Embedded Controller which controls whole system is most important part of embedded system. Nowadays, new technique called SoC is more using than ASIC. But SoC have some problems. Because of long development time and high cost, it is hard to applying SoC to small and medium enterprise. So many companies use IP technique combined with embedded processor. High resolution inkjet marking system is printing system with embedded controller. It is used in various part of industry. But it has many problems such as printing quality, marking errors, system faults and so on. In this paper, we designed and implemented IP that can solve the printing quality problems. We analyzed total-logic-elements and timing by simulation. As a result of simulation, we could verified that output signals satisfied reference timing. Appling IP to high resolution inkjet marking system, we could get good quality printing message.

Purpose: This study is intended to confirm the business disruptive risk in the Serious Accidents, and propose a plan to comply with the Serious Accidents Punishment Act through the Disaster Mitigation Activity Management System. Method: Through literature review and case studies, the requirements and characteristics of each of the Serious Accidents Punishment Act, the Disaster Mitigation Activity Management System, and ISO 45001 were compared and analyzed, and implications were derived. Result: The business disruption and financial adverse effects caused by industrial accidents were identified. Based on this and by using the Disaster Mitigation Activity Management System, measures to link the documentation requirements of the the Serious Accidents Punishment Act to the Disaster Mitigation Activity Management System, and to manage the implementation records of the Serious Accidents Punishment Act's duty were derived. Conclusion: When establishing and operating the Disaster Mitigation Activity Management System, it can not only comply with the Serious Accidents Punishment Act but also contribute to maintaining business continuity and ESG management through the prevention of various disasters and the minimization of secondary damage, etc.

The labor director system to be introduced into the company law, the labor director must be explained in the Korean company law and the inevitability of its introduction must be persuaded. Conflicts with shareholders' right to appoint institutions are also a task that must be resolved. Management has absolute meaning for shareholders who receive dividends from operating profit. On the other hand, for workers who are guaranteed the right to collective action and are paid for their labor according to the contract law and the labor law, the management must be considered as a partner in labor-management cooperation, so the labor director system may cause confusion. There are growing calls to create a system that can form a 'relationship of understanding, participation, and cooperation', away from the existing 'control and command'-centered manpower management that causes labor-management confrontation and the system can also serve as an opportunity to reduce harmful effects of high-handed personnel administration in public institutions.

Enterprise which has a core technology or organization which manages a core information will be walking into a critical situation like a ruins when organization's confidential information is outflowed. In the past confidential information that was leaked to the off-line, recently the outflow made possible through a variety of equipment at any time via the network based on the ubiquitous communication environment. In this paper, we propose to authenticate and block all packets transmitted via the network at real-time in order to prevent confidentials outflow. Especially in or der to differentiate between users who attempt to disclose confidentials, we propose to insert user's biometric informaion transparently at per-packet basis, and also verify a performance by simulation.

As the e-business developed fast and more firms embrace CRM as a core e-business strategy, it is getting more important to assess the firms. The CRM is approaching customer-centric. This approach focuses on the long-term relationship with the customers by providing the benefits of the customer rather than based on what the company wants to sell. How to establish the overall efficiency and effectiveness of a global enterprise becomes more and more important to the E-business. The study investigates the cross-national psychometric prosperities of the establishment in the E-business. Using a cross-national survey of customers from Korea and China to compare the Korean customers' acceptance of e-business with the Chinese customers', and compare the development of e-business in Korea with the development in China it will be found that Korea and China samples shared a somewhat similar factor structure. And there are also some differences between Korea and China. These findings suggest that the way to establish the e-business strategy is influenced by the cultural effects. So focusing on the cultural differences among the countries becomes more and more important, this study will help to analysis how to use the different cultural dimension to establish the better CRM system in the e-business field.

Korea has been ranked at the top consecutively in UN e-Government Survey. This fact reflects consistent efforts by public institutes in Korea. However, there were some duplicate efforts and inefficiency in the investment into IS(information systems). In other words, management and decision making on e-government have yet to improved. Accordingly, governmental institutes have long been promoting policies for EA in order to carry out and manage effectively IT projects including the e-Government projects. EA is being regarded as a means to facilitate IT Governance for systematic management of IT projects, A major objective is to firmly establish the decision making process for IS investment through EA, since the each institute is a large organization with so complicated and specialized demand for IS. As a result, systematic decision making is becoming quite difficult. Thus, this study attempts to identify different types of IT investment decision making and to figure out the relationship between the decision types and the organizational performance of public institutes where EA was implemented.

