기업은 지속적인 성장과 경쟁우위 확보를 위해 기술개발 관련 적극적인 혁신 활동을 하고 있다. 이러한 기업혁신활동이 기업혁신성과에 미치는 요인은 여러 가지가 있지만, 기업의 이러한 혁신 활동이 항상 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것은 아니다. 이에 본 연구에서는 기업혁신요인 중 혁신촉진요인과 혁신저해요인을 중심으로 혁신성과에 미치는 효과를 분석하였다. 연구모형은 2016년 기술혁신조사(STEPI)에 응답한 2,081개 국내 제조기업을 분석하였고, 신뢰도, 타당성 및 로지스틱 회귀분석을 위해 SPSS 25.0이 사용되었다. 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 혁신 활동은 제품혁신성과와 공정혁신성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며, 정부지원은 반대의 결과를 나타냈다. 둘째, 기술 협력은 혁신촉진 및 저해요인과 상관없이 제품혁신성과에 긍정적인 영향을 나타냈다. 셋째, 혁신 활동은 혁신촉진 및 저해요인과 상관없이 공정혁신성과에 긍정적인 영향을 나타냈다. 본 연구는 기술적 혁신에 한정된 기존 선행연구들과는 달리 혁신촉진요인과 혁신저해요인에 대한 기업들의 태도를 구분하여 그에 따라 집단별로 혁신 성과가 어떻게 달라지는지를 중심으로 수행하였기 때문에 혁신의 실패와 위험부담을 낮출 수 있는 기업혁신전략을 수립하는데 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

The study investigates the factors influencing the innovation activities in the enterprises in the Binh Dinh Province, Vietnam. By employing the dataset from a survey in 200 typical enterprises in Binh Dinh and using the Exploratory Factor Analysis and regression analysis, we found that there are eight factor groups affecting the innovation activities of enterprises. They include management of innovation promotion; market research capacity; leadership inspiring innovation; culture of innovation; human resources for implementing innovation; network connection; disseminating/sharing knowledge; and impact of producing/serving technology. All these factors strongly affect the innovation activities, which plays an important role in promoting the sustainable development of the Vietnamese enterprises, with the statistical significance level at 1%. Moreover, findings also show that, among these factors, the market research capacity is the strongest determinant of the innovation activity in the enterprise. An increase of 1 point of capacity of market research will increase the innovation activities in the enterprise by 0.114 point. It is followed by the management of promoting innovation, leadership inspiring innovation, and disseminating and sharing knowledge, with 0.104, 0.103 and 0.102 score, respectively. On the other hand, network connection is the weakest factor, with the score of 0.07 point.

본 연구에서는 조직 내 생산부문에서 전개되는 혁신활동에 대한 최고경영자 및 구성원의 관심과 참여가 궁극적으로 기업경영성과에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 구조방정식을 적용하여 살펴보고자 한다. 이를 바탕으로 기업 내 혁신활동의 성공을 위한 실천적인 방안을 찾고, 많은 기업에서 공유함으로써 보다 효율적인 혁신활동을 전개할 수 있도록 지원하기 위함이다. 본 연구는 중소기업 277개사를 대상으로 한 설문조사를 바탕으로 이루어졌으며, 수집된 설문자료는 데이터의 신뢰성과 타당성을 검토한 후 구조방정식을 이용한 모형의 설계 및 검증 과정을 통해 진행하였다. 그 결과 경영자에 의한 비전제시와 혁신활동지원 등에 대한 확고한 의지표명이 조직구성원 입장에서 혁신활동의 토대가 되는 교육 및 소집단활동, 제안활동 참여에 적극 가담하도록 영향을 미치고 있을 뿐만 아니라, 혁신활동의 성과 제고에도 유의한 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다. 또한 작업자의 교육 및 활동 참여의지가 혁신활동성과에 직접적인 영향을 끼치는 것도 확인할 수 있었으며, 결과적으로 매출액 증대, 영업이익률 증대, 원가절감 등과 같은 기업의 경영성과에도 긍정적인 작용을 하고 있음을 알 수 있다.

많은 기업에서 ERP시스템을 도입함으로써 경쟁력을 향상시키기 위한 노력을 하고 있으며, 이에 대한 연구도 많이 되어 왔으나 공기업을 대상으로 하는 ERP시스템의 도입성공요인을 규명하는 연구는 거의 없었다. 따라서 본 연구는 공기업을 대상으로 ERP시스템을 도입하고 이를 통해 혁신을 확산할 수 있는 방안을 모색하여 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해서 ERP시스템 도입특성요인이 혁신확산과 성과에 미치는 영향에 대해 공기업을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 다중회귀분석을 이용하여 가설 검증을 하였다. 그 결과 도입특성은 수직적 확산에 영향을 미치며, 성과에도 직접 및 간접효과가 있음을 알 수 있었다.

