Data dictionary is a collection of meta-data, which describes data produced and consumed while performing business processes. Data dictionary is an essential element for business process standardization and automation, and has a fundamental role in ERP application management and customization. Also, data dictionary facilitates B2B processes by enabling painless integration of business processes between various enterprises. We implemented data dictionary support in SEA＋, a component- based scalable ERP system developed in ETRI, and found out that it's a plausible feature of business information system. We discovered that data dictionary promotes semantic, not syntactic, data management, which can make it possible to leverage viability of the tool in the coming age of more meta-data oriented computing world. We envision that business data dictionary is a firm foundation of adapting business knowledge, applications and processes into the semantic web based enterprise infra-structure.

인터넷 기반의 B2B(Business to Business) 모델은 e비즈니스의 실현을 위한 기업의 정보시스템의 인프라와 같은 기반구조를 만들어가기 위한 기본 모델 역할을 하고 있다. 인터넷이 제공하는 표준 프로토콜을 기반으로 다양한 방식의 B2B 지원제품이 출시되고 있지만 그 어떤 제품도 기본적인 인터넷 프로토콜이 아닌 상위의 e비즈니스, 즉 다른 기업과의 협업이라는 관점에서 상호운용성을 보장하지 못하고 있으며 이 부분은 여전히 제품과 산업군에 매우 종속적이다. 이러한 단점을 해결하기 위하여 국제표준을 준수하며 BRB(Business- Registry- Business) 모델을 기반으로 한 글로벌 e비즈니스 솔루션인 XENI의 메세징 관련 제품과 레지스트리 관련 제품의 구현사례와 활용사례를 소개하고자 한다. 또한 국내의 취약한 SI 산업의 해결점이 될 수 있는 글로벌 솔루션 개발이라는 측면에서 향후 보완되어야 할 부분들을 제안한다.

IT Services market is growing rapidly in the business industry and SOA-based Web Services have been introduced as an effective vehicle for the integration of enterprise-wide applications within organizations. The number of publicly available Web Services is ever increasing recently in a variety of areas, and as the number of public Web Services increases, there will be many Web Services with the same functionality. These services, however, will vary in their QoS properties, such as price, response time and availability, and it is very important to choose a right service while satisfying given QoS constraints. This paper addresses the issue of selecting composite Web Services which involves conditional branches in business processes. It is essential to have any conditional branches satisfy the global QoS constraints at service selection phase, since the branches are chosen to execute at run-time dynamically. We proposed service selection procedures for basic structure of conditional branches and explained them by examples. Experiments were conducted to analyze the impact of the number of candidate services and service types on the time of finding service solutions.

EAI(Enterprise Application Integration : 전사적 애플리케이션 통합)는 기업간 또는 기업 내부의 다양하고 이질적인 시스템과 애플리케이션 그리고 비즈니스 프로세서를 통합 하는것[1]이며, 본 논문에서는 기존의 데이타 처리에서 발생하는 문제점인 수신측 장애시 데이터의 손실이 발생하는 것을 방지하기 위한 방법으로 C.M(Certificate Message)방식을 제안하였으며 이를 증명하기 위하여 Ledger File에 Confirm 되지않은 메시지를 보관하여 수신측의 장애 이거나 네트워크 장애에도 Data 손실을 방지하는, Review Ledger File 방식을 적용한 C API 프로그램으로 구현하여 증명함 으로써 수신측 상태가 정상적으로 된 경우에 송신측의 Ledger File 다시 읽어서 재송신하여 그 어떤 장애 상황에도 Data 손실됨을 방지하여 실시간 트랜잭션의 처리에 획기적인 방법을 제시하였고, 기존 EAI 시스템 개발시에 문제점으로 대두된 표준화된 개발 방법이 부재하여 개발 및 유지보수에 많은 비용이 발생한 것에 대하여 본 논문은 표준화 방법을 통하여 해결책을 제시하였고, 또한 Ledger File 및 데이타에 대한 모니터링 방법을 Cobol API 프로그램을 통하여 구현하여 실시간 장애 모니터링 방법을 제시하였다. 마지막으로 결론에서 앞으로의 발전방향에 대하여 논의한다.