경쟁적인 비즈니스 환경에서 기업의 경쟁력 강화와 생산성 증가를 위해 기업 내의 협동작업은 매우 중요하다. 그리고 기업 내의 협동작업은 기업 프로세스에 대한 신속한 대처와 정확한 지원을 위해 시간과 장소에 구애받지 않고 작업할 수 있는 유선 및 무선의 전자적 환경이 제공되어야 한다. 또한 기업 경영 활동의 효율성을 높이기 위해서는 기업 내에 산재해 있는 기존 데이터의 활용을 극대화 하고 기업 내의 기존 시스템들 간의 연계와 확장을 고려하는 방안이 검토되어야 한다. 이에 본 논문에서 우리는 소프트웨어 공학 방법론을 사용하여 재사용성을 증가시키고 유지보수 비용을 절감시킬 뿐만 아니라 EIS(Executive Information System) 및 ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning)와 같은 시스템과의 연계를 보다 쉽게 하는 그룹웨어 시스템을 제안 및 구현하였다. 또한, 우리는 정보의 실시간 공유를 통하여 기업의 이익을 극대화 할 수 있는 협동작업을 지원하기 위한 향상된 도구로써 유 무선 통합시스템과 기업 지식 경영의 가치를 높이기 위한 데이터마이닝 기법이 적용된 의사결정 시스템인 지능형 그룹웨어 어플리케이션을 제안한다.

Recently, the small shipyard companies have difficulties that causes by depression of shipbuilding industry. The small shipyard companies need some strategies to overcome the slump in shipbuilding industry field. In this paper, we conduct the survey for present condition diagnosis of small shipyard companies, and analyze the production process based on Information Strategy Planning(ISP) method. When analyze based on ISP, we apply IDEF0 and LOVC technique to analyze the production process of small shipyard companies. Also we conduct the gap analysis between the analyzed present condition and the requirements of improvement. Therefore, the most important result of the analysis is to establish a system for enterprise planning and management, which customized for small shipyard companies, with satisfying economic feasibility and usability.

기술의 발전에 따라 경제성장의 새로운 동력으로 정보기술이 각광받고 있으며, 기업에서도 정보화를 위한 투자를 늘려가고 있다. 대표적인 현상으로 스마트폰이라는 새로운 정보기술 매체이며, 이를 기반으로 정보화를 이룬 기업간 경쟁이 매우 치열해지는 양상을 보이고 있다. 그러나 일반 중소기업에서는 새로운 기술 트렌드에 부합하여 업무에 필요한 기술개발이 매우 어려운 실정이다. 특히, 데스크탑 환경의 특징인 인터넷을 기반으로 컴퓨터가 있는 곳에서의 업무 처리환경이 이동중인 환경에서 업무의 지속성이 매우 필요하게 된 것이다. 그러나 이와 같은 환경 제공은 대기업 및 일부 소프트웨어 개발 전문 업체에서 가능한 일이라 할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 의사결정자가 이동중에도 업무에 필요한 정보를 획득하여 의사결정을 수행할 수 있도록 스마트폰 환경하에서 업무에 필요한 기술을 개발하는데 목표가 있다. 업무 프로세스로서는 물품의 입력과 재고 관리를 중점으로 이루어지는 업무 프로세스 개발이다. 이를 통해 중소기업에서도 손쉽게 필요한 정보를 이동중에 활용할 수 있을 것으로 예측된다.

Organizations have many physical servers in their departments such as application servers, web servers, database servers, mail servers, and so forth. The problem of server sprawl is common in information system centers of most profit and nonprofit organizations. Server sprawls are characterized by the use of dedicated servers for single applications. This server sprawl causes the problems such as the low resource utilization, the large space consumption, and the high management cost. Server consolidation is crucial to solve these problems by providing savings in hardware, software, maintenance, facility, and labor costs. This paper proposed a method to implement server consolidation for public organizations by the NDMS(National Disaster Management Systems) case study.
