In this paper, we investigate the various innovation cases adopting the RTE strategy. After briefly addressing the concept and the value of RTE strategy, we discuss the models and the frameworks used in outstanding international and domestic enterprises. We believe that this case study can provide a good guide to many enterprises planning to adopt a RTE strategy for building competitive advantage in today's world of global competition.

  • The information security industry is technology-intensive, high value-added industries. South Korea's response has excellent ICT skills and experience and skills in a variety of cyber attacks, has become a benchmark in the world. However, the small size of the domestic information security company, supporting infrastructure is lacking. Domestic information security industry is the primary condition to activate the export. For the export of high value-added enterprise information security products and services, it is necessary the establishment of the domestic IT information security infrastructure of the industrial promotion is based overseas. Come to analyze the domestic information security industry, capital of this small, market reclamation of overseas expansion, information, manpower shortage was a problem. This fact, combined losses caused by cost-free period AS. Therefore, the study on information security in the infrastructure industry overseas bases is necessary. • Despite growing interest and attention from researchers and practitioners in management studies, empirical research has been limited on how factors that influence an organization's business performance are affected by certain characteristics of enterprise information systems (IS), such as maturity and infrastructure. This study reports on an empirical analysis of survey data to identify relationships among the informatization level, the business environment, and IS maturity and infrastructure related to business performance-based on financial and non-financial performance measurements-from the perspective of 136 Taiwan firms. The survey questionnaire respondents were drawn from individuals in each of these firms who were typically working in divisions related to business performance functions. Structural equation modeling was used to test the hypotheses that came from the research model in this study.

  • In the field of secure information systems including electronic commercials, public key infrastructure(PKI) is widely used for secure services. The more PKI domains are established, the more needs we required for cross-domain certifications. Furthermore, each country has many certificate authorities(CA) which requires more complex cross certification. We may need a fast algorithm in order to fad the possible certification paths. This will be more indispensible in the growing PKI systems. Thus, in this paper we design a high-speed certification path discovery algorithm and implement it. Also we investigate the feature of operation of the system.
