The researcher chose 26 private Iraqi universities/colleges for the study. The sample was taken from deans, assistant deans, and heads of departments, with 310 people distributed among the various colleges. The researcher used the electronic questionnaire as a tool for collecting information. Data analysis was based on the (SPSS) and (AMOS) programs. The researchers arrived at many conclusions. The most important finding was the impact on both the marketing culture and rational decision on academic entrepreneurship through entrepreneurial marketing. The higher administration in the Iraqi private universities/colleges always strive to adhere to the marketing values, norms and traditions through a commitment to rational decisions to achieve academic entrepreneurship. Intentions influence behaviors and, consequently, individual and organizational outcomes. The ability to understand intentions becomes a central issue. The objective of this study was to present and test an Entrepreneurial Intentions (EI) model. Drawing on a generally utilized paradigm, the theory of planned behavior and Shapero's model of the Entrepreneurial Event (SEE), we show the impact of individual and contextual factors on the intention development. Relying on the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor data(GEM), we test a EI conceptual model. The EI conceptual model is tested using the dataset of GEM over 30 countries and 3 subgroups. All the variables of interest indicate positive and significant effect on EI. Our results indicate that EI is influenced by Perceived Opportunity(PO), Perceived Capability(PC) and Government Support & Policy(GSP).

The gap between universities, scientific centers and industrial-production units is one of higher education concerns. In academic entrepreneurship, the university work simultaneously in education, research and entrepreneurship. This research is applied-developmental type and on the other hand, data driven theories have been used in this study. Current model is generally tried to meanwhile compensate previous shortcomings, include some strengths such as considering domestic factors of Iran as well as update effective factors on the process of technology transfer. Finally the suggested model has been compared with existing well-known models that each one of those models have some drawbacks which have been tried to be minimized in suggested model as much as possible.
Entrepreneurship is a creation of new combinations of goods and services. Today, every aspect of business operations has been changing, which we call development. The conventional business included production and manufacturing of goods and serving things the customer needed. Today, the business has changed form so that the demands of customers are shaped by the good or service which has been created by the businesses. Entrepreneurship in Mongolia is not a new concept but nowadays the number of entrepreneurs in Mongolia has grown sharply. Mongolia was a nomadic culture during its history and is probably the only nomadic culture left in the world today. Mongolian herders are the largest and the most powerful representation of successful entrepreneurs in Mongolia. Another practice of herders in the world are in Australia. Along with a comparison of the policy and government support system of Australia, this study intends to assess how 6 factors of the entrepreneurial ecosystem fit herders in Mongolia. As a result of this assessment, we propose policy to support the entrepreneurial mechanism of herders and identify cultural factors which support the existence of herding.
Successful start-ups are driven by opportunities, teams, and the resources needed to grow the business. Systematic business process management is required to maximize the efficiency of business operations. However, the existing entrepreneurial process research has limitations that it is difficult to intuitively and dynamically provide the necessary information for start-up operation, and it is necessary to define necessary information (resources, stakeholders, activities). In this study, we suggest the "Start-up Process Repository System" which overcomes limitations of existing entrepreneurial process research. The architecture for the Start-up Process Repository System provides five layers and enables each layer to interact four interfaces between each layer. This study improves start-ups' accessibility to the start-up business process repository created from the existing repository architecture and increases the utility derived from it by providing methodologies for components that offer useful start-up knowledge.

Considerable agreement exists about the importance of promoting entrepreneurship in both developed and developing countries. In less developed countries, governments see entrepreneurship as a way to stimulate economic development and tackle serious economic and social challenges. So how can countries encourage young people to become entrepreneurs? Research confirms that intentions play an important role in the decision to start a new firm and many factors influence that intentions. The purpose of the study was to investigate the antecedents to entrepreneurship behavior with particular attention to moderating role of social support and entrepreneur self-efficacy. The study covered 116 business students of undergraduate and post graduate level studying under different universities in Kathmandu, Nepal. The questionnaire for data collection was distributed in college groups via WhatsApp and viber with the support and permission from the college administration. The study design used was correlational with a sampling procedure of convenience. The study only showed the impact of attitude to entrepreneurship behavior as well as moderating effect of social support was also observed.