The purpose of this paper is to draw a conclusion on the impact of intermediate software on enterprise results. In this paper, product innovation and product reliability are especially used as analytical factors. An exploratory analytical study is conducted on the competitiveness of intermediate software, in the hope of gaining a new understanding of the competitiveness of intermediate software. Data are analyzed using such quantitative analytical tools as SPSS and AMOS. Using reliability analysis, validity analysis and structural equation model analysis, the final results are achieved. According to the analysis results, we can draw the following conclusions: the competitiveness of intermediate software has a positive impact on the innovation of software products. The competitiveness of intermediate software doesn't have a positive impact on the reliability of software products. Product innovation has a positive impact on enterprise results. Product reliability also has a positive impact on enterprise results. By analyzing the conclusions, we can make certain suggestions and draw implications on the competitiveness of China's software industry.

Enterprise Architecture (EA) is one of controversial subjects theses days. Some organizations, public or private, are very impetuous in adopting it and some are quite Indifferent to it. What makes this difference come about? This is our research question. One previous research has studied on this issue under the theory of diffusion of innovation. Instead, we here attempt to investigate, in the context of technology transfer theory, the influencing factors on the adoption of EA. We are especially interested In whether korea local organizations are more Influenced by 'need pull' factors than 'institutional push' factors or vice versa.

In this study, factors affecting the development of new products and research about the relevance of the factors based on the research model was configured. Existing research and technology commercialization process of discrimination that occur in the importance of risk management and open innovation company's competitive advantage in new product development and affect the reporter know what the effect is used as a control variable effects. Factor in the development of new products through research and innovation capacity and knowledge management activities, the introduction of open innovation and enterprise level ever due to the level of risk management controls and the need for effective research to study the model was proposed.

Six Sigma has been disseminated into a variety of areas. It is believed that a stepwise understanding of Six Sigma's DMAIC is required for successes of unit projects. Meanwhile, infra-structure factors, such as leadership, organization, personnel management, educational system, etc., are also important to safely implant the Six Sigma into the whole enterprise and to thoroughly create the culture of innovation and enterprise. Careful analysis of those elements makes it possible to draw common connection between Project Management and the Six Sigma. This study drives the success elements for the successful adoption of the Six Sigma in the Korea Western Power Co., Ltd., of which management was evaluated as one of the tops based on the results of 2007 Management Innovation Assessment and arranges the similarity of like this factor and Enterprise Project Management. The results of this study are expected to provide a useful guideline for the adoption of the Six Sigma in whole company level.

This paper aims to develop a conceptual framework for determinants of spillover effects of FDI on technology innovation of Vietnamese enterprises. The research proposes a logistic regression model for assessing how enterprises' ability to implement technological innovation is affected by the presence of FDI enterprises as well as other factors that show the change through the indirect influence of FDI such as the size of the enterprise, the type of enterprise, and the skill level of the labor force or its research and development activities. Five forms of technology innovation are considered: improving production process; product quality improvement; product expansion; expanding business activities into a new field of production; and changing business activities into a new field of production. General Statistics Office of Vietnam provided survey data to collect information from 3,166 enterprises in the manufacturing and processing industry in Hanoi, which were valid for analysis. The results show that all variables of enterprise type, size, R&D, and industry have a positive impact on the selection of one of the innovation forms. Several recommendations are further suggested to take advantage of the positive effects and minimizing the negative effects of FDI for technological innovation of Vietnamese enterprises.

본 연구는 '기업의 환경요인을 통한 기술혁신이 Smart Factory 구축에 미치는 영향'에 대한 실증연구이다. 연구 목적은 Smart Factory를 구축할 때 내부환경이나 중점적으로 추진할 요인을 고려하고 구축하여 Smart Factory의 활용도와 효과를 높이는 것이다. 연구방법은 Smart Factory를 구축한 기업의 관련 인원들에게 설문을 조사하여 SMART PLS로 통계분석 하였다. 연구결과는, 기업 내부 조직 요인과 자기효능감은 기술혁신에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고, 기술혁신은 Smart Factory 구축의 핵심요인에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 그리고 조절변수인 흡수역량은 기술혁신요인과 상호작용으로 Smart Factory 구축의 핵심요인에 부분적으로 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 본 연구는 Smart Factory를 구축하려는 기업이 활용할 수 있으며, 실증분석을 통한 Smart Factory 구축연구에 이론적 토대를 마련한 의의가 있다.