기업의 업무환경은 끊임없이 변화하고 있다. 부서 중심의 업무 시스템들이 전사(enterprise) 차원의 규모를 거쳐, 최근엔 기업 대 기업(Business-to-Business), 기업 대 소비자(Business-to-Customer)등 과거에는 상상할 수 없던 규모와 속도로 증대되고 있다. 급속한 비즈니스 환경변화에 시스템의 추가 및 변경 등의 통합을 비즈니스 레벨에서 지원할 수 있는 솔루션으로서 EAI가 각광받고 있다. 본 논문에서는 비즈니스 프로세스 중심의 EAI 솔루션을 XML 기반으로 설계 및 구현해 봄으로써, 기존에 존재하던 통합 솔루션들과 EAI와의 차이점을 알아본다. 또한, XML을 이용함으로써 얻을 수 있었던 통합에의 장점을 알아보고 향후 개선방안에 대하여 생각해 본다.

To cope with rapidly changing enterprise environment, many business entities introduce EAI, which integrates applications by installing middleware. But existing EAI has a serious problem that is to import imddleware-dependent coding method to integrate systems, using different middlewares. In this paper, we suggest middleware independent 'Workflow Management System' which efficiently integrates applications of various middleware systems with 'Duplicate EAI Adapter', 'state chart' and 'XML' technology.

Recently companies are aggressively pushing ahead with integrating the systematical applications of internal and external information systems such as Data level, Application level, Process level in the company, Process level between companies. The EAI solution is generally considered as the necessary tool to integrate companies, but the appraisal standard for the EAI solution has not yet settled in Korea, so the companies have difficulty in deciding whether to adopt the EAI solution or not. Through this report, we first introduce the KRA Project as the best practice in making an application of the settled standard to evaluate and adopt the EAI solution, and then suggest that it can be adapted to companies considering applying to the EAI solution.

기업의 업무을 지원하고, 조직의 방향을 유도하는 정보 관리시스템에 있어, 전통적인 정보기술 관리에 대한 방법이 개발자 중심의 산출물과 고립된(Standalone) 데이터 처리의 문제점을 나타내고 있다. 이로 말미암아, 고비용, 저통합성으로 인하여 변화하는 기업 내외적인 경영환경에 대처하는 기반구조 변경이 어려운 실적이고, 임기 응변적이고 벤더 중심적인 시스템 개발에 통합성과 업무와 정보시스템간의 얼라이먼트에 문제가 발생하고 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 ITA를 기업에 적용하여 전사적인 경영과 정보기술간의 통합성과 변화하는 환경에 유연한 적응의 필요성이 대두되기에 이르렀다. 이에 대한 문제점을 해결할 수 있는 경영과 조직에 아키텍처 프레임워크를 구축하여 경영환경의 변화에 따른 능동적인 시스템의 변화관리를 해야 한다. 이에 따라 본 논문에서는 ZachmanFramework,IndexFramework을 소개하고 이들 Framework과 TOGAF를 비교 분석한 다음 향후 기업에 맞는 ITA를 구축하는데 있어 TOGAF의 아키텍처 프레임워크의 활용방안을 고찰하려 한다.

Purpose-This paper aims to do research on success and failure of Chinese enterprises and suggest the implications to the Chinese enterprises by comparing the representative examples of Chinese enterprises' overseas M&A. Research Design, Data, and Methodology-This paper selected by six cases of Chinese enterprises' overseas M&A to do the contrast. Results-Consulting company still plays a very important role in Chinese enterprises' overseas M&A because Chinese enterprises' overseas M&A is being placed in growth stage. And how to grasp the development trend of industry accurate and choose the correct target enterprises is a very important issue for Chinese enterprises which can make Chinese enterprises to avoid blind investment. Conclusion-Chinese Enterprises have to evaluate the target enterprise with the aid of authoritative investment and consulting company, focus on training qualified talents and the integration after the M&A when they Overseas M&A in the future.
