선박의 항행은 주로 공해상 이루어지나 입출항은 연안국의 영해를 반드시 경유하는 특징을 가지고 있다. 영해는 대한민국 주권이 미치는 공간이며 모든 선박은 국제해양법상 연안국의 영해의 무해통항권을 향유한다 그러나 국내법에 규정되어 무해통항과 정박지 이외의 영해 내 투묘선박 사유에 대한 명확한 기준이 없어 이를 악용우려가 있어 이에 대한 법적 검토를 하고자 한다.

This paper is to clarify a cognitive structure and behaviors of the green environment creation in the Western-Style residential areas. The followings are the results of analysis; 1) Regarding the outside space of houses, yard and garden are differently recognized. While various behaviors are carried out in the yard, the garden is recognized as a space to construct green environment. 2) Most residents of Western-Style houses construct the outside space as a green space, and grow plants and flowers to enjoy their beauties. However they have introvert view of green environment. 3) The roles of outside space use are classified into four groups, the cognitive structures on the green environment creation are different from group to group.

Recently, The culture of accommodations have been developed and diversified as there have increasing people who want to enjoy in their extra-time. However, User's satisfaction have decreasing due to the accommodations have been focused on quantity and uniformed developing. Therefore, The accommodations are needed an accurate planning that it is regarded about the characteristic of an architecture and user's emotion without the purpose of benefit or the object of developing. So, It must be overwhelmed with the things of pleasure which the people have experience. Nowadays, The concerning of traditional accommodations as Hanok have increasing that it is engaged in the concerning of eco-friendly architecture, However, there is not much studies about this object. Consequently, the purpose of this study is presentation of basic materials for the traditional accommodations as Hanok throughout investigate that.

This paper deals with a novel autocalibration method of three-axis micromachined accelerometers applied to a new digital intelligent putter for golfers. This putter can help golfers monitor and analyze their putting posture and therefore modify their putting action to get better score and enjoy their lives through golf. The micromachined accelerometers to get information of the motion are the essential part of the putter to measure the three-axis acceleration as accurately as possible. This paper presents an efficient autocalibration algorithm to find the offset and sensitivity of accelerometers by only using the static measurement data at six different positions. The experimental results on the developed putters show the validity of the proposed algorithm for the new smart putter.

As we continue to enjoy economic growth, there is an abundance of disposable income for consumer to spend. Consumers are spending more and more of these income in beauty service. However, relatively little is known about which factors influence consumer' behavior intentions in this area. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationships between the servicescape and relational benefits on customer value in beauty salon area. The Results are summarized as follows First, as the results of data analysis, among the composition factor of servicescape, spatiality, comfortableness, cleanness and convenience are shown to give positive effect on customer value. Second, among the composition factor of relational benefits, economic honest, functional benefit, private benefit, social benefit and psychological benefit are found to have a positive relationship with customer value.

This study aims to get basic datea on the usual dietary forms of many korean families bringing up either elementary, or junior high or senior high students. Our interest is focused on which factor is decisive in shaping their diet, which way of cooking is preferred and how the korean traditional way of diet is preserved. 407 of housewives of suweon city answered the questions, and the result shows that more than half of them (54.1%) decide the contents of their diet according to their husbands’ taste 77.4% of them regard dinner as the most important meal. The number of side dishes are usually 3 or 4 (57.2%). In preparing their diet, 41% take account of ‘taste’ first, but for many of college graduate housewives ‘nutrition’ is the primary concern. As for main dish, cooked rice (55.3%), and soybean soup (66.1%) are preferred. Both meat and fish are commonly grilled. 83.1% of them enjoy dining out once or twice a month, and when they they dine out, korean-style restaurant is preferred (43.7%). The most frequently used processed food is ham (19.2%), and secondly, ramyon (17.8%).

The purpose of this study is to investigate the internal and external line beauty of men's dress of the Chosun period from the views of dress design and dress aesthetics. 1) External Line Beauty of Men's Dress of the Chosun Period ① Functional Beauty : Having the beauty of functional line in terms of convenience, action, effectiveness, practivce and sanitation. ② Structural Beauty : Having the beauty harmonizing between lines of internal and external structures. ③ Ornamental Beauty : Having the beauty of simple line by matching accessories (gat, fan, sejodae, shoes) with a simple dress. ④ Wearing Beauty : Making tall-looking or expressing a mature masculine beauty by a visual mistake caused by a combination of internal and external structural beauty lines. 2) Internal Line Beauty of Men's Dress of the Chosun Period Including a simple but natural beauty based on natural philosophy, the beauty of courtesy emphasizing official hat and dress and the beauty of dress having aesthetic consciousness with which people enjoy an idyllic life.

A modern industrial society is presently considering not only cultural life but also health promotion to enhance the quality of life. There are many ways to enjoy the wellbeing life. Especially, ice-skating has been focused on as leisure sports with many remarkable advantages. Even though ice-skating was recognized as winter sport, nowadays people enjoyed skating are increased more and more because of indoor ice link. So, construction of indoor ice link has been boomed up. However, The techniques of ice link freezing system are insufficient because the ice link freezing system on the local construction was designed by advanced country techniques. So, this study has been conducted to analyze the air conditioning and refrigeration system in existing local ice link to suggest the design method of ice link.

This study multilaterally explores South Korean YouTuber Winter Library's book-related contents uploaded on one's channel. As science and technology have developed, now the ordinary people can produce their videos and share them online. YouTube has been the most popular video storage service, and many Koreans use and enjoy it as well. This study investigates book-related contents produced by YouTuber user Winter Library, often called BookTuber (Book plus YouTuber). More specifically, it analyzes Winter Library's various contents by 1) Components of YouTube Channel 2) Contents of Components 3) Components that help to increase reading rates. This study is contributing as it focuses on book, which is not so common topic in YouTube. As a result, the study discovers unique aspects of YouTube contents, and also explores the book-related industry in South Korea. This YouTube channel could be functional for increasing reading rates, especially among adults.

My questionaire survey revealed that even those experts that engage in architectural design did not precisely understand much of the regulations concerning ground-level. In terms of restricting the size of the building area, the generous policy of excluding balconies and basements from the calculation of building size actually causes problems. As far as the right to sunshine is concerned, the weighted average ground-level is determined to be the ground-level standard of the neighboring plot when the neighboring plot is a sloping bare ground. When the difference of heights is over 3 meters, it would be appropriate to assess the weighted ground-level standard every 3 meters.
