its proper operation in the field a simulated vibration test has to be carried out in the laboratory with the Vibration Qualification Level, the test specification, which can include the real environment. In this paper we intent to deal with method and procedure for determining the Vibration Qualification Level so as to estimate the vibration-endurance for the equipment precisely.

제로에너지빌딩의 기술 패키지 구성을 위한 성능 기준 및 성능 측정 방법에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Performance Measuring Methods and Standard for the Technical Package in Zero Energy Building)

  • Zero energy building was attended for energy consumption minimization by the energy saving technology about building heating and cooling energy consumption and the renewable energy production facility. So the government has supported the zero energy building supply for decreasing green gas emissions. The study about inventory of zero energy building has many proceeding. That inventory need the information of material and equipment. So information of material and equipment about zero energy building must be included for the zero energy building realization. Actually the database of zero energy building inventory construction through the inventory established studies has difficult because the database need many information. In this study, author proposed the test methods and performance reference for upload at inventory. It was constructed to material - module - package. Also the author analyzed the construction of the technical package for zero energy building. The author separated performance category to the energy performance for energy analysis and other performance for confirmed the durability, stability and etc. This performance category proposed the table. The test methods of material and equipment in the passive package and active package proposed to the international standard and korea standard basically korea standard. Also the performance reference was proposed to korea legal standard and various standard by this study results. And the authors proposed the table of performance value, test methods, performance reference. By result of this study, the test methods and performance reference will be used the basic data for inventory of zero energy building.

  • 본 논문에서는 고정익 항공기 환경제어장치(Environmental Control System) 운용 시 발생될 수 있는 냉각공기의 급격한 온도변화가 항공전자장비에 미치는 영향성을 알아보기 위한 시험장비 구성 및 설계안을 제시한다. ECS 시동 시, 항공기 ECS에서 공급되는 공기의 온도는 초당 5.0℃로 높아질 수 있다. 항공전자장비 개발 시 ECS에서 냉각공기를 제공받는 항공전자장비의 운용성 확보를 위하여, 냉각공기 특성 시험환경을 구현할 수 있는 시험장비가 필요하다. 시험장비 설계 시 열/유동해석을 수행하여 냉각공기의 급격한 온도변화율의 가능성을 확인하였고, 실제 탑재되는 항공전자장비를 적용하여 구현된 시험장비의 성능을 확인하였다.

하나의 큰 태양전지판에 적합한 전개시험장치 개발 (Development of Deployment Test Equipment Suitable for Single Large Solar Panel)

  • 본 논문에서는 하나의 큰 태양전지판 전개시험을 위해 새로운 전개시험장치를 제안하였다. 지상에서 전개시험을 수행하기 위해서는 궤도에서와 유사한 무중력 환경을 만들기 위해 중력 보상을 고려한 장치를 사용해야 한다. 기존에 주로 사용되는 전개시험장치를 시험하고자 하는 태양전지판 전개에 적용 가능한지 판단하기 위해 간단한 개념설계, 해석 그리고 시험 등을 통해 장단점을 분석하였다. 지상 시험의 문제점인 공기저항 문제를 해결하기 위해 더미 프레임을 제안하였으며 중력축과의 정렬 문제를 해결하기 위해 전개 장치에 자동조심 베어링 및 조절나사를 적용하였다. 그리고 테잎 스프링 힌지축의 변화를 보상하기 위해 반지름 방향 이동을 위한 수평 이동 베어링이 적용되었다. 이로부터 본 논문에서 전개하고자 하는 태양전지판에 특성화된 새로운 전개시험장치를 개발하고 검증함으로써 기존 전개시험장치의 문제점을 해결하였다.

중장비용 우레탄 도료 내후성 가속시험 (Accelerated Weathering Test of Urethane Paint for Heavy Construction Equipment)

  • Recently, new aspects of paints such as a beautiful appearance, use of environmentally friendly paints, etc., in addition to the superior performance of paints have been requested for industrial paints including the paints for heavy construction equipment and others. Particularly, the quality of appearance of coating affects the sales of heavy construction equipment. And the necessity for the paints to have a superior weather-proof property without changing the luster or color even after long-time exposure to the open air is emphasized. The change in the surface color and luster of the paint due to the natural environment progresses very slowly, and it takes a long time to verify material properties when developing new paints. In order to improve such methods, weathering tests are performed in many laboratories as a test for accelerating aging of coating, and the lifetime of the products is estimated through evaluation of the weathering (environment-proof) quality of paints. However, not a great deal of research activity has been conducted up to the present time since the interrelationship between the actual results of testing and field data is different for each paint and it takes a long time to study relevant materials. Therefore, introduced in the present study is the estimation of the change in the quality of appearance of coating in the field through the accelerated aging test among the cases of improvement of the quality of appearance of the urethane paint for heavy construction equipment.
