공기업의 ERP시스템 도입특성요인이 혁신확산 및 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on Impact of Introduction Characteristics of ERP Systems on Innovation Diffusion and Business Performance in Public Enterprise)

  • 많은 기업에서 ERP시스템을 도입함으로써 경쟁력을 향상시키기 위한 노력을 하고 있으며, 이에 대한 연구도 많이 되어 왔으나 공기업을 대상으로 하는 ERP시스템의 도입성공요인을 규명하는 연구는 거의 없었다. 따라서 본 연구는 공기업을 대상으로 ERP시스템을 도입하고 이를 통해 혁신을 확산할 수 있는 방안을 모색하여 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해서 ERP시스템 도입특성요인이 혁신확산과 성과에 미치는 영향에 대해 공기업을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 다중회귀분석을 이용하여 가설 검증을 하였다. 그 결과 도입특성은 수직적 확산에 영향을 미치며, 성과에도 직접 및 간접효과가 있음을 알 수 있었다.

액티브 엔터프라이즈 워크플로우 그리드 아키텍처 (An Active Enactment Architecture for Enterprise Workflow Grid)

  • This paper addresses the issue of workflow on Grid and P2P, and proposes a layered workflow architecture and its related workflow models that are used for not only distributing workflows' information onto Grid or P2P resources but also scheduling the enactment of workflows. Especially, the most critical rationale of this paper is on the fact that the nature of Grid computing environment is fitted very well into building a platform for the maximally parallel and very large scale workflows that are frequently found in very large scale enterprises. The layered architecture proposed in this paper, which we call Enterprise Workflow Grid Architecture, is targeting on maximizing the usability of computing facilities in the enterprise as well as the scalability of its underlined workflow management system in coping with massively parallel and very large scale workflow applications.

Effects of System Quality and Information Quality on the Use and Job Performance of an Enterprise Mobility Solution for a Mobile Office with a Consideration of Task Mobility and Task Interdependence as Control Variables

  • In a dynamic business environment, the enterprise mobility solution for a mobile office (EMS) has been adopted to increase the competitive edge of organizations. By using an EMS, performance is expected to be enhanced. However, the related literature has paid little interest to the impact of system quality in an EMS on the information quality produced by the system. On the basis of socio-technical theory, we posited that the system quality in an EMS influences information quality. In addition, we investigated the relationships between the above two qualities, use and job performance by considering task mobility and task inter-dependence as control variables. Survey respondents were from many industries using EMSs. The result of structural equation modeling shows that system quality positively affects information quality, and other relationships in the model are proven statistically significant. We also found that system quality has stronger impacts on use and job performance than information quality does in EMS. However, system quality does not affect use in case both task mobility and task inter-dependence exist. The theoretical and practical implications of the result are discussed in the paper.

  • 오늘날 국내 제조업은 상당히 어려운 환경에 취해 있다. 높은 임금과 물류비용의 과다, 임대료의 상승등 원가요인의 상승으로 인하여 경쟁력을 잃어가고 있는 환경 속에서 선진경영기법을 도입하여 원가를 절감시키고 고객과의 관계강화를 함으로써 기업의 지속적인 매출을 신장시키고 영업비용을 절감시킴으로써 기업의 경쟁력을 강화시켜야 한다. 이의 효율화를 위한 방법으로 CRM에 대하여 논의하여 보고자 한다.

  • IT 산업의 급격한 발달에 따라 기업의 업무 환경도 빠르게 변화하고 있다. 그에 따라 활동성이 업무 처리의 중요한 요소로 부각되고, 이동 컴퓨팅 환경의 대중화를 앞당기고 있다. 기업 업무의 자동화를 담당하는 워크플로우는 이러한 변화에 민감하게 적응해야 한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이동 호스트를 포함한 모든 클라이언트가 업무에 참여하고 처리할 수 있도록 클라이언트의 성능에 따라 능동적으로 반응하는 워크플로우 시스템을 제안한다.

The Effects of Industry Classification on a Successful ERP Implementation Model

  • Organizations in some industries are still hesitant to adopt the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system due to its high risk of failures. This study examined how industry classification affects the successful implementation of the ERP system. To achieve this goal, we reinvestigated the existing ERP Success Model that was developed by Chung with the data from various industry sectors, since Chung validated the model only in the engineering and construction industries. In order to test to see if the Chung model can be applicable outside the engineering and construction industries, the relationships between the ERP success indicators and the critical success factors in the Chung model and those in the sample data collected from ten different industry sectors were compared and investigated. The ten industry sectors were selected based on the Global Industry Classification Standard (GICS). We found that the impact of success factors on the success of implementing an ERP system varied across industry sectors. This means that the success of ERP system implementation can be industry-specific. Thus, industry classification should be considered as another factor to help IT decision makers or top-management avoid ERP system failures when they plan to implement a new ERP system.

  • For CALS environment, sharing information among business processes within the enterprise and between enterprises have been increased through common database. To support integrated data environment, data of the local legacy system must coincide with data of the global system to guarantee data integrity and transparency. This study is concerned with the implementation of this distributed database system under CALS environment. Based on existing IDEF methods, we developed a modified method which newly includes concepts of the enterprise structure, the integration of legacy databases, the distribution of data, and the distributed applications .

Key Management Server Design in Multiuser Environment for Critical File Protection

  • In enterprise environments, file owners are often required to share critical files with other users, with encryption-based file delivery systems used to maintain confidentiality. However, important information might be leaked if the cryptokey used for encryption is exposed. To recover confidentiality, the file owner must then re-encrypt and redistribute the file along with its new encryption key, which requires considerable resources. To address this, we propose a key management server that minimizes the distribution of encryption keys when critical files are compromised, with unique encryption keys assigned for each registered user to access critical files. While providing the targeted functions, the server employs a level of system resources comparable to that of legacy digital rights management. Thus, when implemented in an enterprise environment, the proposed server minimizes cryptokey redistribution while maintaining accessibility to critical files in the event of an information breach.

But, materialization of information management effect consider how to cope with the situation. Korea SMEs(Small and Medium Enterprises) is fundamental in Korea economy. So Korea SMEs must active the international competitive power by information management and advance to a higher position. In conclusion, SMEs of information management is require that SMEs' CEO and CIO are must self-help to in this field. And governments improvement of connected with the related system in these field.
